Teachers play a role in improving the quality of education. As individuals, the teacher is the embodiment of all the unique characteristics according to its position as the teaching profession stakeholders. Personality is the primary foundation for self-realization as an effective teacher in carrying out their professional duties. This requires a teacher to be able to realize effective personal to carry out the functions and responsibilities. Teachers must know himself and is able to develop in the direction of the realization of a healthy personal and plenary. Teachers personality is an important factor for the success of ter-learning students. Personality of the teacher becomes an example for their students. Teachers personality into the factors that determine good or bad personality of the child. Good personality became a teacher requirements.

Kepribadian merupakan landasan utama bagi perwujudan diri sebagai guru yang efektif dalam melaksanakan tugas profesionalnya. The issues facing the Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Muhammadiyah Madukoro and Magelang Regency Wonogiri is a low level of understanding of knowledge about SNP, inequalities in educational development, objective conditions of teachers and resources involved have the ability of low, low management capabilities of the madrasa, lack the support of stakeholders in the development of the madrasa. The purpose of the research is accomplishing the implementation system national standards of education through madrasah quality development with the learning media design is good. The methods used are participatory empowerment model i.e. Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA). The results of the devotion to the development of quality learning through the medium of the madrassa showed good results because of the understanding of national standards of education in madrasah is in need of mentoring that is accurate in order to realize a superior madrasah and produce competent graduates through teaching with creative learning media.

This research aims to know the influence of the media learning through speaking skills students in Indonesia language subjects MI An-Nur Deyangan Magelang Regency. The population in this research is the students MI An-Nur Deyangan totaling 142 students. As for the sample of the study amounted to 18 students are determined by means of the purposive sampling technique. The method of data collection in this research method using question form for either variable or variable learning media speaking skills. The technique of data analysis in this study uses the analysis of product moment. To know the influence of the media against learning speaking skills students use computer-assisted program of IBM SPSS Statistics 21.The results showed that the use of the media learning in MI An-Nur Deyangan in the category quite nicely. This is evidenced by the views of the average value of 18.66 or 19 are included in this category is good enough. Speaking skills fall into the category is good enough, it is seen from the average value of an or 21 20.72 entered in that category pretty well. the analysis of the product moment gleaned value rxy count of 0.782. Those results showed Ho denied and Ha was accepted, that there is influence by learning media use speaking skills on the Indonesia language subjects in MI An-Nur Deyangan Magelang Regency.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penggunaan metode Image Streaming dalam meningkatkan kemampuan menulis puisi siswa kelas V MI Salafiyah Prapak Kranggan. Subyek penelitian ini adalah siswa MI Salafiyah Prapak Kranggan yang berjumlah 210 siswa. Adapun sampel penelitian ini adalah kelas V berjumlah 25 siswa yang terdiri dari 11 laki-laki dan 14 perempuan. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian tindakan kelas yakni dengan melakukan tindakan berupa penggunaan metode Image Streaming dalam proses belajar mengajar Bahasa Indonesia. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dengan tiga siklus yang diawali dengan melaksanakan pre test guna mengetahui hasil kemampuan menulis puisi sebelum digunakan metode Image Streaming. Pelaksanaan metode Image Streaming berjalan dengan baik dan sesuai dengan prosedur. Hal ini nampak pada langkah-langkah pelaksanaannya, yaitu dimana guru memberikan contoh membuat puisi dengan tema pengalaman pribadi melalui imajinasi, kemudian siswa memperhatikan dan membuat puisi berdasarkan pengalaman pribadi dengan berimajinasi. Setelah itu, siswa aktif saat kegiatan belajar di kelas. Selain itu empat tahap tiap-tiap siklus pun bisa berjalan dengan baik, yakni perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi, dan evaluasi. Adapun teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah tes, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis menggunakan model persentase. Dari hasil analisis didapatkan bahwa hasil kemampuan menulis puisi siswa mengalami peningkatan dari siklus I sampai siklus III. Hal ini dilihat dari nilai rata-rata siswa siklus I (69) sedangkan pada siklus II (76), dan siklus III (86). Peningkatan juga nampak dari presentase siswa yang mendapat nilai KKM, pada siklus I yang memperoleh KKM 64%, pada siklus II mencapai 88%, dan siklus III 96%. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa metode Image Streaming dapat meningkatkan kemampuan menulis puisi mata pelajaran Bahasa Indonesia siswa kelas V MI Salafiyah Prapak tahun pelajaran 2014/2015.

Muhammadiyah University of Magelang (UMMagelang) with Study Program Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Teacher Education (PGMI) has a vision "To become a superior and nationally Islamic study program in 2024 the development of Islamic science in the field of teacher professional education (MI/SD)". In order to realize the performance and improvement of PGMI Study Program lecturers based on 17 quality objectives set out in the appendix of the study program vision, in this article only the criteria for research and service are delivered, the PGMI UMMagelang study program refers to the UMMagelang research roadmap. This study aims to examine resilience to the diffusion factor of innovation in Islamic education services (Madrasah Ibtidaiyah) on zoning policies that have a major impact on school sustainability in making strategies as educational institutions that are trusted by the community. This study uses a critical theory paradigm of a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. The research reports are responding to his resilience with a positive attitude with a luck risk, focus on core values, flexible, trying to achieve goals, dare to take concrete steps, create self-conditions and environments that support high expectations and expectations of teachers, students, people parents, as well as developing participatory attitudes and responsibilities.

Inclusion education is an educational concept that does not distinguish the background of a child's life just because of physical and mental limitations. This education is intended for children with special needs to be able to hone their talents and motivations since few of them experience problems in receiving and processing the information around them. Generally, the problem is known as specific learning difficulties (learning disabilities) which is a disorder in one or more of the basic psychological processes covering the understanding and the use of spoken or written language. The department of elementary madrasah teacher education of Islamic education faculty of Muhammadiyah Magelang University (PGMI FAI UMMagelang) is trying to formulate Scientific Vision which is manifested as an explanation in the vision of department which means â€œExcellence in Inclusive Education.â€
