Abstract

Intellectual Property is very important for the creator's own interests, for it will be discussed in this paper about how the protection of Copyright and the transfer of the copyright. Method used in this paper is a qualitative method of collecting the data source library (Library Research). Under Article 12 of the Copyright Act that protected creation is creation in the fields of science, art, and literary works which include: books, computer programs, pamphlets, typographical arrangement arrangement (Lay Out), published works, and all the work write; Lectures, lectures, speeches, and other similar creatures with it; Props made for the purposes of education and science; Copyrighted songs or music with or without text; Drama, musical dramas, dance, choreography, puppetry, and pantomin; Fine art in all forms such as painting, drawing, sculpture, calligraphy, sculpture, sculpture, collage and art terapa; Architecture; map; Batik art; Photos pornography; Sinemato pornography; Translations, interpretations, adaptations, anthologies, databases, and other works from the transferor embodiment. In Article 3 of the Copyright Act, copyright may be transferred in whole or as passing: Inheritance; grant; probate; Agreement is limited. Other causes prescribed by Regulations This transfer of copyright must be in writing either by deed or without deed notary, so that this transfer should be based on an agreement

Abstract

Islam provides guidance to its adherents who face problems of social inequality by placing charity as one of the main pillars of the Islamic establishment, especially in anticipation of the dynamics of growth and economic equality in society. As a source of funds, zakat potential to be used as capital for the development of Muslims, and will be very effective in anticipating the social gap in the middle of society. Classical scholars generally categorize that the taxable property zakat are: cattle, gold and silver, merchandise, treasure excavation and the latter is the result of agriculture. But in contemporary ijtihad today one represented by Yusuf Qardawi book, he breaks down a lot of models of wealth are subject to zakat, as many models and forms of wealth that was born from the more complex the economic activities. Yusuf Qardawi split into nine categories of zakat category; Farm animal charity, zakat of gold and silver which also includes money trade wealth zakat, zakat agricultural output includes land agricultural, honey and animal production zakat, alms minerals and marine products, zakat investment in plant, buildings and others, zakat search, services and professions and zakat  stocks and bonds

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah Bagaimana penempatan Pegawai Negeri Sipil pada Dinas Kelautan dan Perikanan Kota Palopo. Objek dalam Penelitian ini adalah keseluruhan dari Pegawai Negeri Sipil yang bekerja pada Kantor Dinas Kelautan dan Perikanan Kota Palopo sebanyak 50 orang, penarikan sampel dengan menggunakan Purposive Sampling. Teknik Pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis  sesuai dengan kejadian di lapangan dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil dari penelitian ini penempatan Pegawai Negeri Sipil pada Dinas Kelautan dan Perikanan Kota Palopo dilihat dari empat indikator yaitu pangkat, pendidikan formal, pendidikan dan pelatihan jabatan, dan kompetensi telah sesuai dengan Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 100 Tahun 2000 Tentang Pengangkatan Pegawai Negeri Sipil Dalam Jabatan Struktural

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas mengenai Pengaruh Bauran Pemasaran Terhadap Peningkatan Penjualan Jilbab di Pusat Niaga Palopo (PNP). fokus kajian pembahasan yaitu terletak pada pengaruh dari strategi pemasaran dalam meningkatkan penjualan di Pusat Niaga Palopo.  Data yang dipaparkan dalam pembahasan skripsi ini adalah melalui riset kajian lapangan serta riset kepustakaan, yaitu pengumpulan data yang dilakukan secara langsung di lapangan (objek penelitian), melakukan wawancara, menyebarkan angket (kusioner), dokumentasi yaitu pengumpulan data menggunakan berbagai literatur buku yang ada kaitannya dengan pembahasan skripsi ini. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan maka dapat diketahui bahwa bauran pemasaran dapat berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan penjualan jilbab yang ada di Pusat Niaga Palopo. Berdasarkan cara pengambilan keputusan uji simulltan dengan tingkat signifikan 0,05 < 0.275. Bauran pemasaran sendiri juga telah diterapkan oleh para pedagang jilbab yang ada di Pusat Niaga Palopo dan faktor yang paling dominan dalam mempengaruhi peningkatan penjualan jilbab variabel produk dengan niai Thitung (1.61) > nilai Ttabel (1.29).
