Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan melihat bagaimana disiplin kerja, pengawasan pimpinan dan hubungan pengawasan dengan disiplin kerja di Disparbud Kota Padang. Populasi dari penelitian in adalah semua pegawai di Disparbud Kota Padang yang berjumlah 54 orang dan sampelnya adalah 33 orang yang ditentukan berdasarkan teknik Propotionate Statified Random Sampling. Instrument yang digunakan adalah kusioner yang berisi tentang disiplin kerja dan pengawasan. Hasilnya adalah hubungan yang relevan antara pengawasan dengan disiplin kerja pegawai di Disparbud Kota Padang

Abstract

AbstractThis research is motivated by the author’s observations regarding students perceptions of the professional competence of teachers in vocational high school (SMK) Negeri 1 Padang Panjang which shows that the professional competence of teachers is less than optimal. The purpose of this research is to obtain data and information regarding (1) mastering subject matter, (2) mastering subject competency standards, (3) developing learning materials, (4) developing professionalism in a sustainable manner, (5) utilizing and using media tools and Learning Resources. The population of this study was 264 students and the sample size was determined using the Slovin formula at an error rate of 10% with the Stratified Proportional Random Sampling technique of 69 students. The results of the data analysis show that the professional competence of teachers at SMKN 1 Padang Panjang is quite capable with an achievement level of 4.26 with the following explanation (1) mastering subject matter is in the very capable category, namely at 4.68, (2) mastering competency standards Subjects are in the capable category, namely at achievement 4.18, (3) developing learning material is in the capable category, namely at achievement 4.10, (4) developing professionalism continuously is in the capable category, namely at achievement 4.27, (5) ) utilize and use media tools and learning resources are in the capable category, namely the achievement of 4.05.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to obtain information about the personal competence of teachers at SMK N 10 Padang in terms of: having a noble character, displaying a solid personality, displaying a wise person, an authoritative personality, a role model for students, showing a mature personality, and a stable personality. . This research is a descriptive research. This research is a population study involving all 55 teachers of SMK N 10 Padang. To see the validity and reliability of the data being tested, a Likert scale model questionnaire was used. Data were analyzed using the mean formula. The results of this study with the mean that the teacher is able to display: (1) noble character 4,3, (2) steady personality 4,1, (3) role model for students 4,19, (4) stable personality 4,04, (5) mature personality 4.0 (6) wise person 3.84 and (7) the teacher is quite capable of displaying an authoritative personality 3.49. So the Teacher Personality Competence at SMK N 10 Padang is in the criteria of being able with the result of 3.99.

Abstract

Abstract This data assessment is an employee job satisfaction, employee placement and employee placement relationship with employee job satisfaction. This type of data assessment is qualitative research and uses descriptive methods. The way to accumulate data is interviews, questionnaires, observations. Data analysis is done using correlation techniques. The results showed that employee job satisfaction there is a high category with a percentage of 81.25%. Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mendapatkan informasi mengenai persepsi siswa terhadap disiplin kerja guru pada SMKN 8 Padang yang dilihat dari tepat waktu, ketaatan terhadap aturan dan tanggung jawab. Penelitian ini adalah deskriptip dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Siswa pada kelas XI di SMKN 8 Padang merupak populasi pada penelitian dengan jumlah 395 siswa dengan pengambilan sampel 10% yaitu 80 orang. Penelitian ini memakai teknik proportiional random sampling. Instrument penelitian ini berupa kuisioner dengan Scala Likert. Kuisioner yang digunakan itu sudah di uji kevalitan dan reliabelnya. Hasil data penelitian menunjukkan bahwa persepsi siswa tentang disiplin kerja guru di SMK Negeri 8 Padang dilihat dari aspek 1) tepat waktu berada dalam kriteria cukup baik dan tingkat capaian skor 70,8%, 2) ketaatan terhadap aturan berada dalam kriteria cukup baik dan tingkat capaian skor 74%, 3) tanggung jawab berada pada kategori cukup baik dan tingkat capaian skor 71%, dengan demikian ditarik kesimpulan bahwa disiplin kerja guru di SMK Negeri 8 Padang menurut persepsi siswa berada padam kategori cukup baik dengan TCR 72%.

Abstract

This study is based on obtaining an overview of students perceptions of the service of school administrative personnel. The study uses quantitative research methods. As for the population of this study were students of class X and class XI at SMKN 1 Enam Lingkung. This study shows students perceptions about the service of school adminitrative personnel in SMKN 1 Enam Lingkung: a) the friendlinnes aspect with an average score of 4,16, b) the comfort aspect with an average score of 4,13, c) the responsibility aspect with an average score of 4,11, d) the responsiveness aspect with an average score of 4,15, e) the aspect of ease of with service had an average score of 4,20. Be concluded that students perceptions of service of school administrative personnel at SMKN 1 Enam Lingkung with an average score of 4,15. Suggestions that can be given are efforts to maintain and improve the service for school administrative personnel to make it better.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to obtain information about the relationship between interpersonal communication and job satisfaction of employees at the Padang City Education Office from the point of view of openness, empathy, support, equality, and positive attitudes (variable X) and likes to work, enthusiastic at work, and not. protest at work (variable Y). All employees of Padang City Education Office are the population in this study, amounting to 117 people with a sample of 54 employees. The instrument uses a Likert scale questionnaire which has been tested to observe the validity and reliability of the questionnaire. This data is analyzed using the mean (average) formula. The results of this research are the relationship between interpersonal communication and job satisfaction of employees at Padang City Education Office seen from the value (1) like to work with a score of 31.3 (2) enthusiastic at work with a score of 62.2 (3) do not protest at work with a score of 30 , 8 (variable Y) and (1) openness with a score of 22.18 (2) empathy with a score of 22.44 (3) support with a score of 26.16 (4) similarity with a score of 30.1 (5) a positive attitude with a score 27.1 (variable X). The conclusion is that there is no relationship between interpersonal communication and job satisfaction of employees at Padang City Education Office.

Abstract

The points of this study are to obtain data and information regarding the development of civil servants in the education and cultural offices of fifty cities, namely (1) Knowledge Development, (2) Attitude Development, (3) Activity motivation renewal, (4) Activity environment renewal, (5) skills renewal. a descriptive study of a quantitative approach. The study population numbered 85 employees and the sample size was determined using the Taro Yamane formula by means of Proportional Random Sampling of 54 employees. The study instrument was a Likert scale model questionnaire. The results of data analysis show that the development of civil servants in the Education and Culture Office of Fifty Cities Regency has been considered good with the acquisition level of 3.60 with the following explanation; (1) knowledge development has an effect on the good category, namely the achievement of 4.13, (2) the development of attitude influences the good category is obtained 3.74, (3) the development of morale has an effect on a sufficient level, namely 3.26, (4) work discipline coaching has an effect on a good level, namely on the acquisition of 4.03, (5) skills development is at a sufficient level, namely at the acquisition of 2.86. In general, it can be concluded that the development of civil servants at the Education and Culture Office of Fifty Cities is in the good category with an average score of 3.60. However, the coaching must be optimized again for optimal work results.

Abstract

This study aims to obtain information on whether there is a relationship between achievement motivation and employee performance. The purpose of this study was to obtain information on: 1) employee performance, 2) achievement motivation, and 3) the relationship between achievement motivation and employee performance. The population of all civil servants and non civil servant employees in the Department of Education and Culture of Fifty Cities Regency is 89 people. The sample used was 47 people who were obtained based on the use of the Slovin formula based on the Proportional Stratified Random Sampling technique. The use of this research instrument is the use of a Likert Scale with 5 selected answers it have test for validity and reliability. Validity and reliability were tested with the help of SPSS 16.0 with the Product Moment correlation formula. The results of the analysis show 1) high category employee performance, namely 89.58%, 2) achievement motivation is in the high category 87.9%, and 3) there is a clear relationship between achievement motivation and employee performance in the Education and Culture Office of Lima Puluh Kota Regency. That is, r count 0.754> r table 0.288 and the t value is 7.717> t table 2,000 at the 95% confidence level, which shows a relationship between achievement motivation and employee performance. This means that achievement motivation is one of the factors that influence the performance of employees in the Education and Culture Office of Fifty Cities Regency.

Abstract

This research is based on the observations of the authors at the Office of the Quality Assurance Agency for Education of West Sumatra Province regarding the supervision of direct superiors that are still not well implemented. This research aims to obtain information on Direct Supervisory Supervision at the Education Quality Assurance Agency of West Sumatra Province as seen from the indicators of supervision procedures, supervision techniques, supervisory time and follow-up supervision. This research is descriptive with quantitative methods. The population of this research is employees in the Education Quality Assurance Agency of West Sumatra Province amounting to 76 employees, the sample taken is a population research so that the number of 76 respondents or all subjects in this study. Data collected using questionnaires. The average formulation is used in processing data in this research Data shows that direct supervisory supervision namely: (1) Supervision procedures get a score with an average of 4.26 fall into the good category; (2) Surveillance Techniques get a score with an average of 4.02 fall into the good category; (3) Supervised time scores with an average of 4.08 fall into the good category; (4) Follow-up supervision gets a score with an average of 3.66 belongs to the good category. Overall, Direct Supervisory Supervision at the Education Quality Assurance Agency of West Sumatra Province scored with an average of 4.00 in the good category.
