Abstract

Multi Toys N Game is a store whose main business is selling action figures both offline and online. In order to win the competition, it needs a marketing strategies that should be based on the factors that can influence the customers. Using the online survey method combined with in-depth interview for data collection, the research revealed that characteristic of the buyer are male (86%), aged 19-24 (67%), student (60%), and with monthly expense of less than 3 million rupiah (71%). Most of the buyers are member of hobby community from where they are easily influenced in buying new action figures. 56% of the buyers actively using internet and social media on daily basis. The most popular product lines are nendoroid (51%), followed by gundam (48%). By using STPD and 8P method at lest there are three areas improvment: price positioning should use “more for the same”, product range availability should be improved by introducing new product line, and provide more payment process options by engaging with more major banks such as Mandiri, BNI, and BRI. Abstract

To make Kenjeran coastal areas as the mainstay tourism Surabaya municipaladministration, provision of clean water is one of the means that must be provided.Construction of sea water purification unit with sea water reverse osmosis method isone solution that can be done. This study aims to assess the feasibility of building awater purifier sea with sea water reverse osmosis method. Finally found that for aninterval of 15 years at an average rate of visitor arrivals tourist attraction as much as7,935 people / day needed clean water supply as much as 257.09 m3 / day, equivalent to10.71 m3 / hour. Average investment value of Rp. 5.5 billion with 19:38% IRR ratemuch higher than bank interest, which is 10%. Break Even Point investment occurred inyear 7 in 2023. Abstract

There has been a lot of biogas packaging done by the community, but so far there are many weaknesses in it so there needs to be further research. This research is intended to ergonimically design a working tool for packaging of bio gas into melon tubes. Using the Nordic body map and measuring the fatigue level, a manual ergonomically shaped work auxiliary device has been proven to be safe, comfortable and painless for the user. To fully fill the melon tube requires only 115 pumps with an average fatigue level of 15.1% (not exhausting).Keywords: work aid tool, biogas, melon tube

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang data logger, yaitu sebuah perangkat yang dapat mengukur, menghitung dan menyimpan data tenaga listrik yang dihasilkan oleh panel surya secara terus menerus dalam jangka waktu tertentu. Data diperoleh dari hasil pengukuran tegangan dan arus listrik pada panel surya. Tegangan dan arus  listrik ini ditangkap oleh sensor, kemudian diolah menggunakan microcontroller. Selanjutnya data disimpan dalam media penyimpan berupa SD/MMC card yang dapat diunduh dan dianalisa lebih lanjut menggunakan personal computer, sehingga dapat diketahui nilai energi listrik. Dari percobaan yang dilakukan, ternyata data logger dapat bekerja dengan cukup baik. Dari hasil pencatatan didapatkan bahwa nilai tegangan mempunyai penyimpangannya 4.49 %, sedang untuk nilai arus listrik penyimpangannya 2.45 %. Nilai tegangan yang didapatkan relatif besar bila dibandingkan dengan pengukuran dengan menggunakan peralatan ukur yang presisi, Besarnya kesalahan ini antara lain disebabkan penggunaan komponen resistor pembagi tegangan yang memiliki toleransi yang besar. Dengan menggunakan resistor metal film yang mempunyai toleransi lebih kecil, nilai tegangan yang didapatkan akan lebih presisi.Kata kunci : data logger, microcontroller, listrik tenaga surya

Abstract

In order to always meet their daily needs, the amount of water in the reservoir mustalways be maintained, which shall not be less than the minimum and not higher than themaximum limit. Thereby filling reservoir must be controlled. From the number of unitscontrolling water level in the reservoir turns encountered many disadvantages. Thisstudy aimed to innovate controller unit as perfecting the control unit that had beenthere. The control unit is designed to use a water level sensor. Abstract

The purpose of this study was (1) Knowing the implementation of the management system of health and safety work on the project Improvement of Structure Road City Limits Muara Teweh - Kandui, (2) Determine the state of completeness of facilities related to the implementation of health and safety system working on the project, (3) Obtain great need for the cost of providing health and safety at work on the project. After the analysis of occupational health and safety system, it was found that (1) Implementation of occupational health and safety management in occupational health and safety system in a very good condition. It was manifested in the form of the performance of the application of the implementation of health and safety at work based on the Minister of Public Works No. 9 of 2008 with a value of 86.22%, (2) Completed facility related to the implementation of the system of occupational health and safety was average, which was shown from the results Assessment Completed amenities occupational safety and health based on the Minister of Public Works No. 9 of 2008 with a value of 76.36%, (3) of the need for the cost of providing health and safety based on the Minister of Public Works No. 9 in 2008 was Rp 169.37 million.Keywords:health and safety management system, project

Abstract

People still consider the curcumin as a herb that has a taste and smell that is less preferred so as to increase consumption of ginger need to be diversified more modern products, one of which is jelly drink. Success in the manufacture of jelly drinks is determined by the concentration of gelling agents. The objective of the research was to determine the effect of carrageenan and sugar concentration on the physical and organoleptic properties of jelly drink curcumin, looking for the best treatment, which was then best tested for curcumin, total phenol and antioxidant activity to ensure that the product was potential as one of functional food products. With Randomized Block Design (RAK) method 2 factors, namely the concentration of carrageenan (K) and sugar (G), each consisting of 3 levels and repeated 4 times so that there are 36 samples. The results showed that the average total soluble solids ranged from 10.5 to 17.2 o Brix, the mean of sineresis ranged from 5.11 to 7.16% and the mean suction rate ranged from 28.17 to 49.05 seconds / 50 ml. The best treatment was found in combination treatment of 1% carrageenan and 10% sugar (K3G1) containing curcuminoid 1,2415%, phenol jelly drink curcumin 2,2659 mg GAE / g sample and IC50 value of 73 ppm. Abstract

The rapid development of CNC machine technology, often makes the inequality ofknowledge between the world of vocational education (SMK) and the world of industry.Along with the development of computer technology is so fast, now born as CNCmachines with the latest generation Mitsubishi-based, Fanuc-based, or GSK-basedoperating system. Meanwhile in the world of education is still using EMCO-based. Noteasy for SMK to follow developments. Financial constraints is one of classic factors.This study tries to deal with this inequality without being affected by financialconstraints, namely by replacing the engine-based laboratory with a simulator-basedlaboratory. To test whether this simulator is able to overcome inequality, then thetreatment of the two groups were paired consisting of teachers and students. By testingthe hypothesis Ho: μ1-μ2 = 0, and by using a Likert index analysis known that the CNCsimulator is able to replace the actual existence of a CNC machine. Abstract

Keunggulan tepung porang (Amorphophallus konjac) adalah memiliki kandungan serat tinggi, terutama pembubaran serat. Selain itu, tepung ini memiliki kemampuan menyerap air dan bisa membentuk gel yang bisa meningkatkan kelenturan pada mie basah. Rumusan masalahnya adalah bagaimana jika tepung porang digunakan sebagai ramuan dalam pembuatan mie basah, apakah mie basah yang terbuat dari tepung porang lebih disukai oleh konsumen? Penggantian tepung porang ternyata memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kandungan air, protein, lemak, karbohidrat dan abu mie basah. Mie dengan lebih banyak tepung porang tersubstitusi, maka kadar air, kadar lemak dan kadar abu meningkat, sementara kadar protein dan karbohidrat menurun. Hasil uji organoleptik yang menggambarkan tingkat preferensi konsumen terhadap mie basah yang dimasak yang dihasilkan, menunjukkan bahwa tepung substitusi porang sampai 15% tekstur dan warna lebih disukai oleh konsumen. Untuk penyedap, substitusi tepung porang 10% masih disukai konsumen dengan frekuensi 40%, sedangkan tepung substitusi porang di atas 10% hanya beberapa negara bagian seperti aroma mie basah yang dihasilkan.Kata kunci: Tingkat kesukaan, mie basah, tepung porang
