Abstract

The research objective was to test and analyze the influence of leadership on labor productivity, test and analyze the influence of environment on labor productivity, test and analyze the effect of compensation on work productivity of employees at PT Kurnia Jati Utama Indonesia – Semarang. in this study population was all employees at PT Kurnia jati Utama Indonesia - Semarang. The sampling technique used in this study is the sampling technique using probability sampling (sampling with equal opportunity for members of the population to be sampled). Probability sampling method used is random sampling. Based on the results of model calculations obtained summary magnitude of adjusted R2 is 0.489 this means that 48.9% variation in labor productivity can be explained by the variation of the three independent variables, namely leadership, work environment and compensation. Based on the results of multiple regression analysis can be seen that the leadership has a positive effect on labor productivity. These effects are statistically significant at 0.011 probability (sig / p <0.05). Work Environment Work positive effect on productivity. Are statistically significant influence on the probability obtained is smaller than α of 5% (0.000 <0.05). compensating positive effect on labor productivity. Are statistically significant influence on the probability obtained is smaller than α of 5% (0.009 <0.05). It is identified that all the hypothesis is accepted or proven. Abstract

This study aims to analyze (1). Transfomasional leadership influence on faculty performance (2). Influence the motivation of faculty performance (3). Organizational commitment to faculty performance partially or jointly. The research was conducted at the State Islamic Institute (IAIN) Walisongo Semarang sample of 100 respondents. By using purposive sampling method with a minimum education level criteria are postgraduate (S2) and a 3-year tenure. The results of this study indicate that (1). Transformational leadership has a significant influence on the performance of lecturers with t count equal to 2.633 (2). Work motivation has significant influence on the performance of lecturers with t count equal to 2.933 (3). Organizational commitment have a significant influence on the performance of lecturers with t count of 2.532. Taken together transformational leadership, motivation, and organizational commitment have a significant influence on the performance of lecturers with F count of 26.573. Thus transformational leadership, motivation, and organizational commitment should always be considered for performance enhancement Lecturer State Islamic Institute (IAIN) Walisongo Semarang.Key words: Transformational Leadership, Work Motivation, Organizational Commitment, Employee.

Abstract

Penelitian ini ditujukan untuk menguji “Analisa Pengaruh Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) dan Komitmen Organisasional terhadap Kinerja dengan Mediasi Kepuasan Kerja” (Studi pada PT. BPR Nusamba Cepiring). Permasalahan yang ada di PT. BPR Nusamba Cepiring berkaitan dengan adanya indikasi rendahnya komitmen dan kepuasan kerja serta kinerja karyawan. Populasi penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT. BPR Nusamba Cepiring yang berjumlah 121 orang, karena terbatasnya jumlah maka penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan  metode  purposive sampling, diperoleh 116 orang pegawai yang memenuhi kriteria  sebagai responden. Uji hipotesis dilakukan guna mengetahui ada tidaknya pengaruh variabel OCB, Komitmen Organisasional    dan Kepuasan Kerja terhadap Kinerja serta mengetahui ada tidaknya efek    mediasi Kepuasan Kerja pada pengaruh OCB dan Komitmen Organisasional terhadap Kinerja. Berdasarkan hasil analisis disimpulkan bahwa: (1) OCB berpengaruh positif tetapi tidak signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Kerja, (2) Komitmen Organisasional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Kerja, (3) OCB berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja, (4) Komitmen Organisasional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja, (5) Kepuasan Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja, (6) Kepuasan Kerja merupakan variabel mediasi yang lebih mampu untuk menjelaskan pengaruh secara tidak langsung pengaruh Komitmen Organisasional terhadap Kinerja. Kata kunci : Kepuasan Kerja, OCB dan Komitmen Organisasional

Abstract

The Reform movement that occured in Indonesia affect the livelihood in the field og governance. It is characterized by the formation of the regional Autonomy law and then updated with the law om local goverment. which in principle has been to change the system of goverment in Indonesia that will ultimately influence in the role of the civil servants of the demand a paradigm shift in completing task work as an apparatus which is concerned on duty. The research was conducted at PNS employee Revenue Service Unit and Asset Empowerment in Central Java Provincial Coordinator Pekalongan view using sensus method. All of the sample population and as many  as 115 people a decent processed questionaires were 108 questionair. The result of regression testing  obtained result Adjusted R square of 0.828 mean that the change of variables can be explained by the variable performance wok that the variable are jointly working environment of 82.8%. As for the F test showed that the varibles are jointly working ability and commitment affect organizational performance. based on known significant partial regression testing environment on performance is o.o18 <0.05. the significant of the ability to work on performance is 0.000 <0.05 and the significant of organizational commitment to performance is 0.000 <0.05. Abstract

This study aims to identify and analyze the influence of the work environment, organizational commitment, and work motivation on employee performance PDAM Tirta Moedal Semarang. Its population is employees PDAM Tirta Moedal Semarang totaling 131 employees. Given the population, then it deserves to be sampled. The sampling technique used is Loading Factor. The analytical tool used in this study is the Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, which previously conducted test validity and reliability, to test the effect of partially magnitude of each variable as follows Y = 0,365X1 + 0,261X2 + 0,193X3. And the results of the coefficient of determination calculation of Adjusted R Square is equal to 0.521, or by 52.1%, which means a change in the dependent variable (Y) can be explained by the influence of the work environment variables (X1), organizational commitment (X2), and motivation (X3) , while the rest is influenced by other variables not tested or described in this research. The results of hypothesis testing showed a positive and significant relationship between the work environment, organizational commitment, and work motivation on employee performance. Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the effect of compensation, organizational commitment and job satisfaction on employee performance PTP. Nusantara IX (Persero). Data used in this study is primary data is data obtained directly from the original source. While the techniques used for data collection using questionnaire by asking a number of written questions used to obtain information and respondents. The populations in this study were all employees of PTP. Nusantara IX (Persero), amounting to 152 people. Based on purposive sampling, then obtained a sample of 105 people. Test equipment in this study using a test the validity of using factor analysis, reliability testing using Cronbach Alpha and hypothesis testing using multiple linear regressions. The results of the analysis can be concluded that: (1) Compensation has positive influence on employee performance. The higher the compensation received, and then the employees performance will be increased. (2) Organizational commitment has a positive effect on employee performance. The better application of organizational commitment, then the employees performance will be increased. (3). Job satisfaction has a positive effect on employee performance. The higher the job satisfaction, the employee’s performance will be increased.Keywords : Compensation, Organizational Commitment, Job Satisfaction And Employee Performance

Abstract

This study takes an object on the regional water company Ciebon. The reason for the selection of object based researchwant to know the performance of the employee. From these gaps it is necessary to empand  research to analyze the effect of traning, wrk environment, and communication to employees perfomance. The research sample is purposive sampling method. Sample taken 100 people from a population of 268 people. Methods of data analyze using linear regression and methods of data collection using questionnaires. test results showed that (1) the training effect on the performance of employees showed a positive and significant effect (2) work environment affect the performance of the employees showed a positive and significant effect (3) communication skills affect the employees performance showed a positive and significant. Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan terpersepsi dan lingkungan terpersepsi terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Kanindo Makmur Jaya, Jepara yang dimediasi melalui motivasi kerja.. Dalam penelitian ini yang menjadi populasinya adalah seluruh karyawan yang ada di PT. Kanindo Makmur Jaya kabupaten Jepara yang berjumlah 2100 orang. Sedangkan sampel yang diambil 100 orang. Metode pengujian menggunakan regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menun- jukkan bahwa (1) Kepemimpinan terpersepsi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Motivasi; (2) Lingkungan kerja terpersepsi berpengaruh positif dan sinifikan terhadap Motivasi; (3) Kepemimpinan terpersepsi berpengruh positif dan signifikan pada kinerja; (4) Lingkungan kerja terpersepsi berpengaruh positif dan sinifikan terhadap kinerja; (5) Motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan pada kinerja. Kata Kunci : Kepemimpinan terpersepsi, lingkungan kerja terpersepsi, motivasi kerja, dan kinerja.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of training, compensation, and work discipline on employee performance of PDAM Tirta Moedal Semarang. Types of data used are primary data is data obtained directly from the original source in the form of a questionnaire. Population in this research is employees of PDAM Tirta Moedal Semarang. Sampling was done by proportional random sampling technique with a total sample of 102 respondents. The Data collected were analyzed using factor analysis to test the validity of the question items, the reliability testing using cronbach alpha and hypothesis testing using multiple linear regression. The test results obtained that there is a positive and significant influence of training on employee performance, there is a positive and significant influence of compensation on employee performance, there is a positive and significant influence of labor discipline on employee performance.Keywords: Training, Compensation, Work Discipline and Employee Performance

Abstract

This study aims to determine and describe the influence of labor discipline , motivation and career development to employees performance at PD.BKPD Demak . Its population is the employees amounted to 100 employees . Given a population of 100 employees , the number of the population is eligible to be taken all sampled. In this study , the study population refers to all employees on PD.BKPD Demak . Samples taken as many as 100 respondents using data collection techniques by spreading the questionnaire .The sequence individually from each of the variables that most influence on employee performance in PD.BKPD Demak is the motivation variable work with a regression coefficient of 0.390 , and career development variables with a regression coefficient of 0.304 . While the variables that affect the lowest is work discipline variables with a regression coefficient of 0.233 . This equation models have F count equal to 51.240 and with a significance level of 0.000 . It shows that the independent variables in this study jointly influence the dependent variable is the performance of employees .
