Abstract

Abstrak Berdasarkan uraian pada bab sebelumnya, secara umum dapat diringkas sebagai berikut: (1). Dalam pengujian hipotesis apakah variabel Bauran Promosi berpengaruh terhadap Volume Penjualan, maka Karena t hitung (6,564) t tabel (0,991), maka Ho ditolak dan H1 diterima, yaitu; Koefisien regresi signifikan atau variabel Bauran Promosi mempengaruhi Volume Penjualan Ban Dunlop yang dilakukan oleh PT Sutan Kasim Kota Batam. (2) Dalam menguji hipotesis apakah variabel Saluran Distribusi mempengaruhi Volume Penjualan, maka Karena t hitung (4,440) t tabel (2,154), maka Ho ditolak dan H1 diterima, yaitu; Koefisien regresi signifikan atau variabel Saluran Distribusi mempengaruhi variabel Volume Penjualan Di PT. Sutan Kasim Kota Batam. (3) Dalam menguji hipotesis apakah variabel Ekuitas Merek berpengaruh terhadap Volume Penjualan, maka Karena t hitung (8,668) t tabel (0,887), Ho ditolak dan H1 diterima, yaitu; Koefisien regresi signifikan atau variabel Ekuitas Merek mempengaruhi variabel Volume Penjualan Di PT. Sutan Kasim di Kota Batam. (4) Dalam menguji hipotesis apakah Variabel Bauran Promosi, Saluran Distribusi dan Ekuitas Merek secara simultan mempengaruhi Volume Penjualan Ban Dunlop Di PT. Sutan Kasim Kota Batam. Uji Anova menghasilkan F sebanyak 2,082 F tabel 0,116 dengan tingkat signifikansi (angka probabilitas) sebesar 0,05. F hitung F tabel maka Ho ditolak dan H1 diterima. Kemudian koefisien regresi X1 (Bauran Promosi), X2 (Saluran Distribusi), dan X3 (Ekuitas Merek) bersama-sama memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap variabel Y (Volume Penjualan). (5) Jika dilihat dari uji ANAVA, dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabel Saluran Distribusi memgang peran yang sangat penting dalam meningkatkan volume penjualan. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari pengaruh saluran distribusi terhadap peningkatan volume penjualan yaitu sebesar 0,316 atau 31,60 persen. Dalam hal ini variabel lain juga harus dipertimbangkan oleh manajemen perusahaan untuk meningkatkan volume penjualan Di PT. Sutan Kasim di Kota Batam. Kata kunci: Promosi, Distribusi, Ekuitas Merek, Volume Penjualan

Abstract

Perception is the process of information processing environment in the form of stimulus, which is received through the sensory organs and transmitted to the brain to be selected, organized, giving rise to the interpretation or assessment inprestation form of sensing or previous experience. The research was conducted at the University Student Accounting Department Batam Riau Islands, the VI and VIII semester students become informants (sample), conducted qualitatively by waive the amount of information (sample) but the information (data)be gathered until data saturation.  Results of the research that students in the study sharia accounting, generally can accept and be open. Students' perceptions of acceptable accounting sharia for several reasons such as adding new knowledge and indeed syariah existing accounting environment around the community. In the learning process syariah accounting on the situation that exists today, generally require methods that are practical and necessary to add more time or special time broader and based applications (practice). However, students generally recognize gain new knowledge in particular on syariah accounting, such as accounting can distinguish with conventional and syariah accounting is considered humane.

Abstract

Issues examined in this study are: how the application of general control and application control in achieving the purpose of purchasing the PT. Usda Seroja Jaya Batam. These results indicate that the Overall Application of General Control on Pt.Usda Seroja Jaya Batam has been very good. Can be seen in terms of organization are part of related parts such as Warehouse and purchases, and purchases Planner, Marketing and Purchasing, Finance and Purchasing, Documentation Control as Item Request Form, Form ordering goods, Payment Filing with the letter and Invoice, Asset Accountability enough good, but there is no review by an independent party and that slightly reduce the quality of the company. Application control is applied not in accordance with the existing theory, there is still much to be met by companies such case the use of the security system. But so far applied control is good enough.

Abstract

The results of hypothesis testing show that the three alternative hypothesis (Ha) proposed in thisresearch are accepted, and reject the null hypothesis (H0). Some research conclusions can beformulated as follows:Firstly, there is a significant positive influence of work discipline,cooperative climate, and leadership style on the performance of employees at Fire DepartmentService in Sekupang and Batu Aji Sub-District, Batam City. Thus means the higher the climate ofteamwork the higher the discipline of employee work, the higher the prestai of employee work.Vice versa, the lower the discipline of employee work, the lower the work performance ofemployees. Therefore, work discipline, cooperative climate and leadership style are importantvariables to be considered in improving employee performance At Fire Service Office inSekupang and Batu Aji Sub-District, Batam City.Secondly, there is a significant positiveinfluence Climate cooperation on employee performance At the Fire Department Office inSekupang and Batu Aji Sub-District, Batam City. Thus means the higher the value of teamworkthat highlighted the higher the discipline of employee work, as well as the leadership style thatwill affect the performance of employees in the Office of Fire Department in Sekupang Districtand Batu Aji Batam City. Likewise, on the contrary, the lower the cooperation betweenemployees the lower the employee's performance. Therefore cooperation is an importantvariable to be considered in predicting employee work performance in the future employees.Third, there is a significant positive effect of the cooperation climate on the performance ofemployees at Fire Department Service in Sekupang and Batu Aji Sub-District, Batam City. Thus,the higher the discipline of employees, the higher the employee's performance. Similarly, thelower the discipline of employees, the lower the performance of the pegai. Therefore, disciplineis an important variable to be considered in predicting future work performance.Fourthly, there is a significant positive influence of leadership style on the work performance ofthe Employees at Fire Bureau Office in Sekupang and Batu Aji Sub-District, Batam City. Thus itmeans the better the leadership style, the higher the work performance of the employees at theFire Department Office in Sekupang and Batu Aji areas of Batam City. Similarly, the lower thestyle of leadership that is displayed, the lower the work performance of employees at the FireDepartment Office in Sekupang and Batu Aji areas of Batam City.Keywords: Work Discipline, Climate Cooperation, Leadership Style, Work Achievement

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to describe whether is a positive and significant influence between product,prince, promotion and place of the sale of used motorcycle on the CV. ArthaSentosaPersadaBatam.In this study, the authors use a sample of 100 consumers in the CV. ArthaSentosaPersadaBatam by questionnaire while the data used are primary data and secondary data. Sources of primary data and questionnaire results obtained from consumers on CV.  Artha Sentosa Persada Batam. Secondary data obtained from CV. ArthaSentosaPersadaBatam, related and can support as well as useful for this research. Data was collected by questionnaires, data were descriptive statistics, which are used to describe the function gives an overview of the object under study through the data sample or population that quantitative analysis of the data that has been given a score according to the scale liqueur and for test results using SPSS (Statistical Product Service Solution) version 20. From the research, the authors conclude products X1, Prince X2, promotions X3 and X4 locations and significant positive effect on sales of used motorcycles in the CV. ArthaSentosaPersadaBatam.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh variabelPengaruh Kemampuan, Etos Kerja Dan Pelatihan Kerja  Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Di  PT. Telkom Indihome Batam“Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan pembahasan, maka dapat ditarikbeberapa kesimpulan sebagai berikut :Kemampuan  kerja (X1) berpengaruh positif terhadap Kinerja  karyawan pada PT. Telkom Indihome Batam. Hal ini di buktikan dengan Varibel (X1) dengan nilai t hitung 2,291 t tabel 1,670 dan tingkat signifikan 0,025 lebih kecil dari 0.05 maka Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima, artinya terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara kemampuan Kerja terhadap kinerja.Etos kerja (X2)berpengaruh positif terhadap Kinerja  karyawan pada PT. Telkom Indihome Batam. Pelatihan (X3) berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap Kinerja  karyawan pada PT. Telkom Indihome Batam..Berdasarkan table di atas di ketahui F hitung sebesar 10.652 F table 3,150 dengan tingkat signifikan 0,000 lebih kecil dari 0.05 maka kesimpulannya Ha diterima, Ho ditolak  yaitu secara bersama sama antara variable (X1,X2, X3) terdapat  pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap variable  Kinerja (Y).

Abstract

Many businesses that have sprung up with similar characteristics, respectively. That customers were satisfied and did not move to another place, then the company must know the factors that affect customer satisfaction. Customer satisfaction can be created through price, quality products and quality service. In particular, this study discusses customer satisfaction waroeng special green chilli paste 88 Nagoya Batam. The researchers tested three independent variables, namely price, quality products and quality service that may affect satisfaction pelanggan.Tujuan this study was to determine the effect of three independent variables on customer satisfactionThis  study was  conducted  by  questionnaire  to  100  subscribers  special waroeng green chilli paste 88 Nagoya Batam obtained by using purposive sampling technique. Then the analysis of the data obtained in the form of quantitative and qualitative analysis. Quantitative analysis includes test validity and reliability, the classic assumption test, test multiple regression analysis (R2), the F test and t test. Qualitative analysis is the interpretation of the data obtained in the study and the results of data processing is carried out by providing information and explanation. The data that have met the test of validity, reliability, and classical assumption processed to produce a regression equation as follows Y = 2.907 + 0.018 X1 + 0.190 X2 + 0,544 X3 Results of this study indicate that all the independent variables in the test is positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction through the F test and t test while the number Adjusted Square (R2) 0.406 or 40.6%, this means the ability of a variable price, quality products and quality service in explain the purchase decision is 40.6%. remaining 59.4% is explained by other variables that are not included in this study.

Abstract

This study aimed to examine the effect of the application of the accounting information system of internal control cash receipts and disbursements PT. Dynacast Indonesia. In this study, researchers attributed the accounting information system and internal control were used and owned the company in cash receipts and disbursements  Population and sample in this research is employees at PT. Dynacast Indonesia. By using the technique of purposive sampling techniques. Method of research done by triangulation of data sources.  Results of this study, namely the application of accounting information system and internal control cash receipts and payments on PT. Dynacast Indonesia obtained the conclusion that in the application of accounting information system is good and in the internal control, there are still shortcomings, namely the absence of the serial number on the form and the two functions performed by one person so that monitoring the flow of documentation and internal control of cash poor.

Abstract

Penelitian ini untuk memenuhi manajemen gelar sarjana satu-ke-satu utama di Universitas Kepulauan Riau (UNRIKA). Subjek yang ditulis adalah "Pengaruh Self Efficacy, Pengembangan Karir dan Keterlibatan Karyawan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan di SP Plaza Batam". Penelitian ini memiliki efek efikasi diri, pengembangan karir karyawan dan keterlibatan karyawan di SP Plaza Batam.Metode penelitian adalah regresi linier. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan SP Plaza Batam. Pengambilan sampel adalah teknik pengambilan sampel, seluruh populasi sampel penelitian.Tes menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan. Namun, pengembangan karier menunjukkan tidak signifikan pada kinerja karyawan. Sementara ada efek simultan pada kinerja karyawan

Abstract

Batam’s Economic indicator year 2005-2011 shows graduate increasing every year 13, 5 US $ billion in average. Since FTZ has implemented in Batam, resulted tight manufacture and trade competition. In order to compensate it, especially in globalization and information technologies, manufacture needs kind of support from the public as well as government, by go public.The research is to research whether any significance gap in term of manufacture financial performance before and after go public. Manufacture financial performance is measured by four aspects of ratio: liquidity, solvability, rent ability (ROE) and rent ability (ROA). Those will be compared before and after go public to see whether any increasing, similar or even decrease.PT. Sat Nusapersada Tbk. Batam as an object in this research. This research is using historical data source. The seconder data has been collected from the market stock exchange prospectus and manufacture financial report start from five years before and after go public. Financial Performance shows it’s difference before and after go public by two kind of measurements: KepMen BUMN Nomor : KEP-100/MBU/2002  date: 4th June 2002  and statistical difference test.KepMen BUMN Nomor : KEP-100/MBU/2002  date: 4th June 2002  and statistical difference test show that there are difference of significant financial performance after go public. Showed at the solvability and rentability ratio. Solvability 174%, rentability (ROE) 6,1% and rentability (ROA) 1,38% before go public. While, Solvability 423%, rentability (Return of Equity) -2,48% and rentability (Return of Assets) -1,33%.
