Abstract

The purpose of this research is to understand the impact of perceived usefulness and service quality on consumer’s intention to shop in Indonesia’s largest online community: Kaskus. This research used a survey by distributing 86 questionnaires to respondents in Bandung, aged between 17-26. The questionnaire which is distributed to Kaskus users, is using Likert scale. There are two variables that are considered important in affecting consumer’s intention to shop in Kaskus: perceived usefulness and service quality. The outcome of this research is that Kaskus users think that perceived usefulness and service qualiy are two variables that could affect their intention to shop in Kaskus. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memahami bagaimana pengaruh dari Perceived Usefulness dan Service Quality terhadap niat konsumen untuk berbelanja di Komunitas Online terbesar di Indonesia, yaitu Kaskus. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian survey yang dilakukan dengan mendistribusikan sebanyak 86 kuesioner kepada responden di Bandung yang berusia antara 17-26 tahun. Kuesioner dibuat menggunakan skala Likert. Terdapat dua variabel yang diduga kuat berpengaruh terhadap niat konsumen untuk berbelanja di Kaskus. Kedua variabel tersebut adalah Perceived Usefulness dan Service Quality. Dari penelitian yang dilakukan, didapati hasil bahwa Perceived Usefulness dan Service Quality memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap niat konsumen untuk berbelanja di Kaskus.

Abstract

Penelitian tentang ciri budaya organisasi yang berkembang dikaitkan dengan kinerja Usaha Kecil (UK) belum banyak dilakukan. Penelitian bertujuan menganalisa dan menguji pengaruh ciri budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja UK. Analisis SEM menemukan adanya ambiguitas orientasi system ciri budaya antara “adaptability” yang fleksibel terhadap lingkungan eksternal dengan ciri budaya “consistency” yang cenderung mengendalikan stabilitas internal yang kuat dan kurang fleksibel terhadap lingkungan, dan terjadi dysfunctional culture karena budaya organisasi berpengaruh lemah positip signifikan terhadap kinerja UK.

Abstract

This article proposes a relation and linkage between leadership aspects and their involvement in managing the soft factor issues post-Merger and Acquisition (M&A) to achieve the best outcome. The relation and linkage is drawn from the analysis of M&A and leadership aspects. The analysis shows that leadership plays a significant role as a fundamental mechanism in successful change. The author proposes that leadership is one of the key success factors in overall M&A process. This view is supported by consideration of Lufthansa Service GmbH (LSG) and Sky Chefs Inc case study.

Abstract

Distribusi memegang peranan penting dalam kehidupan masyarakat sehari-hari. Distribusi merupakan proses penyampaian suatu produk dari tangan produsen ke konsumen. Tanpa distribusi, produsen akan mengalami kesulitan memasarkan produknya dan konsumen pun kesulitan untuk dapat menikmati produknya. Persaingan yang ketat membuat pengendalian proses distribusi produk menjadi salah satu aspek penentu dalam memenangkan persaingan. Saluran distribusi telah memasuki babak baru dalam arena persaingan bisnis. Ia bukan hanya digunakan untuk menjamin ketersediaan produk, tapi juga untuk kepentingan lainnya seperti sebagai media pembangun merek. Semakin strategisnya peran saluran membuat banyak perusahaan semakin serius menangani saluran distribusinya. Perusahaan - perusahaan bahkan berupaya agar saluran distribusinya menjadi kunci keunggulan bersaing.Salah satu produsen minuman ringan di Indonesia menyediakan produk-produknya dimanapun agar mudah dijangkau. Artinya produsen minuman ringan ini harus mendistribusikan produknya secara merata hingga ke tingkat pengecer paling bawah. Hal ini menuntut tingkat pengelolaan yang strategis pada sistem distribusinya. Untuk itu perlu dilakukan perancangan jaringan distribusi.Tujuan utama dari perancangan jaringan distribusi adalah untuk mengetahui prioritas wilayah distribusi dan prioritas outlet yang harus dilakukan agar perusahaan dapat menggali potensi suatu wilayah secara maksimal. Proses merancang jaringan distribusi terdiri dari Audit SCM, Audit Prioritas Wilayah Distribusi, dan Audit Prioritas Outlet Distribusi. Hasil audit ini berupa rumusan strategi rancangan jaringan distribusi dan rencana implementasinya.

Abstract

Open innovation is an approach that involves not only internal company, but also external parties in developing and integrating new ideas optimally for the benefit of the company. This approach is more applied by companies in innovating to cope with the business world whom very competitive. However, research through this approach is still minimal and the concept has not been fully adopted in Indonesia. Therefore, the purpose of this research is to know how the influence of open innovation approach and the factors supporting the development of innovation on innovation performance in Indonesian companies. The scope of this research is Indonesian companies engaged in all industrial sectors (both manufacturing and service sectors), which conducts innovation activities for the last 3 years, from 2011 to 2013. The research method is quantitative with statistical data analysis descriptive and inferential ie regression analysis. The result of the research shows that the open innovation approach model has a significant influence on the innovation performance of the company, but only two of the three variables approach are inter-organizational collaboration and technology acquisition which has significant influence. For both factors supporting the development of innovation ie the source of information (both internal and external) and internal R D, factors that have a significant influence on innovation performance of the company only internal R D alone.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of training on job performance. The effect of work motivation as a mediating variable was also examined. The research was conducted on employees of PT. X. The data gathered from  186 people permanent employees of PT. X. The data was collected through a field survey. The result of the data from survey was analyzed using SmartPLS software. And the result supported that training significantly positive effect on employee job performance. Employee motivation was forming significantly effect on employee job performance. The result of the study was also supported that’s training significantly positive impact on motivation. The study concludes that employee motivation partially mediated the relationship between employee training and employee job performance.

Abstract

Setiap bank di dalam lingkungan industri perbankan akan menghadapi risiko. Risiko operasional telah menjadi bagian dalam perhatian Bank Indonesia sebagai regulator perbankan di Indonesia. Bank Indonesia mendorong bank-bank di Indonesia agar dapat melakukan tata kelola perusahaan dan manajemen risiko yang baik. Hal ini tidak terkecuali pada bagian pasar uang di Divisi Treasuri. Penelitian ini hendak mengidentifikasi bagaimana profil risiko-risiko operasional apa yang dihadapi Treasuri bagian pasar uang (money market). Diharapkan perusahaan kedepannya dapat melakukan pemetaan, kemudian membuat respon penanganan yang tepat serta pengendalian atas profil risiko-risiko yang dihadapinya disertai dengan sistem pelaporan yang akurat. Hasil identifikasi profil risiko pada bagian pasar uang terdapat 40 risiko yang akan dihadapi oleh PT. Bank MNC Internasional, Tbk. Risiko-risiko operasional yang dihadapi oleh bagian pasar uang tersebut dapat berasal dari internal maupun eksternal. Penyebab risiko operasional yang berasal dari internal terdapat 29 risiko, sedangkan penyebab risiko operasional yang berasal dari eksternal terdapat 11 risiko. Dampak risiko operasional pada bagian pasar uang (money market) dengan menggunakan metode Standardized Approach (SA) sebesar Rp. 29,055,106,469.20. Hal ini menggambarkan modal risiko operasional yang harus dihadapi oleh PT. Bank MNC Internasional, Tbk. PT. Bank MNC Internasional, Tbk hendaknya menerapkan enterprise risk management terintegrasi untuk keseluruhan perusahaan, dimana didalamnya terdapat Divisi Treasuri. Hal ini diawali dengan membuat sistem dan mengumpulkan data-data historis di perusahaan mengenai risiko-risiko yang telah terjadi agar dapat disimpan dengan baik. Every bank within the banking industry will take on risks. Operational risk has been a part of Bank Indonesia’s concern as national bank regulator in Indonesia. Bank Indonesia encourages every bank to carry out good corporate governance and risk management. This also not limited to the money market in the Tresury Division. This study will (attempt to) elaborate and identify operational risk profiles faced by the the money market in the treasury division; in the hopes that companies will have the tools to plan and establish a correct response to contain various risk profiles that they encounter, along with a detailed and accurate information report. According to the risk profile identification, PT. Bank MNC International will encounter about forty risks. These money market operational risks can come from both internal and external source. Internal contribute about twenty nine risks, where external provides eleven. The impact of operational risks on money market department using the Standardized Approach (SA) Rp 29.055.106.469,20. This illustrates the operational risk capital that must be faced by PT. MNC Bank International, Tbk.It is believed that PT. Bank MNC Internasional, Tbk ought to apply an integrated enterprise risk management for all the branch in the company. The first important step is making a system and by collecting and storing accurate historical risk datas that the company have encountered before.

Abstract

Kritikan Ball (1999) terhadap para ahli manajemen keuangan keperilakuan tentang anomali pasar efisien, menyiratkan ketidakrasionalan pasar modal dalam dunia empiris. Ketidakrasionalan terwujud dalam bentuk mekanisme struktural, bahwa di dalam pasar modal terdapat manusia yang merupakan mahluk yang membentuk, menyediakan, sekaligus mengeksekusi saham yang keberadaannya mampu membentuk harga di pasar modal. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendapatkan bukti adanya anomali return hari perdagangan, untuk mendapatkan bukti adanya hari baik untuk melakukan beli saham, dan untuk mendapatkan bukti adanya hari baik untuk melakukan jual saham di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Periode penelitian menggunakan data kondisi pasar Bullish yang terjadi pada tahun 2009 sampai dengan 2012, dengan IHSG harian sebagai proksi. Hasil penelitian membuktikan; terdapat anomali return di BEI, hari baik untuk beli saham adalah hari Senin, dan hari baik untuk jual saham adalah hari Rabu.

Abstract

Industri ritel kategori minimarket di Indonesia saat ini sedang berkembang dalam persaingan yang ketat. Peritel minimarket di Indonesia memanfaatkan loyalty program berupa membership card untuk menjaga loyalitas konsumennya. Konsep loyalitas saat ini tidak hanya terbatas pada kesetiaan konsumen hanya pada salah satu gerai peritel, namun sudah berkembang hingga multi-loyalty. Dalam penelitian ini dilibatkan 115 responden di area Jakarta sebagai sample untuk mengukur pengaruh antara card perceived value dan card satisfaction terhadap card loyalty. Serta pengaruh antara card loyalty dan store satisfaction terhadap store loyalty. Selain meneliti tentang pengaruh antar variabel, penelitian ini juga menunjukkan harapan yang diinginkan terhadap program membership card, serta dampak membership card terhadap tindakan konsumen.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa card perceived value dan card satisfaction berpengaruh positif terhadap card loyalty. Card card perceived value memiliki pengaruh yang lebih besar dibandingkan dengan card satisfaction. Dalam pengukuran store loyalty, card loyalty dan store satisfaction berpengaruh positif terhadap store loyalty. Card loyalty memiliki pengaruh yang lebih besar dibandingkan store satisfaction.Hasil dari penelitian ini mengungkapkan bahwa konsumen banyak mengharapkan membership card yang juga dapat digunakan sebagai alat pembayaran. Serta memperoleh privilege dalam antrian dan informasi promosi. Selain itu, 25% dari responden memiliki lebih dari 1 kartu keanggotaan. Kondisi ini menunjukkan keberadaan multi-loyalty pada konsumen minimarket di Jakarta.

Abstract

At first, the history of the establishment of Islamic banks is intended as an alternative to conventional interest-based bank. The Islamic banking industry proved its strength to face the economic crisis. Islamic banking is also noted to have a much better growth compared with conventional banking. However, the growth of Bank Danamon – Sharia Business Unit (UUS), founded in 2002, looks not meet expectations. This condition leads to the preliminary studies and research to find the best form of sharia Bank Danamon, in order to achieve the growth targets set by the Management. To get the best form of sharia, conducted by collecting and organizing important information you need, evaluate the results (outcomes) of any decisions taken, and plan on projecting the expected results. At least there are three informations or elements necessary to produce a quality decision, namely: the existence of clear objectives (goals), alternatives or options that can be run (alternative), and the factors that influence the decision making (criterion). BOCR analysis is then used to find the best way of solving problems by considering the various criteria that give significant influence on an issue. The analysis was performed by using the method of AHP/ANP that gave rise to three scenarios for the results (outcomes) that you expect: standard conditions (B/C); pessimistic B/(CxR); and realistic conditions (BxO)/(CxR) . The best alternative is selected that has the highest value use scenarios realistic condition. With BOCR analysis using three scenarios, i.e.: standard scenario, pessimistic, and realistic, founded that SPIN-OFF option remains the best option.
