Abstract

Load imbalance will always occur in low voltage network systems (JTR), this is due to the uneven use of one phase load on customers coming from household elektrical appliances. The uneven use of loads will cause power losses in the network and drop in voltage. Load equalization on the network is one way to reduce power losses and voltage drop. This research was conducted by analyzing power losses and unbalanced load voltage drop and balanced load on the KL0005 transformer secondary distribution network on the Klungkung Feeder. Based on the result of the analysis, the power losses in the unbalanced load state obtained a result of 3.029 kW and the voltage drop in phase R was 6,1%, phase S was 3,5% and phase T was 0%, while the result of the power loss analysis balanced load obtained 2,9 kW and voltage drop in phase R is 2,6%, phasa S is 1,3% and phase T is 3% with difference in balanced load efficiency and unbalance load of 0,1%.

Abstract

This research aims to design an applications of medical information system that uses barcode on desktop and Android device. Designing applications using Visual Basic, the Java programming language and MySQL for database system. In an application using the barcode type code 3 and 9. The process of data exchanged between device and database is done by using local networks to make distribution data easier. Application of medical information system using barcode-based desktop and Android created through several stages for designing system which is creation database system, barcode design, scanning barcode and development of the application of both in desktop and Android. The results of application medical information system use barcode based desktop and Android that is able to display information data of the patient to the doctor through the scan the barcode displayed on Android and desktop applications can update the information data of patients as well as doctors a Clinic Karya Prima.

Abstract

Sebagian besar dari calon Mahasiswa memilih Program Studi hanya berdasarkan pada banyaknya peminat program studi dan keinginan orang tua saja, namun tidak berdasarkan pada kemampuan akademik yang dimiliki calon Mahasiswa itu sendiri. Permasalahan ini dapat diselesaikan melalui diterapkannya suatu sistem pendukung keputusan pemilihan Program Studi di perguruan tinggi. Sistem pendukung keputusan yang dimaksud adalah aplikasi berbasis web yang sengaja dirancang dengan menerapkan Metode ELECTRE (Elimination Et Choix Tranduist La Realite) agar mampu memberikan sebuah saran kepada calon Mahasiswa terkait Program Studi yang cocok untuk dipilih berdasarkan kemampuan akademik calon Mahasiswa itu sendiri. Saran Program Studi tersebut diurutkan berdasarkan perolehan nilai dominasi masing-masing Program Studi.

Abstract

Protection systems play an important role to maintain the reliability of distribution line. Over current relay (OCR) is one of the equipments used as a protection line of 20 kV distribution. Feeder of Bukit Jati is equipped over current protection relay equipment installed in Recloser of Banda and relay in the substation feeder. Based on the data of PT. PLN (Persero) APD Bali, there are 5 time-short circuit disorders which one of them tripped the Bukit Jati feeder. Problems over current relay coordination failures can be overcome by analyzing the coordination of protection systems in the feeder of Bukit Jati. The analysis was done by recalculating the over current relay setting and create the coordination curve of the existing setting and compared it with the coordination curve setting according to the calculation result. The results of the calculation of instant recloser recycling settings obtained by 1.246 A with time multiple setting (Tms) of 0.11 while the value of the instant current setting of the feeder of 2.992 A with Tms of 0.38. Based on the simulation result using ETAP program, it is known that over current relay coordination has worked according to the protection zone when the noise occurrence behind the recloser bus did not result in a trip feeder.

Abstract

Increased load current on the Pesanggaran – Sanur transmission line by 333,536 Ampere or 83,384 % of the current carrying capacity caused the uprating conductor from ACSR Partridge 135 ????????2 into ACCC Lisbon 310 ????????2. Upratingj cause changes in impendance value. This change affects the zone reach protection of GIS Pesanggaran – GI Sanur distance relay which overlaps with Zone protection of GI Sanur – GI Gianyar distance relay. Resetting is done by recalculation according the distance relay rules and the result are tested with short circuit at 86 % Pesangaran – Sanur transmission line. Resetting result shows the distance relay operate appropriately according with the IEEE Standard C37.113-2015.

Abstract

This study aims to compare VMware server virtualization technology and Xen server that simulates hardware into the software. In order to share loads can be balanced on both virtual servers, this research used HAproxy as Load Balancing which is implemented on Apache Web Server so performance from CPU usage side, memory and access speed from VMware and Xen server virtualization can be compared. By comparing these two models, it is expected to be used as a reference for selecting virtualization models for shared resource needs on one or more physical servers. From the results of testing in this study, it was found that the performance of VMware is better than Xen when viewed from the CPU usage. CPU usage in VMware is lower than Xen with 1.57% when handling one website and 1.58% when handling two websites. In terms of memory usage Xen Server is more efficient in memory usage when compared to VMware, Xen is more efficient memory of 29.11% and 34.84% for handling one and two websites when compared to VMware. While in terms of data access speed on Xen faster than VMware, which is about 42,132 Kbps.

Abstract

Proses penyaluran tenaga listrik tegangan tinggi memiliki dampak terhadap lingkungan sekitar saluran transmisi. Salah satu dampak penyaluran tegangan tinggi adalah timbulnya medan listrik di sekitar konduktor saluran transmisi. Kajian kuat medan listrik saluran transmisi 150 kV pada konfigurasi vertikal, dilakukan dengan melakukan perhitungan dengan menggunakan metode bayangan dan pengukuran kuat medan listrik di bawah saluran transmisi. Perhitungan dilakukan untuk mengetahui bagaimana karakteristik kuat medan listrik pada suatu titik di bawah saluran transmisi. Perhitungan kuat medan listrik tertinggi pada lokasi 1 sebesar 4283 V/m dan pada lokasi 2 sebesar 4521 V/m. Hasil pengukuran kuat medan listrik tertinggi pada lokasi 1 sebesar 4251 V/m dan pada lokasi 2 sebesar 4700 V/m. Perbedaan karakteristik hasil pengukuran kuat medan listrik pada titik dengan jarak yang sama, disebabkan pengukuran kuat medan listrik tidak dilakukan pada waktu yang sama, sehingga perubahan tegangan fase ke netral masing-masing fase konduktor mengakibatkan perbedaan hasil pengukuran.

Abstract

Electricity energy needs in Bali have increased annually by 135,2 GWh, as a result, the State-Owned Electrcity Company (PLN) is being required to add new power plants or the addition of transformer to serve load side fedeers. New transformer have been added to Padang Sambian substation and the reconfiguration of Padang Sambian feeders. The reconfiguration causes the feeder impedance value to change, thus affecting the protection system such as Over Current Relay (OCR) and Ground Fault Relay (GFR). Calculation of current setting and OCR and GFR relay work time can minimize the interference that occurs. The amount of short circuit current that occurs in Padang Sambian fedeers was calculated to determine the value of relay settings. The result of the analysis showed that the OCR current setting value for the incoming side of 0,91 A with Time Multiplier Setting (TMS) was 0,2 SI and OCR on the outgoing side of 2,063 A with TMS of 0,161 SI. The value of current setting for the incoming GFR was 0,01 A with TMS of 0,27 SI and the setting value of the GFR current on the outgoing side was 0,16 A with TMS of 0,106 SI. The result of Electrical Power System Analysis (ETAP) simulation obtained an OCR and GFR coordination curve that did not intersect the Time-Curve Current (TCC) characteristic. This shows that coordination runs well and meets sensitivity, reliability, selectivity and speed requirements.

Abstract

Beban tidak seimbang pada instalasi listrik selalu terjadi dan penyebab beban tidak seimbang dipengaruhi oleh banyak factor diantaranya pembagian beban antara fasa (fasa R,fasa S,dan fasa T) yang tidak seimbang. Akibat pembagian beban yang tidak seimbang pada masing-masing fasa tersebut mengalir arus di netral pada fasa N. Akibat arus yang mengalir di fasa netral ini menyebabkan terjadinya losses (rugi-rugi). Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan mengitung rugi-rugi daya beban seimbang dan beban tidak seimbang pada waktu malam hari di kampus Fakultas Teknik Universitas Udayana Jalan PB.Sudirman Denpasar. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan adanya beban tidak seimbangan beban antara fasa pada MDP1 dan MDP2 telah menyebabkan terjadinya rugi-rugi daya. Besar rugi-rugi daya beban seimbang pada MDP1 sebesar 0,042 kW, dan beban tidak seimbang sebesar 0,055 kW. Sedangkan rugi-rugi untuk beban seimbang MDP2 sebesar 0,28 kW, dan beban tidak seimbang MDP2 sebesar 0,35 kW. Jadi semakin besar beban tidak seimbang yang mengalir beban pada suatu instalasi listrik, maka arus yang mengalir pada fasa netral juga besar, dan losses akibat arus netral yang mengalir ke tanah semakin besar pula.

Abstract

Fakultas Teknik Universitas Udayana memiliki area outdoor yang cukup luas, maka dari pada itu dibutuhkan penelitian dalam melakukan desain jaringan untuk area outdoor pada kawasan Fakultas Teknik Universitas Udayana Bukit Jimbaran. Pada paper ini menganalisis jangkauan WLAN kondisi outdoor dengan kualitas VoIP. Aplikasi yang digunakan adalah G-NET Wi-fi, Terminal Emulator dan menggunakan software Atoll. Dalam melakukan penelitian, diawali dengan melakukan pengukuran level sinyal dari AP dengan rentang jarak 3 meter dari AP dilanjutkan ke jarak 6 meter dan seterusnya sampai titik dimana tidak dapat melakukan komunikasi antara AP dengan Reciever. Berdasarkan hasil analisis kondisi jangkauan area Voip yang dilakukan di wilayah Fakultas Teknik Univrsitas Udayana, mendapatkan kondisi dimana level sinyal pada masing- masing jarak mendapatkan hasil yang berbeda dengan hasil ukur. Dengan mengacu pada penelitian yang telah dilakukan, diperlukan penambahan AP di kawasan Fakultas Teknik Universitas Udayana Bukit Jimbaran, diperlukan 34 AP pada kawasan Fakultas Teknik Utama dan 13 AP untuk kawasan fakultas teknik sipil.
