Abstract

Pandemi Covid-19 telah menyebabkan perubahan sosial yang terjadi begitu cepat membuat masyarakat mengubah perilakunya dalam kehidupan sehari-hari Pemerintah Republik Indonesia untuk melakukan berbagai kebijakan dan terdapat sektor yang terdampak, salah satunya sektor ekonomi dan terjadinya Pemutusan Hubungan Kerja (PHK) pada buruh perempuan. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah mengidentifikasi perubahan sosial dan dampak yang terjadi pada buruh perempuan yang mengalami Pemutusan Hubungan Kerja di masa Pandemi Covid-19 dan menganalisis perubahan sosial buruh perempuan yang mengalami Pemutusan Hubungan Kerja menurut perspektif sosiologi Talcott Parsons di Masa Pandemi Covid-19 . Jenis penelitian kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data studi kepustakaan (Library Research). Kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini bahwa dalam teori fungsionalismenya, Talcott Parsons menjelaskan bagaimana semua bagian dari suatu sistem saling berhubungan melalui peran yang mereka mainkan, di mana buruh perempuan yang mengalami Pemutusan Hubungan Kerja dengan bentuk perubahan sosial yang memiliki peran ganda sebagai ibu, merawat anak dan suami, mendidik anak dan ekonomi membantu suami mencari nafkah, untuk menambah pendapatan rumah tangga.

Abstract

The process of utilizing digital systems in the world of education to realize a learning process is the government's effort to equalize access to education and reduce the digital divide. The Covid-19 pandemic is to blame for adopting digitalization in the education sector. Using the perspective of social exclusion in Indonesia, this study aims to describe educational inequality through efforts to digitalize education during the Covid-19 pandemic. The literature review method was used to map the issue of social exclusion and inequality in the education sector in Indonesia's digitalization efforts by the government for students. The Google Scholar and Scopus features filter journal articles about educational inequality and digitalization efforts during the data collection process. Based on research findings, building more ICT infrastructure to support 5G in rural developing countries, promoting digital literacy programs, implementing policy incentives for digital technology, and increasing the equity of digital services are all strategic efforts to address educational inequality. Acknowledging comprehensive schooling, The Service of Instruction and Culture sent off a few developments to help the digitalization cycle. The development of a Learning House is one of the most significant.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic is affecting education as well.The virtual meeting at home replaced the face-to-face learning system at school or campus prior to the pandemic.In order to continue learning, this is done.The purpose of this research is to investigate the digitalization of education from Talcott Parsons' Structural Functional Sociology theory.A literature review approach is combined with qualitative research in this study.The study's findings demonstrate that the AGIL function of Talcott Parsons' structural functional theory is used to examine changes in the pandemic's learning system:1) Modification:Face-to-face learning systems are transferred to homes via online or virtual meetings.2) Goal Attainment is an online learning system that lets students learn and teach even when the COVID-19 pandemic is going on. It is done so that students can still exercise their right to education and use it to the fullest.3) In order to integrate, governments, particularly the Ministry of Education and Culture, and relevant schools must work together to develop policies that can support students and online learners. One such policy is internet quota assistance for Indonesian students.4) Despite the fact that learning does not take place in classrooms or campuses, latency requires teachers and students to uphold the values of discipline that are determined.
