Abstract

This study aims to describe: Implementation of Principal Management Functionsto Improve Teacher Learning Quality at Mts Nurul Iman Tanjung Morawa. This research was conducted at Mts Nurul Iman Tanjung Morawa Jl. Pasar XIII Kelurahan Limau Manis Tj. Morawa, Deli Serdang Regency. The approach in this study is a descriptive approach. As informants in this study were principals, vice principals and teachers. Data collection techniques used in this study were interviews, observation, and documentation. Data analysis is done by reducing data, presenting data, and drawing conclusions. While testing the validity of the data is done by means of credibility, transferability, dependability, and confirmability. In conducting this research the researcher chose the type of qualitative research, a qualitative approach. To obtain data the author conducted interviews, observation, documentation and test the validity of the data. Based on the results of this study, it can be concluded that the application of the management functions of the principal at Mts Nurul Iman Tanjung Morawa is good, as evidenced by the fulfillment of all activities in the process of implementing the function function of the Principal's management. Broadly speaking there are two factors that influence the quality of learning, including: 1) Supporting factors that include, the leadership of the principal, coordination and cooperation as well as the skills of the teacher in managing the class, 2) The inhibiting factors include, facilities and infrastructure, budget or education funding and the low quality of educators. The implication of this research is that the application of management functions in improving the quality of learning must be conditioned by the school budget and strategic concepts as anticipation of the inhibiting factors that can drain time and educators such as teachers and other education personnel.Keyword: Management Functions of Madrasah Heads, Learning Quality

Abstract

This study aims to find out the principal's technique in empowering teachers toimprove teacher work performance, knowing the stages of effective teacher empowerment conducted by the principal to improve teacher work performance, knowing the principal program in effective teacher empowerment, knowing the existing barriers in the empowerment of teachers, find out how the principal perform assessment of teacher work performance through empowerment of teachers work. This study used qualitative research methods. The data collection of this research is done by using observation, interview, and documentation study. and the subject of research are: principals and teachers. The findings of this research are 1) Stages of teacher empowerment conducted by the Head of the school at MAS Nurul Iman Sukaramai is (a) to prepare everything needed in the empowerment of teachers including the facilities and infrastructure. (b) make teachers confident, and (c) provide guidance and direction to teachers, 2) The techniques of the principal in teacher empowerment at MAS Nurul Iman Sukaramai are (a) strategies to include teachers for training, (b) cooperation between principal and teacher, and (c) direct communication with the teacher (sharing with teachers), 3) Principal work principal conducted at MAS Nurul Iman Sukaramai is training for each subject teacher such as BIMTEK, K13 training and meeting which is held once a month, and the program is tailored to the vision of the school's mission, 4) The common barrier in teacher empowerment is the absence of some teachers in the implementation of the teacher empowerment program that is training due to the reason of each teacher 5) in assessing the achievement teacher work seen from how the success of his students, if a student is successful or achievement means that the teacher is able to make the child idiknya suskes in learning is because the teacher. It can be concluded that the effectiveness of Principal Performance in Empowering Teachers to Improve Teacher Work Achievement in MAS Nurul Iman Sukaramai District West Bilah Labuhanbatu District, then I can draw the conclusion that is good enough to run well the principal's performance in empowering teachers and also teacher work performance increased.Keywords:   Principal   Performance,   Empowering   Teachers,   Teacher   Work Achievement.

Abstract

The  purpose  of  this  research  is  to  know  the  1).  Knowing  the  perceptions  ofteachers towards the application of human resources management that are in SMK PAB 2 Helvetia Medan Labuhan Deli, 2). Find out the effectiveness of the work of the teacher in, 3). Knowing there is a signifikankah relationship between the perception of teachers about the application of human resources management with the effectiveness of the work of the teacher in. The results of this study concluded that there is a data management based on strong relationships and significant among teachers about the application of human resources management (X) and the effectiveness of the Work of teachers (Y) of 0076 with coefficient determination (r2) are obtained from the results of the calculations of0.006 which give meaning to that perception of teachers about the application of human resources management (X) gives the relationship of 0.006 x 100% = 0.6% against the effectiveness of the work of teachers (Y). The results of this study concluded that there is a data management based on strong relationships and significant among Prsepsi teachers about the application of human resources management (X) and the effectiveness of the Work of teachers (Y) of 0076 with coefficient determination (r2) are obtained from the results of the calculations of0.006 which give meaning to that perception of teachers about the application of human resources management (X) gives the relationship of 0.006 x 100% = 0.6% against the effectiveness of the work of teachers (Y). While the perception of teachers about the application of human resources management has a strong and significant relationship with the effectiveness of the work of the teacher in PAB 2 Helvetia Labuhan Deli Sub with the results of the analysis of the hypothesis it is characterized with a donation effect of 1%. While the significant value was briefly engaged both (Teacher Perceptions about the implementation of human resources management and the effectiveness of the work of the teacher) can be seen through the test of ' t ". The t has done turns out obtained t calculate = 4.272 while values t = table 2.048. Abstract

This study aims to describe the implementation of curriculum management in aneffort to improve the quality of education in Mts Nurul Iman Tanjung Morawa. This research was conducted at Mts Nurul Iman Tanjung Morawa by using a descriptive approach. As informants in this study was the principal, vice principal, vice principal areas of the curriculum. Data collection techniques used in this research is with interviews, observation and documentation. Data analysis was performed by means of the reduction of the data, the presentation of data, and the withdrawal of the conclusion. Testing the validity of the data is done by way of credibilitas, transferabilitas, dependabilitas, and confirmabilitas. The findings of this research show that: 1) planning curriculum was drawn up with the curriculum development team consists of the head of sekolag Ment Nurul Iman Tanjung Morawa, vice principal Mts Nurul Iman Tanjung Morawa, Deputy Head of school curriculum parts move made was to analyze the needs and identifying standards needs. 2) implementation of curricula at the school MTs Nurul Iman Tanjung Morawa is done by conducting oversight towards the implementation of the curriculum in school Mts Nurul Iman that is done by the head of school. 3) curriculum Evaluation is carried out by means of checking documents, interviews and curriculum supervision classes. 4) obstacles management school curriculum penimplementasian MTs Nurul Iman Tanjun Morawa is academic responsibilities and still have to be increased again, and the motivation of teachers who teach in the schools of Mts Nurul Iman Tanjung Morawa. Keywords: Management Curriculum, Improving The Quality Of Education

Abstract

This study aimed to determine: (1) the effect perception of transformational leadership style against of work motivation; (2) the effect of work experience of work motivation; (3) the effect perception of transformational leadership style against of commitment affective; (4) the effect work experience of commitment affective; and (5) the effect motivation work of commitment affective. The subject of research is the teachers SMK negeri Kota Binjai with a proportional random sampling of 110 people. Sampling was conducted with a total sampling. Path analysis research method is aimed to test the theory and to obtain information about the study. Based on hypothesis testing can be concluded: (1) there is a direct effect perception of transformational leadership style against of work motivation by tcount ρ31>ttabel α = 5% (2,72 > 1.64); (2) there is a direct effect work experience of work motivation by tcount ρ32>ttabel α = 5% (3,72 > 1.64); (3) there is a direct effect perception of transformational leadership style against of commitment affective by tcount ρ41>ttabel α = 5% (2,32 > 1.64); (4) there is a direct effect work experience of commitment affective by tcount ρ42>ttabel α = 5% (2,72 > 1.64); and (5) there is a direct effect motivation work of commitment affective by tcount ρ43>ttabel α = 5% (1,93 > 1.64). Abstract

This research aims to know the role of head of the madrasa in the management ofeducational facilities and infrastructure that consists of planning and infrastructure, the use of infrastructure, maintenance of facilities and infrastructure, surveillance means and infrastructures, and the coordination between the head of the madrasa with teachers about educational facilities and infrastructure in MTs Country Balige. This study uses qualitative methods. Information sources in this study is the head of the madrasa, Deputy Head of the madrasa, the Chief of staff, administrative staff and teachers. As for the data collection techniques used with observation, interview and documentation. Qualitative data analysis using data analysis models, Miles and Huberman with data reduction stages, presentation of data, conclusion and withdrawal. The results of this research show that: 1) Planning and infrastructure in the country, namely: Balige MTs a) Do menyususn plan and planning meeting in the procurement of infrastructure and facilities. 2) the use of facilities and infrastructure in the country is by Balige MTs makes the rule schedule in usage and infrastructure penddikan. 3) maintenance of facilities and infrastructure in MTs Country by involving all citizens of Balige madrasah in the care infrastructure and its storage form. 4) supervision of facilities and infrastructure in the country is by Balige MTs checked against reports and infrastructure and also checked directly against the facilities and infrastructure that is owned. 5) coordination between the head of the madrasa with the teacher yautu by conducting meetings on the management of the infrastructure and facilities and cooperate in achieving the purpose of the madrasa. Key words: The Role Of The Head Of The Madrasa, Educational Facilities And Infrastructure Management

The development of Islamic education in Indonesia, among others, marked by the emergence of various educational institutions in stages, ranging from the very simple to the already uncountable modern and complete. Abstract

As a supervisior of education, principals must be able to carry out various supervision and controls to improve the performance of education personnel in this case the teacher's performance. Supervision and control aims so that the teacher does not deviate in carrying out his work, of course the principal's supervision activities can be described directly in the form of teacher perceptions. The purpose of this understanding is to: 1) determine the level of tendency of teachers' perceptions of the competency of existing school principals; 2) knowing the level of teacher performance; and 3) a significant relationship between the supervisory competence of principals and the performance of existing teachers. The research subjects were teachers of the Daar Al Muhsinin Vocational School in Kec. Nibung Angus Kab. Coal with a population of 30 and a sample of 30. The overall sampling refers to the opinion of the arikunto suhars which states that if the population is less than 100, then the whole sample can be taken. Correlational research method that aims to explain the relationship between the two variables. The results of the study showed that the calculated average teacher perceptions of school principals' supervisory competence was 30%, and teacher's performance was 23%. Based on testing the hypothesis it can be concluded that the Teacher's Perception of Principal Supervision Competence (X) provides a weak relationship of 0.078 x 100% = 7.8% on Teacher Performance (Y) but can still be said to be significant. Furthermore, to determine the significance of the relationship between the two (teacher's perception of the principal's competence in teacher performance) can be seen through the ‘t test. Through the t test that has been done it turns out that t count = 1.540 while the value of t table = 1.701. Because t arithmetic (1,540) <t table (1,701), this shows that there is a weak and insignificant relationship between teacher perception variables regarding principals' supervisory competence and teacher performance with linear and predictive relationships through regression lines garis = 70,961 + 0.315 X, this regression line equation explains that if the teacher's perception of the supervisory competence of the principal increases by one unit, the Teacher's Performance will also increase by 0.315 + 70,961 = 71,276 units. Keywords: Principal Supervision, Teacher Performance

Thus the principal managerial performance is the appearance of the work of the principal in the management of the optimization of resources in the school to achieve the goals of the school by implementing the management functions which consists of planning, organizing, implementing and monitoring. Abstract

AbstrakThe modernization of Islamic education in Madrasah is an inevitor. The hope of thepeople who are so great to the madrasah to give birth to human beings who havestrong faith, noble morality, knowledge and know-how and reliable skills mustmaterialize from the womb of Madrasah. The sublime ideals would not have beenachieved if the madrasah did not have a qualified human resource in the bearing ofthe generation of gold. This research will reveal the various modernization ofmadrasah blowing in Indonesia, especially in the development of human resourceseducation.
