<![CDATA[AbstractThis article aims to determine the women rights in Islam, in post-divorce and in knowing theanalysis of judgesâ decision in Palopo Religious Court regarding the women rights afterdivorce. The findings showed that the judges decision regarding the rights of women wereconcluded as follows; 1) the contested or talak divorce cases by verdict judgment did not coverthe wives rights in which judges presumption should not decide the case on the outside of thecharge materials (ultra-petition). So that, the judge did not dare to assign orguarantee the women rights legally after divorcing such as Mutah child custody, property rightsif not being the charge materials. 2) The contested divorce cases did not cover any lawsuitregarding the wives rights. Although the judge had the ex officio rights in determining the wivesrights whether requested or not, the judges of Palopo Religious Court were just in case of thecause of divorce where the husband and wife were not willing to be divorced. So, the judgesutilized their ex officio rights to punish the husbands for providing Mut an according to theirability and feasibility. 3) In reconvenes decision, it was mentioned the wives rights in thejudgesâ decision in which they are Iddah living, Mutah, past living, and the child costs. At theliving Iddah costs, it was decided by Palopo Religious Courts Palopo that it is not in the samenominal amount. It is also similar to the Mutah and children costs.]]>

<![CDATA[The new media era is a time when every individual has a virtual community other than their community in the real world. The high interactivity of social media and its decentralized nature allows for the enormous flow of information that inflicts social media users. This of course can have a positive impact, but it can also bring a negative effect. To counteract the negative effects of social media, media literacy is needed, in this case for students. Media literacy is done to form a filter on students, in the face of negative exposure in social media that can give effect to the formation of a stereotype of a person against a particular ethnic or religious groups, as well as information charged with radicalism. It is deemed necessary to see IAIN Kendari students who have very diverse ethnic backgrounds and different organizational backgrounds of different groups, thus affecting the difference of individuals in making decisions or in dealing with various forms of information from social media. Media literacy is done through the way of dawah is to provide understanding to the students how the media to construct a message that is combined with messages that contain knowledge about Islam. This paper will describe the media literacy model for IAIN Kendari students with the form of dawah which aims to counteract the understanding of radicalism obtained through social media, for IAIN students Kendari.]]>

<![CDATA[Forum Kerukunan Antar Umat Beragama (FKUB) is a mediating institution on interfaith harmony, especially in the city of Palangkaraya. The question is how the value model of socialization of the value of togetherness conducted by FKUB Palangka Raya city so that it can bridge the life of tolerance between religious communities in the city of Palangka Raya. The methodology of this study is to use a research and development approach with a modified analysis of Miles and Huberman. The results of this study indicate that the working pattern of FKUB Palangka Raya works in accordance with the planned work program, proved to be able to handle several cases related to the establishment of houses of worship and its scope, prioritize the objectivity to produce mutually agreed decisions based on consensus reached agreement. The development of socialization of the value of togetherness is derived from several values such as the value of ideology (universal truth), religious values, cultural values. By way of coaching, intensive direction, then this togetherness attitude can be well established, especially supported by the value of local wisdom is the philosophy of "Huma Betang" ]]>

<![CDATA[This research analyzes the implication of human resourcrces management based on Islamic values in Bank Muamalat Palopo. The kind of the research is qualitative study. Based on the result of the research, the implication of human resourcrces management based on Islamic values in Bank Muamalat Palopo has involved the Islamic values. It is applied through: a. the recruitment and selection done by considering the result of syariah selection; b. the development of officers is always done by the management of Bank Muamalat and realized in the form of training/workshop; c. the application of working assessment and officersâ compensation which usually given in the form of reward to the officer who achieves a particular target can improve the officersâ motivation; d. industrial relation is managed directly by Bank Muamalat central.]]>

<![CDATA[This research is a qualitative research that discusses the issue of commitment among Muslim traders at the Center of Commerce Palopo on pray congregationally. The main issue discussed in this research is whether there is a commitment among Muslim traders at Palopo Trade Center in the implementation of pray congregationally?, and if any, how far is the effect of such disciplinary commitment in establishing silaturrahim and in improving their business result as a trader? The results showed that the implementation of the congregational prayers performed by traders at the Palopo Trading Center can be categorized as part of the factor of the formation of integration behavior, this is supported by the commitment and discipline. Discipline in prayer congregation for traders Palopo City Commercial Center against work ethic is done by: get used to unite and help; perfecting the prayers of the less worshipers; gain the good of the world; enliven sense of equality and brotherhood; familiarize people with their leaders; gain the good of religion; helps concentration of mind.]]>

<![CDATA[The fragility of the economic system of capitalism and socialism makes the Islamic economic system into an alternative economic system and studied in depth by contemporary Islamic economic thinkers. In realizing Islamic economic system must be aligned with the maqasid al-shari'ah (goals sharia). There are four main approaches in the study of Islamic economics namely: a pragmatic approach, recitative, utopian and adaptive. Such an approach always leads to moral values, human brotherhood, social justice, integrating Islamic values and aims for the establishment of al-mashlahah as the core maqashid al-shari'ah can be used as an argument of the legal establishment, especially relating to Islamic economics. Ijtihad in Islam economy by using al-maslahah can be done by meeting certain requirements that do not conflict with al-Qur'an and al-Hadith and not contrary to qiyas. Besides, it does not conflict with a higher benefit, both in how to do it and in a way to preserve from extinction. Economic Ijtihad Islam implemented by analyzing the social and political realities and priorities (fiqh figh realities and priorities) in order to achieve the benefit of society and the state.]]>
