Abstract

The Increasing growth of information on the Internet requires ontology for always up-to-date. Ontology is a concept of domain that represented by classes, relationships, properties and instances. One way to keep ontology up-to-date is by populating the ontology. The most important aspect of the ontology population process is the information from the web (semi-structure) that will be added to ontology. The process of adding instance or ontology population has shift  from manual to automatic process. With the condition of ontology population process in Indonesia that still manual, especially in Bali tourism domain, this research focus on shows performance of automatic extraction engine methods using linguistic methods on the Bali tourism domain. In order to measure relevancy of linguistic method result the precision, recall and f-measure value was used. The result shows that the linguistic method gives the relevant results with highest score at 0.61. This score is limited with the definition of the term based on the DWIPA ontology. Abstract

All the recording of the events of administration of population, births, deaths, residents moved in and fund the citizens must first noted by RT, then reported to the RW, and continue to the village. In the case study Cipondoh Indah Village recording system previously encountered many obstacles due to the storage of data in hardcopy resulting data on demographic events are broken or missing. The process of delivering a report on population is not real time because the wait for the report of each device associated. But to run the administration and citizens administration fund requires an information system that is able to accommodate all of the recording of the events that occur in the population. The purpose of this research is to produce a design of information systems administration and fund management resident population online in the form of web-based dashboard using design methods WISDM (Web Information System Development Methodology) results will be applied to hamlet 01 Cipondoh Indah Kota Tangerang. Abstract

Almost all villages in Province of East Java has been established an institution called Unit Pengelola Keuangan dan Usaha (UPKu). This institution providing loans with cheaper credit to rural communities with the criteria of Rumah Tangga Miskin (RTM) in the village to build a business. But to carry out this activity, UPKu requires an information system that is capable for generating financial reports every month. In the case study UPKu Restu in Ngadirejo Village, the application of financial reporting information system of UPKu named buJITU congested and has not been handled up to now that causing financial management is done manually and susceptible generate inaccurate data. The research objective is to produce a design analysis of information systems UPKu Restu by using web-based applications and Web Development Lifecycle (WDLC) method. Results of this research will be delivered to the UPKu Restu Ngadirejo Village to be applied.   Hampir seluruh desa di wilayah Propinsi Jawa Timur telah didirikan sebuah lembaga yang bernama Unit Pengelola Keuangan dan Usaha (UPKu). Lembaga ini memberikan layanan pinjaman dengan kredit ringan untuk masyarakat desa dengan kriteria Rumah Tangga Miskin (RTM) yang ada di desa untuk membangun usaha. Namun untuk menjalankan kegiatan ini, UPKu memerlukan sebuah sistem informasi yang mampu menghasilkan laporan keuangan setiap bulannya. Pada studi kasus UPKu Restu Desa Ngadirejo, penerapan sistem informasi laporan keuangan UPKu yang bernama buJITU mengalami kemacetan dan belum tertangani hingga saat ini yang menyebabkan pengelolaan keuangan dilakukan secara manual dan rentan menghasilkan data yang tidak akurat. Tujuan penelitian adalah menghasilkan analisis perancangan sistem informasi UPKu Restu menggunakan aplikasi berbasis web dan metode Web Development Lifecycle (WDLC). Hasil penelitian ini akan diberikan kepada UPKu Restu Desa Ngadirejo untuk dapat diterapkan.
