Abstract

The poverty that hit Indonesian people became a problem faced by the government, so to overcome poverty since 2007 the Government of Indonesia has implemented the Program Keluarga Harapan (PKH). This Social Protection Program has proven to be quite successful in reducing poverty in Indonesia. In choosing residents in PKH recipients, problems often occur because the data used by PKH from BPS are not up to date, where the data used to determine the PKH recipients in 2019 used data in 2014 which caused new poor families not to receive the Program Keluarga Harapan (PKH). The problem that often occurs is that manual selection requires a lot of time and the selection of participants can be influenced by the objective assessment of PKH companions, the criteria of citizens surveyed are not in accordance with government regulations, and the government determines the number of PKH recipient quotas, so that there are still communities did not accept PKH. To deal with the problem a decision support system is needed to help the Village Government determine PKH recipient residents, one of the decision support system methods is the TOPSIS method. The system is built based on Desktop Applications which can improve data quality and effectiveness of PKH participant selection so that PKH assistance can be received right on target

Abstract

Pop-Up is one of the tools that can increase an organization's revenue because one of its functions is to direct. However, many are abusing this pop-up function. Many pop-ups point users to gambling, data theft, and so on. Therefore users who do not care about this threat will be targeted. This study evaluates pop-up models that appear in terms of design, content, and notification aspects. A total of 163 respondents who had an Information Technology (IT) background were evaluated. The evaluation has passed the tests of normality, reliability, and homogeneity. Respondents feel disturbed by the presence of pop-ups, especially how to close the pop-ups that appear. At the end of the sub-discussion, there are implications of this study

Abstract

The control of the fan in the classrooms of the Ekatama Tourism Pekanbaru SMKS still uses a rope as a speed controller or manual. To simplify the control of fans in the classroom, a Fan Control Device Using an Arduino Mega 2560 Microcontroller and an Android-Based DHT22 Sensor. The whole tool is divided into several parts which consist of Smartphone, Arduio Mega 2560 Microcontroller, DHT22 Sensor, Bluetooth HC-06, 4ch Relay Module, LCD 1602, 1K Resistor, XL4005 Step Down, Power Supply 12V 3A, LED Diffused, Push Button, and DC fan. This tool works when a Bluetooth Smartphone connects to Bluetooth HC-06, from Bluetooth HC-06 then to a microcontroller to process commands, from a microcontroller then to a Relay module that works as a substitute for a switch that functions to activate and deactivate the fan according to the desired speed. The application of this tool can also work with manual or automatic functions. The results showed that applications on Smartphones can communicate with Arduino Mega 2560 with a distance of 25 meters if there is no barrier, and 15 meters if there is a barrier.

Abstract

Services to the public in the village of Pangkalan Batang are in the form of administrative servicesthe public must come to the village office to find out about service procedures, queue up and get services. The public must also go back and forth to the village office if they lack the conditions for administrative administration. As for the delivery of information about activities carried out in the village carried out by sending letters and through person to person. To overcome this problem, it is proposed that the information administration system of the pangkalan Batang village in the kecamatan bengkalis use the laravel framework, the PHP and MySQL programming language as a database using the waterfall method that can be done computerized so that it becomes faster and more accurate. This application has three parts, namely the village admin, the village head (village head) and the public. This application features the printed letter of being unable, birth letter, marriage letter, parental consent, not related to marriage and gender correctness for administrative arrangements implemented in pdf format. In addition, in this application the public can see information about news, agendas and documentation of village activities in the form of an up-to-date gallery of Pangkalan Batang Village.

Abstract

KUD Tirta Kencana is located in Air Emas Village, Singingi Subdistrict, Kuantan Singingi Regency, Riau, assisting the processing of oil palm plantations owned by its citizens for the development of the economy in the Air Emas Village. KUD Tirta Kencana consists of 17 Farmers Groups.The data processing system in KUD TirtaKencana still uses conventional recording where the palm oil production data of each farmer group is recapitulated into Ms. Excel, so the data entered into Ms. Excel is increasingly piling up and irregular, which makes data difficult to understand and the lack of information that can be used for the development of KUD TirtaKencana in the field of palm oil production in the future.With this, it is necessary to analyze and process the data of palm oil production in KUD Tirta Kencana using data mining calculation techniques, one of the algorithms contained in the data mining technique is the k-Nearest Neighbor (k-NN) algorithm. This algorithm is a method that uses a supervised learning algorithm, where the results of the new test sample are classified based on the majority of the categories in k-NN.From this research, it is known that the similarity of production yields among farmer groups, thus it can be predicted that the yield of palm oil production in the future, revolves around the relationship between the similarity of production between farmer groups based on their respective clusters. The test results using the values ​​of K = 2, K = 3, and K = 4, have an accuracy value of K = 2 and K = 3 that is 85.71%, for K = 4 produces an accuracy value of 71.43%.

Abstract

Garbage is a serious threat to humans, because littering can cause environmental pollution. Poor waste management has an impact on environmental problems. In this problem, it is necessary to have a smart trash can based on the Arduino Microcontroller which includes the HC-SR04 Ultrasonic Sensor as a distance detector and a trash volume detector, a Servo is used to control the lid of the trash, a Capacitive Proximity Sensor is used to sort organic and inorganic waste types, Buzzers and LED as an alarm and a sign that the trash can is full, and the GSM SIM800L V.2 Module which is used to give SMS to officers that the trash can is full. The smart trash can has two spaces for organic and inorganic waste and has one entrance for disposing of trash. The smart trash lid will open and close automatically by detecting the presence of humans with a distance of 40 cm, if the trash is detected by organic waste, the servo will move to the left of the organic waste bin. Conversely, if it is not detected by a capacitive proximity sensor, the servo will move to the right of the inorganic trash. When the trash can is full, the buzzer sounds and the LED lights up, and sends an SMS to the officer that the trash can is full

Abstract

Attendance is a part of the important role in every educational institution. Where attendance is one of the main supporting that can support and motivate every activity done. As in the absence of attendance at the 4 Batang Gansal Junior High School that performs signatures on paper and writes the entry time at the teaching hour in which case this can result in fraud due to the uncontrollable level of discipline. The administration also difficult to make reports and convey attendance information to each teacher regarding the recording of the present time as well as the time recording of the work because the report is still created using Microsoft Excel, in this way can be mistyped data and the deletion of data. The purpose of this research is to design and build an Android application that makes it easy for teachers to perform attendance at school, an application that utilizes Qr Code as the main component in assisting attendance process every teacher. Based on the above statement, the application of Qr Code technology in attendance system in junior high school teacher 4 Batang Gansal with Android device can accelerate the attendance process, in the results of the system test has been completed and successfully created, the system will be implemented immediately on the Android smartphone. Based on the research result of the creation of attendance application in Android based schools with the security of this Qr Code then it can be concluded that the research resulted in the teacher attendance application in Android based schools with Qr Code security which can be able to process attendance. In the test results of the system that has been completed and successfully created, the system will be implemented immediately on the Android smartphone and this application can also provide information about the attendance in the form of charts.

Abstract

Currently, the process of registering and receiving data on the requirements for legislative candidates to the Bengkalis Regency Prosperous Justice Party is still being carried out conventionally. So that each prospective member of the PKS party must submit directly the required data in the form of sheets of paper or documents. To solve this problem, it is proposed that the Application for Registration and Acceptance of Data Requirements at the Sejatera Justice Party in Bengkalis Regency uses the programming language PHP and MySQL as a database using the waterfall method which can be computerized so that it becomes faster and more accurate. This application has two parts, namely the admin of the political party, who works in the section on the requirement data for each candidate for legislative member of the PKS Party, and each candidate for the legislative member itself to input the required data. This application has a print feature of data that has been input by each prospective member, and also party data that can be printed by the PKS party, namely Model B, Model B1, Model B2, and Model B3 data , while the data that can be printed by each prospective member are Model.BB1, Model.BB2, which are implemented in pdf format. Abstract

Overall maternal health conditions such as the age of pregnant women, gestational age also participate in influencing fetal growth, the article there are several diseases that can affect pregnancy and fetal development if not addressed and not routinely examined. Currently the growth problem is also an international target listed in the SDGs (Sustainable Development Goals) to reduce the incidence of short and thin children under five until 2025. This study aims to determine maternal health during pregnancy, which is assessed by nutritional intake during pregnancy and weight gain third trimester maternal body with the growth of children under five in the area of Suka Maju Hamlet, Pematang Tebih Village, Rokan Hulu Regency. The results of this study can be used as an evaluation material to improve the quality of maternal health status during pregnancy and reduce the risk of growth disorders in children under five in the community
