Abstract

This study aims to explain the effect of financial capital on the performance of SME companies through innovation strategies. In this case, the direct effect of financial capital on innovation strategies is explained, the direct effect of financial capital on SME company performance and, the effect of financial capital on the performance of SME companies through innovation strategies. This research is a quantitative study with an analysis unit of SME companies in Makassar City. the number of samples of 180 SME companies taken accidentally. The analytical methods that are used include validity, reliability, goodness of fit, conventional factor analysis, regression analysis, and path analysis with the help of Amos software. The results of this study indicate that: a) financial capital does not have a direct positive effect on innovation strategy b) Wear capital has a significant positive direct effect on SME company performance c) Innovation strategy does not have a significant effect in mediating between capital gains and SME company performance. Abstract

The role of leadership will be important and necessary to harmonize the various needs and also to create a conducive working situation. This study aims to determine to know the influence of leadership on employee performance mediated by job satisfaction and OCB at PT Nindya Karya Makassar Branch. The type of research used in this study is quantitative approach. The quantitative approach bases the study of empirical rational principles. The quantitative approach bases the study of empirical rational principles. Therefore, before doing research the researcher must find the problem and hypothesis to be tested based on the criteria specified and the path analysis tool that is Smart PLS 2.0 to know the relation of the variable. The result of this research shows that situational leadership has a significant positive effect on employee job satisfaction, situational leadership has positive and significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior of employees, while situational leadership has positive and insignificant effect on employee performance. As the mediation variable of job satisfaction has negative and insignificant effect on employee performance while Organization Citizenship Behavior has positive and significant effect on employee performance. For situational leadership mediation perspectives have no significant positive effect on employee performance mediated by job satisfaction while situational leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee performance mediated by organizational citizenship behavior. Abstract

A good organization, growing and developing will focus on human resources to perform its functions optimally. This study aims to (i) know the influence of leadership variables on organizational commitment; (ii) to know the effect of career development variable on organizational commitment; (iii) to know the effect of organizational commitment variable on employee performance; (iv) to know the influence of leadership variables indirectly on employee performance through organizational commitment; and (v) determine the effect of career development variables indirectly on employee performance through organizational commitment. This research design uses survey method. This research was conducted at PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk area of Makassar Kartini. Methods of data collection conducted in this study are questionnaires, documentation techniques and literature techniques. The population of this study are permanent employees of PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk Area Makassar Kartini for 452 employees. Determination of the number of samples is done by using the formula of Slovin, so that the number of samples obtained as many as 82 people. Analytical techniques used are validity test, reliability test, descriptive analysis, and path analysis. The results showed that the variable of leadership variable significantly influence organizational commitment. Career development has a significant effect on organizational commitment. Organizational commitment has a significant effect on employee performance. Leadership variables indirectly affect the performance of employees through organizational commitment, and career development have an indirectly significant impact on employee performance through organizational commitment. Abstract

Human resources (HR) is the most important asset or capital for an organization or company. This study aims to determine the influence of Leadership Style and Talent Management Against Employee Development At PT. Marsyavin Jaya Merauke Regency. This research is a quantitative research where this research use survey method with path analysis technique to know influence between independent variable and dependent variable at PT. Marsyavin Jaya Merauke Regency. The results of this study found that leadership style has a positive effect on employee development, leadership style positively affects talent management, talent management has a positive effect on employee development. The talent management can mediate the influence of leadership style on the development of employees at PT. Marsyavin Jaya Merauke Regency.

Abstract

The success or failure of an organization depends on the activity and creativity of its human resources. For this reason, the main thing to consider is the role of a leader. The role of leadership is very large in motivating employees to work in accordance with work programs that have been set by the organization, in achieving the goals and objectives set by the organization. This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of transformational leadership style, and work environment on job satisfaction, to know and analyze the effect of transformational leadership style and work environment on employee performance, to find out and analyze the effect of job satisfaction on employee performance, and to find out and analyze the influence of transformational leadership style and work environment on employee performance through employee job satisfaction in the Civil Service Police Unit of South Sulawesi Province. To achieve these objectives, data collection techniques are carried out through observation and questionnaire distribution, using data analysis techniques namely descriptive analysis, validity and reliability testing, classical assumption tests, and path analysis. The results prove that the transformational leadership style and work environment have a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction. The effect of transformational leadership style and work environment on employee performance. The effect of job satisfaction provides a significant influence in improving employee performance. Mediation test results of the influence of transformational leadership style and work environment on employee performance through job satisfaction which shows that employee job satisfaction can mediate the influence of transformational leadership style and work environment on employee performance of the South Sulawesi Province Civil Service Police Unit.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze; (i) the influence of work mutation variables and organizational culture on employee performance; (ii) the influence of work mutation variables and organizational culture on performance through job satisfaction; and (iii) the effect of job satisfaction variables on employee performance. The quantitative approach is used to test and analyze the factors that influence job satisfaction and employee performance. Research location at Hasanuddin University, Makassar. The population in this study were all employees who had been mutation in 2018 by 114 people. Withdrawal the number of samples in this study using saturated sampling. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. The measurement scale used is a Likert scale with five components. Data analysis techniques in this study used path analysis. The results showed that the variable of work mutation and organizational culture had a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Work mutation variables and organizational culture have a positive and significant effect on performance through job satisfaction. Job satisfaction variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

The research aimed at investigating the direct or indirect effect of the retirement period perception on the work stress, work motivation, and employees’ performance approaching the retirement at Hasanuddin University. The research used the quantitative approach, in which the primary data were collected through the questionnaire from 86 respondents as the samples. The data obtained were analysed using he path analysis. The research result that the retirement period perception has the positive and significant effect on the work stress, work motivation, and employees’ performance. The work stress has the negative and significant on the employees’ performance and work motivation. Then, the work motivation has the positive and significant on the employees’ performance. The work stress in the research can mediate the negative and significant effect of the retirement period perception on the employees’ performance, whereas the work motivation can mediate the positive and significant effect of the retirement period perception. Moreover, the work motivation can also mediate the negative and significant effect of the work stress on the employees’ performance. Therefore, Hasanuddin University leadership needs to develop the employees’ positive perception on the retirement to reduce the work stress level and encourage the employees’ work motivation approaching the retirement through the training program for the retirement preparation period.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of capital structure, dividend policy on firm value in companies listed on the LQ 45 index on the Indonesia Stock Exchange with Profitability as an intervening variable. This study uses secondary data with purposive sampling method. The sample of this research is 25 companies with the amount of data observed is 125 data. The hypothesis test used in this study is Path Analysis with IBM SPSS software version 25. The results of this study indicate that (1) Partially, the capital structure and profitability variables have a direct influence, which means that they have a positive and significant effect on firm value in companies listed on the LQ 45 index on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2014-2018 period. Meanwhile, the dividend policy does not have a direct and significant effect on the value of companies listed on the LQ 45 index on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2014-2018 period. (2) Indirectly, the variables of capital structure and dividend policy have a significant effect on firm value through profitability as an intervening variable. Simultaneously, the variables of capital structure, dividend policy, and profitability have a significant effect on firm value.

Abstract

Employer branding pada dasarnya adalah sebuah konsep yang bisa diterapkan di dalam sebuah perusahaan untuk membuat para pekerja atau karyawan nyaman dan merasa perusahaan tesebut adalah tempat yang baik untuk bekerja. Dalam hal ini, perusahaan harus memberikan keuntungan lebih kepada karyawan atau fasilitas yang dapat mendorong karyawan agar merasa seperti tinggal dirumah sendiri. Employer branding sendiri sebenarnya memiliki dua tujuan. Pertama, employer branding dilakukan untuk membuat karyawan yang bekerja merasa senang bekerja di perusahan tersebut dan yang kedua bertujuan untuk proses seleksi karyawan baru agar lebih mudah menemukan kandidat terbaik serta mempertahankannya. Jadi dengan memanfaatkan employer branding maka perusahaan menjadi lebih baik dimata karyawan begitu juga akan ada banyak calon karyawan baru yang berminat bekerja di perusahaan tersebut. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian case studi yang bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi branding perusahaan dan efeknya terhadap kinerja organisasi. Keywords : Branding Perusahaan, Kinerja Organisasi
