Abstract

This study aims to determine the magnitude of the relationship level of discipline and learning motivation with the results of learning jurisprudence MTs Al-Mushlihin Binjai, either individually or collectively. The population in this study is all students of MTs Al-Mushlihin Binjai amounted to 546 people in 2016/2017. The sample of this study is set at 85 people. The data collection tool used questionnaires in the form of Likert scale (for the variable of discipline and learning motivation) and test question for student learning result variable. Questionnaires are arranged based on indicators of variables and examined to the supervisor of the thesis, then tested to the respondent not the research sample. After instrument test, it is known that all instrument of variable X1 consist of 34 items and 30 valid items and X2 variable consist of 34 items and 31 valid. Variable Y uses test questions. Test data variable analysis requirements X1, X2, and Y note that all normal distributed variables so that linearity test can be tested and linearity test results were regression between variables X1 with Y and X2 with Y also linear with p value <0.05. The results showed that the level of discipline and motivation to learn has a significant relationship with the results of learning jurisprudence. In test of research hypothesis, obtained correlation X1 with Y = 0.53, correlation X2 with Y = 0.24. Correlations X1 and X2 together with Y of = 0.39

Abstract

This study aimed to describe and analyst the implementation of religious values in character education based on sunnah Rasulullah in SD IT An-Najah Takengon. This research uses descriptive qualitative approach. Data collection was carried out through observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques include the collection of data, data presentation, data reduction, as well as the withdrawal of the conclusion. The results of this research show that there are implementation of religious values in character education based on sunnah Rasulullah in SD IT An-Najah Takengon. The implementation is done in various activities at the school, and its is: (1) instilling tawheed and Islamic faith, (2) establishing zhuhr prayer in concregation, (3)memorizing the Holy Quran dan hadeeth (4) wearing islamic dress code especially hijab for girls (5) separating classroom for boys and girls, (6) avoiding in using human doll or animals doll and its paint, and (7) practicing islamic ethic and attitude in daily life.

Abstract

Moral is a characteristic which is very important that must be had by all people, because the character is usual be used as a tool progression for humanity. The higher role of character is done, so more glorious that people have had it. Meanwhile the deferent of characteristics are between animal and human are the character and moral are showed in their daily activities. Human uphold the moral in this their live actually wished by Allah who had by everyone when the prophet Muhammad said. It is a purpose of Rasulullah Saw sent to this earth is to repair the moral people. Al-Ghazali said that to create an inner which supports the created the virtues of soul are called by Al-Ghazali happiness (Al-sa’adat Alhaqiqat). Abstract

This study aims to find out the management learning Islamic religious education in improving interest in learning in high school students 2 City Tebing Tinggi. This research is a qualitative research. Data collection in this research is done by observation technique, interview and document review. In analyzing the data, researchers used qualitative analysis techniques with data exposure, data reduction and conclusions. Based on the research that has been done, obtained the result that: 1). To create effective learning PAI teachers formulate a plan that includes: annual programming, semester program, lesson implementation plan, determining minimum graduation criteria conducted at the beginning of each new school year. 2). Organizing learning by PAI teachers are: subject matter, material resources, methods, tools used and strategies selected in delivering the subject matter. 3). Implementation of PAI lessons using the 2013 curriculum. Lessons learned include opening activities, core activities that emphasize exploration of past knowledge of closing activities as feedback and reinforcement of students. 4). In addition to supervision conducted by the Principal, Supervisor of PAI Kemenag Teachers, also held suvervisi meetings every Saturday, monthly supervision meetings, semester meetings and at the end of each semester the head and vice principal evaluate the performance of the teachers for assessment. Teachers who get a good assessment will be rewarded and if the value is low will be given a reprimand both oral and written. 5). In addition to the independent evaluation of the teachers through pre-test, post test, daily test, independent tasks and group assignments, there is also a periodic evaluation of the midsemester exam and the final exam of the semester. 6). The high interest of student learning on PAI lesson is shown by the students' activeness during teaching and learning process because they think the material is very useful in everyday life.

Abstract

The occurrence of clusters of Islamic and general education that developed in the community, a separate problem in the world of education, the other side of the moral decadence of learners to be a problem for parents, so that today madrasah education as one altrenative solution to prevent the problem, answer the challenge in support The quality of Islamic education is very influential on the management of education which is oriented on On Quality, Independence, Partnership and Transparency Management. As well as the leadership pattern in an Islamic educational institution should be a leader beloved by all madrasah stakeholders in particular and generally the wider community. This study used a qualitative approach with field research design. Primary data sources: Head of Madrasah MTs Maqamam Mahmuda Takengon, Head of administrasion system. Secundare source data is written data. The of MTs Maqamam Mahmuda is: Organizing human resources according management to the purpose of the school, Taking decisions on deliberation, tolerating differences in the form of suggestions and actions, mobilizing human resources, using system or rules as a way of thinking, giving confidence in performing their roles and functions, Encouraging creative activities, creating learning schools, implementing agency-based management, empowering schools. While the pattern of Islamic education leadership Mts Maqamam Mahmuda: beloved, trusted, guided, personality and eternal. In other words leadership who put forward the voice of his heart or nature, so that no one hurt in management system.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze more about the forms of extrinsic interest (interest related to the end goal of an activity) students and school environment factors that affect student interest in education at Islamic High School Tebingtinggi Deli Tebingtinggi City in 2016- 1017. This research is a qualitative research with phenomenological approach. Technique of collecting data by interview, observation, and documentation. The subjects of this study are students of Islamic religious education study program of Islamic High School Tebingtinggi Deli Tebingtinggi City in 2016-1017. The collected data is analyzed by using qualitative descriptive analysis technique that is collected data as it is compiled, interpreted and then analyzed, for further drawn conclusion. This study found that the forms of students' extrinsic interest in education at Islamic High School Tebingtinggi Deli Tebingtinggi City in 2016-1017 are: to become a teacher, to deepen and / or add knowledge, to obtain a degree, to become a teacher with status Civil servants, to be successful and noble, and to improve the mindset. Furthermore, the school environment factors that influence the students' interest in studying at Islamic High School of Tebingtinggi Deli are: first, lecturing time factor and lecturer relation factor with the student as the most dominant factor influencing student interest, secondly, student relation factor with student And curriculum factors of majors as factors influencing student interest, thirdly, lecturer teaching method factor and facility factor of High School as a factor influencing student interest, and fourth, lecture discipline factor as a factor that less influence student interest.

Abstract

Payment of taxes is the embodiment of a state obligation and role of the taxpayer to directly and jointly carry out tax obligations for financing the State and National development. In the last 11 year period, there were only two times the tax revenue target is reached. Moreover, the tax target is always misses. The peak occurred in 2015, when only 81.5 percent of tax revenue targets. All efforts deployed to achieve the target of taxation. One of the government's efforts to increase tax revenues that the government is launching a program of tax amnesty program (tax amnesty) in 2016.
