Abstract

Toko batu bata Wage saat ini merupakan sebuah perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang penjualan bahan bangunan seperti kayu, besi, galvalum, paku, dan lain-lain yang menjual hingga skala beser keseluruh daerah prabumulih. Berdasarkan hasil dari wawancara, Toko batu bata Wage memiliki beberapa masalah pada kegiatan transaksi penjualan dan pergudangan. Masalah yang dimiliki Toko batu bata Wage diantaranya, menumpuknya buku nota dan surat jalan, pelanggan yang lupa untuk melunasi tagihan utang, perhitungan sisa stok barang, memakan banyak waktu, pencatatan transaksi dilakukan setelah jam pulang kerja, dan kepala cabang yang tidak melakukan pencatatan rincian barang.

Abstract

Perkembangan sistem informasi sekarang ini telah menyebabkan berbagai perubahan yang cukup berpengaruh dalam pola pengambilan keputusan dalam sebuah organisasi untuk memperoleh informasi yang tepat dan akurat agar dapat digunakan. Rumah sakit pratama semende darat laut saat ini masih menggunakan pengolahan data dan informasi secara manual dan menggunakan pengumuman  untuk sarana informasi , hal ini tentu menjadi penyebab kurangnya penyampaian informasi rumah sakit pratama semende darat laut dimana kurangnya sarana informasi kepada masyarakat, dan masyarakat juga kesulitan untuk mendapatkan informasi perkembangan tentang rumah sakit pratama semende darat laut. Oleh karena itu maka diperlukan sebuah pengembangan sistem informasi pada rumah sakit pratama semende darat laut. Sehingga masyarakat bisa mendapatkan informasi yang akurat.Website ini dibuat menggunakan bahasa pemrograman Personal Hypertext Preprocessor (PHP) sebagai bahasa pemrograman dan desain editor Sublime Text 3, serta MySQL sebagai database-nya sehingga dapat membantu penginputan data secara cepat, tepat dan efesien. Dalam skripsi ini metode yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif, yaitu metode yang memperjelas data yang telah diperoleh sehingga mendapat gambaran secara jelas mengenai informasi keadaan rumah sakit tersebut.

Abstract

Griya Prabu Indah Prima merupakan pengembang perumahan yang bergerak dibidang properti yaitu penjualan rumah subsidi. Sistem penjualannya dilakukan secara kredit melalui Bank atau kredit pada developer. Pembayaran kredit developer langsung pada kantor pemasaran. Data penjualan dan pembayaran rumah diolah oleh bagian administrasi yang masih menggunakan Microsoft Office Excel dan buku administrasi. Sehingga perlu dibangun sebuah rancangan sistem pemasaran perumahan untuk mempermudah calon konsumen mengetahui informasi tentang perumahan yang lebih akurat yang berbasis pemograman PHP dan basis data MySQL dengan alat bantu perancangan menggunakan UML (Unified Modelling Language). Adapun metode pengembangan sistem yang digunakan adalah metode simple interaction Dengan adanya sistem pemasaran perumahan berbasis pemograman aplikasi ini dapat memberikan kemudahan dan mendukung kegiatan pemasaran perusahaan.

Abstract

Prabumulih city is located in the province of South Sumatra, has a population of 200.087 people aged seventeen years and over. Based on what can be sourced from the Department of Population and Civil Registration, a research sample of 80 people can be determined, to test the usability of the OVO application from the user side. The results showed that the five variables used consisted of learnability, efficiency, memorability, error, and satisfaction, namely: based on calculations using intervals from the Likert scale, for OVO applications only had two variables whose final value was greater, namely the learnability and satisfaction variables. It can be concluded from the learnability variable that it is easier for users to learn the OVO application, which means that users are easier to understand and learn OVO both from the existing menus, easy to make transactions, while on the satisfaction variable it can be concluded that on the satisfaction variable, users like the look and feel. services on the OVO application and the fast response carried out by the OVO application.

Abstract

Paud Nurul Iman is a place to conduct teaching and learning activities for early childhood in the Prabumulih area. Paud Nurul Iman still conducts teaching and learning activities manually where children still use blackboards, books and teaching aids in learning English. Based on the results of this study, the researchers tried to design an Android-based learning media application using the prototype method to make it easier for teachers and students to carry out the teaching and learning process. With this learning media application, it is hoped that it can help teachers in teaching English to students so that the teaching and learning process becomes more interesting.

Abstract

All studies aim to build a payment information system. The system was developed using NetBeans IDE 7.4, iReport-5.6.0, and XAMPP 1.7.3 software. This system works to be able to enter the transaction data of payment of tuition fees, such as monthly fee, uniform fee, registration fee and make payment report automatically. The purpose of this system is to facilitate staff or administrative personnel in conducting payment transactions dues. Effective monthly student fee system will trigger performance from agency to be better than before. For that required a system capable of handling the process of payment of student dues. By using the system of payment of contribution is expected to assist the performance of the agency. With the implementation of this system at Yayasan Bakti Vocational Technical School, can reduce errors of payment that may occur. This system can also speed up the process of payment and preparing reports that ultimately can help Yayasan Bakti Vocational Technical School.

Abstract

Prabu Computer Store is a store engaged in the sale of computers, laptops, printers, spare parts, accessories and also servicing laptops, computers, printers. This store strives to meet the needs of its customers in the electronics sector, because along with the development of technology, computers, laptops, printers have not only become a tool that can make work easier but have become a necessity for the community both to complete work and for students, especially now that school exams are also based computer, that's why the demand for goods increases. The Prabu Computer store is still selling conventionally where buyers have to come directly to the store to see the items being sold, select, or pay for the items purchased, this causes less efficient service to customers, customers sometimes have to wait a long time to buy an item. That's why to save time and provide the best service to customers with a wider scope it is necessary to create a system at this store. Algorithm implementation in Prabu Computer's E-Commerce Design is carried out using the Prototype model and UML Database modeling designed to facilitate all transactions in Prabu Computer's E-Commerce.

Abstract

Poor management of records in an institution or office will have a negative impact on the performance of the institution or office. The speed and accuracy of obtaining information contained in the archives will affect the quality of leadership decision making. The filing problem faced by institutions or offices is the difficulty of finding the required documents again, this is due to the large number of documents produced from every activity carried out by institutions or offices. This underlies the need for a good filing system management. The design of Electronic Archives carried out by the authors uses the Prototype Model, namely with three stages, including listening to customers, making designs, and conducting trials. This design also uses use case diagrams and activity diagrams to make it easier to define the design between the user and the system. The expected results are in accordance with the original purpose, namely the existence of a computerized system that will minimize the forms of errors and mistakes that usually occur in the old or previous methods.

Abstract

PT. ARM Gas Mandiri merupakan perusahaan yang terletak di Kota Prabumulih Sumatera Selatan yang bergerak dibidang jasa pengisian tabung oksigen, sewa tabung oksigen dan jual tabung oksigen baru. Untuk proses pelaporan keuangan, hasil penjualan oksigen masih dilakukan secara manual, yaitu dengan menggunakan nota kertas dan dipindahkan ke buku tulis lalu di input pada microsoft office excel dan hal tersebut kurang efektif dan membutuhkan waktu yang relatif lama untuk pengecekan pelaporan keuangan secara berkala. Dari permasalahan tersebut maka perusahaan membutuhkan aplikasi yang dapat membantu proses pelaporan keuangan hasil penjualan oksigen. Hasil yang di dapat setelah melakukan penelitian ini adalah mempermudah PT. ARM Gas Mandiri untuk mengecek pelaporan keuangan hasil penjualan oksigen untuk setiap satu bulannya dengan melihat rangkaian data dalam penelitian sekaligus pengujian-pengujian database yang telah di buktikan dalam penelitian.

Abstract

Tanjung Dalam Village is one of the villages under the auspices of the Rambang sub-district, Muara Enim district. In this agency, the activities carried out include recording village infrastructure development activities using computerized recording using computer programs, namely in file data collection carried out using Microsoft Excel as a form of village head archive reports. However, sometimes data collection is only done using books as material for recording data so that data collection is inefficient and can cause errors in recording. The research method uses a qualitative descriptive method with data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews, documentation and literature study. The types of data consist of qualitative and data sources consist of primary and secondary. The development method is using the waterfall method, while the design tool uses UML which consists of use case diagrams, activity diagrams and class diagrams. This application will make it easy for officers to record data on the infrastructure development of Tanjung Dalam Village.
