Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of working capital management in MSME Rozatajaya Souvenir in Sidoarjo through the analysis of liquidity and activity ratios. The research method is using descriptive qualitative. Data obtained from financial transaction records for two semesters of 2018. The results of this study found that the average Liquidity Ratio was very good which included Current Ratio of 3.02, Quick Ratio of 2.93 and Cash Ratio of 2.25. The effectiveness of working capital using the Activity Ratio was considered less effective including the average Working Capital Turnover of 1.23, Receivable Turnover of 4.22 and Turnover Inventory of 14.95 times. The findings of this study, working capital is very necessary for business operations, however, management of working capital is still not effective so it requires a strategy to increase the effectiveness of working capital in business development.

Abstract

This study aims to determine break-even point and margin of safety and how to plan profits and sales by using Break Even Point Analysis on Otak-Otak Kang Wahab SME. The method used in this study is qualitative descriptive with a case study research approach, by conducting direct interviews with the owner. Analysis have been carried out using Break Even Point Analysis. The data being analyzed in this study are production and non-production reports, product prices, sales volumes and costs. The results show that the sales of SME product which have been analyzed through Break Even Point have break-even point after it reachs 1 months 10 days, with revenue of Rp. 270,309,375 and selling of 2,809 units. Margin of Safety is known to be 82%. In this case, the SME don‘t include asset investments in the form of business places, because they use their own residence, so the cost isn’t considered.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the effect of Return On Assets, Return On Equity and Earning Per Share on companies stock prices. The research method used is multiple linear regression analysis. This study used secondary data from tourism and hospitality sub-sector companies listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The number of research samples is 13 tourism and hospitality companies that report financial reports regularly and have been audited with the period 2013-2017. The results Return On Asset has a partially effect in stock prices but not significant, Return On Equity has a partially effect in stock prices but not significant, Earnings Per Share has a partially influence in stock prices but significant, Return On Assets, Return On Equity and Earning Per Share has a simultanly influence in the stock prices.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the capital structure used to optimize profitability in MSME embroidery shoes. This study uses descriptive research with a qualitative approach. The analytical method is used Weighted Average Cost Of Capital (WACC). The techniques of data collection in this research used interview, observation, documentation and triangulation methods. The data that used are financial transaction records and financial statements issued by the company itself. The results showed that UD. Hikmah used the composition of the capital structure consisting of debt of 20%, 80% own capital with a ROE rate of 170%. Optimization results obtained the optimal capital structure composition on the composition of debt 23% and own capital 77%. By generating a level of profitability that can provide a favorable return for business owners, with the highest calculation of ROE that is equal to 173% and the cost of capital to be borne is Rp.18.238.000 every year.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of product quality, brand image and promotion on purchasing decisions of 3second Fashion Royal Plaza Surabaya fashion. A quantitative approach is used to answer the problems in this study, using 100 respondents. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results show that, 1) Product quality influences purchasing decisions for the 3second Fashion Royal Plaza Surabaya fashion so that H1 is accepted. That is, the better the quality of the products sold, the higher the decision to buy the product. 2) Brand image influences purchasing decisions for 3second Fashion Royal Plaza Surabaya fashion so that H2 is accepted. That is, the better the brand image that is embedded in the minds of consumers, the decision to buy a product is increasing. 3) Promotion has an effect on purchasing decisions for 3second Fashion Royal Plaza Surabaya fashion so that H3 is accepted. That is, the more maximum promotional efforts made by the company, the decision to buy the product will increase. and 4) Product quality, brand image and promotion influence the purchasing decision of the 3second Fashion Royal Plaza Surabaya fashion so that H4 is accepted. That is, the existence of products with high quality, good brand image and maximum and well-targeted promotions will have an impact on increasing consumer purchasing decisions.

Abstract

Air transportation is increasingly important. seen in 2016, 835.9 thousand departures of domestic and international aircraft, 99.7 million domestic and international passengers, 75.6% load-factor domestic and international passengers, and 715.8 thousand tons of domestic and international goods are transported. The development of regional tourism is greatly helped by the availability of air transport infrastructure and commercial property. in 2016 the number of foreign tourists reached 11,519 million tourists, supported by 2,387 star hotels, with a five-star hotel room occupancy rate reached 54.34%. Indonesia as the largest Muslim population in the world certainly has many halal tourist destinations and Muslim tours. Increasing the quality of air transport and airport will automatically increase the interest of halal tourism and Muslim tours of Indonesia. so that the Muslim tourists and the world's halal tourists will visit many tourist destinations in Indonesia.

Abstract

As the largest Muslim country in the world, Indonesia must have a complete analysis documents of medical records on online-based. especially for the Muslim population in Indonesia. Currently, Indonesia does not have laws specifically regulate the electronic medical records. Therefore, violation of the protection of personal data in electronic medical records may refers to any one part of the private right as set forth in the elucidation of 26th article 1st verse of UU ITE.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of the influence of capital structure, profitability ratio and liquidity ratio on share prices (studies on manufacturing companies in southeast asia) 2017-2019. The sample used was 15 manufacturing companies with purposive sampling method. This research used quantitatif approach. The data collection techniques used are documentation in the form of secondary data and library research. The analysis of this research uses multiple linear regression. The results of this study are the capital structure, liquidity ratio and rentability ratio have a significant positive effect on stock prices simultaneously and partially.

Abstract

The changes in organizational culture and work behavior is an important process for companies to survive in competition. And a change of leadership that is part of the change will pose challenges and reactions to the interests of its human resources. The research approach used quantitative research and included explanatory research to explain the causal relationship among variables through hypothesis testing with partial least squares path modeling (PLS-SEM) analysis technique. The results showed the influence of leadership style on positive work behavior but not significant. Reward and punishment no significant effect on work behavior. The organizational culture had a positive and significant effect on work behavior. The leadership style had a positive and significant effect on organizational culture. The reward and punishment had positive and significant effect on organizational culture. The findings of this study showed that participative leadership style model using reward and punishment mechanism could improve work behavior and organizational culture.

Abstract

The process of the development of the world of digital technology has affected many areas. One of the central areas experiences penetration of digitization technology is in the area of health. One of the influences that add to the health field is medium with a large number of emerging health applications that can be easily accessed via a smartphone or tablet device. For example, in developed countries currently, examination process health the ear or hearing children have can be done using your smartphone. Through this tool, the doctor can diagnose the infection and prepare the proper treatment for patients. Growing number of mobile applications in the health field will certainly ease the course of patient care. There are currently a lot of digital health applications. For that we researchers designed a program shaped application that can be run over the web and sms gateway, to monitor the health conditions of babies from a variety of disorders. The information disseminated through the web and sms gateway can be accessed easily by the mothers who are nurturing her baby, so that a mother will get the right information on how to care for a baby with healthy and avoid distractions endanger the health of infants. this application may be applied in health centers, posyandu, or hospital.
