Abstract

Posyandu which is a community activity will lead to societys commitment especially the mothers, in preserving life and child growth, with technology experts from the government. The success key of Posyandu development Program is the growth society participation. The purpose of this study is to analyze the correlation between mothers motivation with the visit of toddlers to Posyandu in Dusun Belahan Brayung The Working Area of Puskesmas Puri Mojokerto Regency. The Design of this study is cross sectional analytic study design. The Population is all mothers who have toddlers as many as 88 people and taken 41 people as samples using purposive sampling. The variable is mothers’ motivation and toddlers’ visit. Data were collected using a Likert scale questionnaire on 17 May-19 May 2012. Collecting the data, did editing, coding, scoring, tabulating and analyzing data (univariate and bivariate statistical tests and Spearmans rho). Results showed that most of the respondents have low motivation as many as 22 respondents (53.7%) and unregularly toddlers’ visit of 22 respondents (53.7%). Based on Spearmans rho test obtained p value (0.000) < α (0.05), means that H0is rejected, so there is a correlation between mothers motivation with the visit of toddlers to Posyandu in Dusun Belahan Brayung The Working Area of Puskesmas Puri Mojokerto Regency. The value of r = 0.573 and shows the medium relationship and positively correlated, means that the higher the mothers motivation, the higher their visit to Posyandu. The majority of respondents have low motivation and the toddlers’ visit to Posyandu is not regular. This may affected by age, occupation, education, and information resources. Should there be an effort to motivate mother to visit Posyandu regularly.Key words: motivation, toddlers, visitand posyandu

Target of research know influence of mobilization early heel right and left to make-up of peristaltic of intestine at client of post appendictomy op in Room Operate On Class of III RSUD Prof. Dr. Soekandar Mojosari. Desain research of Pre experiment the used is one group pre test and post test design. Its population all client of post op appendictomy in Room Operate on Class III with amount of 14 people, technique sampling is purposive sampling and instrument the used is observation sheet. Statistical test of wilcoxon signed ranks test. Pursuant to result of wilcoxon signed ranks test ρ= 0,005 < 0,05 hence H1accepted or HOrefused by its meaning is influence of early mobilization heel right and left to make-up of peristaltic intestine at client of post op appendictomy in room operate on class III RSUD Prof. Dr.Soekandar Mojosari. Mobilization early give influence to mean cure of peristaltic of intestine that is the happening of make-up of the amount of peristaltic of intestine per minute after mobilization if compared to before mobilization. This matter show influence which enough is strong the than mobilization early to amount of peristaltik of intestine.Keyword: early mobilization, heel right and left, peristaltic of intestine, appendictomy

Abstract

AbstrakDokumentasi keperawatan merupakan bentuk dokumen asuhan keperawatan sebagai salah satu alat pembuktian atas tindakan perawat selama menjalankan tugas pelayanan keperawatan. Dokumen asuhan keperawatan sangat diperlukan untuk kepentingan pasien maupun perawat, akan tetapi pada kenyataannya masih banyak dokumen asuhan keperawatan yang isinya belum sesuai baik dari segi kuantitas maupun kualitas. Desain penelitian ini adalah cross sectional. Subyek penelitian adalah pelaksana yang bertugas di rawat inap RSUD Sidoarjo berjumlah 107 dan dokumentasi keperawatan yang ada di status pasien. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan ada hubungan antara sikap (p value 0,044) dan tingkat pendidikan perawat (p value 0,029) dengan pendokumentasian asuhan keperawatan, sedangkan usia, jenis kelamin dan masa kerja tidak terdapat hubungan. Direkomendasikan untuk meningkatkan monitoring dan evaluasi melalui kegiatan supervisi. pemberian reward pada ruangan yang dokumentasi asuhan keperawatannya baik, perlu dibuat perencanaan pengembangan SDM, dan penambahan materi tentang dokumentasi asuhan keperawatan pada orientasi perawat baru.Kata kunci : dokumentasi keperawatan

Abstract

AbstractThe development of information technology has penetrated the world of health and can be applied to services provided in the hospital one of which is the administration of drugs. Over recent years, the incidence of medication errors are common and cause of 7000 deaths in the U.S. This barcode is a system that has been proven to reduce errors in drug administration by 50%. Effectively using the system is able to identify errors during the medication administration process. Barcode system is also the best technology solutions to improve pharmacy and nursing communication, keeping nursing satisfaction by minimizing the additional workload, identifying persistent in order to facilitate a proactive approach to prevent medication errors. Electronic Medical Record (EMR) including the electronic medication administration record (Emar), is an important component as it is the good process is also required CPOE (Computerized prescriber order entry).

Abstract

Motivation means a stimulus in human beings to act or behave. Motivation is influenced by several factors: age, education, information and employment status. The purpose of this reseach to know the description of motivation of Eligible woman to follow the Pap Smear inspection . This reseach used a descriptive design. The reseach was conducted on April 29, 2012. The population is all Eligible women who are married in kelurahan Prajurit Kulon RT 01 RW 04 Kecamatan Praurit Kulon Kota Mojokerto numbered in 41 people, while the sample numbered in 21 peope with sample taken using purposive sampling techniques. The variables in this reseach is single, that is Motivation of Eligible woman to follow Pap Smear inspection in Kelurahan Prajurit Kulon RT 01 RW 04 Kecamatan Prajurit Kulon Kota Mojokerto. Data collection techniques using questionnaires. The results show the motivation of eligible women to follow the Pap Smear inspection in Kelurahan Prajurit Kulon RT 01 RW 04 Kecamatan Prajurit Kulon Kota Mojokerto are classified as moderate, it can be seen from the 21 respondents there were 2 people (9.52%) have high motivation, 17 people ( 80.95%) are moderate motivated and 2 (9.52%) have low motivation. Motivation is affected by age because the maturity level of age are more mature a person would think more mature, if the level education is higher usually have a wider vision, a person who has a job will have enough income to fulfill necessities of their life and are motivated following Pap Smear inspection , the more information is obtained about the Pap smear is more higher motivation to follow the Pap Smear.Key words: motivation, Eligible woman, Pap Smear
