Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji strategi rekonstruksi ekonomi dalam transformasi ke pertanian berbasisindustri pada usaha mikro dan kecil sektor pertanian di Kecamatan Selo Boyolali. Sebagairesponden penelitian adalah para petani yang bermukim di wilayah Selo Boyolali. Jumlahsampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 31 responden yang terdiri dari tiga kelompok petani, yaitupetani wortel, petani sayuran, dan petani palawija. Alat statistik yang digunakan dalammenganalisis data yang telah dikumpulkan adalah descriptive analysis, analisis uji beda, sertaanalisis servqual.Sebagian besar para petani (80%) di wilayah Selo memiliki kultur budaya yang mendukungrekonstruksi ekonomi dalam transformasi ke pertanian berbasis industri. Namun jika dilihat darisisi pertanian berbasis industri, para petani memiliki keinginan menuju ke arah tersebut namunmasih diliputi keraguan. Keraguan ini mungkin berasal dari perasaan para petani yang merasakurang memiliki pengalaman di bidang pertanian industri. Keinginan untuk merekonstruksiekonomi usaha pertanian ke pertanian industri sangat kuat namun belum mendapatkan dukungandari pihak-pihak terkait. Hal ini terlihat dari batas skor empiris minimum yang cukup tinggi(lebih dari 60%). Sedangkan dilihat dari Budaya Modern, sebagian besar petani (sekitar 70%)sangat mengetahui arti pentingnya modernisasi usaha di bidang pertanian.Hasil rata-rata skor yang didapatkan dari penelitian kali ini, antara petani wortel, petani sayuran,serta petani palawija tidak memiliki perbedaan secara signifikan. Hal ini berarti bahwa perlakuanyang diberikan kepada para petani juga tidak perlu dibeda-bedakan antar ketiga kelompok petanitersebut. Jika terdapat kebijakan dari pemerintah atau sosialisasi tentang pertanian, maka seluruhpetani diundang tanpa kecuali. Dengan demikian pembinaan dan pendampingan terhadap parapetani menjadi lebih mudah.Dari hasil analisis servqual kinerja terlihat bahwa terdapat beberapa hal yang perlu ditingkatkan,antara lain :ikatan masysrakat yang tidak menghambat atau membatasi para petani dalamberusaha di bidang pertanian. pembinaan dan pendampingan petani dalam menyelesaikanpersoalan yang dihadapi

Abstract

The objective of this research are to describe market need toward diploma certificate graduates particularly for  advertisement  sub industry in Semarang Municipality, to describe type of works and field of business to which the graduates of marketing study program may enter, to describe job competence should be possesed by labour force who want to enter into creative industry. The approach used in this research was qualitative research . The informan exploited to be resource person are the people working in creative industry particulary working in advertisement agency in Semarang Municipality.  The informan was selected by purposive randonm sampling technique. Data collection method used in this research was in depth interview and guided interview based on questionaire. Analysis tools exploited was descriptive analysis.

Abstract

The objective of this research was to defineintelectual capital develpment model inempowering teacher’s specialities group/KBK at Business Administration Departmentin relation with achievement of its competitiveadvantage. The research variables were:human capital, organizational capital, andrelational capital. The analysis intrumentswere: descriptive analysis and performanceimportanceanalysis. It was found that : therewere some aspects of intelectual capital thatshould be highly developed. they are:leadership, cohecssion, learning andexpenriment.

Abstract

ABSTRACTIndicator the atractions of tourism destinations with the highest score is an additional service that includes culinary, hospitality of the population, rural atmosphere, the comfort of the homestay (lodging), and the coolness of the air. The second rank of destination attractions  are both a tour package that includes outbound, river tubing, visit on location of agricultural/livestock, rabbit train and gardening. While the third is a tourist attraction that includes the art of traditional culture, the natural landscape, the local event, water activities, as well as performances of the local music. Index analysis of the competitiveness of destinations generated some indicator value, i.e. the price competitiveness indicator (PCI), infrastructure development indicator (IDI), environmental indicator (EI), technology advancement indicator (TAI), human resources indicators (HRI), as well as social development indicators (SDI). But the results of the analysis showed that each indicator is still relatively low value and needs to be improved on an ongoing basis. Keywords: Tourism destination; Tourism attractions; Tourism competitiveness ABSTRAKIndikator atraktif dari destinasi wisata dengan nilai tertinggi adalah layanan tambahan yang meliputi kuliner, keramahan penduduk, suasana pedesaan, kenyamanan homestay (penginapan), dan kesejukan udara. Peringkat kedua dari objek wisata tujuan adalah paket wisata yang mencakup outbound, river tubing, kunjungan di lokasi pertanian / peternakan, kereta kelinci dan berkebun. Sedangkan yang ketiga adalah objek wisata yang meliputi seni budaya tradisional, pemandangan alam, aktivitas lokal, aktivitas air, serta pertunjukan musik lokal. Analisis indeks daya saing tujuan menghasilkan beberapa indikator nilai, yaitu indikator daya saing harga (PCI), indikator pembangunan infrastruktur (IDI), indikator lingkungan (AMDAL), indikator kemajuan teknologi (TAI), indikator sumber daya manusia (HRI), juga sebagai indikator pembangunan sosial (SDI). Namun hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa setiap indikator masih tergolong rendah dan perlu ditingkatkan secara berkelanjutan.  Kata kunci: Tujuan wisata; Daya tarik pariwisata; Daya saing pariwisata

Abstract

This study aims to find out the implementation of quality control of products at PT Sari WarnaAsli II Boyolali by using statistical methods, to identify the type of dominant product defects and to identify the factors that resulted in product defect including Light Filling Bar, Miss Pick, and Filling Bar. The method of collecting data are interview, observation, and literature review. Analysis of quality control is done by using Statistical Process Control tools such as check sheet, histogram, c chart, pareto chart, and fishbone chart. Check sheet and histogram are used to present data become easier to be understood for further analysis. C chart analysis result indicate that there are 27 days in March 2016 in which the data is out of control limits, it means that quality control in the company needs further improvement. According to pareto analysis, the dominant of defects are Light Filling Bar (45,3%), Miss Pick (28,8%), and Filling Bar (25,9%). From fishbone chart, it can be known that the main causes that trigger the defects are derived from method factor, personnel (man) factor, and machine factor. The company could take preventive and corrective measures to reduce the defect level and improve quality among others, by enhancing supervision, improving work assessment, and regenerating machines.

Abstract

Embroidery in Kudus has a potential to export. Based on these, the purpose of this study was toidentify and analyze the readiness of SMEs Kudus embroidery to export their product. Themethods of collecting the data were questionnaire, Documentation, and Library Studies.Questionnaires were distributed to 45 SMEs embroidery sector as respondents. The studymethod uses multiple linier regression analysis.The multiple linier regression result shows that Y = 0.456 + 0.315X1171+ 0.216 X+0.904X4+ 0.193X5+ 0.082X. It means that result of regression gives a positive influence on theexport readiness. The coefficient of determination is 0.681 or 68.1%. It means that product,production, marketing, human resource, finance/export cost, and export procedure providepositive contribution to export readiness of 68.1% and 31.9% were influenced by others 6variables that were not examined in this study.Keyword: SMEs, Embroidery, Export Readiness

Abstract

Coconut shell charcoal briquettes export has great prospect both from theabundant raw materials availability and the huge world market import quantity.PT. Indratma Sahitaguna Semarang utilizes this briquette to be used as analternative fuel substitute for oil, gas, and fuel wood that has not been developedby the industry.This research was carried out to analyze the coconut shell charcoal briquettesexport prospects, its production improvement, raw material inventory control, andthe marketing activities undertaken to meet the briquette export prospects by PT.Indratma Sahitaguna Semarang in 2017.The data in this research is historical data from 2011 to 2015. The obtained datasources are from PT. Indratma Sahitaguna Semarang, the FAO UN, Badan PusatStatistik, journals, books, and other sources. The analysis techniques used in thisresearch are descriptive analysis with trend calculation and Economic OrderQuantity (EOQ) Method.This study shows that PT. Indratma Sahitaguna Semarang has a bright andpromising prospect of exporting coconut shell charcoal briquettes. In order toprevent excess quantity of product, this company preferably uses a moderateproduction patterns so that the excess quantity of product in a given month can beallocated to production in the previous month to be used as finished goodsinventory.PT. Indratma Sahitaguna Semarang is expected to save Total Cost (TC) of Rp260,175,764 when applying Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) method forplanning during 2017. In order to achieve the export prospect, this companypreferably conducts marketing activities using STP Strategy.

Abstract

This study entitled “The Influence of The Marketing Mix on The Export Sales Volumes of TextileProduct at PT. Primatexco Indonesia”, aimed to analyze the influence of the marketing mix onthe export sales volumes. This study used secondary data taken from PT. Primatexco Indonesia,per month in 2004 through 2014.The analysis method that is used in this research is using normality test, classical assumptiontest (which includes heteroscedasticity, multicollinearity, autocorrelation), multiple linearregression analysis, T-test, F-test, and R2(coefficient of determination).Based on the simultaneous test, the results proved that independent variables that is product, place, promotion, and price simultaneously had a significant influence on the export salesvolumes with the calculated value of F values = 167.475 and sig = 0,000 < 5% this meansindependent variables product, place, promotion, and price simultaneously significant influenceon the dependent variable (export sales volume). In other words, the independent variables areable to explain the amount of the dependent variable.Based on partial analysis, the results proved that the three independent variables that is product,place, and price significantly influenced on the export sales volumes. On product variable tcount value of 13.887 was > t table 2.29 which means that Ho was rejected and Ha wasaccepted. While the promotion variable did not have any influence significantly on the exportsales volumes, because t count value -1.609 was < t table, so Ho was accepted and Ha wasrejected.The results of multiple linear regression test shows that all independents variables that isproduct, place, and price had a positive influence on the export sales. The greatest positiveinfluence on export sales volumes was product variable (X1), it is shown from the regressioncoefficient of 8.976, followed by price variable (X4) with a regression coefficient of 1.451E-5,followed by place variable (X2) with a regression coefficient of 2.383E-6. While the promotionvariable (X3) with coefficient regression of -6.210E-10, it means that promotion variable doesnot have any positive influence on the export sales volumes.Keywords: Product, Place, Promotion, Price, Export Sales Volumes, Textile Products

Abstract

The research aims to analyze the influence of Inflation Rate on Import Volume of Fabric, the influence of Exchange Rate on Import Volume of Fabric, the influence of Exchange Rate on relationship between Inflation Rate and Import Volume of Fabric. This research was an explanatory research with quantitative approach. Multiple Linear Regression Analysis and Moderated Regression Analysis. Data used in this study were secondary data which were obtained by doing a literature study and observation, and collected from Bank of Indonesia and PT. Apparel One Indonesia 1 from January 2015-December 2018. The output from this research showed that the inflation rate significantly influenced the import volume of fabric. While exchange rate had no significant influence on the import volume of fabric. The other output explained that exchange rate can’t moderate the relationship between inflation rate and import volume of fabric in PT Apparel One Indonesia 1. However, simultaneously, the inflation rate and exchange rate significantly influenced the import volume of fabric in PT Apparel One Indonesia

Abstract

The development of businesses with various advantages has made the competition even more challenging, so it requires business people to make particular strategies in dealing with business competition. A business must be able to move forward with its potential and minimize its weaknesses so that it can continue to run and survive in the growing competition. The problems experienced by micro-scale business actors in Semarang Regency are the weak preparation of business strategies and the lack of optimization of their capabilities. The Beneficiary Families (KPM) feel confused about describing their business assets, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats. It causes them to be unable to find the right strategy to run a business during competition and develop the business owned. Given these problems, the aim of this research is that Beneficiary Families can describe and analyze aspects of the internal and external environment to survive in business competition. Qualitative description is used in this study with data analysis techniques, namely Business Model Canvas (BMC). Data collection techniques through interviews, participatory observation, and documentation studies. This study uses a non-random sampling method with a purposive sampling type. Perkembangan bisnis memiliki beragam keunggulannya membuat persaingan menjadi ketat sehingga memaksa para pelaksana bisnis untuk bisa merancang strategi yang khusus dalam menghadapi persaingan usaha. Sebuah bisnis harus dapat bergerak maju dengan keunggulan yang dimilikinya dan mengurangi kelemahannya agar bisa tetap berjalan dan bisa bertahan dalam persaingan yang semakin ketat. Persoalan yang dialami oleh pelaku usaha mikro di Kabupaten Semarang adalah kurangnya dalam menyusun strategi usaha dan belum optimalnya kecakapan yang dimiliki, Keluarga Penerima Manfaat (KPM) merasa bingung untuk menggambarkan kekuatan, kelemahan, peluang, dan ancaman usahanya. Hal tersebut menyebabkan mereka tidak dapat menemukan strategi yang tepat untuk menjalankan bisnis di tengah persaingan dan mengembangkan bisnis yang dimiliki. Dengan adanya permasalahan tersebut, penelitian ini bertujuan agar Keluarga Penerima Manfaat dapat menggambarkan dan menganalisis segi lingkungan internal dan eksternal agar dapat tetap bertahan dalam persaingan bisnis. Metode deskriptif kualitatif merupakan metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini dengan teknik analisis data yaitu Business Model Canvas (BMC). Teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi partisipatif, dan studi dokumentasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Non-random Sampling dalam penelitian ini dengan tipe Purposive Sampling.
