Abstract

As the population grows and the economic level in the Cikarang area increases the movement of the people. Provision of mass transportation or transportation using the train is very necessary to anticipate the congestion that will occur by providing this train station can be an alternative. Therefore, it is necessary to conduct research to assess the performance and quality of service to to find out how much the level of passenger satisfaction with the service performance of the cikarang station. The method used is the Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) and Chi Square Squares. This study uses 100 respondents for each method. Station performance that does not meet Minimum Service Standards such as waiting rooms, boarding rooms and passenger service facilities. From the analysis obtained the average value of the level of passenger satisfaction with the services and facilities of the Cikarang Station, namely the value of the level of performance with an average weight of 3.17 and the value of satisfaction with an average weight of 3.17, from the highest score of 5 and the lowest score 1. Chi Square Test on the Station Cikarang shows that service factors that significantly influence passenger satisfaction are cleanliness and comfort of the toilet.

Abstract

The method used in this study is the Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) method. This research was conducted to determine passenger satisfaction, evaluate service levels by referring to service standard indicators from the Directorate General of Land Transportation. The results of the Bus Operational Performance analysis results refer to the Directorate General of Land Transportation standards, the overall results of operational performance have been included in the Good category with a value of 24 points. the results of the questionnaire stated that the service performance was very good (SB) by 16%; Good (B) of 52%; Fairly Good (CB) of 25%; Poor (KB) by 6% and Not Good (TB) by 0%, regarding the 5 Likert scale. From the Cartesian diagram there are several aspects of concern regarding the level of service, quadrant I there are 8 attributes that are considered important by consumers and their service is very satisfying, Quadrant II there are 1 attributes that are considered very important by customers but the service is not satisfactory.

Abstract

Bekasi City is a large city with a population of 2,803,283 people (BPS, 2016). The area of ??Bekasi City is 210.49 km². Grand Galaxy Park Mall is one of the malls located in the city ??of Bekasi precisely on Boulevard Raya Roads Grand Galaxy City Jakasetia. The area is of land approximately 19.000 meters² with a floor area of 17.000 meters² which consists of 5 floors. Grand Galaxy Park Mall became one of the popular shopping centers because this mall is known as a modern mall and was built with an environmentally friendly concept and the location of this mall is also very strategic and integrated with the residential area of ??Grand Galaxy City, Schools, Shops and Offices. The method used in this research is the observation method. The Observation Method is a method by conducting direct survey of spaciousness. This is absolutely necessary to determine the actual condition. The survey method used in this analysis is the method of recording the number of vehicles. The largest accumulation of parking for cars on Saturday as many as 132 vehicles occurred between 18.00-18.59 WIB, while for motorcycles on Saturday as many as 167 vehicles occurred between 19.00-19.59 WIB. The average duration of vehicle parking is 3 hours 42 minutes for cars and 3 hours 30 minutes for motorbikes. The largest parking index is 85.16% for cars occurred on Saturday at 18.00-18.59 WIB and 41.75 for motorcycles occurred on Saturday at 19.00-19.59 WIB. The biggest Parking Turn Over is 4 vehicles / SRP / observation time for cars and 3 vehicles / SRP / observation time for motorcycles and that happens on Saturdays. Judging from the analysis of the Jalan Raya Raya Boulevard Jalan Jakasetia for the survey speed at peak hours in the morning, afternoon and evening get the level of service or Level of Service (LOS), namely B and C.

Abstract

Bekasi Regency is a Regency in West Java Province with a population of ± 3,500,023 Million People (Statistics Indonesia, 2017). Jl. Raya Karang Satria - Bekasi Regency is access to the main road to the city border, besides that access to residential locations, schools, which makes vehicle traffic especially during rush hour more congested by the activities on the side of the road such as the ups and downs of passengers from public transportation, as well as vehicles that stop causing long vehicle queues and can reduce travel time. To get primary data that is by surveying traffic volumes, geometric conditions, and environmental conditions. While secondary data obtained by searching using internet media. The analysis data used is guided by the Indonesian Road Capacity Manual Method (MKJI 1997). With this method, the capacity, degree of saturation, delay, and service level at the intersection can be known. From the results of the study obtained the largest degree of saturation (DS) value of 0.95 pcu / hour means that the value exceeds that required by MKJI (1997) which is <0.75 from the result of the average intersection delay (D intersection) of the largest 17 sec / pcu. This shows that the level of intersection C service is unstable flow because it has limited speed and movement and therefore it is necessary to review the level of intersection service. And researchers provide an alternative to improve the performance of these unsignalized intersections by changing FRSU from 0.98 to 1 and prohibiting right-turn traffic from both Major D to Minor C and from Minor C to Major B and removing side obstacles. For the road section, the highest degree of saturation (DS) value is obtained 0.74. This shows that the level of segment service is not stable. So an alternative is done to improve the level of segment performance by removing the original side obstacle factor of 0.86 to 1 on each arm.

Abstract

The application of Odd-Even policies on the Bekasi West Toll door to unravel the volume of traffic on the Jakarta-Cikampek Toll Road, with the hope that motorists can use public transportation provided by the government so that they can also decipher the volume of traffic flow within the city. Bekasi itself, especially in the main intersections in the city. The method used for collecting data is primary data and secondary data. Primary data is data taken through direct observation in the real field. Primary data consists of vehicle volume data and actual conditions of intersections such as side barriers. Secondary data is data on road size, road conditions and completeness, and population. Furthermore, for this study, the calculation method used the reference available in the 1997 Indonesian Road Capacity Manual (MKJI). From the results of the analysis, the performance of long swamp signal intersections at maximum currents has Level Of Service (LOS) or level F service intersection (very bad) as a result of high delay values usually indicate long cycle times and high vehicle ratios. Solutions that can be obtained are implementing regulations that have been adjusted to the conditions of the intersection, removing side barriers that often occur in each approach, widening the road in one approach and rearranging the cycle time at the intersection
