Sekolah Dasar XYZ memiliki permasalahan dalam pendataan barang inventaris sekolah yakni proses pencatatan masih dicatat dalam sebuah logbook sehingga jumlah barang yang tersedia tidak terupdate secara real time apabila terdapat barang yang dipinjam, barang yang diperbaiki ataupun barang yang rusak. Selain itu, petugas yang bertanggung jawab harus mengelilingi tiap ruangan satu per satu untuk melakukan pengecekan dan pencatatan barang mengakibatkan pemborosan waktu untuk mendata dan tidak efisien. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan yang dialami pihak sekolah tersebut direkayasa sebuah aplikasi komputerisasi untuk melakukan proses pendataan barang-barang inventaris sehingga memudahkan petugas dalam melakukan pendataan sehingga kinerja menjadi lebih efektif dan efisien. Metode pengembangan sistem yang digunakan adalah metode prototype yang terdiri atas beberapa tahapan yaitu pengumpulan informasi dari pelanggan, merencanakan sistem dan mengerjakan purwarupa perangkat lunak, menyerahkan hasil purwarupa kepada pelanggan untuk dievaluasi apabila terdapat permasalahan, maka akan direvisi sistem tersebut hingga benar-benar sesuai dengan kebutuhan pelanggan, jika revisi selesai dan telah diterima, perangkat lunak telah siap diterjemahkan ke dalam perangkat keras, melakukan proses uji coba dan berbagai revisi sebelum mulai dapat digunakan. Aplikasi yang akan direkayasa ini merupakan aplikasi berbasis web dengan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP versi 7 yang dipadukan dengan framework Laravel versi 5, dan basis data menggunakan MySQL serta pengujian aplikasi ini menggunakan teknik pengujian black box. Diharapkan dengan adanya aplikasi ini dapat memudahkan pekerjaan penanggung jawab sarana dan prasarana dalam memberikan informasi yang akurat dan terupdate mengenai ketersediaan sarana dan prasarana pada sekolah tersebut.

Palm oil is one of the leading commodities in Indonesia. Oil palm yields can be influenced by several factors, one of which is proper weed control. Uncontrolled weeds can damage oil palm plantations. To be able to manage and control weeds, especially large leaf weeds, it is necessary to know the types of weeds. However, not all farmers have knowledge about the types of weeds. For that we need a system that can help identify broadleaf weeds based on leaf images using image processing. So this study aims to build a large leaf weed classification system using a combination of the K-Nearest Neighbor (KNN) and Principal Component Analysis (PCA) algorithms. PCA is used as feature extraction based on the characteristics formed from each spatial property. PCA can be used to reduce and retain most of the relevant information from the original features according to the optimal criteria. The results of the information will then be used by KNN for learning by paying attention to the closest distance from the object. Based on the test results, the developed model is able to produce an accuracy of 90%. Principal Component Analysis (PCA) and K-Nearest Neighbor (KNN) algorithms can be used in the classification process properly. Accuracy results are strongly influenced by the amount of training data and test data as well as the quality of the image used.

Population administration is a public service system for the community in providing services regarding population needs. The problem that often occurs is related to data storage. Files sent by the public to take care of administration in the form of hard copies are vulnerable to loss and damage if they are not stored and archived properly. In addition, the public cannot monitor the extent to which the files they submit, whether their files are appropriate or not or complete or not. This study aims to develop a public service system through a population administration system using the development of an extreme programming (XP) system. XP is used because it is able to develop systems with needs that change very quickly. The population administration system that is managed is the administration related to births, deaths and changing of domiciles. The system was developed web-based, so that it can be used anywhere and anytime. In addition, the system developed is equipped with file monitoring facilities, so that the public can easily find out from the files or data submitted. The resulting application is in the good category, because based on usability testing shows an average value of 88% in the good category, so the application is feasible to use and as needed.

Tourist destinations in East Nusa Tenggara (NTT) are no less interesting than other regions in Indonesia. But the number of destinations is not accompanied by maintenance and also maximum promotion from the government. Therefore came the idea to create a web-based social media, to provide accurate updates on tourist destinations and maximize the existing promotion system. This system is designed to build using the Bootstrap framework and the system development method used by Waterfall. With the establishment of the NTT Kaliling website with the concept of social media, it can be concluded that this website can provide more extensive and interesting information to be used as a means of promoting NTT tourism by its users.

Kabupaten Timor Tengah selatan(TTS) merupakan kabupaten yang sangat dikenal karena memiliki daerah wisata yang banyak pada setiap kecamatan bahkan sampai desa-desa yang ada di Kabupaten TTS. Sistem informasi yang menyajikan informasi daerah-daerah wisata TTS telah banyak dibuat. Namun hanya menampilkan gambar dan namanya saja yang disajikan dalam bentuk peta kovensional, media iklan surat kabar juga yang belum menyajikan petunjuk langsung ke lokasi wisata yang dituju.Sistem Informasi yang ada masih memiliki kekurangan yaitu wisatawan tidak mendapatkan petunjuk langsung tantang lokasi wisata yang dituju. Oleh kerena itu dibutuhkan teknologi yang dapat menyajikan infromasi objek wisata yaitu Sistem informasi geografis (SIG) Seperti halnya dengan informasi yang memberi penjelasan dalam informasi wisata harus meliputi data dan gambar yang nyata dan benar. Sehingga para wisatawan yang ingin bepergian ke Kabupaten TTS tetapi masih belum tahu lokasi atau tempat objek wisata yang menarik untuk dikunjungi dapat mengetahuinya. Untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut penulis menggunakan pendekatan pada model pemetaan digital berupa SIG dengan berbasis Web memanfaatkan google maps sebagai peta digital. Aplikasi akan dikembangkan dengan program PHP, dan database MySQL sebagai penyimpanan data. Sistem informasi Geografis (SIG) objek wisata alam ini memiliki dua program yaitu program admin untuk mengelola data wisata berbasis web dan program user untuk menampilkan objek wisata berbasis web. Sistem informasi geografis ini bertujuan untuk memberikan kemudahan dan kecepatan kepada masyarakat dalam memperoleh informasi mengenai Objek Wisata Alam di TTS.

The Sagrado Coração de Jesus Foundation is a formal educational institution that manages 58 Catholic schools in the Maliana Diocese of Timor Leste. In dealing with the payment of fees, Catholic schools under the Sagrado Coração de Jesus Foundation still use books to record payment transactions. These transactions must be carried out at the foundation, and it takes a long time to record transactions in the book so that it becomes a problem faced by the foundation, schools, and parents of students. A web-based school tuition payment application is needed by the Sagrado Coração de Jesus Foundation to handle the school's tuition payment activities on behalf. The use of website media makes it easier for parents to show proof of payment without having to come to the foundation. Applications that are built can also speed up the process of recording the payment of contributions by foundation employees. Based on the research results, the Web-based application for payment of tuition fees for Catholic schools at the Sagrado Coração de Jesus Foundation makes it easier for parents and foundations to make payment transactions more efficiently and quickly.

Information technology has been widely applied in the medical field to assist doctors in diagnosing cancer and also for patients to find out the extent of the disease. The number of patients with breast cancer at the Regional General Hospital, Prof. dr. W. Z. Yohannes in 2020 until November reached 77 patients. The still high number of breast cancer sufferers is the background for this research, with the aim of this expert system being able to help provide clear information for patients or the general public so that they can find out the symptoms they are experiencing early on. The method used in this study is the Certainty Factor (CF) method. The Certainty Factor method is a method to prove whether a fact is certain or uncertain and also describes the level of expert confidence in the problems at hand. The application is designed using the PHP programming language and MySQL database, and the methodology used in this research is the Expert System Life Cycle (ESLC) method. The result of this research is an expert system application for diagnosing breast cancer that can help the general public in diagnosing breast cancer, especially helping patients get information to consult quickly about symptoms and diseases of breast cancer.

The Agriculture Office of the Province of East Nusa Tenggara (NTT) is a regional apparatus with the main task of providing services to the community in the agricultural sector, one of which is food. In the website http://distan.nttprov.go.id does not yet contain information about the results of food production in a complete and clear manner. To overcome this problem, it is necessary to build a Food Production Visualization which is expected to display a picture of food production based on production years, commodity types and production output from each district in East Nusa Tenggara Province which is easily accessible and understood by the community. The method used in this study is the method of developing the waterfall system (waterfall cycle). The graphic design displayed on this website uses ChartJS. The programming language used is PHP 7 and MySQL as a database server. The results of this study are a Web-based Visualization of Food Production in the Province of East Nusa Tenggara that contains complete and clear information and is easily accessible to all parties.

Managing letters related to residence in Babau Village usually takes a long time. Residents must meet directly with the head of the RT/RW in the domicile area to obtain a cover letter, then they can go to the Kelurahan office to arrange the intended documents. The problem that then arises is if the community cannot meet the RT/RW leader because of busy life. Likewise if it arrives at the Kelurahan office, it turns out that the Lurah is not there. This will certainly hinder the management process. In addition to the above problems, another problem that can also arise is the RT/RW cover letter that has the potential to be falsified.These problems can be solved by building a Digital Village platform where the community does not need to meet directly with the RT/RW but can use the existing platform to manage the required documents. The proposal letter that goes to RT/RW can be directly approved and forwarded to the Village Head to be approved and ready to be printed. Everything is done without the need for paperless paperwork.

Pineapple is a fruit commodity that is Indonesia's flagship. This is because pineapple is a fruit that has the highest export volume in Indonesia. To obtain pineapples with perfect ripeness, generally manually selected, this becomes inefficient if large numbers of pineapples are selected. So, in this study, an image processing system will be developed that can classify pineapple ripeness based on its image. In this study, the color feature extraction used is feature extraction based on hue and saturation values. Color feature extraction with hue and saturation is used to obtain various information from the colors in the image so as to facilitate the identification process. Furthermore, Linear Discriminator Analysis will obtain optimal projections to be able to enter spaces with smaller dimensions by performing pattern recognition that can be separated so that they can be grouped based on boundary lines obtained from linear equations. Based on the results of the accuracy test, the accuracy rate reaches 83%, it is in the good category
