Abstract

ABSTRAKPengembangan profesi guru adalah untuk menjaga dan meningkatkan kualitas guru agar semakin professional dalam melaksanakan tugasnya menggunakan media aplikasi Microsoft office power point. Ada beberapa faktor mengapa kegiatan ini diselenggarakan. Ada guru yang tidak terbiasa menggunakan teknologi sebagai media dalam pengajaran di kelas. Sekolah tidak menyediakan fasilitas yang memadai yang memungkinkan guru menciptakan media ajar mereka. Tidak adanya pembimbing dan pendampingan yang memberikan pendidikan singkat tentang bagaimana membuat media animasi untuk pengajaran di sekolah dasar. Dengan adanya pelatihan ini guru-guru SDN 130 Palembang diharapkan mampu menguasai dan memahami fitur dan fungsi yang ada pada Microsoft power point serta mampu membuat animasi untuk pembelajaran dengan menggunakan Microsoft power point.Kata kunci: animasi pembelajaran; pelatihan microsoft power point; presentasi atraktif. ABSTRACT Teacher professional development is to maintain and improve the quality of teachers to be more professional in carrying out their duties using Microsoft Office Power Point application media. There are several factors why this activity is held. There are teachers who are not used to using technology as a medium in classroom teaching. Schools do not provide adequate facilities that allow teachers to create their teaching media. The absence of mentors and mentors who provide short education about how to make animation media for teaching in elementary schools. With this training the SDN 130 Palembang teachers are expected to be able to master and understand the features and functions that exist in Microsoft power point and be able to create animations for learning using Microsoft power point.Keywords: attractif presentation; microsoft power point training; learning animation.

Abstract

Tujuan jangka panjang dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mensosialisasikan sistem pencegahan bahaya kebakaran yang bersifat preventif serta mandiri, diperuntukkan bagi rumah padat penduduk yang sulit dijangkau oleh mobil PBK (Pembasmi Bahaya Kebakaran. Sistem dapat bekerja secara otomatis tanpa bantuan operator dan akan tetap bekerja walaupun jaringan listrik putus. Target khusus yang hendak dicapai adalah membuat model perangkat keras sistem pemadam kebakaran yang bekerja berdasarkan kenaikan temperatur udara. Prinsip kerja dari model dimulai dari pembacaan data kenaikan temperatur udara yang  disebabkan oleh  adanya  sumber  api. Pembacaan  data  dilakukan  oleh sensor temperatur. Dalam penelitian ini, sensor temperatur yang akan diujicobakan ada dua jenis, masing-msaing jenis thermoelectric dan jenis thermomekanics. Oleh transformer, data temperatur diubah menjadi tegangan listrik yang akan menggerakkan katup salenoid dan pompa. Ketika kedua komponen tersebut bekerja maka air akan keluar dari sprayer sehinggga dapat memadamkan  api. Suplai  listrik  untuk  menggerakkan  instrumen  dan  sistem kendali berasal dari baterai sedemikian rupa hingga  jika terjadi kebakaran dan listrik dari PLN terputus, model akan tetap bekerja efektif.   Metode penelitian yang diterapkan adalah Kaji Eksperimental yang didukung oleh data-data otentik yang berkaitan dengan mekanisme pemadaman api. Kegiatan dimulai dengan membuat rancang bangun model pemadam kebakaran, dilanjutkan dengan pengujian untuk mengetahui kinerja model. Hasil pengujian kinerja prototipe menunjukan kehandalan dari mesin yang dibuat, dengan melibatkan dua jenis sensor yang masing-masing memiliki kelebiah dan kekurangannya. Berdasarkan perhitungan statistik untuk kedua jenis sensor menghasilkan nilai optimum yaitu: a. Sensor Thermoelektrik, Setpoint pada nilai 500C, dengan respon pemadaman 167 detik dan durasi pemadaman selam 132 detik. Kondisi komponen mesin dan instalasi baik, b. Sensor Thermomechanics pada nilai 400C, dengan respon pemadaman 45 detik dan durasi pemadaman selam 152 detik. Kondisi komponen mesin dan instalasi baik.

Abstract

Robot application in agriculture can ease the farming process, especially as the harvesting robot for seasonal fruit that is available in a short time. The addition of "eye" as the image sensor is an important feature for a harvesting robot. Thanks to the increment of technology, the camera is getting smaller with better performance, and lower prices. The cheap sensors and components make the creation of cheap and effective robot possible. Image processing is necessary for object detection, and open source software is available now for this purpose. This paper proposes BLOB analysis for object detection of 5 fruits with different shapes and colors. The simulation results show that the proposed method is effective for object detection regardless the shapes, colors, and noises.

Abstract

Various attitudes emerged and shown byindividuals for the presence of computer. Although manybenefits are felt by the computer, but there are some peoplewho feel anxious with the computer (computer anxiety).Computer attitude showed no reaction or behave the computerby pleasure or displeasure against the computer. Thephenomenon that arises is computer anxiety and computerattitude can affect a person's expertise in the use or operate thecomputer. This study aims to examine how the effect ofcomputer anxiety and computer attitude towards computer selfefficacy on the 6th semester student telecommunicationsengineering POLSRI. Samples taken in this study were allstudents of telecommunication engineering 6th semesterPOLSRI totaling 89 people. The results showed computeranxiety and computer attitude not affect the computer selfefficacy6th semester student of telecommunicationsengineering POLSRI. This is due because the 6th semesterstudent of telecommunications engineering POLSRI havepositive feelings to learn the computer either by themselves orthrough a learning courses.They also realize that the computerprovides many benefits. With the computer, the informationcan be obtained more quickly and efficiently. Computer is anecessity, can enhance human life, and was instrumental ineducation and employment.

Abstract

This research examines the dynamic load resistance of the Giromill type wind turbine to the variable wind speed, which is converted to the value of the force received by the wind turbine blades. The analysis was carried out numerically using Autodesk Inventor Professional 2019 software. The variations in wind speed used were 2.5 m/s with a force value of 0.195 N for the Giromill turbine, at a speed of 3.5 m/s with a force value of 0.274 N, at 4.5 m /s with a Force value of 0.352 N and a wind speed of 5.5 m/s with a force rating of 0.430 N. From the simulation results using the Autodesk Inventor Pro 2019 software, the effect of gravitational force is greater than the wind force in, so stress analysis is mainly caused by gravity while the wind force has no significant impact. The simulation results also have a characteristic that the higher the wind speed, the lower the stress value. In addition to the dynamic load simulation, the author also tries to implement the Giromill wind turbines in Muara Enim district, South Sumatra, Indonesia. The wind turbine blade rotation will be faster, and the Wind Generator will produce a greater voltage if it is supported by sufficient wind speed.

Abstract

The utilization of renewable energy is slowly starting to become one thing that to be interesting inside the development of science technology. The utilization of renewable energy is from at least two renewable energy (Solar Power Plants and Wind Power Plants), State Electricity Enterprise (PLN), and Generator Sources. This device could be operated automatically and integrated on the internet, which has a monitoring system such as voltage, inside which will be used to control everything inside that system. This device is designed to be operated in a combinational manner. This means to be operated based on the voltage value which qualified to activate the load. The utilization of the 3.3V microcontroller is able to design an efficient and low-cost board. Besides that, the device also uses the PLN and Generator set sources as the power backup when the main power runs out. Base on the research noted, this device will distribute the electric source to the houses, which means beneficial for the local society. This device might be applied automatically to four different sources with C++ Programming language to set the point value.

Abstract

The existence of the Township Housing, which is currently near the coal mine site, precisely in Tanjung Enim, South Sumatra, with a relatively open area (41 Ha) and a relatively high elevation of approximately 100 meters over the sea level, has the potential to be installed with PV panels as a solar power plant. Installation of PV panels in residential areas close to coal mining activities has the potential to indirectly generate a lot of mine dust which can reduce the amount of light received by the PV panels, which in turn can affect the output power of the PV panels. The purpose of this study is to analyze the use of an automatic cleaning system to increase the output power of PV panels by comparing the output power of PV panels produced between PV panels with an automatic cleaning system in the form of a water sprayer with PV panels that are not equipped with a water sprayer (standard PV installation). The use of an automatic cleaning system shows an increase in the average output power of 44.56 Watt. The difference between Isc PV water sprayer and normal PV is 0.5513 A. Iload measurement on PV water sprayer is 0.1973 A higher than normal PV, while for VOC PV panel water sprayer is smaller than normal PV is about 0.45 V. For PV water sprayer Vload is 0.431 V is more significant than normal PV panels. Meanwhile, for the generated load power or Pload, the PV water sprayer is 9.47 watts higher than normal PV. From all these values, the average efficiency produced by PV water sprayer is 1.81% greater than the efficiency produced by normal PV. This study shows that PV using a water sprayer produces an average output power of 44.56 watts

Abstract

ABSTRAK Sistem Informasi Akademik merupakan sistem pendukung penyelenggaraan pendidikan, sehingga dalam proses pendidikan dapat menyediakan layanan informasi yang lebih baik kepada mahasiswanya. Sistem Informasi Akademik Polsri dibuat untuk dapat membantu mempermudah kinerja dari pihak akademik dan mahasiswa dalam mengorganisir jadwal mengajar dosen, kehadiran dosen dan rekapitulasi nilai sehingga perlu dilakukan evaluasi bagaimana penggunaan mahasiswa pada sistem informasi akademik (SISAK) Politeknik Negeri Sriwijaya. Penerapan SISAK Polsri memerlukan evaluasi, diantaranya terkait dengan tingkat penggunaan sistem tersebut. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengevaluasi penggunaan sistem informasi akademik Polsri dalam mendukung proses administrasi dari sisi kegunaan, kemudahan penggunaan, dan ketersediaan jaringan. Evaluasi SISAK Polsri menggunakan metode Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor tersebut. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan teknik survei dan dianalisis dengan menggunakan metode statistik multivariate. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan perceived usefulness dan perceived ease of use tidak berpengauh terhadap actual usage SISAK Polsri, sedangkan perceived availability berpengaruh terhadap actual usage SISAK Polsri Kata Kunci : TAM, sistem informasi akademik, Polsri

Abstract

Kemajuan teknologi telah berdampak pada seluruh aspek kehidupan manusia, salah satunya adalah pada dunia bisnis begitu pula bersamaan dengan adanya internet. Sebuah website menjadi sarana penyedia informasi, promosi dan komunikasi kepada para pelanggan. Penelitian ini mencoba melakukan analisis terhadap kualitas layanan Website Learning Management System (LMS) Polsri dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui kualitas website LMS Polsri dari sisi pengguna website dalam hal ini mahasiswa Polsri, yang diukur melalui pendekatan WebQual 4.0 dengan tiga dimensi utama yaitu Usability, Information Quality, dan Service Interaction Quality. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Usability quality dan Information Quality berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kualitas website Polsri sedangkan Service Interaction Quality berpengaruh tetapi tidak signifikan terhadap kualitas website Polsri. Abstract

The agricultural sector is one of the most important economic sectors for Indonesia. However, agriculture itself is accompanied by a number of problems, one of which is pests that attack crops and cause crop failure. The use of robotics in agriculture can now overcome the limited capacity of farmers to monitor large land areas. Using an RC robot that can be controlled automatically via a cell phone monitor screen, human work is greatly facilitated. Artificial intelligence is implanted into a robot to improve the performance of an agricultural robot. This paper discusses designing a pest spraying robot with Neural Network applications for effective and efficient control inputs. The feasibility of the proposed method is proven by simulation conducted in Neuroph Studio and MobotSim. The simulation results show that neural network applications can effectively manage mobile robot movements with an error value of less than 0.1 to avoid the obstacles they encounter to reach the target.
