Abstract

Globalisasi merupakan suatu era global dimana dunia terasa seperti sebuah kampung kecil. Interaksi antar negara, peradaban dan budaya semakin mudah dilakukan. Proses saling mempengaruhi antar satu budaya dengan budaya yang lain semakin intens dan dengan proses yang cepat, baik budaya itu bersifat positif atau pun negatif. Sehingga pada akhirnya globalisasi menjadi alat untuk saling mempengaruhi antar peradaban, budaya, ideologi bahkan agama. Proses saling mempengaruhi tersebut menjadikan suatu peradaban, budaya dan agama terkontaminasi dengan unsur-unsur yang lain. Hal ini menimbulkan kegoncangan bagi ideologi dan budaya lain yang tidak sesuai karakteristik sosial kulturalnya.

Abstract

Application of the noble values of religion that comes from the Qur’an in education is increasingly becoming a necessity, especially in thisera of globalization. Although the values and positive attitudes suchas honesty, patience, simplicity and generosity was also inheritedby genetic parents, but education and infrastructure that supportsthe process of internalization of those values must also be taken andprovided to form a Quranic generation.

Abstract

One of things which establish gender injustice comes from the inaccuracy of reading religious texts included in the Islamic religious texts that are not friendly toward women. This paper discusses a new reading proposed by some Feminist Muslim. It will be reviewed through the interpretation of the creation of women, leadership and woman as wittnesses. Abstract

Tidak sedikit  kaum sufi yang menjadikan mahabbatullahsebagai  puncak harapan hidupnya, seperti Rabi’ah   al-‘Adawiyah,  Dzan-Nun  al-Masri, Bayazid   dan  lainnya, sepadan dengan banyaknya kaum sufi yang menorehkan karya  mahabbah atau  tasawuf cintanya, seperti Ibn Abi al-Khair,  Jalal  ad-Din  ar-Rumi, Abd   al-Karim  al-Jili, Ibn  al-Faridh, dan  Abu  Hamid al-Ghazali.  Tulisan ini berupaya  mendeskripsikan  pemikiran  tasawuf  cinta al-Jili dengan dikaitkan dengan konsep manusia yang sempurna.  Manusia  sempurna  adalah  manusia  yang dapat mencerminkan nama  dan  sifat-sifat Tuhan. Manusia  sempurna  ini   mewujud  dalam    para   nabi, rasul,  dan  kaum sufi  yang  suci  (wali). Untuk meraih kesempurnaan ini memerlukan usaha  untuk mencintai dan  mendekat kepada Tuhan melalui berbagai tahap atau  tingkatan, dari  al-khullah, al-hubb,  al-khitam, dan al-ubudiyah.

Abstract

Kajian ini bertujuan untuk melacak  pemikiran dan  gerakan keagamaan pesantren  di  era  globalisasi. Pendekatan dalam peneltian ini adalah penelitian kepustakaan.  Hasil  penelitian ini adalah radikalisme dan liberalisme sebuah pesantren sangat tergantung kepada para pemimpin di pesantren tersebut (pemilik, kyai, atau santri senior). Jika arus pemikiran para pemimpinnya berkarakter radikal, maka sebuah pesantren beserta santrinya akan berpandangan  radikal, sedangkan jika para pemimpinnya berkarakter moderat, maka sebuah pesantren beserta santrinya berkarakter moderat, bahkan bisa menjadi liberal dalam situasi dan waktu tertentu.  Sejalan dengan globalisasi, wajah pesantren  di Indonesia sudah tidak lagi dimonopoli oleh kelompok tradisional atau fundamental-radikal, melainkan  sudah diwarnai oleh pesantren-pesantren baru yang di bentuk oleh kelompok Islam lainnya dengan wajah yang berbeda pula.Kata kunci: radikalisme, moderatisme, liberalisme, pesantren, globalisasi RADICALISM, MODERATISM, AND BOARDING LIBERALISM (KEEP TRACK OF THOUGHT AND BOARDING SCHOOL RELIGIOUS MOVEMENT’S IN THE GLOBALIZATION ERA). This study aims to track the movement of thought and boarding school religious movement  in the globalization  era. This study uses library research. The result of this study is the radicalism and liberalism of a boarding school is very dependent upon the leaders in its boarding school (owner, kyai, or senior students).  If the current leaders have radical character thought, then a boarding school with its students will think the radically, whereas if its leaders are moderate, so a boarding school and its students will have moderate characteristic, even they can be liberal in a certain situation and time. In line with the globalization, the face of boarding school in Indonesia is no longer monopolized  by traditional or fundamental-radical  group, but it was already colored by boarding schools in new forms by other Islamic groups with different faces.Keywords: radicalism,  moderatism,   liberalism, boarding  school, globalization

Abstract

THE IKHWANUL MUSLIMIN’S ROLE IN SOCIOPOLITICAL CHANGE IN EGYPT. This research aims to know the position of the Ikhwanul Muslimin movement which grow and develop in Egypt. Trace the genealogy and the history of the Ikhwanul Muslimin, the concept and movement as well as the Ikhwanul Muslimin figures who influence on socio-political movement in Egypt. In addition to the position description of the Ikhwanul Muslimin, the study also tried to reveal the influence of the Ikhwanul Muslimin against the socio-political changes in the country of Kinanah. Since the founding of the Ikhwanul Muslimin, the political map in Egypt is entering a new chapter. The policy of leaders in power in Egypt is experiencing changes and ups and downs, related to its interaction with the Ikhwanul Muslimin. The interaction between Ikhwanul Muslimin and the Government of Egypt was mapped in two periods: pre-revolution and post-revolution. The Ikhwanul Muslimin and the Government of Egypt often tinged the existence of a conspiracy, suppression, which are then greeted with demonstration and competition power grab.
