Abstract

ABSTRACT This research was aimed at investigating the effect of transformational leadership towards the workers’ job satisfaction, the effect of transformational leadership towards the organizational commitment, the effect of workers’ job satisfaction towards the organizational commitment. The population of this research was totally 110 workers. To gain the data, interview was used as the method of data collection; meanwhile, questionnaire was used as the instrument to collect the data. Before administering the instrument, it was analyzed by means of validity testing which used factor analysis and followed by reliability testing. To analyze the gained data, simple linier regression analysis was used. Based on the data analysis, the findings were as follows: 1) there is a positive and significant effect of transformational leadership towards the workers’ job satisfaction, 2) there is a positive and significant effect of transformational leadership towards organizational commitment, and 3) there is a positive and significant effect of workers’ job satisfaction towards organizational commitment. The workers’ job satisfaction has mediated partially the relationship between transformational leadership towards the organizational commitment. Abstract

The purpose of the study was to analyze the effect of competence, physical work environment and motivation on job satisfaction. This study used a population of 64 people which was using a population method and were collected by questionnaire. The results of the study showed that the effect of partially variable competence, physical work environment and motivation on job satisfaction were positive and significant, the effect of variables simultaneously competence, physical work environment and motivation on job satisfaction were positive and significant and the physical work environment was a dominant variable on employee job satisfaction on the CV. Abstract

The issue of the environment is now a public concern. Marketers today do green marketing by creating green products to attract consumers. The purpose of this study was to determine the role of environmental concern in mediating the effect of environmental knowledge on the purchase intention of green product in the electronics products LG brand air conditioners in the city of Denpasar. Sample size of 100 people, with a non-probability sampling method, especially incidental and purposive sampling using PLS analysis (Partial Least Square). The results of this study show the data analyzed environmental knowledge has a positive and significant effect either on the attitudes toward environmental and green purchase intention. Attitudes toward environmental has significant partially mediate the effect of environmental knowledge of the green purchase intention.

Abstract

The concept of organizational commitment is based on the assumption that the commitment of the organization to have a relationship, not just the employee and the organization, but in the surrounding communities. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of transformational leadership style and organizational justice on organizational commitment. The study was conducted at the Hotel Bali Dynasty Resort Kuta. The number of samples taken 80 employees housekeeping section, the census method or saturated samples. A multiple linear regression analysis techniques are used. Variables with standardized beta coefficients greater is justice organization that is equal to 0.547. Justice organizations greater influence on organizational commitment. This is because of the concern shown on the organization's employees, both in the system of remuneration or working procedures, the employee will increase the loyalty and commitment to the company.

Abstract

Turnover intention yaitu faktor ketidaknyamanan yang dialami agen di dalam suatu perusahaan. Turnover intention perlu mendapatkan perhatian yang serius bagi organisasi dengan mengurangi stres dan meningkatkan  kepuasan kerja di dalam perusahaan. Dalam penelitian ini sampel terkumpul sebanyak 66 responden menggunakan kuesioner. Metode analisis data yang digunakan berupa measurement model dan analisis jalur. Hasil penelitan ini menunjukkan stres kerja berpengaruh langsung secara positif pada turnover intention agen AJB Bumiputera 1912 Cabang Renon Denpasar, stres kerja berpengaruh negatif pada kepuasan kerja agen AJB Bumiputera 1912 Cabang Renon Denpasar dan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh negatif pada turnover intention agen AJB Bumiputera 1912 Cabang Renon Denpasar. Saran untuk AJB Bumiputera 1912 Cabang Renon Denpasar, yaitu untuk memperkecil tingkat stres kerja diupayakan meningkatkan kualitas supervisi agar meredam konflik kerja, untuk meningkatkan kepuasan kerja maka pimpinan harus memberikan kesempatan untuk maju agar kinerja searah.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Suku Bunga, Nilai Tukar, Coupon Rate dan Likuiditas Obligasi terhadap Harga Pasar Obligasi pada Sektor Keuangan di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2012-2014. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah obligasi perusahaan sektor keuangan di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2012-2014 yang berjumlah 118 obligasi. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling, sehingga didapatkan sebanyak 21 sampel obligasi perusahaan sektor keuangan di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2012-2014. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah observasi non partisipan. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear berganda dengan bantuan program SPSS 13.0 for windows. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial suku bunga berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap harga pasar obligasi, nilai tukar berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap harga pasar obligasi, coupon rate berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap harga pasar obligasi dan likuiditas obligasi berpengaruh negatif tidak signifikan terhadap harga pasar obligasi. This study aims to determine the effect of the Interest Rate, Exchange Rate, Coupon Rate and Liquidity Bonds to the Bond Market Prices in the Financial Sector in Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2012-2014. The population in this study is the corporate bond finance sector in Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2012-2014, amounting to 118 bonds. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling, to obtain as many as 21 samples of corporate bond finance sector in Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2012-2014. Data collection methods used in this study is a non-participant observation. Data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS 13.0 for windows. The analysis showed that the partial rate significant negative effect on the market price of the bonds, exchange rates significant negative effect on the market price of the bond, the coupon rate is significant positive effect on the market price of bonds and bond liquidity significant negative effect on the market price of the bond.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh pendidikan kewirausahaan, parental, dan locus of control terhadap niat berwirausaha mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Tabanan. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Tabanan. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan adalah sebanyak 105 responden, dengan menggunakan metode non probability sampling dengan teknik purposive sampling yaitu sampel ditentukan berdasarkan kriteria tertentu. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan penyebaran kuisioner dengan menggunakan skala likert 5 poin untuk mengukur 21 item pertanyaan. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda dengan program SPSS 17.00 for windows. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan setiap variable yang diuji telah valid dan reliable. Secara simultan ketiga variable bebas (pendidikan kewirausahaan, parental dan locus of control) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan pada niat berwirausaha mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Tabanan.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the effect of employee morale and organizational commitment on organizational citizenship behavior, and determine the influence of employee morale and organizational commitment together to organizational citizenship behavior. This research includes studies explanation or explanatory research. The population in this study were all employees of the Licensing Services Agency One Stop And Investment (BPPTSP & PM) Denpasar. The samples were analyzed by 67 respondents using methods of sampling jenuh.Metode data collection was conducted through a questionnaire. Data analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis. Results of the analysis showed that the morale of employees and organizational commitment have significant positive effect on organizational citizenship behavior on employee Licensing Services Agency One Stop Investment (BPPTSP & PM) Denpasar. Abstract

Konsumen mempunyai tingkat kesadaran yang tumbuh pada produk ramah lingkungan. Masyarakat bersedia untuk membeli produk hijau apabila produk tersebut disertai dengan informasi yang memadai dan dapat dipercaya. Salah satu perusahaan yang merespon masalah ini adalah PT. Pertamina yang merupakan perusahaan penghasil Bahan Bakar Minyak (BBM) yang ramah lingkungan di Indonesia. Produk yang dibuat tersebut adalah Pertalite dengan Research Octane Number 90. Penyebaran kuesioner merupakan cara pengumpulan data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yang berisi pernyataan dari 19 indikator. Sampel yang dipakai dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 100 responden yang ditentukan menggunakan metode non probability sampling. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linear berganda. Penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa green perceived quality dan green satisfaction berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap green trust pada pengguna produk ramah lingkungan Pertalite di Kota Denpasar. Green trust dipengaruhi secara negatif dan signifikan oleh variabel green perceived risk pada pengguna produk ramah lingkungan Pertalite di Kota Denpasar.

Abstract

Consumer conciousness to maintain environment is increasing at this time. This reseach aims to exam the impact of green market willing to purchase eco friendly environment product mediated by careness of cosmetic study of the body shop brand. Data collection on this reseach use likert scale quesioner. The amount of sample are 100 respondents and use porposive sampling technic.data analysis technic that used are deskriptif statistic and inferensial statictic. Deskriptif statistic explain profile of respondents, while statistic inferensial is confirmatory analysis, track analysis and sobel test is used to test the patterned hypothesis. The exam result shows that green marketing significantly impact to awareness of environment and also impact the willingness to buy eco friendly environment product. Attention to environment significanly can mediate the impact of green marketing to have willingness to buy eco friendly environment product of the body shop brand
