Abstract

Pengasuh atau kiai dalam pondok pesantren memiliki peranan sentral dalam proses pembentukan karakter santri, namun peranan tersebut tidak dapat berjalan maksimal jika tidak ada keterlibatan orang tua. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana peranan pengasuh dan orang tua dalam pembentukan karakter santri Tarbiyatul Athfal. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan desain penelitian studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan pada penelitian ini menggunakan wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Data yang diperoleh kemudian dianalisis dengan teknik reduksi data, penyajian data, dan verifikasi data. Hasil dari penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa keteladanan pengasuh pondok pesantren Tarbiyatul Athfal yang meliputi 1) rasa hormat, 2) sabar dan tabah, 3) kerja keras, 4) sederhana dan 5) tawakal. Orang juga dapat berperan dalam pembentukan karakter berupa 1) keteladanan dan 2) pembiasaan. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa orang tua melaksanakan pendidikan karakter melalu fungsi pendidikan dan fungsi religius. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah baik pengasuh maupun orang tua memiliki peranan dalam proses pendidikan karakter santri.

Abstract

The focus of this research is the alignment of the value of Islamic religious education with local wisdom at AL MA’RUF Tegalrejo IT Elementary School Magelang, about what, how and opinions of respondents regarding the alignment of the value of Islamic religious education with local wisdom at AL MA’RUF IT Elementary School Tegalrejo Magelang This study used qualitative research, which was conducted at AL MA’RUF Tegalrejo Elementary School. Data collection techniques used were observation, interviews and documentation. In checking the validity of the data, the researcher used source triangulation and the data analysis method used was descriptive method. The author concludes that there is a harmony in the value of Islamic religious education carried out through daily, weekly and annual activities by habituation, learning and example with local wisdom so that students have the following attitudes: 1. The value of faith, including the value of Love to Allah, Cinta Rasul, Faith will be the Last Day. 2. Value of worship, including the value of the discipline of worship, obligatory worship and sunnah, love to read the Qur’an and kalimah thoyyibah. While moral values include values, Tawadhu ', be autonomous, responsibility, and social care.

Abstract

To achieve the results of a goal requires an encouragement. The power that is the driving force is called motivation, which shows a condition in the individual who drives and moves the individual to carry out an activity to achieve a goal. Motivation underlies all individual behaviors, as well as the learning process undertaken by students. Learning is a long process, which has been carried out for years. Learning requires motivation, especially achievement motivation so that it can encourage students to always give their best. This type of research is library research, which is an attempt to obtain data using library resources. The types of data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. In analyzing the data that has been collected, the author uses several methods of analysis, namely descriptive methods and content analysis methods. In the novel Negeri 5 Menara Alif was able to carve out achievements by being elected as Student Speaker. Chosen as a speaker is a long journey that is the result of rigorous selection and observation of speech and language skills. Alif's desire arose when a year before the King was chosen as a speaker when he welcomed the Egyptian Ambassador

Abstract

Pandemi Covid-19 memberikan perubahan dalam proses pembelajaran di lembaga pendidikan termasuk pada pendidikan tinggi. Perubahan tersebut dapat dilihat dari pelaksanaan pembelajaran dalam satu tahun terakhir yang harus dilaksanakan secara daring. Pembelajaran daring dilaksanakan guna mendukung kebijakan pemerintah berupa Pembatasan Berskala Besar (PSBB). Para dosen telah berupaya melaksanakan pembelajaran daring dengan menggunakan berbagai aplikasi yang telah tersedia seperti zoom meeting, google meet, quiz dan aplikasi lainnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuktikan secara empiris terkait intention to use dalam pembelajaran daring dengan attitude sebagai variabel mediasi. Data penelitian sebanyak 297 yang dikumpulkan secara daring. Responden penelitian merupakan mahasiswa aktif di berbagai perguruan tinggi yang ada di Kabupaten Magelang. Data penelitian dianalisis structural equation modeling dengan menggunakan software Smart PLS. Hasil pengujian membuktikan bahwa pedagogic competence, perceived ease of use dan perceived usefulness dapat mempengaruhi attitude. Hasil pengujian lainnya membuktikan perceived usefulness dan attitude berpengaruh terhadap intention to use, namun pedagogic competence tidak terbukti. Hasil pengujian pengaruh tidak langsung dapat diketahui bahwa attitude dapat memediasi hubungan antara pedagogic competence, perceived ease of use dan perceived usefulness terhadap intention to use.Student acceptance of online learning during the Covid-19 pandemic with the Technology Acceptance Model approach AbstractCovid-19 pandemic provided a change in the learning process in educational institutions included in higher education. These changes could be seen from the implementation of learning in the past year which should be implemented online. Online learning was be implemented to support government policies in the form of Large-Scale Restrictions (PSBB). The lecturers had made efforts to implement online learning by using various available applications such as zoom meetings, google meet, quizzes, and other applications. This study aims to prove empirically the intention to use online learning with attitude as a mediating variable. The research data were 297 collected online. Research respondents were active students in various universities in Magelang Regency. The research data were analyzed structural equation modeling using Smart PLS software. The test results prove that pedagogic competence, perceived ease of use, and perceived usefulness could affect attitude. Other test results prove that perceived usefulness and attitude had an effect on the intention to use, but pedagogic competence is not proven. The results of the indirect effect test show that attitude can mediate the relationship between pedagogic competence, perceived ease of use, and perceived usefulness for intention to use.

Abstract

Education has an important role in human life and civilization. That education can be a bridge for the present and the future. Thus, conducting learning assistance is needed because the world is now moving fast at an increasingly fast pace. Knowledge is not the only way to determine whether someone is successful. However, it is necessary to have soft skills within yourself. Soft skill learning for students is trained with various skills and abilities of students to have a good mentality in the form of noble character and human attitude towards others. As a young professional and being someone who can be worked within a team, having soft skills is very important. Students must have the following soft skill elements, namely communication skills, thinking skills, problem-solving, and teamwork activities. Soft skills can also provide self-awareness in critical thinking, build self-confidence, empathy, and adapt to any condition.
