Abstract

One that has an important role in generating bank profits is providing credit to customers, but credit also carries a very high risk. For this reason, in providing credit to debtors, of course the bank will utilize the personal data of prospective debtors in detail to avoid the risk of problems that will arise in the future. One of the appropriate risks for banks in providing credit is the behavior of customers who do not pay installments at the time which causes bad loans. To overcome and overcome the many bad events, there is an algorithmic calculation method with an intelligent computing system that helps banks in selecting prospective debtors who will be given credit. There are many algorithmic methods that can be used in this kind of research. This study analyzes the classification of staffing credit based on the criteria that become the Bank's standard.The data used by the author in this study uses existing debtor credit data from 2017 to 2020, the modeling process is carried out using split validation with the Naive Bayes algorithm and Neural Network, with this algorithm the 1,314 datasets is divided into 2 parts, namely 80% used as training data and 20% used as testing data. The results showed that the Neural Network algorithm has better results with a correct value of 84.13%, while the Naive Bayes algorithm only produces a value of 72.62%

Abstract

Penentuan dosen penguji dan pembimbing skripsi adalah hal yang harus dilakukan disetiap universitas untuk membantu mahasiswa dalam menyelesaikan skripsinya. Dalam menentukan hal tersebut kadang terjadi keputusan yang kurang optimal dimana dosen yang ditunjuk kurang sesuai dengan topik skripsi mahasiswa akibatnya dapat mengurangi kualitas karya ilmiah mahasiswa. Untuk memecahkan masalah tersebut maka dibutuhkan sistem pendukung keputusan yang dapat memberikan rekomendasi dosen penguji dan pembimbing. Salah satu metode yang dapat digunakan adalah  FMADM  (Fuzzy Multiple Attribute Decission Making). Proses penentuan rekomendasi dosen penguji dan pembimbing dilakukan dengan mencari alternatif terbaik berdasarkan kriteria-kriteria yang telah ditentukan melalui metode SAW (Sample Additive Weighting). Adapun metode FMADM dipilih karena mampu menyeleksi alternatif terbaik dari sejumlah alternatif. Dengan mencari nilai bobot untuk setiap atribut, kemudian dilakukan proses perangkingan yang menghasilkan alternatif yang optimal, untuk menentukan dosen penguji dan pembimbing.

Abstract

Titi laras merupakan tangga nada yang digunakan pada jenis alat musik karawitan (gamelan) yang merupakan salah satu seni kebudayaan Jawa Barat. Karena kesenian merupakan salah satu unsur budaya yang bersifat universal, maka kesenian tersebut perlu dilestarikan.Fisher-Yates merupakan teknik pengacakan pada soal sehingga soal yang keluar akan berbeda dan bisa dihasilkan tanpa pengulangan dan duplikasi. Fuzzy Tsukamoto merupakan metode yang digunakan dalam pengambilan keputusan untuk menentukan skor pada akhir kuis. Untuk menentukan berapa nilai tertinggi dalam kuis adalah dengan cara menghitung x ꞊ waktu dan x ꞊ nilai, proses perhitungan dilakukan dengan cara menghitung variabel-varibel ­Fuzzy Logic yang telah ditentukan. Dari penelitian ini dapat ditemukan bahwa Fisher-Yates mampu menentukan solusi pengacakan yang tidak berganda dan pengacakan objek yang variatif. Fuzzy Tsukamoto memiliki akurasi yang cukup baik  antara perhitungan berdasarkan sistem dan perhitungan secara manual, meskipun tidak menunjukan hasil yang 100% sama pada masing-masing perhitungan. Rentan nilai antara perhitungan sistem dengan perhitungan manual mempunyai rentan yang berbeda pada setiap nilainnya.

Abstract

Todays there are more applications supporting Alqurán to facilitate such a study, which could be called digital AL-Quran. But when using applications digital AL-Quran, which has many applications users experience difficulties when searching for a word that users want.This occurs when users misspell a word you want to search and applications that are not yet able to identify or justify the wrong word. In this thesis made the information retrieval system that is used to find information that is relevant to the needs of its users automatically based on conformity to the query of a collection of information.Algoritma used to determine the similarity (degree of similarity) or relevant similarity algoritma, cosine, Jaccard, and nearest neighbor (k-nn) for comparing algoritma that are more relevant to the translation application alquran. The test result proves that the cosine similarity algoritma has the highest value with the percentage of 41% compared with Jaccard 19% algoritma and nearest neighbor (k-nn) 40% on translation of AL-Quran as much 6326 document and 33 query different experiments.
