Abstract : Fuzzy C-Means algorithm is an algorithm that is easy and is often used in the technique ofgrouping the data as it makes an estimate efsien and does not require a lot of parameters. Abstract

Disease THT (Telinga, Hidung dan Tenggorokan) is a public health problem, because it often occurs without knowing the season. This disease can affect various ages. This expert system development process is done using backward chaining inference engine where the search process starts from the facts to further toward a conclusion. In addition serves to lighten the work of doctors, expert systems developed will also be very beneficial to the general public in accessing information about THT diseases such as diagnosis and therapy. With this application will help users and THT physicians in performingservice and access to information related to the diagnosis of THT diseases

Abstract

The expert system is an artificial intelligence, expert systems is a program to store and process knowledge for a particular area, that's why they were able to answer questions and solve problems, according to the consensus of the experts. Backward Chainning models in reverse of the hypothesis, a potential or conclusion which must be proved by the facts that support the hypothesis.Backward Chainning also well described in the form of reasoning began with the goal to the subgoal reach the goal of understanding means fulfilling subgoal. Decision tree is the result of a tracking process that can be used to explain the answer to the question of questions. Chainning Backward algorithm uses primary data structure in the formation of the decision tree. In the knowledge base necessary rules which will be stored in the database. For the rules on the formation of the expert system can be made based on the facts mentioned above. To rule pin test rules that generate multimeter to measure the use of transistors is right and wrong. Read the scale rule is a rule of the final results of the test transistors are good, leaking or broken so it can not be used anymore

Abstract

A quiz application that has element of Mobile Learning (M-Learning) in the Smartphone can certainly provide an attractive entertainment to the users, and can provide instructional media to add knowledge. Quiz is a form of game or mind in which the players (as individuals or in teams) attempt toanswer questions correctly to achieve the goal in learning. In this application, the users will be asked some questions about general knowledge, so the users are forced to think in answering the questions.The method used in the design of this application is the Linear Congruential Generator (LCG) method and the String Matching (SM) method, in which the LCG method functions to randomize question on the application, while the SM method functions to match the selected answer "true and false".

Abstract

A soil fertility is the ground state of the system in which water, air and nutrients in a sufficient state of balance and available according to crop needs, whether physical, chemical and biological soil, in other words is the fertile soil when the soil contains usur-elements required by plants. These elements are the variables determined kusuburan soil absorption capacity, degree of saturation of wet, clay content, organic matter content. The purpose of this study as follows, Applying database processing determining soil fertility in Agricultural Extension Center Naive Bayes algorithm by using the most appropriate for the accuracy of the indicators that have been determined, the use of Naive Bayes classification method to use to determine the similarity between the characteristics of the data in the database selector klasfikasi to select criteria based soil fertility in anarea. Based on the results of the discussion and testing can be concluded as follows, Information Systems Programme determination of the type of soil and the expected data from the previous user is transformed into a computerized, Is information system a system of determining the type of land use Naive Bayes methods can be useful in the future

Abstract

Knowledge of skin disease in cattle in the community in an effort to identify early disease to make their own decisions is still low. Dependence on knowledge Veterinarian for detecting cow skin disease remains a top priority, especially for cattle farmers in Rokan Hulu in an effort to determine a skin disease that threatens their cow. So the cost to society is quite expensive and also seen from time highly inefficient. Therefore, the use of media consulting expert system-based computer that uses factsand reasoning techniques in solving the problems of the dairy farmers in Rokan Hulu can be solved by the method of Forward Chaining. Application Expert System produces output in the form of an application program or tool that can be used to diagnose the possibility of skin disease in cattle based on symptoms entered by the user and the application is using a technique or method trace forward (forward chaining) to make sense of cow skin diseases. Testing of the system shows that the system isable to perform diagnostics cow skin diseases based on symptoms suffered. This application was built using Microsoft programming language Visual Basic 6.0 and its data processing applications with Microsoft Access 2003

Abstract

Mobile GIS applications Sports facilities are applications that are used to provide information to users about the info locations of existing sports facilities in the district of Purwakarta along the course route. This application is a mobile application technology based Location Based Service (LBS) that is built on the Android platform, using the Eclipse IDE and Google APIs in development. In search of the user's position, this application utilizes GlobalPositioning System (GPS) which has been integrated with the handset. Map and Driving Route is a major facility that is applied with the help of Google Maps API. Database sports facilities location info taken using secondary data where the data is taken from various sources. Data stored is thelocation of sports facilities.

Abstract

Nomor Unik Pendidik dan Tenaga Kependidikan (NUPTK) merupakan data penting bagi Departemen Pendidikan Nasional. NUPTK terdiri dari 16 angka yang bersifat tetap karena NUPTK yang dimiliki seorang Pendidik dan Tenaga Kependidikan (PTK) tidak akan berubah meskipun yang bersangkutan telah berpindah tempat mengajar atau terjadi perubahan data periwayatan. Pada program sertifikasi, PTK diwajibkan mengumpulkan data diri berupa Nomor Identitas (ID), kepemilikan NUPTK, tingkat pendidikan, usia, masa kerja, golongan guru dan jenissertifikasi. Dari data-data ini, akan ditentukan seseorang lulus atau tidak dalam sertifikasi guru.Dalam menentukan kelulusan, dibuatlah suatu syarat-syarat tertentu yang menjadi acuan penilaian. Tetapi diperlukan suatu syarat yang menjadi prioritas utama penetapan kelulusan sertifikasi guru. Algoritma C4.5 adalah merupakan salah satu algoritma dalam teknik klasifikasidata yang menghasilkan satu pohon keputusan. Dari pohon keputusan yang dihasilkan maka akan terdapat beberapa rule atau pengetahuan untuk suatu kasus. Teknik klasifikasi yang akan digunakan adalah Decision tree, yaitu algoritma C4.5. Dengan implementasi Algoritma C4.5dapat membantu pihak pengambil keputusan/kebijakan dalam menentukan calon sertifikasi guru layak atau dipertimbangkan untuk mengikuti Pendidikan Profesi Guru Dalam Jabatan (PPGJ).

Abstract

Weighted Product merupakan salah satu metode yang digunakan dalam menyelesaikan masalah FADM (Fuzzy Multi Atribute Decision Making). Weighted Product memerlukan proses normalisasi karena mengalikan hasil penilaian setiap attribute, hasil perkalian belum bermakna jikabelum dibandingkan dengan nilai standar. Bobot untuk attribute berfungsi sebagai pangkat positif dalam proses perkalian, sementara bobot biaya berfungsi sebagai pangkat negatif. Tahapan yang dilakukan dalam proses Metode Weighted product adalah dengan cara menggunakan perkalian untuk setiap rating kecocokan kriteria dan memangkatkan rating setiap kriteria dengan bobot kriteria yang bersangkutan. Metode ini digunakan untuk mencari alternatif terbaik dari sekian alternatif yang adadengan bobot yang terbaik. Dari penyelesaian tesis ini penulis melakukan penelitian dengan cara bagaimana menyeleksi calon nasabah dalam pemberian kredit modal usaha pada Bank Danamon Simpan Pinjam Ujung sesuai kriteria yang telah ditetapkan.
