Abstract

This study aims to see whether the training provided by the Best Western Kindai Hotel Banjarmasin has been effective or not. In the process, this study uses qualitative methods where the results show that the training provided by the Best Western Kindai Hotel Banjarmasin to its employees has shown effective results in its implementation. .Basically, the company always wants every training that is carried out to be effective and produce effective output as well. In its efforts, the Best Western Kindai Hotel Banjarmasin always strives for how every training given is always effective and produces effective outputs too, by bringing in trainers who are competent in their fields with the hope of meeting the factors of effectiveness itself, such as Trainer Clarity, Training Place, Communication Trainers and Training Materials so as to achieve effective training and achieve the vision and mission of the company. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Lifestyle, Price and Product Quality on Purchasing Decisions. The research approach used is a quantitative approach. The population is all Nature Lover Students in the city of Banjarmasin. The sample used in this study was 91 respondents. This research uses Proportional Stratified Random technique. Data analysis techniques using Multiple Linear Regression Analysis Techniques. The results in this study indicate that Lifestyle (X1) partially has a significant and positive effect on purchasing decisions with a sig t value of 0.001 below 0.05 and Price (X2) partially has a significant effect on a purchasing decision with a sig t value of 0.028 below 0.05 and also Product Quality (X3) partially has a significant effect on purchasing decisions with a sig t value of 0,000 below 0.05. Tests together show there is a significant simultaneous influence on Lifestyle (X1), Price (X2) and Product Quality (X3) on purchasing decisions (Y) because the sig f value of 0,000 is below 0.05. Keywords:  Lifestyle, Price, Product Quality, purchasing decisions

Abstract

This study aims to determine the comparison between the return on investment in gold and return on investment in stocks at PT. Aneka Tambang Tbk in the period January 2019 - April 2020. This research is a descriptive comparative study with a quantitative approach. The data used are secondary data. Data collection techniques using documentation and literature study. While the data analysis technique used the Independent Samples T-Test. Based on the results of tests that have been carried out regarding the comparison of Return on Gold Investment and Return on stock Investment (capital gain) at PT. Aneka Tambang Tbk for the period January 2019 – April 2020, information is obtained that there is a difference in profit which is more profitable is investing in gold in the short term with an average return value of gold which is 2.2925% greater than the average value of stock return, namely -1.4931% and there is no significant difference if investing in the long term between Return on Gold Investment and Return on Stock Investment (capital gain) at PT. Aneka Tambang Tbk Periode January 2019 – April 2020 with a probability level (sig 2-tailed) 0.306 > 0.05. The result of the research on the Independent Sampel T-Test prove that there is no significant difference between Return on Gold Investment and Return on Stock Investment at PT. Abstract

The study aims to determine and test the effect partially and simultaneously Variant Menu (X1), Price (X2), and Cafe Atmosphere (X3) on Customer Satisfaction (Y). This study uses a quantitative approach. The number of samples was 97 people using Non-Probability Sampling technique. Data collection techniques by means of questionnaires and data analysis techniques used are Multiple Linear Analysis using SPSS 25.0. The test results show that the Menu Variant (X1) with a sig value of 0.020 with a large influence of 0.20 or 20.6% has a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction. Price (X2) with a sig value of 0.001 with a large influence of 0.304 or 30.4% has a negative and significant effect on customer satisfaction. Cafe atmosphere (X3) with a sig value of 0.013 with a large influence of 0.229 or 22.9% has a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction. Meanwhile, based on the simultaneous test (F test), it can be seen that F count in the sig = 0,000 column which shows a number less than 0.05 or 0,000<0,05 with a Determinant Coefficient Value (R2) with a large effect of 0.681 or 68.1%, while 31.9% is from other variables not examined in this study.  Keywords: Menu Variants, Prices, Cafe Atmosphere, Customer Satisfaction

Abstract

This research aims to understand and see the practice of good corporate governance principle in Bandarmasih local water company as one of the companies effort to achcieve they vision and mission and in they attempt to fulfill stakeholders expectancy, also giving an overview of the practice good corporate governance which are transparency, accountability, responsibility, independence, fairness and equality according to the basic guidelines good corporate governance of Komite Nasional Kebijakan Governance (KNKG). This research is using qualitative method, with snowball sampling to determine the informant. Data were gathered by interview, observation and document studies. Furthermore, the analysis technique done by data reduction, data preservation, and conclusion. Abstract

Marketing is all efforts that start from identifying the needs of consumers, determining the right product or service to be marketed, coordinating with other management functions, and developing offers through promotional and distribution strategies. This study aims to determine the effect of discounts and electronic service quality partially and simultaneously on customer satisfaction. Respondents in this study were users of the Tix ID application in Banjarmasin City who were taken using the accidental sampling technique, so that there were 110 respondents who used the Tix ID application as the research sample. Data collection techniques by means of questionnaires and data analysis techniques used are multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS 25.0. The results of this study indicate that partially the discount variable (X1) has no significant effect on customer satisfaction (Y) with a significant value of 0.293> 0.05 with a t value of 1.056 <t table 1.982, and electronic service quality (X2) has a significant effect on customer satisfaction (Y) with a significant value of 0.000 <0.05 with a value of t count 12.080> t table 1.982. Simultaneously, the discount variable (X1) and the quality of electronic services (X2) have a significant effect on customer satisfaction (Y) with a significant value of 0.000 <0.05 with a calculated F value of 84.978> F table 3.08. Keywords: Discounts, Electronic Service Quality, Customer Satisfaction

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of partially and simultaneously between Service Quality (X1) and Price (X2) on Purchasing Decisions (Y). The population in this study is consumers in the Banjarmasin Grapari office who use Halo cards for sampling techniques using non-probability sampling with a total sample of 140 people. Data collection techniques in this research is by distributing questionnaires. Data analysis techniques using Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. The results of the study prove that Service Quality (X1) partially has a significant positive effect on Purchasing Decisions (Y) of 18%. And Price (X2) partially has a significant positive effect on Purchasing Decisions (Y) with a large influence of 78.4%. The results of simultaneous testing show that service quality (X1) and price (X2) have a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions (Y) with a large effect of 78.8%. Keywords: Service Quality; Price; Purchase Decisions

Abstract

This study discusses the partial and simultaneous influence between Earning Per Share (EPS), Devidend Per Share (DPS) and Price Earning Ratio (PER) on Stock Prices in PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia, Tbk for the 2015-2019 Period. This research is a quantitative method research with asosiatif kausal research type. Annual report of PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia is the population on this research, The sample used was the PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia, tbk financial statements 2015-2019 period with the sampling technique used was nonprobability sampling by purposive sampling. The type of data used in this study is secondary data that contains PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia, tbk financial reports 2015-2019 period. The technique of collecting data by literature study and documentation. Data analysis techniques in this study used multiple regression analysis. The results of the study prove that Earning Per Share (EPS) is partially insignificant to the share price related to the significance level of 0,068 > 0,05 with an effective contribution value of -69.5%. Devidend Per Share (DPS) is partially has no significant effect on the share price related to the significance level of 0,163 > 0.05 with an effective contribution value of 9.8%.  and Price Earning Ratio (PER) is partially significant toward the share price related to the significance level of 0,046 ≤ 0.05 with an effective contribution value of 159.4%.  simultaneously Earning Per Share (EPS), Devidend Per Share (DPS) and Price Earning Ratio (PER) have insignificant effect on stock prices with a sig value of 0,068 > 0,05. Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out and examine the effect partially and simultaneously Service Quality (X1) and Price (X2) on Customer Satisfaction (Y) XL users in Banjarmasin city. This study uses a quantitative approach with an associative type. The population in the study were all XL 4G users or consumers in Banjarmasin City. The total sample was 120 people using accidental sampling. The data collection technique was using a questionnaire and the data analysis technique used was Multiple Linear Regression. The research results prove that Service Quality (X1) partially has a significant positive effect on Customer Satisfaction (Y) with the Sig. 0.037 <0.05. And Price (X2) partially has a significant positive effect on Customer Satisfaction (Y) with the value of Sig. 0.000 <0.05. The test results simultaneously show that service quality (X1) and price (X2) have a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction (Y) with the Sig. 0.000 <0.05. Keywords : Service Quality, Price, and Customer Satisfaction

Abstract

This Organizational Climate Relationship with Work Engagement of PT. PLN (Persero) UPP Kitring Kalbagteng 3 Sampit Branch. This study aims to examine Organizational Climate (X) with Work Engagement (Y) on the employees of PT. PLN (Persero) UPP Kitring Kalbagteng 3 Sampit Branch. The research approach used is a quantitative approach. Samples taken as many as 36 respondents with saturated sampling technique. Data collection uses a questionnaire, while data analysis uses product moment correlation. The results of the study prove that Organizational Climate is significantly related to Work Engagement of 0.711% or 71.1%. Based on this research it can be concluded that the better the Organizational Climate will be related to the increase in Work Engagement of PT. PLN (Persero) UPP Kitring Kalbagteng 3 Sampit Branch. Keywords:  Organizational Climate and Work Engagement
