Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan berdasarkan fenomena yang terjadi di SMA Negeri di Kabupaten Semarang yang menunjukan adanya kepuasan dan ketidakpuasan siswa dalam mengikuti layanan Bimbingan dan Konseling terutama layanan format klasikal. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu mengetahui tingkat kepuasan siswa tentang kualitas layanan konselor dalam format klasikal. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian survei. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan sampel sebesar 297 siswa dari pupulasi sebesar 1233 siswa. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah skala kepuasan. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis data kuantitatif deskriptif persentase. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat kepuasan siswa tentang kualitas layanan konselor lulusan Bimbingan dan Konseling Universitas Negeri Semarang dalam format klasikal memiliki persentase rata-rata sebesar 72,66 % dalam kriteria puas. Rincian kepuasan tersebut pada 5 indikator yaitu pada keandalan pelayanan sebesar 72,07%, daya tanggap pelayanan sebesar 74,92%, jaminan pelayanan sebesar 71,85%, empati pelayanan sebesar 69,58%, dan bukti fisik pelayanan sebesar 74,90%. Hal tersebut menunjukkan bahwa harapan siswa akan kualitas layanan konselor dalam format klasikal telah terpenuhi.This research is conducted based on some phenomenon happened in the Senior High School in Semarang regency that shows the satisfaction and unsatisfaction of the student in joining Guidance and Counseling service, especially in classical format service. The purpose of this study is to find out the degree of student satisfaction about the service quality of counselor in classical format. This is a survey research. This research is conducted with the sample of 297 students from the population of 1233 students. Reseacher use collecting data as a method with satisfaction scale. The data analysis technique is using data quantitative descriptive precentage. The result shows that the degree of student satisfaction about the service quality of the counselor of Guidance and Counseling graduate from Semarang State University in the form of classical format has 72,66% in average. The details of the satisfaction on five indicators, there are (1) 72,07% on reliability of service, (2) 72,92% on responsiveness of service, (3) 71,85% on assurance of service, (4) 69,58% on emphaty of service, and 74,90% on tangible of service. It shows that the student’s prospect of counselor service quality in the form of classical format is already completed.

Abstract

Berdasarkan penuturan guru BK di salah satu SMA di kota Cilacap yang pernah menjadi tempat observasi oleh peneliti, ditemukan fenomena terkait dengan layanan konseling individual di sekolah tersebut yang tidak sesuai dengan teori-teori mengenai konseling individual yang ada dalam bimbingan konseling. Contoh yang tidak sesuai dengan teori  ketika proses konseling berakhir guru BK di sekolah tersebut tidak ada upaya tindak lanjut. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui faktor penghambat proses layanan konseling individual di SMA sekota Cilacap. Jenis penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah konselor yang ada di SMA sekota Cilacap. Teknik sampel untuk konselor yang dipilih praktikan adalah sampling jenuh. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah angket. Validitas menggunakan rumus Product Moment. Uji reliabitilitas menggunakan rumus Alpha. Metode analisis data menggunakan deskriptif persentase. Hasil penelitian menunjukan faktor internal penghambat berasal dari konselor dalam kriteria tinggi (71,74%) faktor eksternal penghambat termasuk kriteria tinggi yaitu norma (71,59%), sarpras (71,38%) dan lingkungan fisik (72,39%). Dapat disimpulkan hambatan yang ada dalam proses layanan konseling individual di SMA sekota Cilacap berasal dari faktor internal dan eksternal yang memiliki kriteria yang sama yaitu dalam kategori tinggi.Based the narrative counseling teacher in one high school in Cilacap town that  once a place observation, discovered the phenomenon associated with individual counseling services in the school is not in accordance with the theories about the existing individual counseling in counseling. Examples that don’t fit with theory when the counseling process ends counseling teacher the school is’n follow-up effort. The purpose of this study to determine inhibiting factors individual counseling service process In senior high school Cilacap derby. Pupolasi in research is senior high school counselors. Technical samples for counselor used saturated sampling. The instrument used a questionnaire. The validity of using Product Moment. Reliabitilitas test using Alpha. Methods data analysis using descriptive percentages. The results showed internal factor inhibitor derived from a counselor in the high criteria (71.74%) inhibitors external factors including the high criteria are the norm (71.59%), sarpras (71.38%) and physical environment (72.39%). It can be concluded that there are obstacles in the process of individual counseling services in Cilacap derby SMA comes from internal and external factors that have the same criteria that is in the high category.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah melihat apakah ada perbedaan interaksi sosial siswa sebelum dan setelah diberikan layanan bimbingan kelompok dengan teknik social play. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian eksperimen dengan desain pre eksperimen design dengan jenis one group pre test and post test design. Alat pengumpul data menggunakan skala likert dengan jumlah 49 butir pernyataan yang telah diuji cobakan sebelumnya. Sedangkan teknik analisis data menggnakan deskriptif persentase dan uji wilcoxon. Hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan, gambaran interaksi sosial siswa sebelum diberikan layanan bimbingan kelompok teknik social play menunjukkan bahwa tingkat interaksi sosial siswa dalam kriteria sedang (66,93%). Gambaran interaksi sosial siswa setelah diberikan layanan bimbingan kelompok teknik social play termasuk dalam kriteria tinggi (80,61%). Interaksi sosial siswa setelah diberikan layanan bimbingan kelompok teknik social play mengalami peningkatan sebesar 13,68%. Dari hasil uji wilcoxon diperoleh thitung = 55 dan ttabel = 8, maka thitung>ttabel, sehingga Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima.The purpose from this research is to get there are differencesabout social interaction before and after a given group guidance with social play. This type of research is experimental research with pre experimental design with a kind of one group pre test and post test design. Tool of collecting data using a likert scale with the number of 49 point declaration has been tested before. Analysis methods data is descriptive percentage and hypothesis testing with wilcoxon test. Result of the research, social interaction of students before being given group guidance with social play indicates in criteria medium (66,93%). Social interaction of students after being given group guidance with social play indicated in the high criteria (80,61%). Social interaction of students after being given group guidance with social play increased by 13,68%. Wilcoxon test result tcount= 55 and ttable= 8, tcount> ttable, so that Ho rejected and Ha accepted.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan berdasarkan fenomena yang terjadi pada siswa kelas VII G SMP N 1 Buayan yang memiliki kurangnya dalam interaksi sosial dengan teman sebaya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui pengaruh bimbingan kelompok terhadap interaksi sosial dengan teman sebaya. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian eksperimen. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dengan tujuh kali pemberian perlakuan pada siswa kelas VII G SMP N 1 Buayan, dengan subjek penelitian 10 siswa. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah skala interaksi sosial dengan teman sebaya. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif presentase dan uji wilcoxon. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan interaksi sosial dengan teman sebaya pada katagori sedang dengan persentase (66%). Setelah diberikan perlakuan melalui layanan bimbingan kelompok dengan teknik sosiodrama terjadi peningkatan interaksi sosial dengan teman sebaya pada kategori tinggi (81%). Hal tersebut menunjukkan bahwa layanan bimbingan kelompok dengan teknik sosiodrama berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan interaksi sosial dengan teman sebaya.This study was conducted based on the phenomenon that occurs in class VII G SMP N 1 Buayan who have a lack of social interaction with peers. The purpose of this study was to determine Is sociodramas technique group guidance services have an influence on the improvement of social interaction with peers to. This type of research is experimental research. Experimental research is research used to search for a specific treatment effect. This research was conducted with seven times the provision of treatment in class VII G SMP N 1 Buayan, with research subjects 10 students. Data collection method used is the scale of social interaction with peers. Data were analyzed using descriptive analysis of the percentage and the Wilcoxon test. The results show the social interaction with peers in the medium category with a percentage (66%). After being given a treatment through group counseling services with sociodramas technique increased social interaction with peers in the high category (81%). This shows that the groups with technical guidance services sociodramas affect the increased social interaction with peers.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilaksanakan berdasarkan penelitian terdahulu disertai data hasil wawancara yang menunjukkan supervisi bimbingan dan konseling di SMA belum efektif. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah Memperoleh informasi secara objektif, mendalam, dan menyeluruh mengenai pengelolaan dan faktor internal penghambat keefektifan pelaksanaan supervisi bimbingan dan konseling di SMA Kesatrian 1 Semarang tahun 2014/2015.  Penelitian ini berjenis kualitatif deskriptif, dengan lokasi penelitian adalah SMA Kesatrian 1 Semarang. Subjek penelitian dan informan dalam penelitian ini adalah pengawas, guru bimbingan dan konseling, kepala sekolah SMA Kesatrian 1 Semarang, serta koordinator pengawas Kota Semarang. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode wawancara, observasi, dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah model interaktif oleh Miles dan Huberman. Pengujian kebasahan data menggunakan teknik triangulasi sumber dan metode. Hasil analisis data penelitian menunjukkan pengelolaan supervisi bimbingan dan konseling di SMA Kesatrian 1 Semarang pada bagian perencanaan, sekolah tidak terlibat sebagai sumber data penyusunan program, pada bagian pelaksanaan supervisi bersifat insidental, dan bagian evaluasi dan tindak lanjut belum terlaksana. Faktor internal penghambat pelaksanaan supervisi bimbingan dan konseling di SMA Kesatrian 1 Semarang adalah motivasi dan komitmen yang relatif rendah.This study is based on the previous study and interview result that shows ineffectiveness of guidance and counseling sepervision in high school. The purpose of this study is to collect information objectively, profoundly, and thoroughly about the management of guidance and counseling supervision at SMA Kesatrian 1 Semarang and the internal factors that obstruct it. This study belongs to descriptive qualitative study that took place in SMA Kesatrian 1 Semarang. The subject and informants of this study were the supervisor, the guidance and counselors, the principal of SMA Kesatrian 1 Semarang and the coordiantor of supervisors in Semarang. The procedures of collecting the data were interview, observation, and documentation. Miles and Huberman interactive model was used as a technique of analyzing the data. Sources triangulation technique was done to validate the data. The result of data analysis shows that the school was not involved in any part in the management of  guidance and counseling supervision, more specifically in the planning part and  in the program arrangement as the data source. Moreover, the execution of supervision was incidental and there is no follow-up activity. The internals factors that obstruct the effectiveness of it are the lack of motivation and commitment.

Abstract

Penelitian berdasarkan fenomena program bimbingan dan konseling di sekolah belum berjalan dengan baik terutama pada bagian perencanaan dan pelaksanaan program BK. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengembangan program di SMA Negeri 7 Surakarta dan SMA N 8 Surakarta mulai dari (1) pelaksanaan asesmen kebutuhan melalui pengumpulan data, (2) interpretasi data asesmen kebutuhan, (3) penetapan prioritas kebutuhan, (4) penetapan tujuan program, (5) penetapan prosedur program, dan (6) perencanaan bagi perbaikan peningkatan penyempurnaan program. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Penelitian ini melibatkan guru BK di SMA Negeri Kota Surakarta. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah menggunakan wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Simpulan dari penelitian ini adalah pada SMA N 7 Surakarta pengembangan program fokus pada penggunaan instrumen dalam asesmen, sasaran asesmen, kesesuaian asesmen dengan kebutuhan siswa, layann klasikal dan layanan kelompok. Sedangkan SMA N 8 Surakarta  difokuskan pada penentuan prioritas kebutuhan dan analisis data kebutuhan siswa.This research of program guidance and counselling in schools has not fully well especially at the planning and execution of counseling and guidance program. The purpose to know the development program at senior high school 7 Surakarta and senior high school 8 Surakarta ranging from (1) the implementation of needs assessment through data collection, data interpretation (2) the assessment of needs, (3) the determination of priority needs, (4) The goal setting program, (5) the determination of the procedures of the program, and (6) The planning for improvements to increase refinement program. Type of this research is descriptive qualitative approach to case studies. This research involves guidance and counseling teachers in senior high school of  Surakarta. The methods of data collection are use interviews, observation and documentation. The techniques of data analysis use of data collection, data presentation, data reduction and withdrawal of the conclusion. The conclusion of this research is on high school 7 Surakarta program development focus on the use of the instruments in the assessment, goal assessment, conformity assessment to the requirements of students, service groups and classical service. While high school 8 Surakarta focused on the determination of priority needs and data analysis needs of the students.

Abstract

Minat siswa dalam mengikuti layanan BK format klasikal dipengaruhi oleh faktor internal dan eksternal. Faktor internal diantaranya adalah persepsi siswa tentang proses pelaksanaan layanan BK format klasikal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan antara persepsi siswa tentang proses pelaksanaan layanan BK format klasikal dengan minat siswa dalam mengikuti layanan BK format klasikal. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian korelasional. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah 96 siswa kelas X IPA dan IPS di SMA N 5 Semarang. Data diambil dengan instrumen berupa skala persepsi dan skala minat. Hasil dari uji korelasi menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan antara antara persepsi siswa tentang proses pelaksanaan layanan BK format klasikal dengan minat siswa dalam mengikuti layanan BK format klasikal yang ditunjukkan dengan koefisien korelasi (r) sebesar 0,348 dengan taraf signifikansi 5%, maka rh> rt. Dari hasil ini dapat disimpulkan  bahwa ada hubungan positif namun korelasi tidak cukup kuat  antara persepsi siswa tentang proses pelaksanaan layanan  BK format klasikal dengan minat siswa dalam mengikuti layanan BK format klasikal.The student interest in participating in a BK’s classical format services is influenced by internal and external factors. Internal factors include the perceptions of students about the process of implementing the service of BK’s classical format. This study aimed to analyze the relationship between students perception of the service implementation process of BK’s classical format with students interest in participating a BK’s services classical format. This research is correlational. Subjects in this study were 96 students of class X science and social studies in high school N 5 Semarang. Data taken with instruments such as the perception of scale and the scale of interest. Results of correlation test showed that there is a relationship between the perceptions of students about the process of implementing the service of BK’s classical formats with the students interest in participating in the service of BK’s classical format demonstrated by the correlation coefficient (r) of 0.348 with a significance level of 5%, then rh> rt. From these results it can be concluded that there is a positive correlation but not a strong enough correlation between students perception of the service implementation process of BK’s classical format with students interest in participating BK’s classical format service.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan berdasarkan fenomena yang terjadi pada siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 2 Karangrayung yang memiliki kreativitas rendah. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk memperoleh informasi tentang pengaruh layanan penguasaan konten. Subyek penelitian mengambil kelas rendah SMP Negeri 2 Karangrayung yaitu kelas VII H yang berjumlah 25 menggunakan purposive sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan skala psikologis kreativitas belajar. Instrumen tersebut telah diujicobakan untuk digunakan dalam penelitian menggunakan validitas dengan rumus product moment dan reabilitas instrument dengan rumus Alpha. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yakni analisis deskriptif persentase dan t-test. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa terdapat peningkatan kreativitas belajar setelah diberi perlakuan berupa layanan penguasaan konten sebesar 7,13%. Berdasarkan hasil uji t-test diperoleh nilai thitung= 6,929 dan ttabel= 2,064 berarti Ha diterima dan Ho ditolak. Jadi, hasil dari penelitian ini adalah layanan penguasaan konten mempengaruhi kreativitas belajar. Oleh karena itu, diharapkan guru pembimbing agar memanfaatkan layanan penguasaan konten dengan cara belajar kelompok dan mind mapping disarankan digunakan oleh guru BK untuk meningkatkan kreativitas belajar.This research was conducted based on phenomena that occur in grade VIII Negeri 2 Karangrayung which has a low learning creativity. The purpose of this research is to obtain information about the effect  mastery of content services. Subject of this research is the lowest class in National Junior High School 2 Karangrayung which is 25 students in VII H class from purposive sampling. The technique of datas’s collect is psychology scale about creativity in learning. The instrument has been tested with product moment formula for validity, and alpha formula for realibility. The technique of data’s analysis is descriptive percentage and t-test. The result of this research are there is an increased creativity in learning after treatment was given amounted to 7.13%. Based on the results of t-test obtained by value t = 6,929 and t table = 2,064, means that Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. Thus, the results of this reaserch is mastery of content services are affect creativity in learning. Therefore, it is expected that guidance and counseling teachers in order to provide services utilizes mastery of content services with learning group and mind mapping suggested guidance and counseling teacher used to increase creativity in learning students.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan berdasarkan fenomena yang terjadi pada siswa kelas VI SDN Sendangmulyo 02 kecamatan Tembalang kota Semarang yang mengalami sibling rivalry. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui apakah konseling kelompok dapat mengatasi sibling rivalry pada siswa kelas VI SDN Sendangmulyo 02. Jenis penelitian adalah penelitian eksperiment dengan desain penelitian one group pre-test dan pos-test design. Subyek penelitian ini, siswa kelas VI SDN Sendangmulyo 02 yang memiliki tingkat sibling rivalry tinggi yang diperoleh dari hasil DCM dan rekomendasi dari guru kelas yaitu terjaring 10 siswa. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan skala psikologis berupa skala sibling rivalry. Analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis data deskriptif persentase dan uji wilcoxon. Hasil penelitian menunjukan sibling rivalry siswa sebelum diberi perlakuan berupa konseling kelompok dalam kategori tinggi (75.14%). Setelah diberikan konseling kelompok menunjukkan perbedaan, dilihat dari hasil pos test rata-rata sibling rivalry siswa menurun yaitu berada pada kategori rendah (42,95%). Hal tersebut menunjukan bahwa sibling rivalry dapat diatasi melalui layanan konseling kelompokThis research was conducted based on phenomena that occur in grade VI SDN Sendangmulyo 02 Tembalang Semarang who experienced sibling rivalry. The purpose of this research is to find out if counseling groups can overcome sibling rivalry at grade VI SDN Sendangmulyo 02. This type of research is research research design alphabets experiment one group pre test and post test design. The subject of this study, students of class VI SDN Sendangmulyo 02 that has a high level of sibling rivalry that results obtained from DCM and the recommendations of the master class that is netted 10 students. Method of data collection using a scale of psychological scale in the form of sibling rivalry. Data analysis data analysis techniques using a descriptive percentage and wilcoxon test. The research results show the sibling rivalry before students are given preferential treatment in the form of group counseling in high category (75.14%). After being given counseling group showed a difference, judging from the results of the post test average of sibling rivalry students dropping IE is at a low (42,95%) categories. It indicates that the sibling rivalry can be addressed through group counselling service.This research was conducted based on phenomena that occur in grade VI SDN Sendangmulyo 02 Tembalang Semarang who experienced sibling rivalry. This type of research is research research design alphabets experiment one group pre test and post test design. The subject of this study, students of class VI SDN Sendangmulyo 02 that has a high level of sibling rivalry that results obtained from DCM and the recommendations of the master class that is netted 10 students. Method of data collection using a scale of psychological scale in the form of sibling rivalry. Data analysis data analysis techniques using a descriptive percentage and wilcoxon test. The research results show the sibling rivalry before students are given preferential treatment in the form of group counseling in high category (75.14%). After being given counseling group showed a difference, judging from the results of the post test average of sibling rivalry students dropping IE is at a low (42,95%) categories. It indicates that the sibling rivalry can be addressed through group counselling service.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan berdasarkan fenomena yang terjadi pada siswa kelas VB SD Hj. Isriati Baiturrahman 1 Semarang yang kurang memiliki kesiapan belajar. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kesiapan belajar melalui layanan bimbingan kelompok dengan teknik role playing. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian eksperimen. Penelitian eksperimen adalah penelitian yang digunakan untuk mencari pengaruh perlakuan tertentu. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dengan delapan kali pemberian perlakuan pada siswa kelas VB SD Hj. Isriati Baiturrahman 1 Semarang, dengan subjek penelitian 10 siswa. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah skala psikologis dan observasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif presentase dan uji wilcoxon. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kesiapan belajar siswa masuk kategori sedang (57,1%). Setelah diberikan perlakuan melalui bimbingan kelompok dengan teknik role playing terjadi peningkatan kesiapan belajar siswa pada kategori tinggi (75,8%). Hal tersebut menunjukkan bahwa kesiapan belajar siswa dapat ditingkatkan melalui layanan bimbingan kelompok dengan teknik role playing.This research was conducted based on the phenomenon that happens to grade VB SD Hj. Isriati Baiturrahman 1 Semarang which has the readiness learning low. The purpose of this research is to improve readiness learning the tutoring service groups. This type of research is research experiments. Experimental research is research that is used to find the influence of certain treatment. The research was conducted with eight times the grant of preferential treatment on grade VB SD Hj. Isriati Baiturrahman 1 Semarang, research subject with 10 students. The data collection method used is the psychology scale and observation. Data analysis techniques using ddeskriptif analysis of percentage and wilcoxon test. The results showed incoming students readiness learning category is middle (57,1%). After being given the treatment through the guidance of the Group and role playing technic an increase in readiness learning of students in a high category (75,8%). It shows that readiness learning of student format can be enhanced through the tutoring service groups and role playing technic.
