Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pemahaman guru BK terhadap evaluasi program bimbingan dan konseling di SMA Negeri se-Kota Tegal. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh guru BK di SMA Negeri se-Kota Tegal. Penelitian ini menggunakan studi populasi atau sensus karena jumlah populasi hanya 18 orang pada 5 sekolah. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan tes pemahaman evaluasi program bimbingan dan konseling dan wawancara sebagai data pendukung. Validitas instrumen menggunakan rumus product moment dan perhitungan reliabilitasnya menggunakan rumus Alpha. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis deskriptif persentase. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemahaman guru BK tentang evaluasi program bimbingan dan konseling berada pada kriteria sedang dengan persentase sebesar 78,50%. Simpulan dari penelitian ini adalah guru BK SMA Negeri Kota Tegal kurang memahami evaluasi program bimbingan dan konseling karena berada pada kriteria sedang.This study aims to determine guidance counseling teachers understanding of the evaluation guidance and counseling program at SMAN in Tegal. Population in this study were all guidance counseling teachers from all at SMAN in Tegal. As well as the use of the study population or census because the population is only 18 people from 5 schools. Data collection methods were using a test comprehension guidance and counseling evaluation program and interviews as the supporting data. The validity test of instrument was using the formula of product moment and calculation of reliability was using the Alpha formula. Data analysis technique were used in descriptive precentage. The result shows that the comprehension guidance counseling teachers about evaluation of the guidance and counseling program in the middle criteria with the percentage as big as 78,50 %. The conclusion of this study is guidance counseling teachers from all at SMAN in Tegal less understand evaluation of the guidance and counseling program because they are in the middle criteria.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui gambaran bentuk perilaku seksual remaja dan faktor-faktor determinan yang berpengaruh terhadap perilaku seksual remaja.. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif survey. Populasinya seluruh siswa di SMA se-Kota Semarang.  Teknik sampling yang digunakan cluster proportionate random sampling, dengan sampel 344 siswa. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan angket berupa angket perilaku seksual dan skala faktor determinan perilaku seksual.. Analisis datanya  menggunakan deskriptif persentase dan analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa bentuk perilaku seksual yang paling sering dilakukan oleh siswa SMA Negeri maupun Swasta di Kota Semarang adalah berpelukan; antara rata-rata perilaku seksual yang dilakukan siswa SMA Negeri maupun Swasta tidak berbeda secara signifikan; serta faktor determinan yang mendorong siswa melakukan perilaku seksual antara lain: motivasi, media dan televisi, serta berkembangnya organ seksual. Faktor yang paling berpengaruh terhadap perilaku seksual adalah faktor media dan televisi sebesar 14,5% sedangkan faktor yang kurang berpengaruh adalah faktor tingkat religiuitas sebesar 8,9%. Simpulan dari penelitian ini adalah faktor Media dan televisi lebih berpengaruh terhadap perilaku seksual siswa. Upaya dalam membantu siswa adalah dengan memberikan treatment yang tepat pada siswa yang memiliki permasalahan dengan perilaku seksual. The purpose of this study to explain about sexual behavior ad detreminant factor of teen’s sexual behavior. This research was survey description. The populations were all student at SMA all over Semarang. The sampling technique which used cluster proportionate random sampling, with sample 344 students. A data collection method was used inventory that were sexual behavior inventory and determinant factor of sexual behavior inventory. Technique data analysis was used descriptive percentagee and multiple regression analysis. The results indicated that a form of sexual behavior is most often done by the state and private high school students in the city of Semarang is embraced; between the average sexual behavior state and private high school students did not differ significantly. As well as the determinant factors that encourage students conducting behavior sexual include: motivation, media and television, as well as the development of sexual organs. The factors that most influence the sexual behavior are media and television factor of 14,5%, while the less influential factor is being the religiusitas factor rate of 8,9%. The conclusions of this study and the the television media more influential on students sexual behavior. Efforts in helping students is by providing proper tretment to students who have problems with sexual behavior.

Abstract

This research was conducted based on the phenomenon that is in high school Walisongo Pecangaan Jepara indicating students who have low self-disclosure in the communication between peers. The purpose of this study to determine the efficacy in improving transparency in the communication between peers through group guidance Johari window techniques. This techniques type of research used in this study is experimental research. Sample were 10 students who have low self-disclosure in personal communication between peers. Methods of data collection using psychological scales. Wilcoxon test results obtained Thitung 55.0 > 8.0 TTable or imply Ha accepted and Ho rejected. These results indicate the level of openness in communication among peers increased after receiving group guidance Johari window technique. These results demonstrate openness in communication among peers before getting group guidance Johari window technique 57.5% with medium category and guidance johari window technique after gaining guidance johari window technique 76.5% with high category. The difference in levels of self-disclosure of students before and after the technical guidance of Johari window by 19%. In addition, students progressing better behavior seen from the increasing some indicators such as, be objective, provisional, understand yourself, understand others, adopted a trusting and open attitude.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan berdasarkan fenomena yang terjadi di SMA Negeri di Kabupaten Semarang yang menunjukan adanya kepuasan dan ketidakpuasan siswa dalam mengikuti layanan Bimbingan dan Konseling terutama layanan format klasikal. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu mengetahui tingkat kepuasan siswa tentang kualitas layanan konselor dalam format klasikal. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian survei. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan sampel sebesar 297 siswa dari pupulasi sebesar 1233 siswa. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah skala kepuasan. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis data kuantitatif deskriptif persentase. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat kepuasan siswa tentang kualitas layanan konselor lulusan Bimbingan dan Konseling Universitas Negeri Semarang dalam format klasikal memiliki persentase rata-rata sebesar 72,66 % dalam kriteria puas. Rincian kepuasan tersebut pada 5 indikator yaitu pada keandalan pelayanan sebesar 72,07%, daya tanggap pelayanan sebesar 74,92%, jaminan pelayanan sebesar 71,85%, empati pelayanan sebesar 69,58%, dan bukti fisik pelayanan sebesar 74,90%. Hal tersebut menunjukkan bahwa harapan siswa akan kualitas layanan konselor dalam format klasikal telah terpenuhi.This research is conducted based on some phenomenon happened in the Senior High School in Semarang regency that shows the satisfaction and unsatisfaction of the student in joining Guidance and Counseling service, especially in classical format service. The purpose of this study is to find out the degree of student satisfaction about the service quality of counselor in classical format. This is a survey research. This research is conducted with the sample of 297 students from the population of 1233 students. Reseacher use collecting data as a method with satisfaction scale. The data analysis technique is using data quantitative descriptive precentage. The result shows that the degree of student satisfaction about the service quality of the counselor of Guidance and Counseling graduate from Semarang State University in the form of classical format has 72,66% in average. The details of the satisfaction on five indicators, there are (1) 72,07% on reliability of service, (2) 72,92% on responsiveness of service, (3) 71,85% on assurance of service, (4) 69,58% on emphaty of service, and 74,90% on tangible of service. It shows that the student’s prospect of counselor service quality in the form of classical format is already completed.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the barriers in the implementation of guidance and counseling services outside school hours in the school as Brebes and how efforts to overcome them. Type of research is descriptive research with survey method. The population in this study were all high school counselors as Brebes implementing guidance and counseling services outside school hours to 78 counselors. The research sample using cluster sampling is 30 counselors. Data was collected using questionnaires. Percentage of descriptive data analysis techniques. The results showed the percentage level of resistance for counselor competencies 72% in the high category, creativity counselor 73% higher, 79% higher work motivation, 75% of high school principals, teachers of 66% medium, perceptions and interests of students and 77% higher infrastructure 71% higher.

Abstract

This research was conducted based on phenomena that occur in grade V SD Negeri Sumurrejo 01 Gunungpati Semarang that has characteristics of adaptability that is still low. The purpose of this research is to find empirical evidence regarding the influence of the tutoring service group with the technique of the gametowards the adaptability of students. This type of research is research experiments. The research was conducted with nine times the grant of preferential treatment on grade V SD Negeri Sumurrejo 01 Gunungpati, Semarang, with the subject of 10 students. The data collection methodused is the psychological scale. Analytical techniques descriptive analysis of the data using the percentage and wilcoxon test. The results showed an increase in adaptability in students achieving 19,96%. This indicates that there is an influence of the grant guidance group with games against conformity engineering students.

Abstract

Motivasi belajar yang dimiliki mahasiswa dalam kegiatan pembelajaran sangat berperan untuk meningkatkan prestasi akademik. Mahasiswa yang bermotivasi tinggi dalam belajar akan memperoleh prestasi akademik yang tinggi pula, artinya semakin tinggi motivasinya, semakin tinggi intensitas usaha dan upaya yang dilakukan, maka semakin tinggi prestasi akademik yang diperolehnya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan antara motivasi belajar dengan prestasi akademik mahasiswa jurusan Bimbingan dan Konseling angkatan 2013 Universitas Negeri Semarang. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian korelasional dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh mahasiswa jurusan Bimbingan dan Konseling angkatan 2013 Universitas Negeri Semarang. Teknik sampel yang digunakan adalah Random Sampling sehingga didapatkan sampel sebanyak 32 mahasiswa. Analisis data menggunakan Analisis Deskriptif Persentase dan korelasi product moment. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) Mahasiswa jurusan Bimbingan dan Konseling Universitas Negeri Semarang angkatan 2013 memiliki tingkat motivasi belajar yang tinggi yaitu sebanyak 71,9% mahasiswa. (2) Mahasiswa jurusan Bimbingan dan Konseling Universitas Negeri Semarang angkatan 2013 memiliki tingkat prestasi akademik yang tinggi yaitu sebanyak 68,8% mahasiswa. (3) Terdapat hubungan yang kuat antara motivasi belajar dengan prestasi akademik mahasiswa jurusan Bimbingan dan Konseling angkatan 2013, dengan rhitung sebesar 0,721. Jadi semakin tinggi motivasi belajar maka semakin tinggi juga prestasi akademik mahasiswa dan sebaliknya.Motivation owned by students in learning activities contribute to improve academic achievement. The higher the motivation, the higher the academic achievement obtained. The purpose of this study is determine the relationship between learning motivation and academic achievement of students in Guidance and Counseling department (GCD) force 2013 Unnes. This research is correlation with quantitative approach. The population were students of GCD force in 2013 Unnes. Sampling technique was random sampling to obtain sample (32 students). Two variables in this study are independent variable (learning motivation) and dependent variable (academic achievement). Data collection method using questionnaire. To test data validity use the formula Product Moment. Reliability test by using Alpha formula. Analysis of data using Descriptive Analysis Percentage and product moment correlation. The results showed that (1) Students of GCD Unnes force in 2013 on average have a high level of motivation to learn which are 71.9%. (2) Student of GCD Unnes force in 2013 on average have high level of academic achievement which are 68.8%. (3) There is a strong relationship between learning motivation and academic achievement of students in GCD force in 2013 Unnes, with rhitung at 0.721. So the higher the learning motivation, the higher the academic achievement.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui faktor internal dan faktor eksternal apa yang menghambat perencanaan karir siswa. Angket diberikan kepada 247 siswa SMK di Kota Pekalongan, serta 6 orang responden untuk di wawancarai. Analisis data menggunakan analisis kuantitatif yang mencakup deskriptif persentase, dan analisis kualitatif hasil wawancara. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa faktor internal penghambat perencanaan karir dilihat dari kondisi fisik termasuk dalam kategori tinggi (74%). Faktor penghambat perencanaan karir dilihat dari kondisi psikis termasuk dalam kategori tinggi (71%). Kemudian faktor eksternal penghambat perencanaan karir dilihat dari kondisi keluarga termasuk dalam kategori tinggi (75%). Faktor penghambat perencanaan karir dilihat dari kondisi sekolah termasuk dalam kategori tinggi (66%). Faktor penghambat perencanaan karir dilihat dari teman sebaya termasuk dalam kategori tinggi (68%). Dan yang terakhir adalah faktor penghambat perencanaan karir dilihat dari masyarakat termasuk dalam kategori tinggi (67%). Simpulan penelitian ini bahwa faktor penghambat perencanaan karir siswa yang paling banyak ditemui adalah dari faktor eksternal yaitu kondisi sekolah. Bagi konselor sekolah, hendaknya meningkatkan kinerja dalam memberikan layanan, khususnya bidang karir. The purpose of this study is to determine the internal factors and external factors that inhibit students career planning. Questionnaire given to 247 students of High School in Pekalongan, and 6 respondents to be interviewed. Data analysis using quantitative analysis that includes percentages descriptive, and qualitative analysis of the interview results. The study found that internal factors inhibiting career planning viewed of physical conditions in the high category (74%). Inhibitting factor career planning viewed from psychological condition included in the high category (71%). Then the external factors inhibiting career planning viewed from the families conditions included in the high category (75%). Inhibitting factor career planning viewed from the school conditions included in the high category (66%). Inhibiting factor career planning viewed from peers included in the high category (68%). And the last is the inhibiting factor career planning viewed from society in the high category (67%). The conclusions of this study that the most inhibiting factor career planning is external factors that is condition of school. For school counselors, should improve performance in delivering services, in particular career fields.

Abstract

This study aims to: (1) determine the independence of student learning in class VIII of SMP Negeri 11 Pekalongan before being given service mastery of mind mapping content, (2) determine the independence of student learning in class VIII of SMP Negeri 11 Pekalongan after being given service mastery of mind mapping content, (3) determine differences the independence of student learning in class VIII of SMP Negeri 11 Pekalongan before and after services mastery of mind mapping content. This was an experimental study with the study design one group pre-test and post-test. The population in of  this study were are all of the students of class VIII of SMP Negeri 11 Pekalongan. The sampling technique that used is purposive sampling techniques. The method of collecting data in this study is using psychological scale in the form of independence of learninng  scale. The results showed that students learning independence increased after treatment in the form of services given control of the content of the mind mapping. So we can conclude that the services mastery of mind mapping content effective to enhance the independence learning of class VIII SMP Negeri 11 Pekalongan.
