Abstract

The increasing prevalence of hypertension each year is a major problem in developing and developed countries. This research was conducted at the post of integrated service of elderly Working area public health center of Simpang Bahjambi, Simalungun Regency. The type of research is a descriptive correlation and using stratified random sampling technique the total sample is 88 respondents. Data were analyzed by using the chi-square test and multiple linear regression tests at 95% confidence. The results of this research show that there is no relationship between the habit of consuming alcoholic beverages with the incidence of hypertension. There was a significant relationship between age, gender, and family disease history. BMI, smoking, and stress with the incidence of hypertension in the elderly. From multiple linear regression tests, found that the most dominant variable correlated significantly with the incidence of hypertension for the elderly is the age factor. It is expected that the society to find information about hypertension disease for the elderly who expected the information is useful and can influence the change of elderly attitude in order to make efforts to control hypertension, besides that the elderly family also willing to make efforts of supervision on family members who suffer from hypertension.

Abstract

Indonesia as a country with a high risk of disaster needs to prepare hospital health facilities with an optimal level of preparedness. This study aims to analyze the preparedness of the Sembiring Deli Tua General Hospital in dealing with disasters based on the 2nd edition of the Hospital Safety Index (HSI) instrument issued by WHO in 2015 in Indonesian language which is validated. This study uses a mixed method, which combines quantitative and qualitative methods to answer the research objectives. The key informants in this study were the Deputy Director of the Sembiring Deli Tua Hospital in the field of General Administration and Human Resources, and tough informants from a number of hospital employees who were related to the research topic. The research begins with an assessment of the preparedness of the Sembiring Deli Tua Hospital with the HSI instrument. The results of the assessment are analyzed based on Structural Elements, Non-Structural Elements, and Elements of Emergency and Disaster Management. Further analysis is carried out by verifying the results of the assessment with observational data, in-depth interviews, and reviewing documents to reveal things that are considered important to answer research problems.Based on the analysis of Structural Safety Elements with an HSI score of 1 including level A (ready to face disasters), Non-Safety Structural Elements with a score of 0.952 including level A (ready to face disasters), and Emergency and Disaster Management Elements with an HSI score of 0.763 including the level category A (ready to face disaster). Based on the analysis of these three elements, it was found that the Sembiring Deli Tua General Hospital had a total HSI score of 0.938, including the level A category (ready to face disasters).

Abstract

Intergrated Service Post is a community activity in the effort of health service. Intergrated Service Post for elderly is the center of community activity in the effort of health service in elderly. Intergrated Service Post as a forum of activities that nuance community empowerment will run well and optimal if there is the process of leadership, organizing process, the existence of group members and cadres and the availability of funding. This study aims to analyze factors related to Utilization of Intergrated Service Post To improve Elderly Nutrition Status. The type of study is quantitative by using cross sectional approach. The population in this study were all elderly enrolled in Intergrated Service Post elderly of Sipea pea Public Health Center, West Sorkam Subdistrict that amounted to 54 elderly people and it started from January to March 2018. Samples amounted to 54 people with Saturated Sample method or the entire population. Data analysis included univariate, bivariate and multivariate. The results showed that respondents who use Intergrated Service Post 81.5% and 18.5% who did not utilize the Intergrated Service Post. There is a relationship of knowledge, elderly attitude, family support, and support of health officer with Intergrated Service Post utilization to improve nutritional status of elderly, with p value <0,05 for all four variables. The most influential variable is family support with OR value of 6,755. As well as advise the Intergrated Service Post officers to continue socialization to the community, especially elderly about Intergrated Service Post program and obey the Technical Guidelines appropriately and wisely.

Abstract

The forms of services in hospital is include being able to serve patients suffering from illness, friendliness and the alertness of doctors, nurses and employees so that satisfaction and loyalty of hospital service users will be formed and patients will put their trust and commitment to in the hospital and patients will eventually use the services in the hospital in the future. An important problem related that to doctor job satisfaction that need to be considered by the hospital as the quality of hospital management. The purpose of this research is to find out that effect the job satisfaction of doctors at Hermina Hospital. The type of research is observational analytic with a cross sectional approach with a total number of 76 respondents with a Non Probability Sampling tehnique with a total sampling method. Data analysis was performed by Chi Square data testing and multiple logistic regression. The result of this research that the work satisfaction variable of doctors at Hermina Hospital which has a significant relationship is the variable working environtmen conditions pesonal dependent and interpersonal dependent variables. The most dominant variable is the interpesonal relationship variable. It is recommended to the hospital to be able to improve the quality of facilities, facilities and infrastucture which according to the assessment of doctors who have not yet adjusted to their expectations. It is expected that hospital will conduct training, or continue the education to improve the quality of services and Human Research Development performance. Hospital should be clean, neat and posess comfortable physical evidence when doctors are providing services to patients.

Abstract

Patients who get dialysis will have various problems that arise due to the malfunction of the kidneys. It appears every time until the end of life. It will be a physical stressor that affects various dimensions of life including bio, psycho, socio, and spiritual. The occurrence of stress cause the presence of stressors that perceived and perceived by individuals and a threat that can cause anxiety. Almost all cases of chronic kidney failure require dialysis, but dialysis cannot completely replace kidney function. Patients who get dialysis therapy every two times a week and spend several hours will make them experience different tension, anxiety, stress and depression for each individual. The purpose of this research was to determine the relationship of outpatient routines with stress levels of dialysis patients at Sembiring Hospital Deli Tua in 2018. The research is an analytical research using a cross sectional design approach. The population of this research were patients who get dialysis therapy at Sembiring Hospital Deli Tua with a total sample of 50 patients using purposive sampling technique. The results showed that statistically bivariate analysis with Chi Square test that there was a significant relationship between dialysis frequency (p = 0.018), dialysis duration (p = 0.044), and duration of dialysis (p = 0.001) with the patient's stress level washing blood at Sembiring Hospital Deli Tua. It is recommended to medical staff who are on duty in the Installation of Hemodialysis to improve the way of communicating properly to dialysis patients, providing a sense of comfort, both to patients and families so that patients are not stressed while undergoing dialysis routines at Sembiring Hospital Deli Tua.

Abstract

The confidentiality of the contents of medical records is strengthened by the Republic of Indonesia Minister of Health Regulation No. 269 / Menkes / Per / III / 2008 article 10 paragraph 1 which states "Information about the identity, diagnosis, medical history, examination history and treatment history of the patient must be kept confidential by doctors, dentists, certain health workers, management officers and leaders of service facilities. Health ”The medical record file storage system in public hospitals while using a centralized management system where outpatient and inpatient medical record files become one. The storage device uses an open wooden shelf. According to the Ministry of Health, RI (1991) in Ahmadi (2011: 16), that the medical record file storage room must pay attention to the following matters: The medical record storage room should be separated from other office rooms to maintain the safety of these medical records. Roll O Pack is a Push Filing cabinet for storing large capacity documents that can be moved manually or by mechanical drive. The results showed that before conducting counseling, the officers did not know the advantages and disadvantages of using the o'pack roll, before implementing the o'pack roll at the RSU Sembiring, the officer had to know first what the advantages and disadvantages of the o'pack roll were, if the o'pack roll gave more There are many advantages for officers and services, so the implementation of roll o'pack is very much needed and must be realized as soon as possible so that the storage system at the RSU Sembiring becomes rapid and the files are not damaged so that the useful value of medical record files is better.

Abstract

In an organization of urgency on the capability and capacity of a leader really needed an effort to run and maintain the organization to an organization that still walk and run functions as where it should be so reasonable that a leader in case this should continue to improve capacity as a leader. Community service activities in the form of This extension is a response to problems of capacity of a leader in managing the organization that he leads are often times encountered was the lack of capacity of a leader who in the end will result in less well-organized organization and ultimately led walk not the function of each part of an organization. This activity generally aims to provide knowledge in order to increase the capacity of the leadership element in managing the hospital medical record unit , and for the material in this out reach activity itself is material that is processed by the team based on the model of leadership theories . This activity was held at Sembiring hospital, Deli Tua Subdistrict . Overall, this activity ran smoothly starting from the preparation and planning stage, the implementation stage, until the report writing stage went smoothly without any significant obstacles. The enthusiasm of the participants extension consisting of the ranks of the sick as well as the leadership of the unit, especially medical records show that the activities of counseling is responded to well by the participants. Response positive that shown by these participants indicated that this activity brings impacts that are positive for the leadership of medical records , especially in the increase the understanding of the ranks of the hospital in order creation work order management that is optimal.

Abstract

Talun Kenas Health Center is one of the Technical Implementation Units of the Deli Serdang District Health Office. In the current BPJS era, the Talun Kenas Health Center provides first-level health services related to the National Health Insurance, where referrals for BPJS patient services are still said to be high from 2017. This is caused by officers who do not understand the referral policy for outpatient health centers properly, the availability of medicines is limited and the supporting facilities for medical equipment are minimal. Education is carried out with the aim that officers who are responsible for and involved with BPJS referral procedures can carry out their duties better due to increased knowledge and understanding of the BPJS referral system. The number of participants in the educational activity was 18 health workers at the Talun Kenas Health Center. After the implementation of the activity, there was a significant increase in knowledge related to the referral system and referral for BPJS patients.

Abstract

According to Article 1 of Law Number 14 of 2009, a hospital is a health service institution that provides complete individual health services that provide inpatient, outpatient, and emergency services. Health service is an effort made by the government together with the community in order to improve, maintain, and restore the health of the population which includes preventive, promotional, quantitative and rehabilitative services. In a narrow sense, these efforts are carried out by institutions that provide treatment to someone who is sick, in this case a hospital. Hospital services begin with a therapeutic transaction between doctors and patients. Patient satisfaction is very subjective, difficult to measure, can change, and there are many factors that influence as many dimensions as in human life. Subjectivism can be reduced and can even become objective if enough people have the same opinion on something. Therefore, to assess patient satisfaction, it is necessary to disseminate the implementation of the quality policy to all health workers who are in the health service.

Abstract

Background: Locus control is dimensions psychology at play important in self elderly in application Covid-19 prevention. Purpose:  for knowing knowing connection locus control to obedience elderly in doing protocol health Covid-19 prevention. Method : Study this is correlative . Research samples as many as 209 elderly with cluster sampling based on 5 villages and simple random sampling based on population data  Study this will held in 1 year in Work Area Deli Tua Health Center . Instruments in the form of questionnaire locus control . Results: Research results obtained that there is connection locus control to obedience elderly in application proces Covid-19 prevention in the elderly. Conclusion: Importance observation to locus control To use increase obedience.
