Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalan untuk mengetahui bagaimana mengimplementasikan linear congruent method untuk pengacakan soal ujian pada aplikasi beleajar hiragana. Metode pengembangan perangkat lunak yang digunakan adalah dengan memodifikasi metode waterfall, maka langkah-langkah penelitian ini antara lain persiapan penelitian, analisis perangkat lunak, analisis perangkat keras dan perangkat lunak yang digunakan, desain/perancangan perangkat lunak, implementasi (kode), dan pengujian perangkat lunak. Hasil penelitian yang didapatkan bahwa telah dibuat aplikasi Belajar Hiragana yang memiliki fitur: pengertian huruf hiragana, lambang bunyi huruf hiragana yang terdiri dari sei-on, daku-on, handaku-on dan yo-on, menulis huruf hiragana, peraturan ejaan, kosakata, menulis kalimat serta ujian tebak suara dan ujian menulis kata. Linear congruent method telah berhasil diimplementasikan dalam aplikasi Belajar Hiragana untuk pengacakan soal ujian dan pilihan jawaban pada ujian tebak suara dan menulis kata. The purpose of this study was to find out how to implements linear congruent method for randomization of exam questions on hiragana’s learning application. Software development method that used in this research is modification of waterfall method, then steps of this research are preparation, analysis, design/software design, implementation (code) and software testing. The results of research are have been made an application of learning Hiragana which has feature : understanding hiragana letters, sounds of letters hiragana consisting of sei-on, daku-on, handaku-on and yo-on, writing hiragana letters, spelling regulation, vocabulary, writing sentences, guess sound and examination of write the word. Linear congruent method has been implemented in application of learning hiragana for scrambling exam questions and choise of answers on the guess sound exam and write the word.

Abstract

Dalam penentuan peringkat, wali kelas dihadapkan pada tugas untuk menyampaikan informasi atau melaporkan urutan/peringkat para peserta didiknya. Kesulitan yang dihadapi antara lain wali kelas kesulitan menentukan ranking dengan banyak siswa karena jangka waktu penentuan peringkat sangatlah singkat. Maka dari itu dibutuhkan suatu sistem yang bisa membantu wali kelas untuk menentukan peringkat siswa. Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimana membuat Sistem Pendukung Keputusan dengan metode Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) untuk menentukan peringkat siswa. Apakah aplikasi Sistem Pendukung Keputusan dengan metode Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) valid. Apakah aplikasi Sistem Pendukung Keputusan dengan metode Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) dapat membantu wali kelas dalam menentukan peringkat siswa. Tujuan penelitian ini dapat dibuat sistem pendukung keputusan untuk menentukan peringkat siswa. Aplikasi dapat diuji validitasnya. Dapat membantu wali kelas untuk menentukan peringkat siswa. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengembangan sistem yaitu metode Research and Development (R & D). Penelitian dilaksanakan di SMA N 1 Bergas. Validasi sistem dilakukan oleh dosen pakar dari Jurusan Elektro untuk uji internal, dan Waka Kurikulum SMA N 1 Bergas untuk uji eksternal dengan menggunakan instrumen berupa angket yang hasilnya disimpulkan secara deskriptif persentase. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem pendukung keputusan penentuan peringkat siswa dengan metode AHP dibuat dalam beberapa proses yaitu merencanakan Model Konseptual atau Model Teoritis, Model Hipotetik, Model Empirik dan Model Akhir. Metode penghitungan sistem dibuat dengan metode AHP. Berdasarkan analisis dengan deskriptif persentase, hasil validasi internal adalah sebesar 75,56% dan termasuk dalam kategori Valid. Sedangkan validasi eksternal memperoleh hasil 81,67% dan termasuk ke dalam kategori Sangat Valid. Hasil uji coba pada wali kelas sebesar 84,6% termasuk dalam kategori Sangat Valid. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa dapat dibuat sistem pendukung keputusan untuk menentukan peringkat siswa Berdasarkan hasil validasi internal dan eksternal, aplikasi sistem pendukung keputusan ini dapat dinyatakan valid. Aplikasi layak dan dapat membantu wali kelas dalam menentukan peringkat siswa. Saran yang diberikan yaitu sistem dapat dikembangkan sehingga tidak terdapat peringkat yang kosong jika ada peringkat yang sama serta perlu dikembangan dengan penambahan kriteria dan subkriteria lainnya. On determining student’s rank, class teachers are faced for giving information or reporting their student’s rank. The difficulty that they have is to determine student’s rank in a short time while there are large number of students. Based on that situation, class teachers need a system which could help them for determining student’s rank. The problem in this research is how to make decision supporting system using analytical hierarchy process (ahp) method for determining student’s rank. This research is purposed to get information whether the application of Decision Supporting System using analytical hierarchy process is valid and be able to help for determining student’s rank. The purpose of this research is be able to make Decision Supporting System for determining student’s rank. The validity of this application could be tested and be able to help class teachers to determine their student’s rank. The method which used to develop this system is research and development method. The research is done in SMAN 1 Bergas. System validation is done by lecturer from Electrical Engineering program for internal test, and the head of curriculum of SMAN 1 Bergas for external test by using instrument that can be concluded with percentage descriptive. The result of this research show that the system is made from some processes which are Conceptual Model, Hypothetic Model, Empirical Model, and Final Model. System calculation method is made with AHP method. Based on some analysis using percentage descriptive, the internal validity result is 75,56%, so that the score is valid. And either for external validation which is 81.67% and validation result for class teacher which is 84,6%. Based on those conclusions, this decision supporting system is valid. The application is worthy and could help the class teachers for determining student’s rank. The advice for this research is the system can be developed by adding another criterias and sub-criterias.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk membangun aplikasi sistem pendukung keputusan untuk penerimaan siswa baru di SMK Negeri 2 Magelang dan untuk mengetahui penggunaan metode SAW (Simple Additive Weighting) dapat memudahkan  proses penerimaan siswa baru serta dapat memberikan hasil yang lebih akurat daripada menggunakan Excel. Metode pengembangan sistem menggunakan metode analisis terstruktur dan analisis PIECES (Performance, Information, Economic, Control, Efficiency And Service). Metode perhitungan Sistem Pendukung Keputusan menggunakan SAW (Simple Additive Weighting). Objek yang diteliti yaitu kelayakan sistem yang meliputi aspek komunikasi visual dan aspek rekayasa perangkat lunak. Metode pengujian sistem yang digunakan adalah pengujian black box dan analisis PIECES serta validasi sistem menggunakan angket. Penelitian ini menghasilkan bahwa bahwa pembuatan sistem ini dapat melalui tahap perencanaan website (identifikasi kebutuhan sistem, perencanaan sistem, perencanaan database dan perencanaan interface), tahap pembuatan website (pembuatan database dan penulisan kode) serta tahap pengujian (validasi). Disimpulkan bahwa dalam penggunaannya sistem ini mampu berjalan baik sesuai dengan fungsi masukkan dan keluarannya serta mampu memberikan hasil yang lebih baik karena sistem ini lebih terstruktur dan sistematis  serta keakuratannya dengan nilai data lima angka desimal dibelakang koma yang dapat digunakan untuk meminimalisir adanya kesamaan dalam perhitungan hasil akhir pendaftar. The purpose of this research is to build a decision support system applications for new students at SMK Negeri 2 Magelang and to determine the use of the method SAW (Simple Additive Weighting) can facilitate new admissions process and can provide more accurate results than using Excel. Systems development method using structured analysis and PIECES analysis (Performance, Information, Economic, Control, Efficiency And Service). Calculation method of Decision Support System using SAW (Simple Additive Weighting). The object under study is the feasibility of a system that includes aspects of visual communication and software engineering aspects. System testing method used is black box testing and analysis PIECES and system validation using a questionnaire. This study resulted in that that making this system can through the website planning phase (identification of system requirements, system planning, planning and planning database interface), website creation stage (database creation and writing code) and testing phase (validation). It was concluded that the use of this system is capable of running well in accordance with the insert function and output and is able to provide better results because the system is more structured and systematic as well as the accuracy with five data values ​​decimal digits after the decimal that can be used to minimize the similarity in the calculation of the final result registrants.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengimplementasikan pengoptimalan biaya transportasi dengan metode transportasi yaitu north west corner method (NWCM) dan stepping stone method (SSM) ke dalam sebuah program. Metode perancangan dan pengembangan program NWCM dan SSM menggunakan model waterfall. Objek yang diteliti yaitu program NWCM dan SSM dengan uji keberfungsian program menggunakan uji black box, uji perbandingan 39 data dengan program standar yaitu QM for windows dan uji data kasus menghitung biaya optimal dengan dengan program yang dibuat pada Perum Bulog Sub Divre Semarang bulan Februari 2015. Hasil penelitian secara signifikan menunjukkan bahwa hasil perhitungan antara program NWCM dan SSM dengan program QM for windows sama. Hasil perhitungan dengan program NWCM dan SSM membuktikan bahwa biaya transportasi lebih optimal daripada biaya yang diperhitungkan oleh Perum Bulog Sub Divre Semarang, sehingga dapat menghemat biaya sebesar Rp. 19.265.088 atau 1,68%. Kesimpulan dan saran dari penelitian ini, program ini dapat menjadi salah satu alternatif dalam menerapkan perhitungan biaya transportasi secara optimal pada Perum Bulog Sub Divre Semarang. The objective of this study is to apply transportation cost optimally with transportation methods, North West Corner Method (NWCM) and Stepping Stone Method (SSM) in a program. The plan method and NWCM and SSM program development are using waterfall model. The objects of the research are NWCM and SSM program with function test using black box test, comparing 39 data test with standard programs which are QM for windows and case data test counting optimal charge using a program made by Perum Bulog Sub Divre Semarang in Febuary 2015. The result shows significantly that the calculation results for NWCM program, SSM program and QM for windows program are same. The calculation of NWCM and SSM program proves that transportation cost is more optimal than the calculation cost by Perum Bulog Sub Divre Semarang, and they can press the expenses till Rp. 19.265.088 or 1,68%. The conclusion and suggestion from this study is that this program can be an alternative in applying tranportation cost calculation optimally in Perum Bulog Sub Divre Semarang.

Therefore, The Writer design a guitar chord Learning Media Applications based android because android Operating System is a developing rapidly and many people have it. The purpose of research is to produce mobile application education learn the guitar chords for Beginners Based android.The methods used to build this software is a waterfall, consists of analysis, design, implementation, and testing. Testing process Software is Framework validation. Testing process consists of black-box testing, material testing, and media testing.The results is a Mobile Application Education Learning Chord Guitar for Beginners Based Android. Features From Application is Introduction Parts of the guitar, the techniques playing guitar, introduction of a guitar chord, guitar tuner, chord mayor and minor with tones, video examples chord songs, and chord songs examples. The result of Black-box testing show that functions Application is good, while the materials testing and media testing , learning guitar chords application shows the percentage of Eligibility Application respectively 91.32% and 87.15%, which means that the findings Of Process the validation included category Very decent OR Very Good. Suggestions for a review of research is 1) the must be user testing to review how the applications is effective or not, 2) USE evaluation questions, 3) USE streaming video Database until size of the application is NOT too big and can to publish video more, 4) improvement tuner features.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peningkatan motivasi siswa SMP Negeri 2 Patebon melalui penerapan model student facilitator and explaining materi Microsoft excel, mengetahui peningkatan sikap belajar siswa SMP Negeri 2 Patebon melalui penerapan model student facilitator and explaining materi Microsoft excel, dan mengetahui peningkatan hasil belajar siswa SMP Negeri 2 Patebon melalui penerapan model student facilitator and explaining materi Microsoft excel. Desain yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Nonequivalent control group pretest-postest. Alat yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah lembar observasi, kuesioner, dan lembar tes pretest posttest. Dari hasil analisis data, didapat hasil motivasi pada kelas eksperimen meningkat dari 43,55 menjadi 78,22, besarnya peningkatan diperoleh dari uji gain yaitu 0,61 dengan kategori sedang. Sedangkan hasil sikap belajar kelas eksperimen memperoleh rata-rata 48,75 menjadi 73,12 untuk besarnya peningkatan sikap diperoleh dari uji gain yaitu 0,48 dengan kategori sedang. pada nilai rata-rata test hasil belajar kognitif pada kelas eksperimen sebesar 82,13 dan kelas kontrol sebesar 76,22. Untuk meningkatan hasil belajar kognitif siswa dilihat dari uji gain. Dari uji gain pada kelas eksperimen peningkatan hasil belajar kognitif berkategori sedang. persentase skor pada aspek psikomotorik kelas eksperimen sebesar 80,31% sedangkan kelas kontrol 70%. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang dilakukan dapat disimpulkan bahwa implementasi model student facilitator and explaining mampu meningkatkan motivasi, sikap dan hasil belajar siswa SMP Negeri 2 Patebon. Saran berdasarkan keberhasilan pencapaian dari penerapan model student facilitator and explaining dalam proses pembelajaran ddapat dijadikan pertimbangan dalam melaksanakan pembelajaran disekolah dan kepada peneliti berikutnya untuk lebih mengembangkan dan mengeksplorasikan kembali penerapan model student facilitator and explaining pada proses pembelajaran berikutnya.

Abstract

The implementation of the 2013 curriculum  at SMK N 1 Batang need for new learning models that correspond to the curriculum. This study aims to determine whether there is any difference in student learning outcomes using models invitation into inquiry and student using expository models on the subjects of  KKPI class XI AP SMK N 1 Batang. The design was nonequivalent control group pretest-posttest design. Average values obtained experimental class 82 703, the control class 74.71. The results of t-test t = 11.863 while t table = 1.99. So thitung> ttable, means there are significant differences between the two groups. It can be concluded that the application of the invitation into inquiry learning model is better than the application of expository teaching model on the subjects of KKPI class XI AP SMK N 1 Batang. Suggested invitation into inquiry learning model can be applied to subjects KKPI with different competencies that learners learning outcomes can reach over KKM predetermined value. _________________________________________________

Abstract

Kecamatan Godong merupakan salah satu wilayah yang memiliki produksi pertanian padi dan kacang hijau terbesar di kabupaten Grobogan. Kegiatan penyuluhan pertanian di Kecamatan Godong memerlukan website sebagai media informasi yang dapat diakses kapanpun dan di manapun. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah membangun website penyuluhan menggunakan metode pengembangan waterfall serta mengetahui bagaimana tanggapan dinas pertanian dan petani mengenai kebermanafaatan website penyuluhan pertanian di Kecamatan Godong. Metode pengembangan yang digunakan dalam pembuatan website adalah waterfall model. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan istrumen angket sedangkan teknik analisis data menggunakan skala likert. Hasil penelitian ini berupa website yang telah melalui tahapan metode pengembangan waterfall. Tanggapan pihak dinas pertanian menyatakan sangat setuju sedangkan tanggapan petani menyatakan setuju mengenai kebermanfaatan website di Kecamatan Godong.

Abstract

Teacher’s Performance Assessment (PKG) is an ability assessment process of teachers to apply the competencies and skills include pedagogical, personality, social, and professional aspects. The results of the assessment then processed by PKG’s team to produce a final value which is useful in the process of career development, promotion and functional position. Therefore, systems are needed to process the results of PKG. Based on the situation, this research is intended to make decision support system of teacher’s performance assessment that can help the PKG team to manage PKG results and give priority to the selection of the best teachers based on their performance. This decision support system applying Simple Additive weighting (SAW) method to determine the priority of the best teachers. The concept of SAW method is to find a weighted sum of the performance rating for each alternative (teacher) on all attributes. The system is made using System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) development methods which consists of the analysis, design, code, test, and maintenance are implemented with the PHP and MySQL programming language. Tests performed on this system is blackbox testing and comparison.The results obtained from blackbox testing 100% valid, which means all of the functional system is running well. The results of comparative testing 100% valid because it has been adapted to the calculation based on PERMENEGPAN 16/2009.The system has been tested at the high school State an equals Wonosobo regency as end users, with an average yield of 87.69% of user response. Based on the research,  the conclusion  are taken that the decision support system with SAW method  useful to help PKG team to cultivate the best prioritize of teacher assessment effectively and efficiently based on test results blackbox, comparison and analysis of the usefulness of the system user responses.

Abstract

The result of observations from SPMA H Moenadi the academic year 2015/2016 on KKPI lessons, student learning outcomes have not been up and there are students who have not reached the KKM by 76 by 49,24%. The average grade of the middle test the even semester students of class X was 73,15. This research applies the  cooperative learning model of talking stick, by using the model students areexpected more responsible with the tasks assigned and active. This study aims to determine differences between the experimental class student learning outcomes with control and know the results of higher learning of the two classes.This study design is quasi-experimental design with a population of students of class X and class samples X1 as experimental class and X4 as control class. Data collection techniques include documentation and tests. Data analysis techniques are normality and homogeneity test as a prerequisite test, as well as different test and gain as hypothesis testing.The results of t test analysis shows that there are differences in values posttest learning outcomes of students experimental class and control, evidenced t_hitung> t_tabel by 4,000> 1,997. Gain test analysis showed there was an increase in student learning outcomes experimental class is higher than the control class, with <g> experimental class = 0.486 and <g> class controls = 0.295. Model talking stick can be applied to other subjects so that students easily understand the material studied and better learning outcomes
