Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan menghasilkan modul pembelajaran tematik integratif berkarakter nasionalisme subtema “Aku Bangga dengan Daerah Tempat Tinggalku” yang layak dan efektif untuk meningkatkan aktivitas dan prestasi belajar peserta didik kelas IV SDN 2 Tinggarjaya Banyumas. Desain penelitian mengacu pada RD Borg Gall. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji t dengan taraf signifikansi 0,05. Kelayakan dari aspek materi skor 147, aspek media skor 91, respons guru skor 60, dan respons peserta didik skor 36,13. Keefektifan dilihat dari pengamatan sikap nasionalisme dengan persentase peserta didik yang menunjukan sikap positif pada kelas eksperimen lebih tinggi daripada kontrol. Pengamatan aktivitas peserta didik pada kelas eksperimen yang menunjukan aktivitas dengan kategori “tinggi” presentasenya lebih besar dibanding dengan kontrol. Hasil analisis data prestasi belajar kelas kontrol dan kelas eksperimen 1 menunjukan taraf signifikansi 0,020, serta pada kelas kontrol dan kelas eksperimen 2 menunjukan taraf signifikansi 0,011. Dengan demikian, modul yang dikembangkan layak digunakan pada kelas IV SD. Kata kunci: modul pembelajaran, tematik integratif, nasionalisme DEVELOPING INTEGRATIVE THEMATIC LEARNING MODULE WITH NATIONALIST CHARACTER FOR CLASS IV ELEMENTARY SCHOOL IN BANYUMAS Abstract: This study aims to generate integrative thematic learning modules with nationalist character; sub-theme: "Aku Bangga dengan Daerah Tempat Tinggalku" that is suitable and effective to enhance the activity and learning outcomes of the grade IV students of SD Negeri 2 Tinggarjaya, Banyumas. This development research refers to the stages developed by Borg Gall. Data analysis technique used t test with significance level of 0.05. The results show that the eligibility from the material aspect that is 147 score, media aspect gets 91 score, the responsse of teachers get 60 score, and the responsse of students get 36.13. The effectiveness can be seen from the observation of nationalism learners who show a positive attitude in the experimental class which has a higher percentage than the control. Furthermore, based on the observation of the activity of learners with the result of the experimental class has a tendency to have activity in the category of "high" percentage which is greater than the control. Then, from the results of the data analysis of learning outcomes in the control class and experimental class 1, indicates a significance level of 0.020, as well as the control class and experimental class 2 shows the significance level of 0.011. It can be concluded that the module developed is feasible use for the grade IV SD. Keywords: learning module, integrative thematic, nationalism

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mendeskripsikan pelaksanaan pembelajaran Seni Budaya di SMA Kabu-paten Lombok Timur. Pelaksanaan pembelajaran Seni Budaya dideskripsikan sesuai Permendiknas No.41 Tahun 2007, yang meliputi empat komponen, yaitu perencanaan, pelaksanaan, penilaian, dan pengawasan proses pembelajaran. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian evaluasi dengan pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif menggunakan Model Evaluasi Kesenjangan terdiri dari tiga tahap yaitu tahap telaah standar, tahap deskripsi penampakan di lapangan, dan tahap komparasi penampakan dengan standar yang ditetapkan. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari 5 sekolah negeri dan 3 sekolah swasta di Kabupaten Lombok Timur, dengan jumlah responden 256 orang, terdiri atas 8 guru Seni Budaya, 8 Kepala Sekolah, dan 240 siswa. Pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik observasi, angket, dan analisis dokumen. Instrumen pengumpulan data terdiri dari lembar observasi, angket, dan lembar dokumentasi. Validasi instrumen dilakukan dengan metode Expert Judgement, dan uji reliabilitas instrumen angket menggunakan estimasi Alpha Cronbach dengan koefisien sebesar 0,725. Data yang terkumpul dianalisis dengan teknik deskriptif kuantitatif. Kesimpulan hasil penelitian ini sebagai berikut. (1) Perencanaan proses pembelajaran kurang baik; (2) Pelaksanaan proses pembelajaran kurang baik; (3) Penilaian proses pembelajaran cukup baik; (4) Pengawasan proses pembelajaran kurang baik; (5) Secara keseluruhan, ada kesenjangan antara pelaksanaan proses pembelajaran Seni Budaya SMA di Kabupaten Lombok Timur dengan standar minimal Permendiknas No.41 Tahun 2007.Kata kunci: seni budaya______________________________________________________________AN EVALUATION OF CULTURAL ARTS LEARNING PROCESS AT SENIOR HIGH SCHOOLS IN LOMBOK TIMUR REGENCY, NTB Abstract This study aims at describing the Cultural Arts learning at senior high schools in East Lombok district. The Cultural Arts learning was described based on the Decree of Minister of National Education No. 41 of 2007, which involves four components, i.e. planning, implementation, assessment, and supervision of the learning process. The study was an evaluation research using a quantitative descriptive approach. The evaluation model used in this research was discrepancy evaluation model with three phases: standard analysis, description of the actual performances in the field, and comparison between the actual performances and the established standards. The samples were 5 public and 3 private schools in East Lombok Regency with 256 respondents, consisting of 8 Cultural Art teachers, 8 school principals, and 240 students. The data were collected by using observation technique, questionnaire, and documentation. The data collection instruments were observation sheets, questionnaires, and documentation sheets. Validation of the instrument was conducted by using expert judgement. To test the questionnaire reliability, this study used Alpha Cronbach estimation with a coefficient of 0.725. The collected data were analyzed using quantitative descriptive techniques. The results are as follows. (1) The planning of learning is not yet maximum; (2) The learning process is not yet maximum; (3) The assessment of the learning processes is quite good; (4) The supervision of the learning process also is not yet optimal; (5) In general, there is a discrepancy between the implementation of the learning process and the minimum standards which have been set in the Decree of the Minister of National Education No.41 of 2007.Keyword: cultural arts

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the healthy school program in SMP Negeri 2 Kalasan. The healthy school program is a program issued by the Ministry of Education and Culture, focused on how schools can develop healthy, safe, child-friendly, and fun school movements. This study used the CIPP evaluation model with a qualitative approach, focusing on the context, inputs, processes, products of the healthy school program. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentary studies. Validity tests were obtained through the triangulation of data sources and techniques. Instrument validity used expert judgment, while data analysis used four steps of Miles and Huberman's model: data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and data conclusion. The findings show (1) in terms of context, SMP Negeri 2 Kalasan is a school designated by the government because it is considered capable and appropriate, and has become a model of adiwiyata schools in Sleman and won national adiwiyata school program competitions; (2) in terms of input, the design of a healthy school program can answer problems related to the input of students who have different healthy living habits; (3) in terms of process, the healthy school program has run well, but it is constrained by funding and revitalizing facilities and infrastructure because it only uses independent funds from the school; (4) in terms of product, the healthy school program at SMP Negeri 2 Kalasan has run following the objectives and has the right to continue the program, although there are still aspects that need to be improved.

Abstract

Penelitian bertujuan menyusun instrumen penilaian nontes berupa penilaian proses berkarya seni lukis yang terintegrasi dengan penilaian karakter, sebagai upaya mempersiapkan peserta didik Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK) menuju dunia kerja. Teknik penilaian yang digunakan berupa teknik observasi, penilaian diri, dan penilaian antarteman. Berdasarkan studi awal terbatas, pada saat ini belum ada intstrumen penilaian proses berkarya seni lukis yang terintegrasi dengan penilaian karakter untuk menilai proses berkarya seni secara objektif dan utuh. Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan penelitian dan pengembangan dari Borg and Gall yaitu melakukan (1) studi awal untuk menemukan temuan-temuan penelitian yang terkait dengan produk yang akan dikembangkan, (2) pengembangan instrumen penilaian proses berkarya seni rupa, dan (3) pengujian instrumen di lapangan yang hasilnya digunakan untuk perbaikan. Focus Group Discussion (FGD) digunakan untuk penentuan konstruk, kisi-kisi, dan dilakukan telaah item-item instrumen oleh praktisi dan pakar pendidikan seni rupa. Hasil penelitian ini berupa instrumen penilaian proses berkarya seni lukis yang terdiri atas penilaian persiapan dan penilaian pelaksanaan berkarya seni lukis. Penilaian persiapan berkarya seni lukis berupa lembar observasi dengan rubrik penilaian yang mencakup 6 dimensi, yaitu kesiapan mental, kesiapan fisik, kesiapan alat dan bahan melukis, sikap responsif, dan sikap proaktif dan terdiri atas 8 item dengan empat pilihan. Penilaian pelaksaan berkarya seni lukis berupa lembar penilaian antarteman mencakup 4 dimensi, yaitu penuangan ide, pemanfaatan waktu, dan sikap disiplin dan terdiri atas 9 item dengan dua pilihan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penilaian proses berkarya seni rupa dapat melatih pembentukan karakter pada siswa SMK seni rupa, khususnya untuk program studi seni lukis.Kata kunci: instrumen nontes, berkarya seni rupa, karakter DIMENSIONS OF CHARACTER IN ASSESSMENT OF PAINTING PROCESS OF VOCATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTSAbstractThe objective of this research is to develop a non-test instrument in the form of assessment of painting process which integrates with character assessment as an effort to prepare students of Vocational High School (SMK) in the work field. Assessment techniques used are in the form of techniques of observation, self assessment, and peer assessment. Based on preliminary studies, there is currently no documented assessment of painting process integrated with character judgment to assess the process of artwork objectively and intactly. This research uses research and development design from Borg and Gall which includes (1) preliminary study to find research findings related to product to be developed, (2) development of assessment instrument of fine arts process, and (3) testing instrument in the field where the results are used for improvement. Focus Group Discussion (FGD) is used for the determination of constructions, grids, and the review of instrument items by practitioners and art education experts. The result of this research is the assessment instrument of painting process which consists of the assessment of preparation and the assessment of performance of painting. The assessment of preparation of painting is in the form of observation sheet with rubric assessment covering 6 dimensions, namely mental readiness, physical readiness, preparedness of tools and painting materials, responsive attitude, and proactive attitude and consists of 8 items with four choices. The assessment of performance of painting is in the form of a peer assessment sheet covering 4 dimensions, namely the pouring of ideas, the use of time, and the attitude of discipline and consists of 9 items with two choices. The results showed that the assessment of the process of works of fine arts can train the formation of students characters in vocational high school of fine arts, especially for the study program of painting.Keywords: non-test instrument, fine arts, character

Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif untuk menjelaskan pelaksanaan dan kualitas instrumen penilaian sumatif oleh satuan pendidikan yang berfokus pada penilaian aspek kognitif. Sampel dipilih melalui teknik random sampling. Data penelitian adalah data pelaksanaan dan instrumen penilaian hasil belajar sumatif mata pelajaran Seni Budaya aspek Seni Rupa di SMP Kabupaten Sleman berupa tes objektif dari kegiatan Penilaian Tengah Semester (PTS), Penilaian Akhir Semester (PAS) dan Penilaian Akhir Tahun (PAT) pada tahun 2019-2020. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan analisis statistika deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan penilaian sumatif dilaksanakan oleh para guru Seni Budaya sesuai dengan acuan-acuan pelaksanaan Kurikulum 2013 yang disesuaikan dengan kebijakan sekolah. Instrumen utama penilaian sumatif tersebut berupa soal pilihan ganda dengan empat pilihan jawaban. Secara umum kualitas soal tersebut sangat baik dari segi materi, konstruksi, dan bahasa. Dari segi tingkat kesukaran, secara umum instrumen penilaian tersebut masih didominasi soal dengan tingkat kesukaran mudah dan sedang dan dari segi tingkat pengetahuan masih didominasi soal dalam kategori tingkat ingatan dan pemahaman dan belum mencakup soal untuk kategori high order thinking skill. Kata Kunci: kualitas instrumen, penilaian sumatif, seni rupa, SMP kabupaten Sleman  THE QUALITY OF INSTRUMENTS OF ART LEARNING SUMATIVE ASSESSMENT IN SLEMAN JUNIOR HIGH SCHOOLS Abstract        This research is a quantitative descriptive study to explain the implementation and quality of summative assessment instruments by educational units that focus on assessing cognitive aspects. The sample was selected by random sampling technique. The research data is the implementation and the assessment instruments for summative learning outcomes in the arts and cultural subject focusing on art aspect in junior high schools of Sleman Regency in the form of objective tests of Mid-Semester Assessment (PTS), Final Semester Assessment (PAS) and Year-End Assessment (PAT) in 2019 -2020. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistical analysis. The results showed that Cultural Arts teachers carried out the implementation of summative assessment in accordance with the guidelines for implementing the 2013 Curriculum, which was adjusted to school. The main instrument for summative assessment is multiple-choice questions with four answer choices. In general, the quality of the questions was very good in terms of material, construction, and language. In terms of the level of difficulty, in general, the assessment instrument is still dominated by questions with easy and moderate difficulty levels, and very little covers difficult questions. In terms of the level of knowledge, it is still dominated by questions in the category of memory and understanding levels. It does not include questions for the high-order thinking skill category. Keywords: instrument quality, summative assessment, art learning.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengembangkan model evaluasi kinerja dosen yang akurat dan terpercaya. Model terdiri atas: instrumen, panduan penskoran, penentuan standar, aplikasi komputer, panduan penilaian, dan panduan pemanfaatan hasil penilaian. Penelitian ini merupakan multy years research selama tiga tahun. Tahun pertama (2017) dilakukan pengembangan instrumen yang akurat dan terpercaya, panduan penskoran, dan penentuan standar. Tahun kedua (2018) dilakukan uji coba penilaian kinerja dosen, produk awal aplikasi komputer, panduan pelaksanaan penilaian, dan panduan pemanfaatan hasil penilaian. Tahun ketiga (2019) dilakukan penilaian kinerja dosen, contoh pemanfaatan hasil penilaian, dan validasi aplikasi komputer. Draf instrumen divalidasi oleh 10 pakar kemudian dihitung validitas isinya dengan formula Aiken V, bukti validitas konstruk menggunakan analisis faktor eksploratori, dan estimasi reliabilitasnya dengan Cronbach Alpha. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) semua butir instrumen sudah memenuhi standar validitas isi yakni 0,73, (2) hasil analisis faktor instrumen kinerja dosen dalam bidang pengajaran menunjukkan bahwa terdapat 3 komponen, yaitu persiapan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi dengan indeks reliabilitas Alpha sebesar 0,844,  dan (3) berdasarkan kajian teori, FGD, dan bukti empirik, dapat disimpulkan bahwa kinerja dosen dinilai melalui empat aspek yakni kinerja dalam pengajaran, kinerja dalam penelitian, kinerja dalam PPM, dan kapasitas dosen. EVALUATION MODEL OF LECTURER’S PERFORMANCE: DEVELOPING INSTRUMENTS FOR EVALUATING LECTURER’S PERFORMANCEAbstractThe aim of this research is to develop the evaluation model for lercturer performance that is valid and reliable. The model consists of: instruments, scoring manual, act of determining standard, application standard, assessment manual,  and utilization manual of the assessment result. This research is a multi-year research. The first year research (2017) focuses on the development of evaluation instruments which is valid and reliable. The second year research (2018) focuses on conducting trial for lecturer performance assessment, initial computer application, the manual of assessment process, and the manual of assessment result utilization. The third year research (2019) focuses on administrating the evaluation for lecturer, the example of assessment result utilization, and validating computer application. The draft of the instrument was validated by 10 experts and analyzed using Aiken V formula. Besides, exploratory factor analysis was also conducted to prove the construct validity. The reliability was estimated by Alpha Cronbach formula. The result of the research shows that: (1) all instrument items have fullfilled the content validity requirement (0.73), (2) the exploratory factor analysis result of  lecturer teaching performance consists of 3 components, including preparation, teaching process, and evaluation with reliability index of 0.844, and (3) based on the theoretical study, focus group discussion, and empirical evidence, lecturer performance can be assessed by four aspects, including teaching performance, research performance, social service performance, and lecturer capacity.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkap perbedaan tingkat kreativitas desain produk kerajinan keramik, antara mahasiswa yang menggunakan program multimedia pembelajaran dan mahasiswa yang menggunakan program slide. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksperimen semu dengan variabel terikat kreativitas desain produk kerajinan keramik mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Seni Kerajinan Universitas Negeri Yogyakar-ta (UNY) dan variabel bebasnya adalah program multimedia pembelajaran dan program slide. Desain penelitian ini menggunakan desain eksperimen semu (quasi experimental design). Subjek penelitian ini sebanyak 22 mahasiswa. Instrumen pengumpulan data yang digunakan berupa tes penilaian produk kerajinan keramik. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis Independent-sample T Test dan Paired-Sample T Test. Dengan taraf signifikansi 5% (α= 0,05). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa, kreativitas desain produk kerajinan keramik yang menggunakan program multimedia pembelajaran lebih tinggi daripada kreativitas desain produk kerajinan keramik yang menggunakan program slide. Dengan demikian bahwa, penggunaan multimedia pembelajaran dapat meningkatkan kreativitas desain produk kerajinan keramik mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Seni Kerajinan UNY.Kata kunci : multimedia pembelajaran, kreativitas, desain produk, kerajinan keramik_____________________________________________________________________ THE EFFECT OF THE USE OF MULTIMEDIA LEARNING ON THE CREATIVITY OF PRODUCTS DESIGN OF CERAMIC OF THE STUDENTS OF CRAFT EDUCATION OF UNY Abstract This study aims to reveal differences of creativity level of products design of ceramic craft, between students who use the learning multimedia program and those who use the slide program. This study was a quasi-experimental study. The dependent variable was the creativity of products design of ceramic craft of the sudents of craft education study program of Yogyakarta State University. The independent variables were learning multimedia program and slide program. The research design was quasi-experimental design. Research subjects were 22 students. The data collection instruments used were in the form of ceramic handicraft products assessment tests. The data were analyzed using analysis of independent Samples T-Test and Paired Samples T-Test, with a significance level of 5% (α = 0.05). The results of this study indicate that, the creativity of products design of ceramic craft that uses the learning multimedia program is higher than the creativity of products design of ceramic craft that uses the slide program. Thus, the use of learning multimedia can enhance the creativity of products design of ceramic craft of the students of craft Education Study Program of Yogyakarta State University. Abstract

Keharusan publikasi ilmiah dari Pemerintah, dapat mendorong dosen untuk meningkatkan kualitas, kuantitas penelitian dan publikasi ilmiah. Sehubungan dengan hal ini, tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengeksplor kinerja dosen di bidang penelitian dan publikasi ilmiah. Informasi ini dapat digunakan oleh stakeholderuntuk melakukan pembinaan terhadap kinerja dosen. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian survei dan untuk mengumpulkan data digunakan kuesioner yang memiliki validitas dan reliabilitas tinggi, dilengkapi dengan teknik observasi. Pada tahap awal, responden penelitian ini adalah 92 dosen Universitas Negeri Yogyakarta yang terdiri dari 22 Asisten ahli, 26 Lektor, 28 Lektor Kepala, dan 16 Profesor. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa selama tiga tahun terakhir skor kinerja dosen dalam bidang penelitian dan publikasi ilmiah untuk semua kelompok jabatan mengalami peningkatan, tetapi ada perbedaan skor kinerja dosen dalam penelitian dan publikasi ilmiah bila dilihat dari jabatan dosen. In connection with this fact, this research is aimed at exploring lecturers’ performance in terms of scientific research and publication. The information gained through the result of this study can be used by the stakeholder to develop the lecturers’ performance. This study is a survey research employing high-validity-and-reliability questionnaire to collect the data, completed with the employment of observation technique. At the initial stage, the respondents of the study were 92 lecturers of Universitas Negeri Yogyakarta consisting of 22 instructors, 26 assistant professors, 28 associate professors, and 16 professors. The results of the study indicate that during the last three years, there is an increase on the total scientific research performance score and publication at every level of the functional position, but there is also a difference the scientific research performance score and publication seen from these functional positions. Professors are at the highest rank of the scientific research performance score and publication, followed by associate professors, assistant professors, and instructors.Keywords: lecturers’ performance, scientific research, scientific publication

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis karakteristik butir soal ujian nasional matematika SMP/MTs bedasarkan teori klasik. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksploratif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Data yang digunakan pada penelitian adalah data sekunder dengan mengambil data ujian nasional mata pelajaran matematika tahun 2015 untuk Propinsi Papua. Pada penelitian ini, responden dikelompokkan menjadi dua kelompok yaitu kelompok tinggi dan kelompok rendah berdasarkan jumlah skor yang diperoleh setiap peserta tes. Untuk menganalis karakteristik butir soal yang terdiri dari indeks kesukaran, daya pembeda dan reliabilitas, dilakukan dengan bantuan program Excel dan QUEST. Hasil analisis menunjukkan nilai rerata dari indeks kesukaran butir kelompok tinggi berada pada kategori sedang dan kelompok rendah pada kategori sukar, nilai rerata daya pembeda kelompok tinggi dan rendah menunjukkan kategori tidak baik, yang artinya soal tersebut tidak dapat membedakan kemampuan peserta didik berkemampuan tinggi dan yang berkemampuan rendah hal ini dapat disebabkan peserta tes menjawab soal dengan cara menebak sehingga tidak memberikan hasil yang sesuai. Reliabilitas butir kelompok tinggi dan rendah memiliki nilai indeks yang mendekati + 1,00 yang menunjukkan reliabilitas yang tinggi. Berdasarkan hasil analisis butir soal tersebut, dapat disimpulkan bahwa soal tersebut layak digunakan. Dasil hasil analisis, diberikan saran untuk soal pengujian di tiap-tiap daerah supaya disesuaikan dengan kondisi lingkungan dan peserta didik di masing-masing daerah.

Abstract

The learning process in the Master of Arts Education Study Program during the Covid-19 pandemic experienced problems not being able to hold meetings offline. The purpose of the study was to evaluate the use of e-learning with a countenance stake model. This research uses a qualitative evaluation method with a countenance evaluation model by Stake. Matters evaluated include (1) Antecedent (context, input); (2) Transactions (processes) and (3) Outcomes (results) of curriculum implementation. The results showed that learning in the Master of Arts Education Study Program during the Covid-19 pandemic went smoothly. A total of 21.57% of the smooth learning process has the category of mostly smooth meetings. The suitability of student learning outcomes with CPL was 88.46%. CPL Based on the results of the questionnaire, data was obtained that the achievement of appropriate student learning outcomes (80-100%) was 83.33%. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengevaluasi penggunaan e-learning dengan model countenance stake. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode evaluasi kualitatif dengan model countenance evaluation oleh Stake. Hal-hal yang di evaluasi meliputi (1) Antecedent (konteks, input); (2) Transaction (proses) dan (3) Outcomes (hasil) pelaksanaan kurikulum. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran di Program Studi Magister Pendidikan Seni masa pandemi covid-19 berjalan lancar. Sejumlah 21,57% kelancaran proses pembelajaran memiliki kategori sebagian besar pertemuan lancar. Kesesuaian hasil belajar mahasiswa dengan CPL sebesar 88,46%. CPL Berdasarkan hasil angket diperoleh data bahwa ketercapaian hasil belajar mahasiswa yang sesuai (80-100%) sejumlah 83,33%. Hasil tersebut menggambarkan hasil belajar mahasiswa terlah memenuhi aspek ketercapaian. Kata Kunci: Pembelajaran Seni, evaluasi, countenance stake
