Abstract

Organizational behavior is a refl ection of the attitudes and behaviors of employees who believed based on the perception of the individual to improve their performance. The purpose of study will describe the infl uence of organization-based self-esteem (OBSE) on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) mediated self effi cacy. The research was quantitative methode and to collect data using instruments measuring instrument adapted from self-effi cacy (Bandura, 1997), OBSE (Pierce, Gardner, Cummings, & Dunham, 1989, 1993) and OCB (Williams & Anderson, 1991). Samples of the research were hospital employees, group D both medical and nonmedical employees in the region of Yogyakarta Province. Results of the factor analysis with SEM using AMOS version 18, describes relationship OBSE on OCB both directly and mediated by self-effi cacy in the work environment within the scope of the valueattitude- behavior.

Abstract

This study to determine (1) whether the job stress has a significant influence on life satisfaction (2) whether the job stress has a significant influence on job satisfaction (3) whether the job satisfaction has a significant influence on life satisfaction and (4) whether the job satisfaction mediates the relationship between job stress and life satisfaction.The object of this study is PT. Chevron Pacific Indonesia, located in Riau Rumbai. In this study, the population are employees office at PT. Chevron Pacific Indonesia, Riau Rumbai. Kinds of data which werw collected, consist of primary data and secondary data. This study uses purposive sampling techniques with 204 respondents. Data analysis was done by using path Analysis with the help of software, SPSS 18.0, for windows. The results obtained are as follows: There is no relation between job stress on life satisfaction, between job stress and job satisfaction, and indirect relation on job stress and life satisfaction through the mediation of job satisfaction.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to examine the relationship between selfefficacy and job performance; job satisfaction and job stress as a mediating variable. This research also investigates the impact of job satisfaction on job performance and job stress on job performance. Variables in this research were measured with a survey of 109 insurances salespersons in Yogyakarta and Semarang. Path Analysis were used to examine the effects of self-efficacy and job performance, job satisfaction on job performance, and job stress on job performance. Results showed that the relationship showed that self-efficacy significantly related to job satisfaction and performance, but no significant relationship existed with job stress. It also showed that job satisfaction partially mediated the relationship between self-efficacy and job performance. In addition, this research found that job stress not mediated the relationship between self-efficacy and job performance. There is no significant relationship existed between job stress and job performance but this research showed that job satisfaction significantly related to job performance.

Abstract

Community service activity aims to increase knowledge for partners in terms of better product quality, and developing marketing strategies. Partners are selected on service activities are perpetrators unit small and medium businesses that have an interest in particular on the pattern of development of the child, by creating APE making industry, namely Dolanan Puzzles and Boneka Tangan Kang Bedjo. Approaches will be used to implement solutions to the problems that arises is the Virtual Store System development activities, counseling, training and mentoring. From the aspect of business management trying addressed is the problem of product marketing. The solution implemented is in the form of extension of the marketing strategy, the use of the Internet for marketing activities, and training in the use of Internet technology to marketing activities by utilizing tokopedia.com and Instagram. This addition was built 2 pieces online site for the 2nd partners as a means to market their respective products. After completion of development, partners can be trained to operate the site. Assistance activities carried out as a means of monitoring the results of education and training that have been obtained previously.

Abstract

The purpose of writing this article is to review the development of agricultural cooperatives based members in the globalization. Given the national economic developmentof agricultural development a high priority. And in this agricultural development cooperative strategic role. Agricultural cooperatives is the largest cooperative in Indonesia, but the contribution to the national income is the lowest. Infact, agricultural cooperatives (KUD) actually for med from the top (Government/Employers) and not in bottom of the community. Agricultural cooperatives lost their identity due to the impact of the on going globalization. In such conditions, the need for macro policies conducive to the development of agricultural cooperatives in Indonesia, a complete under standing of the condition of cooperatives, the need for strategic step simprove the internal conditions of the cooperative, and the need for network communication and cooperation with the stakeholders.

Abstract

Hidayah PEW group and Khasanah PEW group, in Village Pringgokusuman, District of Yogyakarta Gedong Tengen, a group of beneficiaries of Area Based Economic Empowerment Program in the city of Yogyakarta. Currently these two groups on the problem: 1). The weakness of the organizational aspects of the institutional group, yet have the institutional rules are clear, 2) Still Weak aspects of group administration, system administration and financial management is still very simple, 3) Low skills of administrators in the management of savings and loans, the ability of the management of the organization low group 4). The low activity is productive business (entrepreneurship) members. To help overcome the problems in both groups of partners, it will do service activities using the approach of counseling, training and mentoring. The training consists of training the administrative and accounting groups, institutional management and Cooperative Training, Computer Training & Practice (Ms.Word & Ms Excel), entrepreneurship training and counseling regarding the procedure for the preparation of Statutes and Bylaws. Participants of the training consisted of officials from each of the partners. The objectives and targets to be achieved from each activity are as follows: 1) Extension of the procedure for preparing the Statutes and Bylaws; to improve the knowledge and ability to prepare a document for Statutes and Bylaws group. 2). Training Administration and accounting group; to improve the knowledge and skills of participants in financial administration and bookkeeping savings group savings and loan accounting. 3). institutional and cooperative management training; that the board had knowledge of the institutional and cooperative management. 4) computer training; to improve the knowledge and skills to use computers as supporting the administration of the savings group. 5) entrepreneurship training; to improve understanding of entrepreneurship and increased interest, the spirit of entrepreneurship, and increasing entrepreneurial activity of the participants. Target to be gained from the mentoring activities are: 1) orderly administration PEW Group includes the administrative requirements of the organization and financial adminstration 2) . morale and motivation entrepreneurship 3). Improving the skills of the board to operate a computer for administrative support group. 4). Establishment of complete annual financial statements (statements Balance Sheet, of net income, Cash Flow Statements) 5). Job description Establishment Board.
