Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of self-efficacy, family environment and perceptions of teacher welfare on interest in becoming an accounting teacher in 2019 FE UNNES accounting education students. This research is a population study, namely the 2019 FE UNNES accounting education students totaling 115 students where all respondents were used as the unit of analysis. The data analysis technique used descriptive statistical analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that self-efficacy, family environment, and perceptions of teacher welfare had a positive and significant effect on interest in becoming an accounting teacher. Self efficacy, family environment and perceptions of teacher welfare partially have a positive and significant effect on interest in becoming an accounting teacher. Suggestions given by researchers to maintain student interest in becoming teachers are to pay more attention, such as seeking information related to the latest regulations of the teaching profession from various reference sources, attending educational seminars related to learning innovations and adding insight related to the rights of teachers' obligations such as certification. teachers, teacher compensation, and teacher welfare guarantees so as to increase interest in becoming a teacher in educational students.

Abstract

This study aims to measure the level of effectiveness of the Dynamic Archival Information System (SIKD) in managing archives. The data analysis technique used in this research is descriptive qualitative with simple tabulation calculations. Data collection techniques used interviews, literature studies and questionnaires given to 33 respondents using SIKD with 6 dimensions of the Delone and Mclean models namely system quality, information quality, service quality, use, customer satisfaction and added benefits. The results showed that the dynamic archive information system (SIKD) implemented in the School of Vocation of Universitas Sebelas Maret has been good and effective to help manage the dynamic archive. The lowest score of 2.85 is obtained in service quality dimension, because there are some types of users that can use. The 90% respondents constituting 27 letter recorders highly affect the response based on the feedback given by Structural Official user type. An in-depth interview indicates that the constraint found related to the slow response is due to human resource or the preoccupation of structural officials. Meanwhile, the overall results of the calculations show that SIKD is effective in managing official scripts in vocational schools.

Abstract

This study aims to analyse: (1) The effect of self-confidence on learning motivation; (2) The effect of adversity quotient on learning motivation; and (3) The effect of self-regulated learning on learning motivation in economics subject for Class XI Social Sciences at Public High School 2 Purbalingga in the 2022 / 2023 academic year. The population in this study were all Class XI Social Sciences students at Public High School 2 Purbalingga for the 2022 / 2023 academic year. Sampling in this study used a proportionate stratified random sampling technique of 144 respondents. The data analysis technique used was multiple linear regression analysis with the SPSS version 23 program. The data collection method used questionnaires and interviews. Based on the results of research and data analysis, it can be concluded that self-confidence has a positive effect on learning motivation, adversity quotient has a positive effect on learning motivation, and self-regulated learning has a positive effect on learning motivation.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of economic education in the family on the consumptive behavior of SMA PUSRI Palembang students. This type of research is quantitative. Data collection techniques used were questionnaires, interviews and documentation. The sample technique in this study used simple random sampling with 86 students of class XI SMA PUSRI Palembang. The results of research on economic education in the family are 83% in the very strong category. The results of the analysis of consumptive behavior are 49% in the medium category. The results of hypothesis testing show that tcount>table=4.352>1.988 with a significance level of 0.00<0.05 which indicates that there is an effect of economic education in the family on students' consumptive behavior. With the results of a simple regression test, the variable economic education in the family has the ability of 18.4% to explain its effect on the dependent variable, namely consumptive behavior, while the remaining 81.6% is influenced by other variables.

Abstract

Financial behavior is an important thing to pay attention to, with good financial behavior a person will beable to meet his needs both from the short and long term. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of financial literacy, income and self-control on thelimited financial behavior of generation Z. The population of this study is generation Z in Bekasi Regency. This studyused quantitative research with data collection techniques using questionnaires. The sampling technique in this study is by using urposive sampling techniques, so that the number of samples inthis study was 100 respondents. And the technique of data analysis inthis research is using Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) withthe help of SmartPLS version 4.0 for windows. The results of this study found that financial liability variables have a negative and insignificant effect on financial behavior in generation Z in Bekasi Regency, income variables have a positive and significant effect on financial behavior in generation Z in Bekasi regency.ini show that income can increase financial behavior in generation Z in Bekasi regency, where the higher a person's income level, the more Be careful about using money. In managing finances, generation Z must remember that both large and small income they have from working and investing, they still have to manage their finances well. Then the variable of self-control has a positive and significant effect on financial behavior. This means that the higher the self-control, the better the financial behavior.

Abstract

Interest is a person's interest because of a feeling of liking for a thing or activity related to a particular object. In this case is the interest to take part in PPG. This study aims to determine the effect of parental income, family environment, and learning motivation on interest in participating in PPG. This type of research is quantitative research. The population in this study were 259 students majoring in Economic Education at UNNES class of 2017. The sample in this study was 157 students. The sampling technique used is stratified random sampling technique. Methods of data collection using a questionnaire. The results showed that (1) Parents' income had a positive effect on interest in participating in PPG; (2) Family environment had no positive and significant effect on interest in participating in PPG; (3) Learning motivation had a positive effect on interest in participating in PPG; (4) Parents' income, family environment, and learning motivation simultaneously has an effect of 27.9% on students' interest in participating in PPG.

Abstract

This study aimed to analyse the influence of motivation, self-potential, and socio-economic condition of parents on the interest in continuing to higher education for class XI students for the 2022/ 2023 academic year at Public High School 1 Baturraden. This research is quantitative research using survey method. The population in this study were 358 students using probability sampling technique using simple random sampling using the Slovin formula which resulted in 189 samples. The method in collecting research data used questionnaires, and the data processing method used multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study show that: motivation has a positive influence on the interest in continuing to higher education; Self-potential has a positive influence on interest in continuing to higher education; and Socio-economic conditions of parents have a positive influence on the interest in continuing to higher education.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of profitability ratios and liquidity ratios on financial distress, with fraudulent financial statements as a moderating variable. This research is quantitative research. The population of this study are agricultural companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2018-2021. The data collection method used purposive sampling technique and obtained a sample of 19 companies with 76 units of analysis. The secondary data used is the annual financial report which is downloaded through the IDX's official website. Analysis of research data using descriptive statistical analysis and Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) with the application tool WarpPLS 8.0. The results show that partially the profitability ratios have no effect on financial distress, liquidity ratios have a positive effect on financial distress, financial statement fraud has a negative effect on financial distress, fraud is not able to moderate the effect of profitability ratios on financial distress, and fraud is able to moderate the effect of liquidity ratios financial distress.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the effect of the Quantum Learning model on student learning outcomes in economics subjects. This research was motivated by the many students in class XI IPS at SMA Negeri 3 Purwokerto who obtained daily test scores below the Minimum Completeness Criteria (KKM) in economics subjects. The research method used is a Quasi-Experimental Design that uses an experimental and control class. This study's population was all class XI IPS students at SMA Negeri 3 Purwokerto. The number of samples in this study was 71 respondents who were students of class XI IPS 3 and 4. The sampling technique used was the purposive sampling technique. Based on the data analysis that has been done, the Quantum Learning Model has a positive effect on student learning outcomes in economics class XI IPS at SMA Negeri 3 Purwokerto. The implication of the conclusions above is that teachers and schools are advised to optimize learning by creating comfort, fun, and opportunities for students to be active in learning. The efforts that can be made are applying the Quantum Learning model because the Quantum Learning model has been proven to be able to improve student learning outcomes.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the effect of Introduction Field Schools (PLP) and interest in students' readiness to become teachers. Readiness to become a teacher is a readiness that exists in individuals who already have knowledge and skills in the teaching profession so that they can carry out their duties and obligations as a teacher. Initial observations show that the readiness of FEB Unesa Education Study Program students to become teachers still needs to improve. In this study, students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Surabaya State University, class of 2019, were used as subjects of four study programs: the Economics Education Study Program, Office Administration Education, and Accounting and Commerce Education. The type of research used is descriptive quantitative. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. The analytical method used is instrument testing using validity and reliability tests and hypothesis testing using multiple linear regression. The results showed that simultaneously the independent variables were: (1) PLP had a positive and significant effect on student readiness to become teachers; (2) Interest had a positive and significant effect on student readiness to become teachers; (3) PLP and interest had a positive and significant effect on student readiness to become teachers.
