Abstract

ABSTRACTThe rapid infrastructure development is one of the indicators on the country economic progress. Indonesia as one of the largest archipelagic countries in the world, should be prioritized the port infrastructure to support the maritime. One of the government’s solutions is infrastructure development of Kuala Tanjung port. This research analyzed bearing capacity and settlement of single and group pile foundation on port infrastructure of Kuala Tanjung so it is known that the port is safe to use. The data used are Standard Penetration Test data with soil stratigraphy that is clay and sand. The type of foundation used is Concrete Spun Pile 1000 mm and 600 mm with a pile length of 36 meters. The data are then analyzed by manual calculation and Allpile 6.5E program based on Reese method and methods such as Vesic and Converse-Labarre. The results showed that single pile foundations of 1000 mm and 600 mm each had allowable capacity (Qall) 492.78-538.81 ton and 110.65-128.31 ton, with vertical load (Q) of 330.90 ton, settlement 0.56-1.17 cm and 3.32-3.64 cm, lateral deflection 27.50 cm and 94.90 cm. While the 1000 mm and 600 mm pile group foundations respectively have Qall 8717.31-10796.29 tons and 2059.25-2566.32 tons, with Q of 6618 tons, settlement 0.56-1.68 cm and 3.32-3.64 cm, lateral deflection of 2.49 cm and 19.49 cm. The conclusion of the research indicates that the safe pile foundation used is 1000 mm group pile foundation. Keywords: Bearing Capacity; Foundations; Pile Foundation; Port Infrastructure; Settlement

Abstract

ABSTRACTResearch with title The Performance Evaluation of Road Assets (Rumija), aims to evaluate the performance of road assets belonging Ruas Lingkar Selatan Road Sukabumi City based on the use dimension and safety traffic dimension on Ruas Lingkar Selatan Road Sukabumi City. Rumija consists of Road Benefit Space and certain lines of land outside the Road Benefit Space. The grand theory that used in this research is asset performance. The research method used is descriptive method with qualitative. Data collection techniques are scientific observationand  interviews . Abstract

Abstract Green open space is a producer of oxygen that is needed by humans. Oxygen is a major human need for breathing and respiration, so green open space is needed by humans as humans need oxygen.  The research method used in this study is the literature study. Literature that will be studied is Banda Aceh city, Depok city, Denpasar city, Manado city, Palangkaraya city, and Salatiga city. The six literature studies have different oxygen requirements and green open space. The parameters in this study are the oxygen needs of humans, motor vehicles, livestock, industry, and hotel. Based on the results of the literature study, there is one city that has fulfilled the oxygen demand in its area, but five other cities still have not met the oxygen needs of its region.Key Word: Open Space, Oxygen Demand AbstrakRuang terbuka hijau merupakan produsen oksigen yang sangat dibutuhkan manusia. Oksigen merupakan kebutuhan utama manusia untuk melakukan pernafasan dan respirasi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini ialah pendekatan studi literatur. Kajian literatur yang akan dikaji berada di kota Banda Aceh, kota Depok, Kota Denpasar, Kota Manado, Kota Palangkaraya, dan Kota Salatiga. Ke-enam kajian literatur tersebut memiliki kebutuhan oksigen dan ruang terbuka hijau yang berbeda-beda. Parameter yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini ialah kebutuhan oksigen manusia, kendaraan bermotor, ternak, industri, dan hotel.  Berdasarkan hasil kajian literatur terdapat 1 kota yang sudah mencukupi kebutuhan oksigen di kawasannya namun 5 kota lainnya masih belum mencukupi kebutuhan oksigen kawasannya.Kata Kunci : Ruang Terbuka, Kebutuhan Oksigen

ABSTRACTPopulation growth and growth of economic sector, causing high level of population mobility or high level of travel. Increased vehicle travel that is not followed by an increase in the quality and quantity of adequate transport infrastructure can lead to an imbalance between greater travel demands compared to the availability of existing transport infrastructure . Based on the above background, the existence of economic growth in Purwodadi City thus increasing the purchasing power and mobility of the population so that the density on the Road. R. Suprapto which is the main road or vein of Purwodadi City so that parking problem in Jalan R. Suprapto need to get serious attention. This study aims to determine the calculation of profit and loss for parking investment land. In detail the purpose of the study can be mentioned as follows: To know the parking area needed to fulfill the need. To know the pattern of parking arrangement that fit the optimal needs . To improve management of parking management in the study location . To find out the feasibility of investment of parking facility in the location of study. Data analysis performed include analysis of parking facility characteristics, parking forecasting analysis analysis and financial feasibility analysis of parking building development. as for the analysis technique using: Characteristic Analysis of Parking Facility and Financial Feasibility Analysis of Parking Building Development. Based on the evaluation of the financial feasibility parameters of the parking lot development project can be obtained the following results: Based on the feasibility analysis of the project, the construction of the parker is financially feasible to run. The construction of a parking space on Jalan R Suprapto Kota Purwodadi has economic and social benefits for the people of Grobogan Regency, especially in the region. Abstract

ABSTRACTThis research aims to examine the efficiency of Brigjend Soediarto fly over development towards the traffic jam in Pedurungan intersection. The approach conducted in this research is quantitative paradigm, with the quantitative method in the process of analysis. According to the analysis, the recent condition indicates high traffic flows density in each intersection. The level of service (LOS) in Brigjend Soediarto road is 1,421 in the F level. It is predicted that after the development of fly over, the level of service increasse into C with LOS = 0.579. Meanwhile, the LOS in Soekarno-Hatta road is 0.854 with the D level, and increases into B level with LOS = 0.226. While LOS Fatmawati road is 0.856 with the D level and increases into B with LOS=0.284. Before the development, the vehicle speed in Pedurungan intersection was 5.914 km/hour. After the development is is predicted that the vehice speed will be 49.885 km/hour. So that the average speed is 43.97 km/hour. Based on those analysis, the efficiency of the development of Brigjend Soediarto fly over is 76.28%. It can be concluded by the development of Brigjend Soediarto fly over, it is efficiently increasing the flow of traffic in Pedurungan intersection. Keywords : Brigjend Soediarto Fly Over, Pedurungan Intersection, Traffic Delay

Abstract: Pekerjaan rehabilitasi saluran sekunder D.I Sidorejo menggunakan model pracetak dengan desain sambungan (male-female) empat sisi. Namun, pelaksanaan dilapangan pemasangan model ini mengalami kesulitan, membutuhkan waktu lebih lama dan kurang efisien. Tujuan studi ini adalah mengetahui Efisiensi Penggunaan Lining Precast Dengan Desain Sambungan (Male-Female) Dua Sisi Pada Pekerjaan Rehabilitasi Saluran Sekunder D.I Sidorejo. Bentuk penelitian ini adalah studi kasus, yaitu pada saluran irigasi sekunder di D.I Sidorejo Kabupaten Grobogan. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah uji efisiensi. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pemasangan lining precast empat sisi memiliki efisiensi 80% sedangkan lining precast dua sisi memiliki efisiensi 100% baik dari sisi waktu pemasangan maupun kapasitas pemasangan. Selain itu biaya pemasangan lining precast dua sisi lebih murah dibandingkan dengan empat sisi dengan selisih biaya pemasangan sebesar Rp 60.480.000 dengan efisiensi sebesar 80%. Keywords: D.I Sidorejo; Dua sisi; Efisiensi; Lining precast;

Abstract

The convenience of road management has changed from the pattern of achieving the use of road stability models to achieving road Minimum Service Standards (MSS). In order to realize the minimum road service standards in Jepara, the regional government is still having difficulties in drafting the budget needed for road maintenance.  The purpose of this research is to know the standard of road conditions, the condition of the existing district road and the strategy to realize the condition of district roads that are in accordance with Road MSS. Data analysis is done by calculating the standard of road conditions where the method of determining conditions uses IRI (International Roughness System) and RCI.  Road conditions standarts according to the MSS Road are roads that have good and moderate conditions of 60% of the overall road segment in the region, with a standard assessment value of 0≤IRI≤ 8 or equivalent to 10≥RCI≥4.5. The condition of the good and moderate Pecangaan road - Damarjati is 2.7 km (87%), Bakalan-Pendosawalan-Pancur is 1.9 Km (32%), Damarjati - Gotri is 1.93 Km (35% ) roads in good and moderate conditions, and Lebuawu – Banyuputih is all good and moderate: 1.64 Km (100%).  MSS Road conditions are only fulfilled in Lebuawu – Banyuputih (MSS 100%) and Pecangaan - Damarjati roads (87%). The handling strategy in order to reach MSS is prioritized on Bakalan - Pendosawalan - Pancur which requires a budget of Rp. 2,942,814,918, - and Damarjati - Gotri need a budget requirement of Rp. 2,228,207,878, -. AbstractAs a maritime country, Indonesia is surrounded by very wide waters. This abundant potential is exploited by people who earn their living as traditional fishermen. However, their existence is defeated by modern fishermen so that traditional fishermen are still in a poverty-environment so that empowerment efforts are needed to improve the welfare of traditional fishermen. The method used in the qualitative literature study. From the results of the discussion, it can be seen that the poverty-stricken poverty there has a limited education, limited marine resources, and intensive competition. This poverty has an impact on their slum environment. The empowerment strategy implemented includes strengthening human resources through training, providing more sophisticated capital and technology, and ordering local fishermen organizations to function as a forum for discussion, helping each other solve problems.Keywords: traditional fishermen, poverty, empowerment. AbstrakSebagai negara maritim Indonesia di kelilingi oleh perairan yang sangat luas. Potensi yang melimpah dimanfaatkan masyarakat yang bermata pencaharian sebagai nelayan tradisonal. Namun, keberadaan mereka dikalahkan oleh nelayan modern sehingga nelayan tradisional masih berada pada lingkar kemiskinan sehingga perlu adanya upaya pemberdayaan untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan nelayan teradisional. Metode yang digunakan dalam kualitatif studi literatur. Dari hasil pembahasan dapat disimpulkan bahwa penyebab kemiskinan di antaranya adanya keterbatasan di bidang pendidikan, minimnya teknologi, keterbatasan akses modal, terbatasnya potensi sumberdaya laut, dan persaingan yang intensif. Kemiskinan tersebut berdampak terhadap kondisi lingkungan mereka yang kumuh. Strategi pemberdayaan yang diterapkan di antaranya dengan menguatkan sumberdaya manusia melalui pelatihan, memberikan modal dan teknologi yang lebih canggih, serta pembentukan organisasi nelayan lokal yang berfungsi sebagai wadah berdiskusi, saling membantu menyelesaikan masalah.Kata kunci : Nelayan tradisional, Kemiskinan , Pemberdayaan.

ABSTRACTFor the regional goverment, the presence of the Solo – Kertosono toll road will be an alternative route free of obstacles abd reduce the travel time for vehicle users going to Solo from the direction of Kertosono and vice versa. So from that comfort and safety for users need to be considered in order to minimize the occurrence of traffic accidents.In this Final Project the methods used are he calculation of the soil carrying capacity of the Terzaqi method, manual security number with the Bishop method, security figures with the use of PLAXIS v8.2 and GEOSTUDIO 2018 applications. Where Mohr – Coulomb collapse adn plastic properties as a soil model. The purpose of this study is to evaluate and compare the calculation of soil analysis with exixting secondary data.Obtained soil carrying capacity of 578,374 kN/m2 and allowable carrying capacity of 444,903 kN/m2, safety factor (SF) of the three analyze resulted in a figure above 1,5 or a result above the safety rate in the long term. Keywords: Bishop, Geostudio, Plaxis, Soil Carrying Capacity. ABSTRAKBagi pemerintah daerah kehadiran jalan tol Solo – Kertosono akan menjadi jalur alternatif bebas hambatan dan mengurangi waktu tempuh bagi pengguna kendaraan yang akan menuju Solo dari arah Kertosono maupun sebaliknya. Maka dari itu kenyamanan dan keamanan bagi pengguna perlu diperhatikan demi meminimalisisr terjadinya kecelakaan lalu lintas.Metode yang digunakan adalah perhitungan daya dukung tanah metode Terzaqi, angka keamanan manual dengan metode Bishop, angka keamanan dengan penggunaan aplikasi PLAXIS v8.2 serta GEOSTUDIO 2018. Pada keruntuhan Mohr-Coulomb serta sifat plastis sebagai model tanah. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengevaluasi dan membandingkan dari perhitungan analisis tanah dengan data sekunder yang sudah ada.Didapatkan hasil daya dukung tanah 578,374 kN/m2 dan daya dukung tanah yang diijinkan 444,903 kN/m2, angka keamanan (SF) dari ketiga analisis tersebut menghasilkan angka diatas 1,5 atau hasil diatas angka keamanan dalam jangka panjang.Kata Kunci: Bishop, Daya Dukung Tanah, Geostudio, Plaxis.

Abstract

ABSTRACT             Floating house is a building, which stands or floats on water by relying itself on the weight and the area sunk as the load parameter compatible to the structure. This house can float or be placed on the seashore on the water. This research was conducted by comparing the magnitude of the floating force (Fa) of the three foundation materials of the houses, namely plastic drum, Styrofoam and bamboo. The materials were calculated based on the total load of the house (G), with the safety number of 1.5.  .The research result is the total load of the floating house structure (G) is 364.585,5 Newton (down), the floating force (Fa) magnitude of plastic drum as the foundation material is 549,814 Newton (upward), Styrofoam as the foundation material is 552,720 Newton (upward), and Bamboo as the foundation material is 540,883  Newton (upward). The amounts of the foundation materials for plastic drum are 232 pieces, for Styrofoam are 56 sheets, and for bamboo are 3900 sticks.  Keywords: Floating house, floating foundation, floating force, plastic drum, Styrofoam,                 bamboo
