Abstract

Abstrak Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana pemetaan konten informasi akun Instagram perpustakaan perguruan tinggi yang ada di Indonesia. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian dari 100 Perguruan Tinggi yang ada di Indonesia, perguruan tinggi yang paling banyak mengunggah yaitu instagram perpustakaan Universitas Syiah Kuala dengan 2283 unggahan, Universitas Hasanudin dengan 1192 unggahan, kemudian Universitas Lampung dengan 883 unggahan, Universitas Gadjah Mada 705, dan juga Universitas Indonesia dengan 604 jumlah unggahan. Dari lima indikator pemanfaatan instagram oleh perpustakaan, indikator yang paling banyak diunggah yaitu indikator memperlihatkan sekitar dan koleksi dengan jumlah unggahan 8063 atau (69.48%), indikator mempublikasikan acara dengan jumlah unggahan 2908 atau (25.06%), indikator memperlihatkan proses dengan 633 unggahan atau (5.45%). Indikator menunjukkan sejarah perpustakaan dengan 22 unggahan atau (0.08%), dan yang terakhir yaitu pada indikator berinteraksi dengan pengguna dengan jumlah 10 unggahan atau (0.08%). Kata kunci: Pemetaan, konten, informasi, perpustakaan perguruan tinggi Abstract This study aim to find out how to map Instagram account information content in college libraries in Indonesia. This research method uses quantitative descriptive methods. The results of research from 100 universities in Indonesia, colleges who upload the most are Syiah Kuala University with 2283 uploads, Hasanudin University with 1192 uploads, then Lampung University with 883 uploads, Gadjah Mada University 705, and also the University of Indonesia with 604 total uploads. Of the five indicators on the use of Instagram by the library, the most uploaded indicator is the indicator showing surroundings and collection with the number of uploads 8063 or (69.48%), the indicator publishes events with the number of uploads 2908 or (25.06%), the indicator shows the process with 633 uploads or ( 5.45%), the indicator shows the history of the library with 22 uploads (0.08%), and finally the indicator interacts with users with 10 uploads (0.08%). Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine how effective the use of SIKD in managing archives in the Pekanbaru City Library and Archives Service. The research method used is quantitative descriptive method, with data collection done through observation, questionnaires, interviews, documentation and literature study. The questionnaire was distributed to the archive manager with a research sample of 6 people. The results of this study indicate that the average score is 3.35, based on preparations using the Likert scale at intervals of 3.26 - 4.00, that the archive manager is very positive and effective using SIKD in managing the archives at the Department of Library and Archives of Pekanbaru City . And the obstacle faced by managers in using SIKD is one of the network problems, where in the Pekanbaru City Library and Archives Service the network is sometimes unstable.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze How Public Service Board of Library and RegionalArchives Riau Province, hereinafter referred to as (BPAD) Riau Province. This isdone to look at the quality and how much success BPAD Riau Province in performingits main function for the people who need the information in the Library, PublicServices how and what has or has not been done by the libraries in improving servicequality perceptions positively or negatively to quality of public services provided bythe Library Visitors Riau BPAD can be used as input for later followed up todetermine new strategies for improving the quality of services that aim to improve ordefend it.Methods used are qualitative methods and data collected by focuss groupdiscussion (FGD) and inferred based on five aspects of service quality therespondents were library patrons who use library services in BPAD as many as 14people consisting of 2 librarians, lecturers 3, 4 general (civil servants and private), 3students of, and 2 students, by using the technique of purposive sampling. Based FGDresults showed that for BPAD reliability aspects are at a good level, for aspects ofresponsiveness and confidence is at a level sufficient to aspects while empathy is at alevel less so for this aspect needs to be improved towards a better, while for theintangible aspects of BPAD services are at a satisfactory level and this needs to bemaintained in order to remain on the future state of the user satisfactory.

Abstract

Wajik Tape Melayu merupakan salah satu usaha kecil menengah yang berdiri sejak tahun 2008. Pada awalnya hasil produksi wajik hanya dipasarkan di sekitar Kota Pekanbaru. Sejak tahun 2011, pemasaran produk Wajik Tape Melayu telah merambah ke luar kota, termasuk luar provinsi. Melihat kondisi tersebut penulis tertarik untuk mengkaji tentang peran informasi pemasaran pada usaha Wajik Tape Melayu. Hal ini dilakukan selain untuk mengembangkan usaha masyarakat dan untuk turut serta mengembangkan produk unggulan daerah khas provinsi Riau. Metode yang digunakan adalah kepustakaan atau studi literatur. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa keberadaan dan pemanfaatan informasi pemasaran dapat dilakukan melalui beberapa langkah yaitu mengindentifikasi kebutuhan informasi, mengembangkan informasi, melakukan analisis informasi, pendistribusian dan penggunaan informasi. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa informasi pemasaran memiliki peranan yang sangat penting dalam usaha Wajik Tape Melayu. Beberapa faktor yang mempengaruhi peranan informasi tersebut adalah adanya tekanan persaingan, pertumbuhan pasar, usaha untuk meminimalisir kesalahan, dan meningkatnya harapan konsumen. Informasi penting yang dibutuhkan dalam pengembangan usaha Wajik Tape Melayu antara lain informasi terkait situasi persaingan, kondisi perekonomian, peraturan perundang-undangan, dan kondisi internal perusahaan

Abstract

The school library is an institution that acts as a center for information, educational activities, research, recreation for school residents. In supporting this role, school libraries must strive to provide excellent services according to the applicable national library standards. To realize a standardized library, the school library must conduct an assessment through library accreditation. With hope, an accredited library will provide services in accordance with the needs of users. However, awareness of school library accreditation in Riau Province is still very low. This is proven by the number of accredited school libraries that have not reached 1% of the total 1,391 school libraries in Riau Province. This has led to the holding of training and assistance related to school library accreditation for library managers or librarians of SMKN 7 Pekanbaru. The method used in this activity is to conduct training and assistance in preparing accreditation forms and preparing school library accreditation forms. The activity was delivered by means of, interactive discussion, assistance and evaluation using the checklist, pretest and posttest methods.

Abstract

Akreditasi perpustakan adalah sebuah pengakuan oleh Perpustakaan Nasional RI atas kinerja pengelolaan sebuah perpustakaan berdasarkan Standar Nasional Perpustakaan. Berdasarkan observasi bahwa kurang dari 1% perpustakaan sekolah di Pekanbaru belum terakreditasi, serta kurangnya pengetahuan pengelola perpustakaan sekolah untuk mempersiapkan akreditasi. Untuk itu tim memerikan solusi dengan melalukan pendampingan secara erklanjutan terhadap perpustakaan-perpustakaan sekolah di Pekanbaru. Diharapkan dapat meningkatkan mutu dan kualitas perpustakaan dan sekolah induknya.
