Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of supervision on the performance of employees of industry and trade sub division of supervision of goods and services Riau Province and its inhibiting factors. The type of research used is survey research,primary data source is all employees of Industry and Trade Sub Division of Supervision of goods and services Riau Province amounting to 85 people.Sampling technique by probability with census / saturated sampling technique is the sample taken based on the total population.Data analysis is done descriptively quantitative.The result of the research shows that supervision has positive and significant effect on employee performance with coefficient of determination (r2) value is 0,932,Meaning that 93.2% of employee performance is influenced by supervision.The inhibiting factor in supervision is that the leadership has not conducted regular and structured supervision.In addition there are difficulties in the supervision of goods and services in circulation because many new products and not in accordance with the standards.

Abstract

In Pekanbaru City Administration there are 43 Regional Devices Work Unit (SKPD), one of the Library and Archive Board (BPA) Pekanbaru City. BPA Has a big agenda in accordance with the vision of "Realization of Information Center and Documentation and Reading Center in Pekanbaru City". Based on pre-survey conducted there are problems that lack of public participation in utilizing the existence of BPA Pekanbaru City and the limited books / references required visitors. This public policy agenda can not be implemented entirely, whereas library and archival development is implemented with the aim of raising awareness, willingness of reading interest for every individual, public, institution and school. In order to realize the highest degree of community education systematically and sustainably as a mandate of the opening of the 1945 Constitution is to educate the life of the nation.The research was conducted at the Library and Archive Board (BPA) Pekanbaru City. Population and sample in this research is State Civil Apparatus that served in Library and Archives of Pekanbaru. The sampling technique used is simple random sampling (simple random). The number of civil servants 36 and daily personnel are 41 persons.From research activities conducted known that the Library and Archives (BPA) Pekanbaru comes as one of the seriousness of the Government of Pekanbaru City in the intellectual life of the nation. BPA Pekanbaru has the task to provide the best service in the field of library and filing. Website managed to be one source and delivery of information BPA Pekanbaru City. Then the BPA is good enough to implement the policies that have been made. From the questionnaires given to the employees, freelance and community personnel (pengaunjung) is known that as many as 17 respondents stated it was good public policy on the Library and Archives (BPA) Pekanbaru. Then as many as 3 respondents stated good enough and 0 for the less good

Abstract

Abstract

The growth rate of motor vehicles in Batam City in recent years runs very rapidly. This levy will increase the original revenue of Batam City, But the implementation of the policy of Bylaw No.1 / 2012 on parking that has been running for three years (2012-2015) does not generate significant revenue on parking charges. The Purpose of this research is how the implementationn of parking management system based on evaluation of the policy of Bylaw No.1 / 2012 on parking Btam City. Data retrieval method is done by observation and documentation. Informant selection technique is done by purposive sampling, technical data analysis is done by data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The result of the research is that the policy of Batam City Government in increasing its achievement PAD not yet optimal, due to some obstacles such as: parking management system is not feasible, there is no public satisfaction survey index to measure the extent to which the achievement of parking policy in Batam City, Human Power that needs coaching and training. Its solution of Batan City government re-filed Ranpeda about parking with the intention of changing parking rates, changing the system of parking management and service facility improvement

Abstract

The public information service system, hereinafter referred to as the information system, is a series of activities that include the storage and management of information and mechanisms of delivering information from the organizers to the public and vice versa in the form of oral, latin, written in Braille, image language and / or local languages , And presented manually or electronically. In order to provide information support to the implementation of public services should be held information system that is National. Abstract

This study aims to see who is involved in public services in the Tobekgodang District of Tampan District, which has been regulated in the Regulation of the Minister of State for Administrative Reform No. 13 of 2009 concerning Guidelines for Improving the Quality of Public Services. The design of this study uses descriptive qualitative methods that will reinforce and review the data in general in the form of documents relating to public facilities within the scope of public services Tobekgodang District Tampan District. In addition, so that the research objectives can be used also use primary data in the form of interviews with research informants, namely: Head of Tobekgodang Village, Secretary of Tobekgodang Village, Tobek godang Village Staff and Tobekgodang Village Community. The results of this study indicate that the participation of the community in Tobekgodang Subdistrict, Tampan District has been effective in improving public services in Tobekgodang Subdistrict, Tampan District.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the official script in the environment of universitas lancang kuning, making the manuscript format of the paper work aliralur script of the service as needed, this study was lifted from the existing phenomenon in the universitas lancang kuning that has no provision in making the official script, this study using the method qualitative descriptive research, which is available or builds a unity or explains the meaning behind reality. Researchers are based on the reality or ongoing events in the field. Furthermore, researchers will explore further phenomena that occur. The results show that the implementation of the official script has not been effective because the regulations on the official script of the universitas lancang kuning environment has no legal umbrella. a recommendation that would be taken into consideration in the improvement of grammar is that the university should immediately issue a policy on the legal document. In order for performance in each unit can be increased and avoided from overlapping authority. As well as candy and research about the official script can be a reference in the regulation of yellow university environment, because simply in the provisions have been described the official script of the manufacture of symbols, heads of departments, examples of making official script, stamp and format disposition sheet.

Abstract

The object of this research is the plan for the establishment of a new autonomous region of the preparation of Gunung Sahilan Darussalam from Kampar Regency.. The purpose of this research is to know the technical feasibility of expansion Gunung Sahilan Darussalam based on Government Regulation Number 78 Year 2007 About Procedure of Formation, Elimination and Merger of Region. Research methods; Using secondary data and analyzed quantitatively by determining the scores of each indicator into the eligibility requirements, consisting of 11 detailed factors into 35 indicators, then the data will be analyzed descriptively to explain the research results. The results of the study based on the assessment of indicators as mandated by Government Regulation Number 78 Year 2007. The formation of Gunung Sahilan Darussalam Regency can be said less fortunate as a new autonomous region and included in the category rejected to be done expansion. This is because the total score for the candidate of Gunung Sahilan Darussalam Regency only reaches score 334, while the entry in the category of able and recommended if the score or the value reaches at least 340. However, the total for the remaining regency (Kampar after expansion) reaches 401. This means that number Categorized able, and meaningful of Regency of parent (Kampar after expansion) recommended. Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the transparency and to analyze the factors that inhibit the creation of transparency of public service to the investment service and integrated service one door of Pekanbaru City.
