Abstract

Abstrak Senam lansia di Panti Wreda Pucang Gading dilakukan setiap pagi hari, namun diikuti oleh sebagian kecil lansia, sehingga perlu diteliti apakah aktivitas senam lansia berpengaruh terhadap kebugaran tubuh, penurunan lemak tubuh dan penurunan kekambuhan nyeri sendi? Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis apakah senam lansia berpengaruh terhadap kebugaran tubuh, penurunan lemak tubuh dan penurunan kekambuhan nyeri sendi. Sampel yang diteliti adalah 20 lansia dengan pertimbangan bahwa 20 lansia tersebut yang mengikuti senam lansia secara rutin. Data aktivitas senam lansia dan kekambuhan nyeri sendi diukur melalui kuesioner, lemak tubuh diukur menggunakan alat body fat caliper dan kebugaran menggunakan penghitungan denyut nadi. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis menggunakan regresi dan uji t. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa aktivitas senam lansia berpengaruh positif terhadap kebugaran tubuh, terbukti dari hasil analisis regresi dengan Fhitung = 6,947 > Ftabel = 4,41. Hasil uji t diperoleh thitung = 7,151 > ttabel = 1,73, yang berarti ada peningkatan kebugaran tubuh lansia setelah rutin mengikuti senam lansia. Senam lansia juga berpengaruh terhadap penurunan lemak tubuh, terbukti dari hasil analisis regresi dengan Fhitung = 8,905 > Ftabel = 4,41. Hasil uji t diperoleh thitung = -5,772 < -ttabel = -1,73, yang berarti bahwa ada penurunan lemak tubuh setelah mengikuti senam lansia secara teratur. Senam lansia juga berpengaruh terhadap penurunan kekambuhan nyeri sendi, terbukti dari hasil analisis regresi dengan Fhitung = 9,544 > Ftabel = 4,41. Hasil uji t diperoleh thitung = -6,282 < -ttabel = -1,73, yang berarti bahwa ada penurunan kekambuhan nyeri sendi setelah mengikuti senam lansia secara teratur. Disimpulkan bahwa senam lansia berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan kebugaran tubuh, penurunan lemak tubuh, dan penurunan kekambuhan nyeri sendi pada lansia di Panti Wreda Pucang Gading Semarang. This research has purposed to analize what elderly gymnastic actvity take effect to body fitness, reduction body fat and reduction relapsed joint pain? Investigated sample was 20 elderly people who that followed elderly gymnastics continuously. body fat had been measured by used body fat caliper tool and fitness had been measured by calculation of pulse. Obtained result has analyzed by regression and t test. The results showed that the activity of elderly gymnastics has a positive effect on body fitness, as evidenced from the results of regression analysis with Fcount = 6.947> Ftabel = 4.41. T test results obtained t count = 7.151> ttable = 1.73, which means there is an increase in body fitness elderly after a routine follow gymnastics elderly. Elderly gymnastics also affect the body fat loss, as evidenced from the regression analysis with Fcount = 8.905> Ftabel = 4.41. T test results obtained t-count = -5,772 <- ttable = -1,73, which means that there is a decrease in body fat after following the elderly gymnastics on a regular basis. Gymnastics elderly also affects the decrease of relapse of joint pain, proved from result of regression analysis with Fhitung = 9,544> Ftabel = 4,41. The result of t test is t = -6,282 <-ttable = -1,73, which means that there is decrease of joint pain relapse after following elderly gymnastics regularly. Abstract

AbstrakPermasalahan yang dikaji yaitu 1) Bagaimana tingkat kecemasan pasca cedera pada atlet bolabasket SMA Semesta Semarang. 2) Adakah pengaruh latihan imagery untuk menurunkankecemasan pasca cedera pada atlet bola basket SMA Semesta Semarang. Tujuan dari penelitianini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh latihan imagery pasca cedera pada atlet bola basket SMASemesta Semarang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian one group pre test-post testdesign. Instrumen pengumpulan data yang digunakan berupa angket yang diadopsi dari RIA (ReInjury Anxiety Scale). Penelitian ini dilakukan pada atlet bola basket SMA Semesta Semarangyang berjumlah 10 orang. Sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan purposive sampling karenamenggunakan kriteria. Teknik analisis data menggunakan t-test dengan membandingkan datayang diambil ketika pre test dengan data post test pada kelompok eksperimen dan kelompokkontrol, dengan taraf signifikan 5% N5-1=4. Hasil pre-test nilai t hitung 1,596 dengan t tabelsebesar 2.776, hasil post-test nilai t hitung sebesar 3,113 dengan harga t tabel dengan 4 t tabelsebesar 2.776 yang berarti ada peningkatan setelah dilakukan treatment. Rata-rata menunjukkankelompok eksperimen sebesar 33,0 dan kelompok kontrol sebesar 46,4 . Hal ini membuktikanbahwa ada perbedaan hasil yang signifikan latihan imagery untuk menurunkan kecemasan pascacedera. Simpulan latihan imagery dapat menurunkan kecemasan pasca cedera pada atlet bolabasket SMA Semesta Semarang. Ada perbedaan tingkat kecemasan pada kelompok ekperimendan kontrol setelah dilakukan treatment. Pada kelompok eksperimen terdapat penurunan tingkatkecemasan setelah dilakukan perlakuan sedangkan pada kelompok kontrol terjadi kenaikantingkat kecemasan karena tidak diberi perlakuan latihan imagery.Kata Kunci: Latihan imagery, kecemasan, dan bola baskeAbstractThe problems studied were: 1) What was the level of post-injury anxiety on basketball athletes of SemestaSemarang senior high school. 2) Were there any influences of imagery training to decrease post-injuryanxiety on basketball athletes of Semesta Semarang senior high school. The purpose of this study is todetermine the effect of post-injury imagery training on basketball athletes of Semesta Semarang senior highschool. This research used one group pretest-posttest design. The data collecting instrument used was in theform of a questionnaire adopted from RIA (Re-Injury Anxiety Scale). This study was conducted on thebasketball athletes of Semesta Semarang senior high school, total of 10 people. Sample in this research usedpurposive sampling due to the used of criteria. Data analysis technique used t-test by comparing data takenwhen pretest with posttest data in experimental group and control group, with significant level of 5% N5-1= 4 The result of pre-test t value was 1.596 with t table 2,776, the result of post-test t count was 3.113 withthe price of t table with 4 t table of 2.776 which meant there was improvement after the treatment. Theaverage of the experimental group was 33.0 and the control group was 46.4. This proved that there is asignificant difference in the results of imagery training to reduce post-injury anxiety. The conclusion wasimagery training could reduce post-injury anxiety on basketball athletes of Semesta Semarang senior highschool. There were anxiety level differences in the experimental and control groups after teratment. In theexperimental group there was a decrease in the level of anxiety after the treatment was done while in thecontrol group there was an increase in anxiety level because it was not given the treatment of imagerytraining. Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh latihan senam ayo bersatuterhadap peningkatan kebugaran jasmani pada anak tunagrahita ringan di SLB NegeriSemarang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode quasi eksperimental design ataudisebut juga dengan metode eksperimen semu. Sampel pada penelitian ini adalah anaktunagrahita ringan yang berjumlah 30 siswa. Teknik pengambilan data menggunakan uji tpengaruh. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa adannya pengaruh latihan senam ayo bersatuterhadap peningkatan kebugaran jasmani anak tunagrahita ringan dengan nilai t hitung sebesar2,09. Sehingga dengan demikian ada pengaruh yang signifikan antara latihan senam ayo bersatudan kebugaran jasmani Ada pengaruh latihan senam ayo bersatu terhadap kebugaran jasmanipada anak tunagrahita ringan di SLB Negeri Semarang diperoleh hasil koefisiensi uji t (t-test)hasil pre-test dan hasil post-test kebugaran jasmani indonesia pada siswa tunagrahita ringandiperoleh hasil t hitung lebih besar dari t tebal 9.200 > 2,09, Berdasarkan analisis data, makapenelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa latihan senam ayo bersatu dapat meningkatkankebugaran jasmani siswa tunagrahita ringan.Kata Kunci: Tunagrahita, kebugaran jasmani, latihan senam ayo bersatuAbstractThis study aims to determine how much the influence gymnastic exercise “AYO BERSATU” to increasephysical fitness in children with Light Mentally Retarded at SLB Negeri Semarang. The method used is aquasi-experimental design method also called a quasi-experimental method. The samples in this study wereLight Mentally Retarded children total 30 students. Data collection techniques using the t test effect, theresult showed that the influence of gymnastics exercise AYO BERSATU to the increase of physical fitness ofLight Mentally Retarded children with t value of 2.09. Thus there is significant influence between exercisesAYO BERSATU and physical fitness. Abstract

AbstrakJumlah penderita asma di Balai Kesehatan Paru Masyarakat (BKPM) Semarang yang terdiri dariasma, asma persisten dan asma bronchiale dari tahun 2010 sampai dengan 2013 terus mengalamipeningkatan. Pada tahun 2011 mengalami peningkatan menjadi 1.537 penderita (44,63%). Padatahun 2012 mengalami penurunan menjadi 1.041 penderita (18,25%) dan kemudian pada tahun2013 mengalami peningkatan lagi yaitu sebanyak 1.081 penderita (21,27%). BKPM Semarangmengadakan kegiatan senam asma bagi penderita asma. Senam asma bertujuan untuk melatih carabernapas yang benar, melenturkan dan memperkuat otot pernapasan, melatih ekspektorasi yangefektif, meningkatkan sirkulasi, mempercepat asma yang terkontrol, mempertahankan asma yangberkontrol, dan kualitas hidup yang lebih baik. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian iniadalah metode eksperimen, yaitu suatu metode penelitian yang digunakan untuk mencari pengaruhperlakuan tertentu terhadap yang lain dalam kondisi yang terkendalikan. Dalam penelitian inipeneliti menggunakan desain penelitian one group pretest posttest design dengan sampel penelitiansebanyak 20 orang penderita asma. Kegiatan senam asma dilaksanakan 3 kali setiap minggu dengandurasi waktu 45 menit selama 8 minggu. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa berdasarkan analisisdata uji statistik dengan t test dan hasil pengukuran kapasital vital paru dapat disimpulkan bahwaada pengaruh antara senam asma terhadap frekuensi kekambuhan asma dan kapasital vital parudan pada penderita asma di Balai Kesehatan Paru Masyarakat Semarang. Diharapkan kepadapeserta senam yang belum rutin untuk dapat mengikuti senam secara rutin dan bagi peserta yangsudah rutin dapat mempertahankan keikutsertaan dan keaktifan dalam kelompok senam.Kata Kunci: senam asma, frekuensi kekambuhan, kapasitas vital paruAbstractThe number of people with asthma in Balai Kesehatan Paru Masyarakat (BKPM) Semarang consisting ofasthma, persistent asthma and bronchial asthma from 2010 to 2013 continues to increase. Type of research used in this study is the experimentalmethod, which is a research method used to find the effect of certain treatment against others in controlledconditions. In this research, the researcher used the design of one group pretest posttest design research with 20people with asthma. Asthma gymnastic activity is held 3 times each week with a duration of 45 minutes for 8weeks. The results showed that based on statistical test data analysis with t test and measurement result vitalcapacity of lungs, it can be concluded that there is influence between asthma gymnastics to frequency ofrecurrence of asthma and vital capacity of lungs and in patient of Asthma at Balai Kesehatan Paru (BKPM)Semarang. It is expected that gymnastics participants who have not been routinely to be able to followgymnastics regularly and for participants who have been routinely able to maintain participation and activenessin groups gymnastics.Keywords: Asthma gymnastics, frequency of recurrence, vital capacity of the lung

Abstract

AbstrakTujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberian susu kedelai pada member Fitness CenterHotel Pandanaran Semarang. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah pre-post test control groupdesign. Sampel dibagi menjadi dua kelompok, yaitu kontrol dan perlakuan, untuk kontroldiberikan program latihan + air putih 350 ml dan perlakuan diberikan susu kedelai sebanyak 600ml + program latihan yang dapat meningkatkan kekuatan otot dan subjek diukur kekuatan ototlengan, kekuatan otot kaki dan kekuatan otot punggung sebelum dan sesudah perlakuan. Ujihipotesis menggunakan Independent sample t-test, dan paired t test. Hasil penelitian yang didapatadalah peningkatan kekuatan pada perlakuan lebih tinggi dari pada kontrol, hasil kelompokperlakuan kekuatan otot lengan 43,08 ± 11,46 kg, kekuatan otot kaki 141,75 ± 13,67 kg, kekuatanotot punggung 125,00 ± 18,26 kg, hasil kelompok kontrol kekuatan otot lengan 34,66 ± 12,40 kg,kekuatan otot kaki 132,75 ± 9.90 kg, kekuatan otot punggung 130,58 ± 17,57 kg, hasilmenunjukkan hasil perbedaan yang signifikan kelompok perlakuan lebih tinggi dibandingkankelompok kontrol hasil uji independent sample t-test, masing-masing menunjukkan hasil perbedaanyang tidak signifikan p=0,250 p= 0,221 dan p= 0,601 (p>0,05). Simpulan dari penelitian iniadalah pemberian susu kedelai tidak dapat meningkatkan perbandingan kekuatan otot antarkelompok kontrol dan perlakuan, member Fitness Center Hotel Pandanaran Semarang.Kata Kunci: : Susu kedelai, latihan beban, kekuatan otot lengan, kekuatan otot kaki, kekuatan otot punggung.AbstractMuscle strength can be improved by doing exercise. Nowadays, weight training is mostly loved physicalexercise by community. This is shown by increasing number of fitness center in the community. Based onprevious research, soy milk which is consumed after doing exercise can be an effective way to increase musclepower if it is combined with endurance exercise. This study aims to identify the effect of soy milk on FitnessCenter member of Hotel Pandanaran Semarang in treatment group and exercise program and mineral waterto control group in increasing muscle power. This is pre-post-test control group design. There are two samplegroups which are control group and treatment group. Control group is given exercise program and mineralwater of 350 ml, whereas the treatment group is given soy milk of 600ml and exercise program which mayincrease muscle power. Arm muscle power, leg muscle power and back muscle power of the sample aremeasured both before and after the given treatment. In addition, hypothesis analysis is conducted usingindependent sample t-test and paired t-test. Results show that there is greater increase of power in treatmentgroup than control group. Treatment group has arm muscle power of 43,08 ± 11,46 kg, leg muscle power of141,75 ± 13,67 kg, back muscle poer of 125,00 ± 18,26 kg, Meanwhile, control group has arm muscle powerof 34,66 ± 12,40 kg, leg muscle power of 132,75 ± 9.90 kg, and back muscle power of 130,58 ± 17,57 kg, thisfinding indicates that treatment group has higher result than the control group. However, based onindependent sample t-test, the difference is not insignificant at p= 0250, p= 0,221, and p=0.601 (p>0,05). Abstract

AbstrakPemahaman terhadap pelanggaran peraturan PSSI yang baik tentu akan mempengaruhi penampilanpemain di lapangan sebagai pemain profesional. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahuitingkat pemahaman pemain sepak bola terhadap pelanggaran peraturan PSSI. Jenis penelitian iniadalah deskriptif kuantitatif dengan desain survei. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 85 pemain sepak bola.Pengumpulan data menggunakan angket atau kuesioner. Teknik sampling menggunakan PropotionalRandom Sampling. Pengambilan sampel secara proporsi dengan mengambil subjek secara seimbangdengan banyaknya subjek dalam masing-masing klub. Teknik yang dipakai untuk memperoleh datapenelitian adalah statistik deskriptif dengan analisis deskriptif persentase. Hasil penelitianmenunjukkan bahwa tingkat pemahaman pemain di klub sepak bola Kabupaten Demak terhadappelanggaran peraturan PSSI tergolong dalam kriteria baik dengan rata-rata persentase sebesar 71%.Tingkat pemahaman pemain di klub sepak bola Kabupaten Demak pada indikator pemain tidak sahdan pemalsuan identitas tergolong dalam kategori baik. Tingkat pemahaman pemain di klub sepakbola Kabupaten Demak pada indikator penghinaan, penganiayaan dan penggunaan dopingtergolong dalam kategori baik. Tingkat pemahaman pemain di klub sepak bola Kabupaten Demakpada indikator pemogokan, mengganggu ketertiban dan keamanan tergolong dalam kategori baik.Tingkat pemahaman pemain di klub sepak bola Kabupaten Demak pada indikator tidak hadir ditempat pertandingan dan pengunduran diri tergolong dalam kategori cukup baik. Tingkatpemahaman pemain di klub sepak bola Kabupaten Demak pada indikator penyataan yang bersifatmelecehkan tergolong dalam kategori baik. Simpulan dalam penelitian ini yaitu pemahaman pemaindi klub sepak bola Kabupaten Demak terhadap pelanggaran peraturan PSSI tergolong baik.Kata Kunci: Pemahaman pemain, pelanggaran dan peraturan PSSIAbstractUnderstanding of the violation of good PSSI rules will certainly affect the performance of players in the field as aprofessional player. The purpose of this study is to determine the level of understanding of football players againstviolations of PSSI rules. The type of this research is descriptive quantitative with survey design. Research samplesas many as 85 soccer players. Data collection using questionnaire or questionnaire. The sampling technique usesPropotional Random Sampling. Sampling in proportion by taking the subject in a balanced manner with thenumber of subjects in each club. The technique used to obtain research data is descriptive statistic with descriptiveanalysis percentage. The results showed that the level of understanding of players in the Football Club of DemakDistrict against violations of PSSI rules are categorized in good criteria with an average percentage of 71%. Thelevel of understanding of players in Demak County Football Club on the indicators of illegal players andfalsification of identity fall into the good category. The level of understanding of players in Demak CountyFootball Club on indicators of humiliation, maltreatment and doping usage is categorized well. The level ofunderstanding of players at the Demak County Football Club on strikes indicator, disturbing order and securitybelong to the good category. The level of understanding of players in Demak County Football Club on indicatorsis not present at the venue and the withdrawal is categorized quite well. The level of understanding of players inDemak County Football Club on abusive statement indicator is categorized as good. Abstract

AbstrakTujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui daya tahan kardiorespirasi perokok aktif berolahraga,daya tahan kardiorespirasi bukan perokok aktif berolahraga dan perbedaan daya tahankardiorespirasi perokok aktif berolahraga dengan bukan perokok aktif berolahraga. Jenispenelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif dengan metode survei, tes danpengukuran. Populasi berjumlah 107 mahasiswa. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakanteknik purposive sampling diperoleh 30 sampel, kemudian dibagi menjadi 2 kelompok, yaitukelompok perokok aktif berolahraga (n=15) dan kelompok bukan perokok aktif berolahraga(n=15). Instrumen yang digunakan adalah angket dan tes multistage fitnes test (MFT). Analisisdata menggunakan descriptive presentase dan independent sampel test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkanbahwa perokok aktif berolahraga memiliki rerata daya tahan kardiorespirasi 39,16ml/kgbb/menit. Bukan perokok aktif berolahraga memiliki rerata daya tahan kardiorespirasi43,91 ml/kgbb/menit. Hasil uji independen sampel test menunjukan terdapat perbedaan yangsignifikan antara perokok aktif berolahraga dan bukan perokok aktif berolahraga dengan nilaip=0,017 (p<0,05). Simpulan penelitian: 1) Daya tahan kardiorespirasi perokok aktif berolahragatermasuk kategori sedang. 2) Daya tahan kardiorespirasi bukan perokok aktif berolahragatermasuk kategori baik. 3) Terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan di mana daya tahankardiorespirasi bukan perokok aktif berolahraga lebih baik dibandingkan dengan perokok aktifberolahraga. Saran dari peneliti yaitu mengatur pola hidup sehat, berhenti merokok, danberolahraga secara rutin dan teratur.Kata Kunci: Daya tahan kardiorespirasi; perokok; olahragaAbstractThe aim of the study is to know the cardiorespiratory endurance between active smoker and non activesmoker male actively exercising. The research method that be used is a descriptive quantitative with surveymethod, test, and measuring. Total of the population are 107 students. Sampling technique by purposivesampling technique, the result is 30 sample, than divided into 2 groups, they are active smokers who activelyexercise group (n=15) and non-active smokers who actively exercise group (n=15). The instrument that beused are questionnaire and multistage fitness test (MFT). The data analysis using descriptive percentage andindependent sample test. The result shows that active smoker who actively exercise has cardiorespiratoryendurance in average 39,16 bb/minute. Then non-active smoker who actively exercise has cardiorespiratoryendurance in average 43,91 ml/kg/minute. The result of independent sample test contain of significantdifferences between active smoker who actively exercise group and non-active smoker who actively exercisewith the grade p=0,017 (p<0,05). Research conclusions: 1) Cardiorespiratory endurance for active smokerwho actively exercise include as medium category. 2) Cardiorespiratory endurance for non-active smokerwho actively exercise include as good category. 3) There are significant differences that are cardiorespiratoryfor non-active smokers male actively exercise is better than active smoker who actively exercise. Abstract

AbstrakAtlet yang berbakat diperlukan dalam pecapaian prestasi olahraga, jika seorang anak aktif dalamcabang olahraga yang sesuai dengan bakat yang dimiliki, maka anak tersebut dapat mencapaiprestasi puncak dalam cabang olahraga yang diminati. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untukmengetahui bakat dan potensi pada cabang olahraga siswa Kelas V Sekolah Dasar Negeri 1 AmpelTahun 2016/2017. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan analisis kuantitatif.Penelitian ini menggunakan dua variabel yaitu sport search sebagai variabel bebas dan pemanduanbakat sebagai variabel terikat. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 47 siswa. Pengambilan sampelmenggunakan teknik total sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan teknik tes dan pengukuran.Data yang dikumpulkan berupa tes tinggi badan, tinggi duduk, berat badan, rentang lengan, lempartangkap bola tenis, lempar bola basket, loncat tegak, lari kelincahan, lari 40 meter, dan larimultitahap. Data diolah dengan aplikasi software computer “sport search” dan modifikasi pengolahandata dari M. Furqon H. Hasil pemanduan bakat dengan metode sport search pada siswa kelas VSekolah Dasar Negeri 1 Ampel Tahun 2016/2017 menunjukkan bahwa siswa kelas V belum memlikisiswa yang memiliki kategori sangat potensial dan potensial dalam cabang olahraga. Pada kategoricukup potensial terdapat 7 anak atau 15%, kategori kurang potensial terdapat 25 anak atau 32% dantidak potensial terdapat 15 anak atau 32%. Hasil dari penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa siswakelas V Sekolah Dasar Negeri 1 Ampel belum mempunyai siswa yang sangat potensial pada cabangolahraga.Kata Kunci: Pemanduan bakat, sport search, siswa kelas VAbstractTalented athletes are required in achieving sport achievement. If a child is active in the sports that are suitablewith his talent, then the child will reach the top achievement in the sports interested. The aim of this research is toknow the talent and the ability in sport branch of the fifth grade students of state primary school 1 Ampel. Thisresearch used descriptive with quantitative analysis method. This research used two variables that were sportsearch as the independent variable and talent identification as the dependent variable. The research samples were47 students. The sampling used total sampling technique. The collecting data techniques were test andmeasurement technique. The collected data were in forms tests of height, sitting height, weight, arm range, tennisball throwing, basketball throwing, jumping up, agility run, 40 meters run, and multistage fitness. The data wereprocessed by using computer software application “sport search” and modification of data processing from M.Furqon H. The result of talent identification by using sport search in student’s grade of the fifth grade students ofstate primary school 1 Ampel showed that the student’s fifth grade had not had category of very potential andpotentialin sports. In the potential category there were 7 children or 15%, in the less potential category there were25 children or 32%, and not potential there were 15 children or 32%. The result this research can be concludedthat of the fifth grade students of state primary school 1 Ampel had not had category of very potential in sports.Keywords: Talent identification, sport search, student grade V

Abstract

AbstrakLatar belakang penelitian ini peneliti ingin mengetahui sejauh mana perkembangan olahraga di Kota Semarang ditinjau melaluai SDI (Sport Development Index). Permasalahan yang diungkap dalam penelitian ini bagaimana perkembangan olahraga di Kota Semarang ditinjau melalui SDI (Sport Development Index) tahun 2016. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui perkembangan olahraga di Kota Semarang yang ditinjau menggunakan Sport Development Index (SDI). Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Populasi penelitain ini seluruh penduduk Kota Semarang berusia di atas 7 tahun. Sampel ditentukan dengan stratified random sampling dan Cluster sampling, kemudian didapatkan kecamatan yang akan dijadikan sampel yaitu : Kecamatan Pedurungan, KecamatanSemarang Selatan, Kecamatan Gunungpati, dari tiap kecamatan dihasilkan sempel sebanyak 90 orang, dengan 30 orang per kecamatan dari tiga kategori yaitu masing-masing 10 oarang anak-anak, 10 orang remaja, 10 orang dewasa serta tiap kategori terdiri dari 5 laki-laki dan 5 perempuan. Variabel penelitia adalah 4 dimensi dasar Sport Development Index (SDI) yaitu partisipasi masyarakat, ruang terbuka olahraga, kebugaran masyarakat, dan sumber daya manusia olahraga. Instrumen yang digunakan konsep SDI angket, tes kebugaran melalui metode Multistage Fitnes Test (MFT). Analisis data kuantitatif. Hasil nilai indeks partisipasi masyarakat Kota semarang 0,19 tergolong dalam kategori rendah, ruang terbuka oloahraga di Kota Semarang 0,616 tergolong dalam kategori sedang, kebugaran masyarakat di Kota Semarang 0,72 tergolong dalam kategori sedang, SDM di Kota Semarang 0,0076 tergolong dalam kategori rendah. Sport Development index (SDI) di Kota Semarang tahun 2005 0,174, tahun 2006 0,287, kemudian pada tahun 2016 0,3992 SDI Kota Semarang tergolong dalam kategori rendah. Meskipun nilai SDI mengalami peningkatan dari tahun sebelumnya. Simpulan perkembangan olahraga di Kota Semarang masih rendah bila ditinjau dariSport Development Index (SDI). Saran untuk pemerintah Kota Semarang hendaknya lebih memperhatikan perkembangan olahraga di Kota Semarang, dengan menggunakan 4 dimensi dasar SDI .Kata Kunci: Sport Development Index (SDI).AbstractThe problem in this research was how was the development of sports in Semarang city viewed from SDI (Sport Development Index) 2016. The present research aimed to find out the sports development in Semarang city viewed by using Sport Development Index (SDI). Population of the research was the entire citizens of Semarang city above 7 years old. Sample was determined by stratified random sampling and Cluster sampling, then the districts were obtained that would be the sample, they were: Pedurungan District, South SemarangDistrict, GunungpatiDistrict, in each district gave the sample that was 90 people, with 30 people in every district from each category which was 10 children, 10 teenagers, 10 adults and each category consisted of 5 males and 5 females. Variable in this research was 4 basic dimensions of Sport Development Index (SDI) which were people’s participation, sport outdoor arena, people’s fitness, and sport human resource. Instruments used in this research were inquiry of SDI and fitness test by using Multistage Fitness Test (MFT) method. The data analysis was quantitative. Index score in Semarang city was 0.3992 or 39.92% then the SDI score in Semarang city was in low category. The government in Semarang city paid less attention to 4 SDI basic dimensions. Abstract

AbstrakTujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui pemberian air beroksigen dengan kadar 120 PPM dibandingkan 100 PPM dan latihan aerobik terhadap penurunan persen lemak tubuh member Seruni Studio. Metode penelitian menggunakan quasi experimental dengan two groups with pre-test and post-test design. Populasi berjumlah 405 orang berjenis kelamin wanita. Teknik penarikan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling dengan kriteria inklusi dan eksklusi menghasilkan 17 sampel penelitian. Sampel dibagi 2 kelompok, perlakuan 1 pemberian air beroksigen kadar 120 PPM dan latihan aerobik (n=9). Perlakuan 2 pemberian air beroksigen kadar 100 PPM dan latihan aerobik (n=8). Latihan aerobik penelitian ini adalah senam aerobik selama 4 minggu. Pemberian air beroksigen 3 tahap, sebelum, interval dan setelah latihan. Pengukuran persen lemak tubuh menggunakan BIA (Bioelectrical Impaldance Analysis). Teknik analisis data menggunakan paired-samples t-test dan one-sample t-test. Hasil penelitian ini adalah nilai p kelompok perlakuan 1 = 0,000, artinya nilai p < 0,05. Nilai p kelompok perlakuan 2 = 0,000, artinya nilai p < 0,05. Nilai p uji beda perlakuan 1 dan perlakuan 2 = 0,184, artinya nilai p > 0,05. Simpulan penelitian ini adalah pemberian air beroksigen kadar 120 PPM maupun 100 PPM dan latihan aerobik berpengaruh terhadap penurunan persen lemak tubuh member Seruni Studio. Tidak terdapat perbedaan dari kedua kelompok perlakuan.Kata Kunci: Air beroksigen, latihan aerobik, persen lemak tubuh Abstract The purpose of this research is to find out the influence of giving 120 PPM oxygenated water compared to 100 PPM oxygenated water and aerobic exercise towards body fat loss percentage on Seruni Studio members. This research uses quasi-experimental with method of two groups with pre-test and post-test design. The population is 405 women. The technique used to choose the samples is purposive sampling with inclusion and exclusion criteria generating 17 samples. The samples are divided into two groups, treatment 1 which is giving 120 PPM oxygenated water and aerobic exercise (n= 9). Treatment 2 which is giving 100 PPM oxygenated water and aerobic exercise (n= 8). The aerobic exercise in this research is an aerobic dance held for 4 weeks. The giving of oxygenated water consists of three stages, before, interval and after the exercise. The measurement of body fat percentage is done by using BIA (Bioelectrical Impaldance Analysis). The analysis technique uses Paired-samples t-test and One-sample t-test. The results of this research is p score of treatment group 1 = 0.000, it means that the p score < 0.05. The p score of treatment group 2 = 0.000, it means that the p score < 0.05. The p score of different test 1 and treatment 2 = 0.184, meaning that the p score > 0.05. The conclusion of this research is the giving of 120 PPM or 100 PPM oxygenated water and aerobic exercise is influential to body fat loss percentage on Seruni Studio members.
