Abstract

This study describes the implementation classroom management in increasing the learning effectiveness of Tafsir Ahkam at MTs Al Urwatul Wutsqo Bulurejo Diwek Jombang. This study uses qualitative approach in the form of case study. The data collection in this study used participant observation, in depth interview, and documentation. To test the validity of data, the researcher used extension study, perseverance observation, and triangulation. The results are 1) the lesson plan of Tafsir Ahkam at MTs Al Urwatul Wutsqo Jombang included creating syllabus, lesson plan, semester and the annual program. 2) The organizing classes started from grouping students based on their intelligence, organizing students discipline to keep classroom conducive, organizing methods and means to further emphasize the forms of learning that will be conducted. 3) The implementation of Tafsir Ahkam teacher is the teacher mastery of material, classroom condition, and the learning approach. 4) classroom evaluation is conducted by assessing of each meeting both cognitive and affective. However, the students affective is an important consideration in determining the score obtained the students.

Abstract

The leader quality in an organization determines whether or the organization reach the goal expected. There are two basic capacities as main points should be owned for a leader and as ideal requirement for the leader in the institution, they are managerial skill dan technical skill. Whether the leader will be succeed or not in conducting their leadership, however, determined not only on their technical skill, but more on their managerial skill, in this case their skill in making people to work. Madrasa is one of educational institution which has an importance existence in improving the nation’s intelligence, makes effort to improve the quality education out put which has been complained community by fostering and developing the Islamic educational institution. The form of fostering and developing is private empowerment. The private madrasa is the growth of educational institution root in the environment of Ministry of religion, and it is the largest part of the madrasa in Indonesia.

Abstract

This research to describe the strategy of Urwatul Wutsqo Islamic boarding school dealing with modernization challenges. The focus of his research is the strategy used by Al-Urwatul Wutsqo Islamic Boarding School deal with the challenges of modernization? 2). the activities forms of the Boarding School's deal with it. 3). the supporting and obstacle factors in the implementation it. This study is a qualitative approach in the form of case study. Data collection methods are done through interviews, observation and documentation. Data analysis techniques are data reduction, data display and verification. Al Urwatul Wutsqo's Islamic boarding school strategy dealing with modernization is providing integrated education of faith and piety in accordance with the Qur'an and Hadith. The activities are to love Allah and the hereafter is amal sholih, thariqah, recitation, istighatsah, etc.

Abstract

The concept of Khalifah according to M. Quraish Shihab is that the Caliph must conform to; (a). Yahduna bi Amrina, can take people to the destination in accordance with our instructions (Allah). (b) Aabidin (including Iqam Al-Shalah and Ita’ Al-Zakat), establishing a prayer is a picture of a good relationship with God, while performing zakat is a picture of harmonious relations with humans. (c) Yuuqinun (full of confidence). The caliph must be sure that he can protect, nurture and guide so that every human being reaches the goal of his creation. (d) Shabaru (patience and fortitude), which is patient in carrying out God's mandate in the form of responsibility to prosper the earth and its contents by carrying out its laws in human life on earth. (e) Basing and implementing education according to Islam originating from Al-quran and As-Sunnah in order to realize the whole Muslim person. Because in essence the ultimate goal of Islamic education is to form Insan Kamil with a pattern of piety. The implication of the concept of Khalifatullah according to M. Quraish Shihab on Islamic education namely Islamic education must pay attention to the preparation of the design of educational programs outlined in the curriculum. In the curriculum guided in the scope of oriented on three things, namely: The achievement of the goal hablum minallah (relationship with God), the achievement of the goal hablum minannas. (relationship with humans), Hablum minal ‘alam (relationship with nature). Where the curriculum must also pay attention to the objectives of Islamic education which includes four aspects, namely. (1) aspects of akidah (yatlu alaihim ayatihi) (2) aspects of cleansing and forming behavior with ahklak al-karimah (wayuzakkihim), (3) aspects of rationality and transformation of science (wa yu'allimuhum al-kitab), (4) psychomotor aspects (wa al-hikmah).

Abstract

This research describes the implementation of stickers distribution in forming students' humble at al Urwatul Wutsqo Islamic Boarding School, Jombang. This research is qualitative research, data collected through interviews, observation and documentation. The data then analyzed by Miles and Huberman model such as, reduction, display and verification data. The results of this study are the distribution of stickers is carried out at least twice a year, during semester holidays and the boarder orders from, the distribution of stickers to maintain the existence of the Islamic boarding school, inviting others to look for knowledge at al Urwatul Wutsqo Islamic boarding school, for boarding, studying, training students to be better humble either to Allah, to religion, to prophet to theologian, and to their peers. The students are also given guidance in distributing stickers, as a means of practicing the prophet nature in seeking people and spreading the religion of Allah. The technic of distribution are the students have stickers and all schools destination data that will be given. Then, the students come to the school to see the principal or representative to get out recommendations; the next, students distribute the stickers.

Abstract

The subject of Islamic history is underestimated or is only considered a complementary subject by students. So that here the researcher is interested in researching about how the problems of learning Islamic Cultural History at MTs Salafiyah Syafiiyah Bandung Diwek Jombang and how the teacher's efforts in overcoming the problems of learning the History of Islamic Culture at MTs Salafiyah Syafiiyah Bandung Diwek Jombang. This research uses a qualitative approach. Data collection methods: observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique used Miles and Huberman's interactive model which included data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. To check the validity of the data, it was used research extension, observation persistence and triangulation. The results of this study found that: Mathematics of learning resource problems are incomplete, lack of understanding of the method, the lack of media so that it meets the learning objectives, student problems before and during learning, some evaluation scores are below standard. The teacher's efforts: learning resources are handled with the internet as a complementary source, methods are handled with other methods prepared by the teacher, media are overcome with other media that are easy to find, students are overcome with several common things, evaluation is overcome with remedial programs.

Abstract

Abstract: This study seeks to discuss the implementation of Qur-any 2 learning inimproving students' understanding of the word translation of the Qur'an at MTs alUrwatul Wutsqo Jombang. Field research (field research). This study uses adescriptive qualitative approach. Data collection techniques through interviews,observation, and documentation. Furthermore, data analysis was carried out usingdescriptive qualitative analysis methods. From the results of the study of Qur-any 2research, it was found that there were 1. educators must attend training and coachingfor Qur-any educators first. 2. The implementation process applies the principle of2x3 learning, namely imitating and repeating in terms of sound, reading and writing.3. Evaluation is done by the educator giving verses of the Qur'an and then studentsare assigned to memorize it then translate the pieces which are then interpreted andgive examples of how to practice the verse in life. Increasing students' understanding,namely: 1. Applying or translating the verses of the Qur'an, 2. Knowing how topractice the verses of the Qur'an. supporting and inhibiting factors of learninginclude: teachers, media, infrastructure, environment. Based on the analysis of thedata sources obtained, it can be concluded that learning Qur-any 2 includes planning,implementation, and evaluation. Increasing students' understanding, namely: beingable to translate, interpret, and know how to practice it. And supporting and inhibitingfactors include, teachers, goals, methods, media, environment. It is important foreducators to continue to motivate students to become human beings who understandthe Qur'an and are able to practice it in life.Keywords: Learning Qur-any 2, Increasing Understanding.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the learning innovation of Tafsir Amaly at SMA Primaganda Jombang. Tafsir Amaly is a local content subject that is included in the Primaganda High School curriculum. Tafsir Amaly is a Sufism-based interpretation developed by Thoriqoh Syadziliyah Al Mas'udiyah Jombang. This type of research uses a qualitative approach. Data collection methods: observation, interviews, and documentation. Technical analysis includes data reduction, data presentation, and concluding. To check the validity of the data, research extension, observation persistence, and triangulation were used. The results showed that the innovation of the implementation of Amaly's Tafsir includes the application of a combination of student-centered and conventional methods in the form of jigsaw cooperative methods, drills, discussions, questions and answers, peer tutorials, exemplary affective methods, and so on supported by the book Tafsir Amaly juz 1 and Quran song as a compliment. Then the teaching aids use qurany 1-5 if needed according to the learning theme of Amaly's Tafsir, Then the learning media can be supported by other means, for example, audio speakers, and so on.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to describe the role of the principal as a supervisor at MA Roudlotul Ulum Mojoduwur Jombang. This study uses qualitative research which is a field research because the data generated is in the form of written words from objects and observable behavior. Qualitative research examines participant perspectives with multiple interactive strategies, such as direct observation, participatory observation, in-depth interviews, documents, complementary techniques, such as photographs, recordings and others. The results showed that the role of the principal as a supervisor at MA Roudlotul Ulum Mojoduwur Jombang in improving teacher performance by directing and guiding teachers during times of difficulty in the learning process there were several roles of the principal in improving teacher performance at MA Roudlotul Ulum. The teacher's performance is quite good but some are lacking due to limited facilities, such as when teaching in the classroom the teachers do not use learning media. Based on the results of research on the role of the principal as a supervisor in improving teacher performance at MA Roudlotul Ulum Mojoduwur Jombang, it can be concluded that the principal as a supervisor in improving teacher performance really makes a good contribution to the progress of the quality of learning so that it can encourage the performance of educators which is the key to success. in the world of education.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the memorization ability of the Qur'an students at MA Al Washoya, application of the muroja'ah dani sima'i method in MA Al Washoya, what are the supporting and inhibiting factors in the application of the muroja'ah and sima'I methods in MA Al Washoya Kertorejo Ngoro Jombang. So the purpose of this study is to determine the memorization ability of the Qur'an students at MA al Washoya, the learning of tahfidz muroja'ah and sima'I methods at MA Al Washoya, as well as the supporting and inhibiting factors.This research uses a type of field research (field research) and uses a qualitative descriptive approach, the data collection techniques used are observation, interviews and documentation. For data analysis techniques, researchers use data reduction (explaining data), displaying (presenting data), drawing data (drawing conclusions). As a test of data validity, researchers use triangulation, which is checking data from various sources, methods, and times. The results of the study stated that: the implementation of Tahfidz learning the muroja'ah and sima'I methods at MA Al Washoya was taught 4 times a week in several stages, the stages of the muroja'ah method were: memorization, muroja'ah with friends, depositing memorization on the tahfidz teacher. The stages of the sima'I method are: listening to the recitation of the guru tahfidz, repeating by opening the Qur'an, repeating by closing the Qur'an. The supporting factors are self-motivation and closest people (family), the existence of guided muroja'ah activities, (sima'an), talents, appreciation given to outstanding students. Meanwhile, the inhibiting factors are the diverse abilities of students, the emergence of laziness, unhealthyness, the presence of tahfidz teachers because when the teacher is not present it will hinder the tahfidz learning process.
