Technological development especially in the field of information and communications has grown in such a rapidly especially in the field of multimedia. This is according to an institution to develop information from various media in accordance with the development. A wide variety of media promotion and the information is urgently needed, for it required media interactive and efficient promotion in order to attract students and new students. one of the interactive and efficient media are audio visual media. SMK Avicena Rajeg Tangerang is the agency or educational institution that is always in order to improve the quality of education bersain in the current era of globalization, but the school has not had media full and effective information about the school profile at once can be a means of promotion to the public. Then a study with the title "Designing Video Profile as a Media promotion and information in SMK Avicena Rajeg Tangerang". As media promotion as well as information that can be seen by the wider community. By using audio visual methods are expected to provide promotional and information effectively and efficiently, so that the end results were achieved from the writing of this report, namely the creation of a draft media promotion and information video-shaped profile that is effective and according to your needs and are able to improve target marketing.

The cost budget plan is one of the controls in the management of a project that will be planned in the company, if in the planning of a project there is no budget plan then a project will be ambiguous in making the report, it also needs to be applied to PT. Bumitangerang Mesindotama to facilitate companies in planning the costs. Therefore, it is necessary to have a system that can produce output in the form of detailed reports for planning company budget costs in meeting the procurement system of a project plan. In this study a web-based system is implemented for planning project cost budgets in companies, therefore it is necessary to design a web-based company budget plan system. This system uses web-based input in the process of filling out project activities, details of required materials and budget planning of the required costs so that it can produce final reports in the form of the neat recapitulation. With the creation of a cost budget plan system is expected to solve existing problemsand the company no longer needs to use a manual way to plan budget costs, so that the budget planning process can run more quickly and accurately. In this study, researchers used the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) method which was supported by data collection through observation and literature study.

In the development of technology that is so advanced today, especially in the field of communication and information, maintaining privacy is something that absolutely must be done for each individual. Rapoport (in Soesilo, 1998) defines privacy as an ability to control the interaction, the ability to acquire options and the ability to achieve the desired interaction. Nowadays, a lot of things that can be done by using the internet, such as selling, social interacting through social media (Social Media) such as Facebook, learn, or just read the news through the portal of electronic media, and so forth. Most of the activities that can be done on the internet, requires personal data of its users, where the issue of privacy is of onsiderableconcern. As the development of information and communication technology in this case the Internet, the technology used to protect all personal data users also grown and will continue to evolve into more sophisticated. For this reason the author took the initiative to create a Endesapp application program, which aims to facilitate a person or agency who frequently exchange data in the form of files through the Internet. With so security in maintaining personal data even be increased as well as the possibility of the spread of sensitive data has been poor. In this study, the method used is to design programs shaped application file encryption and decryption web-based cryptographic techniques to the type of algorithm that is supported is 3DES ( Triple DES ) , AES - 128 ( Advanced encyption Standard) , AES - 192 and AES - 256.
