Abstract

Tuberculosis (TB) requires long-term treatment to achieve a cure. Type of long-term treatment cause large numbers of patients in the treatment of non-compliance. The existence of Trustees Drink Drugs (PMO) of the patients family members are expected to recover in time and proper treatment. The purpose of this study was to analyze the correlation betweenthe active treatmenttuberculosis (TB) roleof patientsfamily with the incidence of depression. Design study using analytic correlational with cross sectional approach . The population in this study were all patients with active treatment of tuberculosis (TB) who lived with the family at the Lumbanghealth centers,Lumbangsub-district,Probolinggo are 32 respondents and 32 respondents sample was taken using a total sampling . Instrument research using questionnaires . Data collection was conducted in April 2014. Analyze data using cross-tabulations . The results showed most families are less active role in the treatment of tuberculosis as many as 20 respondents ( 62.5 % ) and the majority of people with mild depression Tuberculosis as many as 22 respondents (68.8 %) . The results of the analysis of data obtained from 32 respondents respondents most is getting a negative role and mild depression as many as 16 respondents ( 50 % ) while the least was the respondents who received a positive role and severely depressed respondents while also getting a negative role and not depressed as many as one respondent (3.1 %). families who have experienced family members Tuberculosis supervisor should be taking medication (PMO) for increasing the effectiveness of the role of the family is lacking in medical assistance due to family involvement in treatment can improve and monitor the treatment of patients with tuberculosis .Keywords : Role of Family, Tuberculosis, Depression.

Abstract

ABSTRAKPada masa menopause salah satu gangguan yang sering terjadi adalah insomnia. Kurang tidur dapat menyebabkan tubuh tidak dapat meregenerasikan sel-sel otak yang dapat menyebabkan perubahan fungsi kognitif (sulit berkonsentasi). Tujuan penelitian adalah mengetahui hubungan antara insomnia pada menopause dengan perubahan fungsi kognitif (konsentrasi) di Dusun Legok Desa Suko RW 04 Kecamatan Sukodono Kabupaten Sidoarjo. Desain penelitian analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Populasinya seluruh wanita yang telah menopause sebanyak 58 orang . Sampel penelitian sebanyak 48 orang yang diambil dengan purposive sampling. Variabel indenpenden insomnia pada menopause. Variabel dependen perubahan fungsi kognitif (konsentrasi). Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu Insomnia Rating Scale KSBPJ dan Army Alpha Test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan (0,036) < (0,05), sehingga H0ditolak artinya terdapat hubungan antara insomnia pada menopause dengan perubahan fungsi kognitif, dengan nilai r = 0,303. Semakin rendah tingkat insomnia responden memiliki konsentrasi cukup dan semakin tinggi tingkat insomnia responden memiliki konsentrasi kurang. Pada masa menopause terdapat perubahan hormon estrogen yang mempengaruhi kualitas dan kuantitas tidur, berkurangnya waktu tidur dapat menurunkan konsentrasi responden.Kata kunci :insomnia, menopause, perubahan fungsi kognitif (konsentrasi)

Abstract

ABSTRACT Salah satu pengobatan alternatif untuk penyakit diabetes mellitus adalah dengan mengkonsumsi undur-undur darat (myrmeleonsp). Kepopulerannya terbukti dari semakin banyaknya kalangan pebisnis yang membudidayakan dan menjual serangga yang berjalan mundur ini. Binatang kecil yang biasa dijumpai di sekitar rumah berhalaman pasir itu dipercayai ampuh menurunkan gula darah (Hidayatul, 2010). Hal inilah yang melatar belakangi penelitian tentang pengaruh terapi undur-undur terhadap penurunan kadar gula darah penderita diabetes mellitus di Desa Gayaman Kecamatan Mojoanyar Kabupaten Mojokerto. Dalam penelitian ini, penulis menggunakan desain penelitian eksperimen. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah one group pre test-post test design, yang merupakan rancangan eksperimen dengan cara dilakukan pre test (pemeriksaan GDA) terlebih dahulu sebelum diberikan intervensi pemberian therapy undur-undur (undur-undur hidup yang dikapsul untuk dikonsumsi), kemudian setelah diberi intervensi dilakukan post test (pemeriksaan GDA). Pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah Probability sampling dengan jenis Cluster Random Sampling. Responden yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 20 orang yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi. Hasil penelitian ini diperoleh dari p = 0.000 (p< 0.05) sehingga Ho di tolak yang artinya artinya ada pengaruh terapi undur-undur terhadap penurunan kadar gula darah pada pasien Diabetes Mellitus Di Desa Gayaman Kecamatan Mojoanyar Kabupaten Mojokerto. Untuk mengetahui pengaruh terapi undur-undur terhadap penurunan kadar gula darah penderita diabetes mellitus dianalisis menggunakan uji Paired T Test dengan bantuan SPSS pada tingkat kemaknaan ρ< 0,05 Penurunan dan peningkatan kadar gula darah dalam tubuh dipengaruhi oleh banyak hal, efek terapi akan sangat bervariasi hasilnya pada setiap orang. Dalam merawat diabetes mellitus tidak hanya obat yang berpengaruh dalam proses penyembuhan, tetapi perubahan gaya hidup dan asupan kalori harus sangat diperhatikan dalam merawat dan menjaga kadar gula darah. Kelebihan undur-undur sebagai obat insulin alami akan bekerja sangat efektif di dalam tubuh apabila di iringi dengan perubahan gaya hidup dan pengontrolan asupan kalori yang seimbang bagi tubuh, karena merupakan obat alami maka kami sangat merekomendasikan undur-undur sebagai obat anti diabetes yang aman bagi kesehatan liver.

Abstract

Supervision is one part of the function carried out by the supervisor guidance to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of staff. Supervision can be done in one invasive post operative wound care is in accordance with the standar operating procedures established by the hospital.The purpose of this research to prove the relationship between supervision by the head of the room with the adherence nurses in implementation of standar operating procedures post operative wound care. The research design was cross sectional. Sample in the study was 31 respondents taken by purposive sampling technique. Method of data collection using questionnaires and observation sheets. The result of the study are using SPSS 16, statistical test produce Spearmen Rank p=0,000<α=0,05 (5%), so H0is rejected it means that there is a significant relationship between supervision head room with adherence nurses in implementation ofstandar operating precedures post operative wound care. Poor supervision can lead to the majority of nurses felt less competent from head of the room, so that most of the nurses were also less adherent in the implementation of standar operating procedures post operative wound care. Head of the room is expected to further improve the competencies that should be possessed by a supervisor such as competency of knowledge and skills, so as to improve the nurses adherence in the implementation of standar operating procedures post operative wound care.Keyword :supervision, adherence, standar operating procedures post operative wound care.Windu Santoso

Abstract

Leadership style is the group of characteristics used by leader to direct and influence others to have the motivation to achieve organizational goals. Performance is a nurses job in which achieved by a person or group of persons in performing their duties to achieve best result organizational goals. The aim of this research is to know the relationship between leadership style of head nurses and performance of nurses in implementing inpatient nursing care at general hospital Prof.Dr.Soekandar Mojokerto. Design of this research is cross sectional study.Population of this research all nurses in inpatient nursing care at general hospitalProf. Dr.Soekandar Mojokerto. Sample 63 respondent were taken by Non probability type purposive sampling. Data collecting was done by questionaire from adoption Thesis Diah Arruum (2010) and observation sheet. Data analysis was through two steps, those are univariate to see frequency distribution and bivariate to see the relationship (Fisher Exact Test). Statistical test result explain that p (0,512) >α (0,05), there is significant so H0accepted and H1rejected that mean there isn’t a relationship between leadership style of head nurses and performance of nurses in implementing inpatient nursing care at general hospital Prof. Dr.Soekandar Mojokerto. It is suggested to head of nurses to modify their leadership style in appropriate with situation dan condition, so the nurses can be to maintain and further enhance the performance of nurses better.Keyword :Leadership Style, Nurses Performance.
