Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menjelaskan pengaruh kompetensi professional terhadap motivasi kerjaguru honorer TK se Kecamatan Kendari Barat Kota Kendari Provinsi Sulawesi Tenggara tahun 2018. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode pengumpulan data menggunakan angket (Kuesioner).Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah guru honorer yang ada di Kecamatan Kendari Barat Kota Kendari sebanyak 30 orang guru.Teknik penarikan sampel menggunakan sampling jenuh dimana semua populasi digunakan sebagai sampel yang terdiri dari 30 orang guru honorer.Teknik analisis data untuk menjawab permasalahan pada hipotesis penelitian ini adalah analis SEM berbasis Partial Least Square (PLS).hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa nilai koefisien jalur kompetensi profesional terhadap motivasi kerja sebesar 0,571 dengan nilai  sebesar 4,232 artinya thit > ttab1,96. Semua indikator pada variabel kompetensi profesional dan variabel motivasi kerja memiliki nilai lebih besar dari nilai ttab1,96. Dengan Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa kompetensi profesional memiliki pengaruh terhadap motivasi kerja.Kata kunci : Kompetensi Profesional, Motivasi Kerja, PLS

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to see how much influence the level of parental education had on students’ motivation to learn physics in two secondary schools in Kontukowuna District, Muna Regency. This research is quantitative research, with the population used is all students of class XI science at SMAN 1 Kontukowuna and all students of class VIII at SMPN 1 Kontukowuna. The sampling technique used was non-probability sampling with the category of random sampling, where the samples used were 28 people for high school and 30 people for junior high school. The data analysis technique uses simple linear regression analysis through SPSS 16. Data analysis using the t-test regression equation shows a significant influence of the students' parents' education level on their motivation to learn physics, 94.1% for SMAN 1 Kontukowuna and SMPN 1 Kontukowuna with a significant effect of 84.8%. From the results obtained, it can be concluded that there is an influence of the level of parental education on students' learning motivation

Abstract

Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penerapan model Problem Posing Learning terhadap keterampilan berpikir kritis siswa kelas X MAN 1 Kota Kendari, yang dilaksanakan pada bulan Januari-Maret 2019. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini yaitu observasi, dokumentasi, dan tes. Data dianalisis secara statistik deskriptif dan inferensial. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dengan menggunakan rancangan dua kelompok yaitu kelompok eksperimen dan kelompok kontrol. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan tes dengan soal pilihan ganda. Hasil penelitian menggunakan uji hipotesis (uji t). Dari hasil uji t pretest kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol diperoleh thit < ttab yaitu 0,25 < 2,00. Hasil uji t posttest kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol diperoleh thit> ttab yaitu 4,24 > 2,00. Hasil uji t gain kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol diperoleh thit> ttab yaitu 3,38 > 2,00, pada taraf signifikansi 5% (0,05). Hasil penelitian ini mengindikasikan bahwa pembelajaran Problem Posing Learning dapat meningkatkan keterampilan berpikir kritis siswa kelas X MAN 1 Kendari.Kata Kunci:  Problem Posing Learning, Keterampilan Berpikir Kritis

Abstract

This article is a quantitative study with a survey method that aims to find out and describe (1) the effect of learning motivation on science learning achievement; (2) the effect of anxiety level on science learning achievement; and (3) the effect of jointly learning motivation and anxiety levels on the learning achievement of Natural Sciences. This research was conducted at MTs Negeri 2 Konawe Selatan, Southeast Sulawesi, Indonesia. Data collection techniques using questionnaires and documentation. The validity of the instrument uses the Product Moment formula and the reliability of the instrument uses the Cronbach Alpha formula. Data analysis techniques used include the first and second hypothesis testing with simple regression analysis and the third hypothesis test with multiple regression analysis. The results showed that: (1) there was a positive and significant influence between learning motivation on science learning achievement, proved Fcount = 6.59 and Ftable = 4.034; (2) there is a positive and significant influence between the level of anxiety on the learning achievement of science proven Fcount = 4.967 and Ftable = 4.034; (3) there is a positive and significant influence together learning motivation and anxiety level on the learning achievement of science proven Fcount = 3.301> Ftable = 3.187. The coefficient of determination rsquare (R2) of 0.088 shows the magnitude of the effective contribution together at 8.8% and there are still 91.2% which is influenced by other variables not discussed in this study.Keywords: Learning Motivation, Anxiety Level, Science Learning Achievement.

Abstract

Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat pemahaman siswa sesudah menggunakan media alat peraga dan tanpa menggunakan media alat peraga. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif, dengan metode quasi eksperimen. Teknik analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan analisis statistik deskriptif. Lokasi penelitian di SMA Negeri 1 Watopute dengan sampel penelitian yaitu kelas XI MIA 2 (kelas eksperimen) dan kelas XI MIA 4 (kelas kontrol), yang diperoleh dengan teknik pengambilan sampel secara purposive random sampling. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pemahaman siswa sesudah menggunakan media alat peraga lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan tanpa menggunakan media alat peraga, dan penggunaan media alat peraga efektif meningkatkan pemahaman siswa. Penggunaan media alat peraga dalam proses pembelajaran dapat menarik perhatian siswa dan membuat siswa termotivasi serta terlibat aktif dalam proses pembelajaran, lebih mudah mengingat, menceritakan dan memahami materi secara konkret. Selain itu, siswa juga dapat menguasai materi sehingga mendapatkan hasil belajar yang lebih baik. Kata kunci: Media alat peraga, tingkat pemahaman siswa

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the problem solving learning model with the help of PhET simulation media on students' ability to solve physical problems. This research was conducted at SMAN 2 Parigi, Muna Regency in the 2021/2022 academic year. The approach used is the quasi-experimental method. The sampling technique was purposive sampling so that the experimental class was obtained, namely XI MIA 3 and the control class XI MIA 2. The design used was Non-equivalent control design pretest-posttest. The instrument used is a description of the questions as many as 10 questions to measure the ability to solve problems. The data analysis technique used was the ANOVA test through SPSS 21. Based on the results of the research that had been done, it was found that the PhET media-assisted problem solving learning model had a significant influence on students' physical problem solving abilities as seen from the sig. < 0.05.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the generative learning model on physics learning outcomes in class XI IPA 1 SMAN 15 Konawe Selatan. This study uses an experimental method with a non-equivalent control design research design, in this design there is a pretest and posttest for the experimental and control classes. The sample was determined using a purposive sampling technique, namely class XI IPA 1 as the experimental class and class XI IPA 2 as the control class. The results showed that there was an effect of the generative learning model on physics learning outcomes after treatment in the experimental class and control class with tcount > ttable or 2,7 > 2,005. So it can be concluded that the effective generative learning model can improve student learning outcomes

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of knowing the process of implementing physics learning, what factors cause teacher teaching difficulties and solutions to the teacher's difficulties. This research was conducted at MAN 1 Konsel with 3 physics teachers as informants who used descriptive methods through a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques with observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique uses data collection, data reduction, presentation, and drawing conclusions or verification. From the results of the study, it was found that at the time of implementation of learning, it was found that all teachers had quite a difficulty in developing teaching materials. There are 4 factors that influence the difficulty of teachers in teaching physics, namely the low basic mathematical ability of students, inadequate facilities and infrastructure, the learning methods used by schools are less varied and innovative, and the time allocation is still lacking in achieving learning objectives. So the solution to answer the difficulties they are experiencing is that the teacher must involve students with good mathematical abilities to help their friends, using simple laboratory tools that the teacher can make themselves by using used materials or by using virtual laboratories, the teacher must also combine various methods and techniques. Innovative learning model, strives to maximize the available time allocation.

Abstract

This research aims to know (1) differences in comprehension of students ' physics concepts are reviewed from urban schools taught using real labs with Virtual laboratories (2) Differences in understanding student physics concepts from rural schools Taught using a real laboratory with a virtual laboratory at MA students in South Konawe district.This research is a quantitative study using experimental methods with a treatment by level 2 x 2 design.The subject of this study is MA students in South Konawe district consist of 4 schools determined with purposive random sampling technique.The instrument used is a deed test and a test understanding of physics concept.Data analysis techniques used using T-Test tests are of 5% significance. The results of this study were obtained (1) There are differences in understanding concepts Student physics taught using a real laboratory with a virtual lab reviewed from urban schools in the MA district of South Konawe, and (2) There are no differences in understanding the physics concept of students being taught using a real laboratory with Virtual Laboratory of the school in the countryside at MA in South Konawe district.Keywords: real labs, virtual labs, understanding the physics concept

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of knowing the effect of the Problem Based Instruction model on the physics learning outcomes of class XI students of SMA Negeri 1 Maligano. This study used a quasi-experimental design where there were pre-test and post-test in the experimental class and the control class. The population used in this study were all students of class XI SMA Negeri 1 Maligano, the sample was determined by purposive sampling technique, namely by selecting two classes with almost the same or homogeneous values, class XI IPA 1 as the experimental class and class XI IPA 2 as the control class. The analysis prerequisite test includes the normality test, homogeneity test, and hypothesis testing to determine the learning outcomes of the experimental class and control class. The results showed that there was an effect of the Problem Based Instruction model on learning outcomes as seen from the difference in learning outcomes after treatment in the experimental class and control class, t_count < t_table or 2.6779 > 2.028094. Thus, the cognitive learning outcomes of students who were given the Problem Based Instruction model had a significant effect.
