Abstract

Muhammadiyah has formed the Aisyiyah Entrepreneurs Association which aims to accommodate the entrepreneurial activities of Aisyiyah members. But in its implementation there are several obstacles that occur that greatly hinder the development of its business. Among them are poor organizational culture, the use of basic local wisdom materials for products produced quite a bit, as well as marketing that does not take advantage of technological advances to make online sales. Optimization of the IPAS community, namely providing solutions to the constraints that occur through appropriate training and marketing assistance using technological advances includes understanding the importance of good organization marked by creating organizational structures, conducting online sales training both in terms of products and in terms of packaging in in order to support marketing to be able to compete in a wider market.

Abstract

The 4.0 industrial revolution demands creativity and innovation in utilizing information technology. Fintech is an innovation in the financial industry, but there are many inherent risks. Therefore, this study aims to analyze the factors that influence consumers to use fintech in the payment process. This study uses theory of planned behavior in shaping research models. The sample in this study was selected using purposive sampling, from which the sampling method obtained 93 respondents. The results showed that security perceptions influence users intention to use fintech, transaction security is still considered a major thing for users of payment fintech in Indonesia, because perceived risk is a fundamental obstacle for users considering using Fintech. However, the perception of privacy does not affect users intention to use fintech, this result is possible because the technology of fintech payment in Indonesia has given breadth for its users to control their privacy. This research contributes in providing an explanation of how privacy and security can affect users intention to use payment fintech.Keywords : Payment fintech; Privacy; Security; theory planned behaviorAbstrakRevolusi industri 4.0 menuntut kreatifitas dan inovatif dalam memanfaatkan teknologi informasi. Fintech merupakan inovasi dalam industri keuangan, tetapi banyak risiko yang melekat. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor yang mempengaruhi konsumen untuk menggunakan fintech dalam proses pembayaran. Penelitian ini menggunakan Theory Planned Behavior dalam membentuk model penelitian. Sampel dalam penelitian ini dipilih menggunakan purposive sampling, dimana dari metode sampling tersebut diperoleh responden sebanyak 93 orang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa persepsi keamanan berpengaruh terhadap niat pengguna dalam menggunakan fintech, kemanan bertransaksi masih di anggap suatu hal yang utama bagi pengguna payment fintech di Indonesia, karena risiko yang dirasakan adalah hambatan mendasar bagi pengguna mempertimbangkan penggunaan Fintech. Namun, persepsi privasi tidak berpengaruh terhadap niatpengguna dalam menggunakan fintech, hasil ini dimungkinkan karena teknologi payment fintech di Indonesia telah memberikan keluasan bagi penggunanya untuk mengontrol privasi masing-masing. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi dalam memberikan penjelasan tentang bagaimana privasi dan keamanan dapat mempengaruhi niat pengguna untuk menggunakan payment fintech.Kata kunci: Keamanan; Payment fintech; Privasi; Theory of Planned Behavior

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to evaluate the use of fintech by conducting a study of the behavior of MSME actors, both that focus on promotion and focus on prevention of risk mitigation in the use of fintech. Data collected using a questionnaire with respondents who use MSME using fintech (payment). This study analyzes the data using the Structural Equation Model (SEM) by going through two stages of data analysis, namely evaluating the measurement model and testing the hypotheses that are built. The results showed that traits that focused on promotion would always try to choose risk while traits that focused on prevention would try to avoid risks. The risk mitigation of fintech carried out by users will increase according to the willingness of MSME actors to use fintech. So in other words, the higher the risk, the individual character that focuses on promotion and focuses on prevention will affect the intention to use fintech. Abstract

Among them are products that do not yet have attractive branding and packaging to compete in the market. Through community service, we will provide assistance in the management of branding and packaging so that products produced by IPAS are more able to compete in the market with products that already exist. The method used by lectures, discussions and demonstrations. The results show that the selection of product packaging produced by Malang City IPAS is appropriate and IPAS has more attractive branding to be able to compete in the market. Abstract

The Vegetable Farmer Group is one of the active groups in Batu City, namely in Torong Rejo Village. The economic situation affected by the existence of ccovid 19 also had an impact on the sale of agricultural products from Gapoktan. To minimize the spread of Covid 19, the mobile marketplace is an alternative to get around the prohibition of meeting directly between sellers and buyers to reduce the spread of Covid-19 while still encouraging economic movement, especially the sale of Gapoktan farmers. This method of dedication is carried out by discussing and demonstrating the use of the mobile marketplace. The result is that vegetable farmer groups have begun to be able to use the mobile marketplace, both for selling the products they produce to buying agricultural necessities. By using the mobile marketplace, it is hoped that it can minimize the vegetable supply chain from farmers to consumers, so that it can increase profits on sales because farmers can directly sell to end users.

Abstract

Pengabdian dilakukan pada SMP 8 Muhammadiyah. Mitra menjalankan usaha dengan sumber pendaan dari yayasa, bantuan wali murid dan bantuan operasional sekolah. Pengabdian bertujuan membantu mitra melalui pendampingan penyusunan laporan keuangan. Mitra memiliki permasalahan dalam mempertanggungjawabkan dana yang telah diberikan oleh karena itu, pengabdi melakukan pendekatan diskusi dan demonstrasi mengenai manajemen pelaporan keuangan baik untuk dana BOS maupun integrasi laporan keuangan secara menyeluruh. Hasil pengabdian mampu meningkatkan kemampuan mitra dalam mengelola keuangan. Mitra dapat memahami dan menerapkan konsep pelaporan keuangan. Hal ini ditunjukkan dengan kemampuan mitra menyusun laporan keuangan

Abstract

Sustainability and transparency issues are becoming trending in the nature of corporate reporting. Stakeholders are accused to bring together all financial and nonfinancial metrics into one integrated report. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of integrated reporting toward corporate performance. Integrated reporting measurement uses the construct adopted from IIRC. The research sample in this study is basic and chemical industry sector that listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2017. The reason in choosing those industries as a research subject is because the basic and chemical industry sector is recorded as a high growth industry sector in 2017. This study uses a linear regression as an analysis tool. This study concluded that integrated reporting has significant effect toward corporate performance.

Abstract

The Internet of Things (IoT), which is marked by the development of e-commerce, has changed business models, especially MSMEs. However, the development of e-commerce cannot be widely accepted by MSME actors. Therefore, this study aims to analyze the factors that influence the use of e-commerce and its impact. The sample was determined by using a non-probability sampling technique based on convenience sampling. Research respondents are MSME actors who use e-commerce. The results show that trust and interactivity have an influence on the use of e-commerce by MSMEs and an increase in the use of e-commerce will improve MSME performance. Therefore, MSME actors will use e-commerce to improve their performance, however, will consider e-commerce that can be trusted and has good interaction facilities between sellers and buyers.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji faktor – faktor yang mempengaruhi niat untuk tetap menggunakan financial technology. Responden penelitian ini merupakan generasi z di Indonesia, dengan menggunakan kuisioner dan diuji dengan program smartpls. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa fokus promosi yang digambarkan oleh variabel keuntungan ekonomi, seamless transaction, kenyaman memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap niat untuk tetap menggunakan fintech. Lebih lanjut, fokus pencegahan yang digambarkan oleh variabel kerahasiaan dan perlindungan privasi tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap niat untuk tetap menggunakan fintech. Hal ini menggambarkan bahwa generasi z akan menggunakan faktor emosionalakan promosi yang ditawarkan oleh layanan fintech.
