A nation's life is closely related to its economic activity. If the wheels of the economy do not run well, the country will stagnate, and it can even cause “death”. However, one important thing cannot be avoided in economic life, which is competition. Sometimes, it causes damage to the market because many people only want to obtain the maximum profit without ethical economic values, and one of which is the monopoly. Thus, there must be clear regulations and sanctions, and its absence may lead to conflict in the community or even causing bloodshed. Based on this background, the research reviewed monopoly according to Islamic law and conventional law. This study was qualitative research focused on literature research with the descriptive analytic method. In this case, the researcher took fiqh (Islamic law) and conventional law books with the theme of monopoly as primary data. The research data was collected and analyzed through qualitative analysis. The results showed no significant difference between monopoly law in the perspective of Islamic law and conventional law. Goods related to the public interest are prohibited from being monopolized under both laws. Accordingly, people who monopolize the goods are forced to sell their goods in order to eliminate the harm to the people who need these goods. However, the sanctions that will be given to monopolists are regulated in detail in conventional law in articles 47, 48, and 49. In contrast, the monopoly in Islam is still legal based on the texts of the Qur'an and Sunnah. Despite that, monopoly is regulated through ijtihad by considering maslahah and mafsadah with the same principle as conventional law in eliminating harm for the public

Counseling is helpful for adolescents to overcome their problems. A good counselor needs to know the background of the counselee. The counseling based on client's background will be more successful. Therefore it is necessary to practice Islamic guidance and counseling in high schools. In addition, counselors who handle Islamic guidance and counseling activities also need to have knowledge of Islamic values. So this research will examine the understanding of guidance and counseling teachers (BK teachers) regarding Islamic values and the application of these Islamic values in group guidance and counseling activities. The research was conducted in three Islamic-based high schools in the DIY urban area. The two schools studied were six-year boarding schools with students of the same sex. The approach of the research was qualitative approach and it’s data collection technique was in-depth interview. The results showed that the teacher of guidance and counseling has sufficient knowledge of Islamic values and the application of these values in Islamic guidance and counseling. The application of these values has been carried out in two forms. First, Islamic values become material in the guidance process. The second, Islamic values become a method of group guidance and counseling.

Abstrak: Al-Qur’an merupakan pedoman yang perlu dibaca oleh setiap Muslim agar dapat bermanfaat bagi kehidupan mereka di dunia dan akhirat. Walaupun demikian, di lingkungan masih ditemukan bahwa banyak Muslim yang belum mampu membaca Al-Qur’an. Hal ini menjadi paradoks dengan kondisi Muslim di Indonesia yang merupakan kelompok Muslim terbesar di dunia. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan kegiatan pengajaran Al-Qur’an untuk memberantas buta aksara Al-Qur’an. Para mubalig, termasuk yang tergabung atau menjadi mitra Pimpinan Cabang Muhammadiyah (PCM) Pleret di Bantul, Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta. Berdasarkan wawancara yang dilakukan, diketahui bahwa kegiatan pengajaran Al-Qur’an berlangsung baik untuk usia anak-anak. Hanya saja terdapat individu dewasa yang ingin belajar Al-Qur’an, tetapi mengalami keterbatasan waktu. Untuk mengatasi hal tersebut, dapat dilakukan perubahan metode mengajar Al-Qur’an bagi individu dewasa agar kegiatan pengajaran Al-Qur’an dapat menjadi lebih efisien. Untuk itu, dilakukan peningkatan kapasitas para mubalig di lingkungan PCM Pleret dengan pelatihan metode yang cepat untuk mengajar Al-Qur’an. Metode yang dilatihkan yaitu Metode Tsaqifa. Metode ini dapat digunakan untuk mengajarkan Al-Quran dengan cepat dengan berpusat pada pembelajar dan cenderung bersifat kemanusiaan. Mubalig dan mubaligah di lingkungan PCM Pleret yang telah menjalani pelatihan memberikan evaluasi yang positif bagi pelatihan yang dilakukan. Mereka menunjukkan pemahaman yang baik terhadap materi pelatihan yang diterima. Selain itu, mereka juga menyatakan akan menerapkan metode tersebut di lingkungan dakwahnya.Abstract: Al-Quran is a guide that every Muslim needs to read in order to be useful for their lives in this world and the hereafter. However, in the environment it was found that there are still many Muslims who are not able to read the Koran. This is a paradox with the condition of Muslims in Indonesia, which is the largest Muslim group in the world. Therefore, it is necessary to teach the Koran to eradicate illiteracy in the Koran. The missionaries, including those who are members of or become partners of the Pleret Muhammadiyah Branch Leadership (PCM) in Bantul, Yogyakarta Special Region. Based on the interviews conducted, it is known that the teaching of the Koran is good for children. It's just that there are adult individuals who want to learn the Koran but have limited time. To overcome this, it can be done by changing the method of teaching the Koran for adult individuals so that the teaching activities of the Koran can be more efficient. To that end, an increase in the capacity of the missionaries in the PCM Pleret environment was carried out by training in a fast method for teaching the Koran. The method being trained is the Tsaqifa Method. Muballigh and Muballigah in the PCM Pleret environment who have undergone training gave a positive evaluation of the training carried out. They show a good understanding of the received training material. In addition, they also stated that they would apply the method in their da'wah environment.

POTENTIAL EXPANSION OF JOGLO AND GAMELAN AS CULTURAL TOURISM DESTINATIONS. Joglo is one of the heritage forms of traditional Javanese houses in Yogyakarta, as well as traditional Gamelan musical instruments. The former Head of the Gilangharjo Village Jetis, Gilangharjo, Pandak, Bantul opened a Joglo with a set of Gamelan music equipment. Joglo has been approved as a cultural heritage building by the DIY Provincial Government. Even though Joglo has become a cultural heritage building, the potency for cultural heritage houses and Gamelan musical instruments are underutilized by residents. The development of Joglo cultural tourism and Gamelan will run well by involving the village community. This service aims to empower the community to increase the potency of Joglo and Gamelan to become cultural tourism destination and become community-based tourism. The purpose of this service are to participate by involving the village community involved in tourism development and starting to become known as the Joglo location and Gamelan arts in Jetis Village. The results of this service consist of profiles of Joglo websites and videos. Utilizing the advances in information technology and social media, the more popular Joglo in Jetis RT 03.

The Regency of Kulon Progo has tourism and agriculture potentials. The same condition also applies to Jatimulyo village which is one of the villages in Kulon Progo. Jatimulyo has a good agriculture potential, such as aren (sugar palm). Jatimulyo has recently been developing after the access from the village to the city center had become better. As such, the society of the area needs to be encouraged to better improve. The society’s potential that can be developed is business with the basis of processed agricultural products. To realize the goal, various society’s empowerment programs are held to promote the society’s awareness on distribution method so that their agricultural products can be competitive and can gain optimum profit. The programs are held through the methods of counseling, recitation, and a provision of stimulating fund. The results from the counseling given to mosque basis partners are transfer of knowledge on the urgency of processed agricultural products, farming group at Gunung Kelir, and variations of processed agricultural products.

The high number of elderly people in Dagen Hamlets, Pendowoharjo, Bantul requires special highlight, especially regarding the health care. This urgency is due to the fact that elderly people generally have accessibility limitations in addition to the remote location of health facilities. Therefore, health service which is practical and easy-to-reach/access by the elderly people needs to be managed to take place. The society empowerment effort, especially towards elderly people, was conducted step-by-step, involving socializations, trainings, practices, and local health service facility establishment. The success indicator achieved in this empowerment activities is shown by the improvement of people’s awareness, especially the elderly ones, towards the significance of health, health service post visitation intensity, and the development of the non-governmental health service facility.

This community service program is aimed at (1) improving teacher skills in designing fiction scripts in the form of making children's story books, (2) increasing the positive reputation of the teacher education institution concerned through increasing teacher expertise, the work produced and related positive publications in the mass media, and (3) increasing the intellectual property owned by the teacher in question himself. The participants of this activity were PAUD KB KB teachers 'Aisyiyah Surya Melati, Brajan, Tamantirto, Kasihan, Bantul. Preliminary studies through observation showed that none of these family planning teachers had published children's stories even though they had been struggling with the world of children's education for a long time. Therefore, this program was designed in the form of training in writing children's stories as well as assistance in the publication of these stories. There are 20 participants. This empowerment resulted in an anthology of children's stories with ISBN entitled "Pendar-Pendar Hikmah untuk Si Buah Hati".

Muballigh Hijrah merupakan salah satu bentuk pengembangan program pengabdian kepada masyarakar yang dilaksanakan oleh Universitas Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta. Tujuan pelaksanaan program Mubaligh Hijrah ini yaitu pemberdayaan masjid, amal usaha PRM (Pimpinan Ranting Muhammadiyah) dan PCM (Pimpinan Cabang Muhammadiyah) berbasis dakwah. Pengabdian kepada masyarakat melalui program Mubaligh Hijrah ini dilaksanakan di Masjid Al-Hilal Kulon Progo, TPA Darussalam Desa Grinting, dan Masjid Al-Islam Desa Grinting Kec. Bulakamba Kab. Brebes. Program pengabdian ini dilaksankaan pada bulan februari 2021. Metode Pelaksanaannya adalah praktek, taking video, perlombaan, motivasi dan semarak ramadhan. Hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah (1) memaksimalkan pemanfaatan radio komunitas maupun aplikasi audio streaming sebagai sarana pembelajaran. (2) Meningkatkan semangat belajar siswa melalui perlombaan. (3) Memusatkan kegiatan masyarakat di masjid khususnya pada Bulan Ramadhan. Simpulannya adalah program pengabdian ini dapat dirasakan manfaatnya oleh masyarakat dan siswa pada pelaksanaan pembelajaran melalui platform Anchor.FM. Muballigh Hijrah is a form of community service program development carried out by the University of Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta. The purpose of implementing the Mubaligh Hijrah program is to empower mosques, PRM (Pimpinan Branch Muhammadiyah) and PCM (Pimpinan Branch Muhammadiyah) businesses based on da'wah. Community service through the Hijrah missionary program was carried out at the Al-Hilal Mosque in Kulon Progo, Darussalam TPA Grinting Village, and Al-Islam Mosque Grinting Village, Kec. Bulakamba Kab. Brebes. This service program will be held in February 2021. The implementation method is practice, video taking, competitions, motivation and the splendour of Ramadan. The results of this community service activity are (1) maximizing the use of community radio and audio streaming applications as a learning tool. (2) Increasing students' enthusiasm for learning through competitions. (3) Concentrating community activities in the mosque, especially during Ramadan. The conclusion is that this community service program can benefit the community and students in implementing learning through the Anchor.FM platform.

Salah satu dampak positif media ialah dapat menjadi media pembelajaran. Di sisi lain, terdapat dampak buruk media yang juga menyasar remaja. Remaja juga menghadapi tantangan berupa munculnya fenomena kenakalan remaja yang mengarah kepada kriminalitas. Kondisi tersebut sudah memerlukan pertahatian di wilayah Yogyakarta. Terdapat pula remaja yang beruasaha memanfaatkan media baru yang ada untuk mengajak kepada kebaikan. Ajakan tersebut diistilahkan sebagai dakwah. Dakwah menggunakan media baru oleh remaja dapat menjadi faktor protektif bagi remaja. Di Yogyakarta, terdapat banyak komunitas remaja yang menggunakan media baru sebagai media dakwah, di antaranya podcast Keramat Bantul yang dikelola angkatan muda Muhammadiyah Bantul. Keduanya fokus pada media yang berbeda dan memiliki keinginan untuk mengembangkan kegiatan mereka, yakni rebranding dakwah konvensional menuju dakwah online, tetapi menghadapi permasalahan yang sama. Keduanya menghadapi permasalahan pengetahuan, keterampilan, jaringan sosial, dan sarana. Untuk menjawab permasalahan tersebut, sebagai upaya menjawab kekhawatiran akan kondisi remaja, pengusul akan melakukan upaya transfer pengetahuan dan keterampilan. Keduanya akan menjadi bekal untuk melaksanakan upaya dakwah melalui media baru. Pelaksanaan tersebut akan memunculkan masalah jaringan dan sarana. Untuk menghadapi masalah tersebut, pengusul akan berperan menjadi konsultan menjadi sumber informasi.
