Abstract

Kemampuan berbicara di kalangan siswa masih relatif rendah. Rendahnya kemampuan berbicara ini juga dialami oleh siswa SMA Ibu Kartini Semarang. Sikap malu, takut, dan kurang percaya diri senantiasa melingkupi siswa. Hal tersebut disinyalir karena rendahnya kreativitas?é?á guru dalam menentukan teknik pembelajaran berbicara. Fenomena ini merupakan permasalahan yang menuntut segera dicari penyelesaiannya.?é?á Salah satu upaya yang dapat dilakukan yaitu dengan menerapkan teknik debat dalam pembelajaran kemampuan berbicara. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah (1) mengetahui peningkatan kemampuan berbicara siswa kelas XI SMA Ibu Kartini Semarang melalui pembelajaran dengan teknik debat dan (2) mendeskripsikan perubahan perilaku siswa kelas XI SMA Ibu Kartini setelah diberikan pembelajaran keterampilan berbicara dengan teknik debat. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian berbasis kelas. Dengan demikian, metode yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian tindakan kelas yang meliputi dua siklus. Data penelitian diambil melalui tes dan nontes. Alat pengambilan data nontes yang digunakan adalah pedoman observasi, wawancara, jurnal siswa, jurnal guru, dan dokumentasi foto. Adapun data tes yaitu berupa penilaian kemampuan berbicara dalam kegiatan debat. Selanjutnya data dianalisis secara kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Berdasarkan analisis data penelitian, disimpulkan bahwa melalui pembelajaran dengan teknik debat, kemampuan berbicara siswa sebesar 7,12% dengan nilai rata-rata siswa sebesar 68.20% pada siklus I dan nilai rata-rata siswa?é?á 75.43% pada siklus II. Adapun perubahan perilaku yang ditunjukkan siswa yaitu siswa semakin aktif dan antusias dalam belajar, berani mengemukakan pendapat, dan percaya diri berbicara di depan forum resmi.Kata Kunci: keterampilan berbicara, pembelajaran berbicara, teknik debat

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to improve the learning achievement of the material Operate the Application Presentation through the application of learning models peer tutors of class X Automation and Office Management (OTKP) 1 Vocational High School 2 Tegal even semester 2017/2018 academic year. This research is in the form of classroom action research, which is a study conducted collaboratively between researchers, students, and teaching teachers in Office Technology subjects. The subjects of this study were class X OTKP 1 Tegal Vocational High School 2 totaling 32 people. The implementation of the action is carried out by the planned researcher together with the peer teacher. The data sources of this research are informants, places, events and documents. Data collection techniques used are observation, testing and documentation techniques. The research process was carried out in two cycles considering the researcher was the teacher of the subject. Each cycle consists of four stages, namely action planning, action implementation, observation and evaluation, and analysis and reflection. Each cycle is conducted in three meetings and each meeting is 4 x 45 minutes. Based on the results of the research conducted, it can be concluded that there was an increase in learning achievement of Office Technology of class X OTKP 1 students at SMK Negeri 2 Tegal through the application of peer tutoring learning models. The results of the research that have been carried out are that there is an increase in student office technology learning achievement from 18 students (56%) who completed the pre-cycle to 24 students (75%) who completed the first cycle and increased to 31 students (97%) who reached the completion limit learn. The average value of knowledge in the first cycle is 75.31, increasing by 4.68 from the average pre-cycle value. While the average value of skills in the first cycle is 79.06, increasing by 7.81 from the average pre-cycle value. The average value of knowledge in the second cycle was 80.78, increasing 5.47 from the average cycle I. While the average value of skills in the second cycle was 86.72, it increased 7.66 from the average value in the first cycle.

Abstract

The course of Database System includes theory and practice . Consequently the students should master the theory before, they do the practice. The theory is provided by the course with a course book of Borland Delphy programming database system. The Borland Delpy program provides the operational instructions in English. To operate the program then they should understand the instructions. By understanding the instructions hopefully they can operate the program to produce listing of program codes and component graphs. To aquire the skill, they need to practice. The question undert study is which variable plays more significantly in acquiring the skill, their understanding the English instructions or their practice frequency. To find out the answer an ex post facto study was conducted at PGRI University Semarang to undergraduate students majoring in Information Technology Education, PMIPATI Faculty who were taking the course of Database System at semester 3. There were 2 classes with 21 students in each class, 16 of which were included in the study, so there were 32 participants of the study. There were 3 types of data in the study: (1) the data of the students skill in understanding Borland Delhpy Program operational instructions in English, (2) the data of practice frequency, and (3) the data of the mastery of operating Borland Delphy program. The first two data were collected bu using tests, and the third was collected by using a questionairre. It can be concluded from the follow up analyses and the partial correlation coefficient test that ability to understand English instructions in Borland Delphy program had a significant role in the ability to operate it. It was proven by the follow up analysis of t1=5,385>tsig.5%=2,04. It resulted from the course book in Indonesian they used as well as their paying attention to the operational instructionals of the program in English. On the other hand the practice frequency did not significantly contribute to the skill. It was confirmed by the follow up analysis of t2=-0,029<tsig.5% =2,04. It means the less they practice, the less skillful they were in operating the program and in understanding the English instructions of the Borland Delphy program. Abstract

In SLB Pembina Yogyakarta, the process of science learning in class VII SMPLB Tunagrahita need to be improved. The media used in learning process can’t encourage the activity and enthusiasm of students. Those media just able to develop cognitive only. So it urgent to develop learning media that help learning process and make the students learn natural phenomena easily, and also be able to behave like scientist according to their ability. There are two indicators that address best result, those are the process and result success. Successful process is a condition where the students can participate the learning process actively with the help of that media. The result indicator is the increasing of KKM percentage. The result of this research showed that the using of learning media bases on computer can increase the students’s activity and participation, and also increase studen’s learning outcomein sscience. this fact was proved by the high percentag og students KKM for 20%. Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui peningkatan kemampuan menulis?é?á cerita dengan metode sugesti imajinasi melalui media pergelaran wayang pada siswa kelas IX A SMPN 6 Semarang tahun 2009/2010, serta untuk meningkatkan kecintaan siswa terhadap keterampilan menulis cerita dengan metode sugesti imajinasi melalui pergelaran wayang pada siswa SMP N 6 Semarang.?é?á Penelitian ini menggunakan desain Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK).?é?á Penelitian dilakukan dalam dua siklus, yaitu siklus I dan siklus II. Pada tiap siklus terdiri-dari empat tahap, yaitu perencanaan, tindakan, observasi, dan refleksi. Hasil penelitian ini diperoleh bahwa pembelajaran menulis cerita dengan metode sugesti imajinasi melalui media pergelaran wayang?é?á?é?á mampu meningkatkan keterampilan menulis cerita pada siswa kelas IX A SMPN 6 Semarang. Hasil tes yang diperoleh pada prasiklus mencapai rata-rata 63.3% dan prosentasi ketuntasan (?óÔÇ??Ñ70) kelas 37 %.?é?á Hasil tes pada siklus I, rata-rata meningkat menjadi 76,40 dan prosentasi ketuntasan 92%, atau meningkat 55%.?é?á Pada siklus II, diperoleh hasil yang jauh lebih baik. Nilai rata-rata kelas yang diperoleh mencapai 82,06, ketuntasan kelas mencapai 100%.?é?á Hasil nontes pada siklus I dan siklus II diperoleh bahwa sebagian besar siswa senang dan tertarik dengan media pergelaran wayang tersebut. ?é?á Kata kunci : menulis cerita, metode sugesti imajinasi, media wayang

Abstract

Di SMA N 6 Semarang siswa kelas X merasa kesulitan dalam menulis deskriptif teks. Hal ini disebabkan karena sedikitnya kosakata yang mereka miliki, serta kurangnya penguasaan tata bahasa atau grammar. Tujuan dari penenelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah benar atau tidak bahwa teknik Insode Outside Circle dapat meningkatkan keterampilan menulis descriptive text untuk kelas 10 MIPA 8 SMA N 6 Semarang yang terdiri dari 36 siswa. Metode penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas. Penelitian ini dilakukan dalam dua siklus dan setiap siklus terdiri dari dua pertemuan. Setiap siklus terdiri dari perencanaan, tindakan, observasi dan refleksi. Instrument penelitian ini adalah lembar observasi dan tes. Metode analisis data pada penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif data dan kualitatif data. Data kualitatif diambil dengan melihat hasil dari observasi proses belajar mengajar dengan penerapan tindakan dan catatan hasil pembelajaran. Sementara itu, data kuantitaf diambil dari nilai hasil pre test dan post test siswa. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan adanya peningkatan siswa dalam kemampuan menulis deskriptif teks. Hal ini ditunjukkan bahwa banyak siswa yang memperoleh hasil yang bagus diakhir siklus. Untuk nilai minimal dalam Bahasa Inggris adalah 75. Peneliti menganalisis hasil tulisan siswa terkait isi teks, keruntutan ide, kosa kata, struktur penulisan dan tata cara penulisan. Dengan skor nilai rata-rata dalam siklus ke-1 adalah 70.27 dan rata-rata siklus ke-2 adalah 76.94. Berdasarkan nilai rata-rata dari siklus 1 dan siklus 2 menunjukkan bahwa siklus 2 lebih tinggi dari siklus 1. Jadi dapat disimpulkan bahwa adanya peningkatan pada kemampuan menulis siswa kelas X MIPA 8 SMA N Semarang setelah diajarkan dengan menggunakan teknik Inside Outside Circle. Hal ini menunjukkan teknik Inside Outside Circle dapat meningkatkan kemampuan menulis deskriptif siswa.

Abstract

Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah 1) Bagaimanakah kondisi pengentasan wargamiskin yang ada di kelurahan Pedurungan Kidul, Kota Semarang ? 2) Bagaimanakahimplementasi kota layak anak di Kelurahan Pedurungan Kidul, Kota Semarang ? 3)Bagaimanakah daya dukung pengentasan kemiskinan terhadap terwujudnya kota layakanak di Kelurahan Pedurungan Kidul, Kota Semarang?Metode penelitian menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif-deskriptif. Populasiwarga miskin yang terentaskan di 12 RW. Variabel penelitian tentang pengentasankemiskinan dan kota layak anak. Instrumen yang digunakan berupa : angket, dokumen,wawancara. Analisis datanya dengan analisis interaktif.Simpulan yang diperoleh :1. Di Kelurahan Pedurungan Kidul, usahapengentasan kemiskinan belum berhasil, karena kriteria miskin masih beragam. Dalam halini perlu dilakukan penelitian secara seksama dengan kriteria yang jelas tentang definisimiskin. 2. Perwujudan kota layak anak belum berhasil karena aparat dan warga belum tahuistilah kota layak anak. Kondisi warga miskin lebih berpikir untuk memenuhi kebutuhanpokoknya. Walaupun demikian sudah ada kesadaran akan pentingnya pendidikan anak,pemberian fasilitas belajar, perhatian terhadap belajarnya, pelayanan anak dalam belajardemi masa depan. 3. Daya dukung pengentasan kemiskinan terhadap perwujudan kota layakanak di Kelurahan Pedurungan Kidul belum diketahui secara jelas karena istilah kota layakanak belum diketahui. Di samping itu hasil pengentasan kemiskinan belum dapat diketahuikarena kriteria miskin masih bias. Jika dilihat dari kriteria pemenuhan kebutuhan pangan,sandang, papan, serta kebutuhan sekolah dasar, maka warga miskin belum terentaskan.Namun indikator ke arah perwujudan kota layak anak sudah ada pada warga, mereka inginmemberi bekal pendidikan pada anaknya untuk masa depannya, agar mereka memilikikepribadian, bermoral, dan mandiri.Kata Kunci : pengentasan kemiskinan, kota layak anak

Abstract

Conventional learning causes the learning outcomes of the theme of 7 students to be still low, especially in the content of Indonesian and social studies. This class action research was carried out aimed at improving learning outcomes through the Discovery Learning model aided by the puppeteer's pupils playing class IV SDN Gajahmungkur 04 Semarang. Discovery learning is a learning model that emphasizes students discovering their own knowledge through active learning. Scarecrow is a game that pairs images that are adapted to the diversity of Indonesian culture. The research subjects were class IV totaling 34 children. The study was conducted in two cycles with two meetings per cycle. Data collection uses observation, written tests, and documentation. Data analysis uses quantitative and qualitative analysis. The results showed an increase in Indonesian mupel learning outcomes from cycle I with a graduation percentage of 50% to 94% in cycle II, whereas in IPS mupel from cycle I with a percentage of graduation 44% to 91% in cycle II. Student activity has increased from cycle I with a score of 610 to 762 in cycle II. Teachers' teaching skills have improved from cycle I with a score of 93 (Fair) to 128 (Very Good). Based on the results of classroom action research that has been carried out it can be concluded that the Discovery Learning model assisted by a puppet game can improve the results of student learning activities as well as teacher teaching skills.

Abstract

Arithmetic skills are often overlooked. The difficulties experienced by students is because teachers often use the lecture method of teaching without the use of appropriate learning media and appropriate. To improve mathematics learning achievement in the subject matter of multiplication, the authors use an image hero by learning methods group investigation. Through the medium of this study are expected to mathematics achievement in simple fractions of material can be improved. The design of this research action research (Action Research) by using the spiral model. The results showed that the use of images hero with the investigation group learning methods can enhance the learning achievement of multiplication in third grade primary school students Bandungrejo 1 Karanganyar District of Demak the 1st half of the school year 2013/2014. This is indicated by the results of the learning improvement obtained average value and completeness increased. The average value before the improvement of learning is then increased to 73.42 66.05 to 80.26 in the first cycle and the second cycle. Percentage of completeness students also increased, where before it was held instructional improvement, the percentage of completeness only 63.00% and then increased to 82.00% in the first cycle and 100% in the second cycle. Abstract

The reseach is based on the lack of activity and the result IPA in the learning process. The purpose of this reseach is to discribe of learning process, to know the change of spiritual attitude and social attitude, to know about increasing of knowledge and knowing about increasing of skill value of studens implementate  PBL model using pankoteka media of subject monohybrid and dihybrid cross to the students of SMP Negeri 3 Pulosari class IX D semester II academic year 2015/2016. The reseach action is held by two cycles.The result of reseach has showed that learning process has increase showed by increasing of activity aspect and students participation 30,3%. The change of spiritual attitude has increase to 3,03% and 100% of students have reach to criteria “B” minimize. The dicipline attitude increase 6,06%, the responsibility attitude increase to 3,03% and the confident attitude increase to 9,09%.
