Abstract

Peningkatan kompetensi pelatih bola tangan yang ada selama ini masih belum dilaksanakan dengan baik dan masih terkesan seadanya tanpa menggunakan kajian dan pendekatan ilmu keolahragaan (Sport Science). Pengabdian ini dilakukan bertujuan untuk melaksanakan pelatihan menggunakan pendekatan Sport Science yaitu prinsip Long term athlete development . Pelatihan dilakukan menggunakan metode pelatihan (Course) menggunakan kurikulum pelatihan bola tangan. Peserta pelatihan sebanyak 55 peserta terdiri dari Atlet 18 peserta dan guru PJOK 37 peserta.  Instrumen menggunakan instumen Pre Test dan Pos Test Analisis data menggunakan prosentase tingkat ketuntasan meliputi pengetahuan dan Keterampilan. Hasil pengabdian menunjukkan terjadi peningkatan dari aspek pengetahuan (pengetahuan bola tangan, metode latihan dan LTAD) serta aspek keterampilan meliputi aspek kemampuan teknik dasar dan kemampuan menyusun program latihan. Kesimpulan program ini adalah terjadi peningkatkan komponen pengetahuan, meliputi : mengetahui bola tangan, mengetahui metode latihan bola tangan, memahami pendekatan Long Term Athete Development (LTAD) dan komponen keterampilan, meliputi : menguasai teknik dasar, metode bola tangan dan memiliki kemampuan melatih menggunakan metode pendekatan Long term athlete development  yang meningkatkan kualitas pelatih bola tangan dari unsur guru di Kabupaten Kendal.

Abstract

This study aims to survey the volleyball facilities and infrastructure in SMA/SMK in Suwawa District, Bone Bolango Regency. This research is a quantitative descriptive study, the data collection technique is done through a survey, while the data collection tool uses an observation sheet. The samples in this study were SMA Negeri 1 Suwawa and SMK Negeri 1 Suwawa, SMA Terpadu Wira Bhakti. As a result, SMA Negeri 1 Suwawa has a moderate amount of facilities and infrastructure, moderate condition of facilities and infrastructure, and good ownership of facilities and infrastructure. SMK Negeri 1 Suwawa has a number of good facilities and infrastructure, good condition of facilities and infrastructure, and ownership of good facilities and infrastructure. SMA Terpadu Wira Bhakti has fewer facilities and infrastructure, poor condition of facilities and infrastructure, and very little ownership of facilities and infrastructure. The conclusions of this study suggest that SMA/SMK in Suwawa Sub-district, Bone Bolango Regency in general already have adequate volleyball facilities and infrastructure, but still need some improvements.

Abstract

Volleyball is a team sport, but the physical condition of an athlete will also affect the performance of teamwork. The purpose of this study is to look for large contributions of leg muscle strength, eye-hand-foot coordination and togok flexibility to the smash results of Pekalongan Regency volleyball athletes. this study is a quantitative study with a survey approach, with data analysis techniques using product moment correlation techniques with significant rates of 5% or 0.05. study results, (1) the results of the r-count of leg muscle strength test against smash results volleyball athletes by 0.827, (2) the results of the r-count of eye-hand-foot coordination tests against the results of smash volleyball athletes by 0.831, (3) the results of the r-count test of togok flexibility against the results of smash volleyball athletes by 0.580, (4) the results of the r-count test of leg muscle strength, eye-hand-foot coordination, flexing to the results of smash smash Volleyball athletes amounted to 0.929. In conclusion, there is a significant contribution between leg muscle strength, eye-hand-foot coordination, and togok flexibility to the smashresults. Advice, leg muscle strength exercises, eye-hand-foot coordination, togok flexibility can be used to improve volleyball athletes' smash results

Abstract

COVID-19 pandemic has had a huge impact on the education sector. The teaching and learning process is disrupted which cannot carry out direct learning with the aim of inhibiting the growth rate of the spread of the virus. Teachers must have high creative power so that the learning process can still be carried out remotely and can improve learning improvements. This study aims to improve physical education learning outcomes by providing action to students during the covid-19 pandemic. This type of classroom action research is applied using the stages or cycles given to students. The research subjects were students of SMA N 2 Sigli who were in class XI. The research location is at SMA N 2 Sigli, Pidie Regency, Aceh Province by using a zoom meeting during the physical education learning process. The results of the research which included cycle 1 and cycle 2 showed that students were able to follow the learning process and progressed well. The activities of students carrying out tasks were 85%, did not carry out tasks 12% and had communication problems as much as 3%. Furthermore, in terms of student interactions with teachers, students who are active in communicating are 68% and less in communicating 32%. The conclusion is that the distance or online learning process can be carried out well by utilizing the application features on mobile phones by implementing the WA application as a means of communication and zoom meetings as a means of delivering material via video so that it can monitor student activities..Keywords: Learning, Physical Education, Online, Covid 19AbstrakPandemi covid-19 membawa dampak yang sangat besar terhadap sektor pendidikan. Proses belajar mengajar menjadi terganggu yang mana tidak dapat melakukan pembelajaran secara langsung dengan tujuan untuk menghambat laju pertumbuhan adanya penyebaran virus. Guru harus memiliki daya kreatif yang tinggi sehingga proses pembelajaran tetap dapat dilakukan secara jarak jauh dan dapat meningkatkan perbaikan pembelajaran. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar penjas dengan memberikan tindakan kepada siswa pada masa pandemi covid-19. Jenis penelitian tindakan kelas diterapkan dengan menggunakan tahapan atau siklus yang diberikan kepada siswa. Subyek penelitian siswa SMA N 2 Sigli yang berada pada kelas XI. Lokasi penelitian di SMA N 2 Sigli Kabupaten Pidie Propinsi Aceh dengan menggunakan zoom meeting pada saat proses pembelajaran penjas dilakukan. Hasil dari penelitian yang meliputi siklus 1 dan siklus 2 ternyata siswa mampu mengikuti proses pembelajaran dan berlangsung dengan baik. Aktivitas siswa melaksanakan tugas 85%, tidak melaksanakan tugas 12% dan terkendala komunikasi sebanyak 3%. Selanjutnya dari segi interaksi siswa dengan guru siswa yang aktif melakukan komunikasi 68% dan kurang dalam melakukan komunikasi 32%. Simpulannya bahwa proses pembelajaran jarak jauh atau online dapat dilakukan dengan baik dengan memanfaatkan fitur aplikasi yang ada di ponsel dengan menerapkan aplikasi WA sebagai sarana komunikasi dan zoom meeting sebagai sarana penyampaian materi melalui video sehingga dapat memantau kegiatan siswaKata kunci: Pembelajaran, Pendidikan Jasmani, Dalam Jaringan, Covid 19

Abstract

This study aims to determine the contribution of kinesthetic perception to the rhythmic gymnastic  movement structure of PERSANI's hoop in South Sulawesi. This research belongs to the type of descriptive research with quantitative methods. The population is PERSANI South Sulawesi rhythmic gymnast with a sample of 30 people. Data analysis techniques using descriptive analysis, normality test, linearity test, simple regression test using computer facilities through the SPSS program. Based on data analysis, the results obtained that there is a significant contribution of kinesthetic perception to the series of rhythmic gymnastics hoops with a coefficient of determination (R Square) of 0.630 (63%).

Abstract

Petanque merupakan jenis olahraga permainan bola yang dimana tujuan dari permainan ini adalah dengan melempar bola besi (bosi) sedekat mungkin dengan bola kayu (boka) sebagai target dengan kedua kaki harus berada di dalam lingkaran kecil yang disebut dengan sirkel. Petanque berasal dari negara Perancis.Tujuan penelitian untuk menganalisis gerak pointing posisi berdiri yaitu data kinematik yang berupa waktu (s), jarak (m), sudut fleksi (°), sudut ekstensi (°), sudut batang tubuh  (°), ketinggian bola (m), dan jarak antara bosi dengan target (m). Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif, yaitu mendeskripsikan hasil rekaman video pointing posisi berdiri jarak 9 meter yang dianalisis menggunakan software kinovea versi 0.9.4. Penelitian ini dilakukan berdasarkan data yang diperoleh dari 8 subjek atlet Atlas City Petanque Club (ACPC) Kota Semarang. Hasil dari data analisis biomekanika gerak lemparan pointing posisi berdiri pada atlet ACPC Kota Semarang menghasilkan rata-rata waktu lemparan 0,31 detik. Sudut backswing 37,1° – 148°, sudut release 81,7° - 107° dengan ketinggian maksimal bola 1,65 – 4,69 meter yang menghasilkan jarak antara bola dengan target 0,02 – 0,25 meter. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat membantu dalam peningkatan keterampilan gerakan pointing posisi berdiri berdasarkan biomekanjika gerak yang benar. Bagi peneliti lain disarankan untuk menganalisis biomekanika lemparan pointing posisi berdiri pada jarak yang lain.

Abstract

This research aims at finding out the physical activity of lecturers in South Sulawesi. The research method used is survey or observation with a cross-sectional research design through a quantitative approach. Data were collected through an online questionnaire using google form. The population in this research were lecturers in South Sulawesi who were selected through the criteria of:  1) adults 25-58; 2) lecturer; 3)  being able to access the online questionnaire; and 4) willing to participate in the research. The research questionnaire was prepared to determine the determinants of physical activity using age data, walking, jogging, cycling, and gymnastic activities. The result of the research shows that the type of physical activity that is actively doing by the lecturer is walking

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to evaluated the quality graduates of S1 Physical Education in Recreational Health (PJKR) in Gresik, Sidoarjo and Mojokerto areas. The research method used is a survey with data collection techniques using a questionnaire. The subjects of this study were S1 graduates of Recreational Health Physical Education (PJKR), Faculty of Sports Science, States University of Surabaya. The sampling technique used was quota sampling. The sample in this study was 30 students who live in Gresik, Sidoarjo and Mojokerto areas. The results showed that the "Performance" indicator in "Medium" category, the "Time discipline" indicator in "Low" category, the "Consequent" indicator in "Medium" category, the "Professional" indicator in “Medium” category, the “Teamwork” indicator in “Medium” category, the “Loyalty” indicator in “Medium” category, the “Caring” indicator in “Low” category, the “Persistence” indicator in “Medium” category, the “Competent” indicator in “Medium” category and “IT Mastery” in “High” category. The conclusions of this study based on stakeholders assesment in general, graduates quality of Physical Education Health and Recreation (PJKR) there are two indicators that become a reflection to get special attention, namely increasing time discipline and caring.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengkaji atau mengetahui ada perbedaan pengaruh atau tidak signifikan latihan Resistance Band dan Latihan Dumbbell Shoulder Press terhadap kemampuan shooting Bola Basket Pada Tim Laskar Matoa. Penelitian ini menggunakan eksperimen kuantitatif dengan metode eksperimen semu (quasi eksperimen). Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 15 orang dan sampelnya adalah keseluruhan dari populasi tersebut. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan tes Lay Up dalam satu menit. Prosedur penelitian yaitu dengan melakukan yaitu dengan pretest, pembagian kelompok menggunakan matching only design, treatmen, dan posttest. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Anova satu arah (One Way Anova) SPSS 26. Hasilnya: 1) Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap latihan resistance band dan latihan dumbbell shoulder press terhadap kemampuan shooting Bola Basket pada tim Laskar Matoa. 2) terdapat perbedaan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap latihan resistance band dan latihan dumbbell shoulder press terhadap kemampuan shooting Bola Basket pada Tim Laskar Matoa.

Abstract

The balance between cognitive, affective and psychomotor directs learning objectives at optimal development. Of course, the achievement of learning outcomes still pays attention to the supporting and inhibiting factors that surround both the teacher and the students. In this study, researchers wanted to find out where the student's lack of interest in PJOK learning during the COVID-19 Pandemic was as an effort to evaluate the learning outcomes that had been carried out. The researcher chose the most appropriate approach to carry out this research, namely quantitative research with a descriptive approach. The questionnaire instrument was used to measure how much students were interested in PJOK learning during the Covid-19 pandemic. The validity test was tested on 25 respondents, which means that if it exceeds the R table, which is 0.395, it is said to be valid. The validity of this research has been set from 20 questions to 13 valid questions. Cronbach's Alpha value is at 0.733. The results of the research students did not like PJOK learning which was carried out online. This can be interpreted that learning sports as learning that requires active movement is less effective if carried out using online methods. Students stated that they strongly disagreed that learning was carried out with zoom (64.9% disagreed), youtube media (59.4% disagreed), and google classroom (52% disagreed) this could mean that the media did not can accommodate the psychomotor aspect of students to be able to move directly to practice the material being taught. The conclusion of the research is that students' interest is moderate. The advice that can be given is to keep exploring various online learning media to improve the quality of subjects.
