Abstract

Artikel ini dimaksudkan untuk me-rivew beberapa konsep dalam disiplin ilmu ¬ab¯ dan Rasm U£m±ni. Pada artikel sebelumnya dengan judul; Karakteristik Diakritik Mushaf Magribi, Arab Saudi dan Indonesia (studi Perbandingan) yang ditulis oleh Achmad Faizur Rosyad (selanjutnya penulis kedua sebut dalam artikel ini sebagai penulis pertama) terdapat beberapa teori yang hemat penulis tidak memiliki ‘landasan akademis’ terhadap disiplin keilmuan pada literatur terkait. Kajian ini sebisa mungkin akan merujuk pada sumber-sumber otoritatif dalam disiplin ilmu terkait dalam perspektif studi Ulumul-Qur’an masuk pada kajian ilmu rasm dan ilmu Dhabt. Abstract

This paper would like to re-analyze the discussion of the form of vowel and punctuation in the Qur’an of Indonesian Standard that has become the fixed standard for the distribution and publication of the Qur'an in Indonesia since 1984. This study is important, besides as an introduction to the academic text of the study of dabt in the Standard Quran, also as an effort to reinstate the historical development of vowel and punctuation mark in the writing of the Qur’anic discourse (rasm al-mushaf) which are rarely addressed in discussions of the writing of the Qur'an in Indonesia. The shallowness to understand science of dabt often becomes a trigger of the disputes as it is also happened in the discussion of the “Ottoman Rasm” in the writing of the Qur'an.Keywords: Qur’an of Indonesian Standards, vowel and punctuation marks.

Abstract

Penelitian ini adalah penelitian tentang kecenderungan minat masyarakat dalam memilih mushaf Al-Qur’an Standar di Indonesia di Pulau Jawa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi masyarakat dalam memilih Mushaf Al-Qur’an dan jenis tulisan Al-Qur’an yang diminati. Variabel yang menjadi alat ukur dalam penelitian ini terdiri atas; kualitas tulisan, kualitas produk, penerbit (merk), kemasan/fitur, harga, ketersediaan, acuan, konten, dan promosi serta mencari model jenis tulisan yang paling diminati oleh masyarakat. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan jumlah sampel yang sebanyak 753 dari 6 Provinsi di Pulau Jawa. Lokasi penyebaran angket ini berbasis pada IPM (indeks pembangunan manusia) yang telah ditetapkan BPS (Badan Pusat Statistik). Sampel akan diambil dari wilayah yang  memiliki IPM tinggi, sedang dan rendah. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi masyarakat dalam memilih Mushaf Al-Qur’an secara berurutan dari rangking tertinggi sampai terendah adalah; kemasan/fitur, kualitas produk, penerbit, kualitas tulisan, ketersediaan, konten, harga, acuan dan promosi. (2) Adapun jenis tulisan Mushaf Al-Qur’an yang paling diminati masyarakat adalah mushaf B (mushaf Standar model penyesuaian). Keyword: Kecenderungan, Mushaf Al-Qur’an Standar dan Masyarakat

Abstract

The academic debate related to the possibility of writing of the Qur'an using the grammatical Arabic system and that of the rasm usmani is very dynamic and has not been ended hitherto. That phenomenon is reflected in the development of the rasm usmani (the system of writing the Qur’an) literature which emerges almost in every century. This paper aims to show the richness of the Qur’anic study writing in the rasm usmani in the Islamic world. This survey traces the works of Qur’an scholars in the Islamic world from the 2nd to the 14th century Hijri whose physical evidence can be found until today. The references of the writing of the Qur’anic manuscripts come from these works. Starting from the literature which discusses the differences in writing until the time of the compilation of manuscripts, and the emergence of ash-Shaikh?n? in the 5th century Hijri. This survey shows that the richness of the study of the writing of the Qur’an using the rasm usmani is dynamic and varied. In addition to that, it shows the development and shocking differences in the form of the study of Qur’anic writing with thematic and tahl?l? patterns per verse, as well as its development which starts to lead to i?j?z in the form of writing of rasm usmani.
