Abstract

Sistem informasi merupakan sistem yang berkaitan dengan adanya pemrograman dan database. Sebuah sistem informasi yang baik bersifat dinamis. Sistem informasi yang dinamis tidak mungkin terlepas dengan adanya database sebagai tempat penyimpanan data. Pada umumnya database digunakan secara pasif sehingga fungsinya hanya untuk penyimpanan data, padahal database juga dapat sebagai pengendalian sebuah sistem informasi. Beberapa database opensource sudah mendukung untuk pengendalian sistem atau yang dapat disebut juga active database system seperti MySQL, MariaDB dan PosgreSQL. Active database system memberikan fungsi database untuk mendapatkan perilaku reaktif dan melakukan pengendalian sistem informasi pada tingkat database. Proses bisnis yang biasanya dilakukan oleh bahasa pemrograman sebagai aturan dimasukkan di aplikasi dapat dimasukkan langsung ke dalam database.penelitian ini dilakukan untuk perancangan active database sistem terhadap pelayanan harga pasar. Pendekatan active database system ini dirancang guna mendapatkan sistem pelayanan aplikatif dan responsif untuk berkolaborasi dengan sistem kendali pada modem

Abstract

Calon santri baru adalah sekumpulan anak - anak yang ingin mempelajari atau ingin mengetahui ilmu agama maupun ilmu pengetahuan, Sistem pendukung keputusan penerimaan santri baru adalah bagian dari sistem informasi berbasis komputer yang dipakai untuk mendukung pengambilan keputusan dalam suatu organisasi atau perusahaan. Masalah pada penelitian ini adalah setiap tahun ajaran baru, Pesantren mengadakan penerimaan dan penyeleksian calon santri baru, untuk menentukan proses penyeleksian santri di Pondok Mondern Al-Islam, proses penyeleksian ini sering timbul permasalahan seperti terbatasnya panitia seleksi, lamanya penilaian, serta penilaian yang terkadang subyektif yang menyebabkan kesalahan menganalisis calon santri yang diterima atau ditolak., Oleh sebab itu dilakukan penelitian sistem penunjang keputusan (SPK). Penelitian ini akan diangkat suatu kasus yaitu mencari alternative terbaik bedasarkan kriteria-kriteria yang telah ditentukan dengan menggunakan metode Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS).  Penelitian dilakukan dengan mencari nilai bobot untuk setiap atribut, kemudian dilakukan proses perankingan yang akan menentukan alternatif yang optimal, yaitu santri terbaik. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memudahkan pengguna terhadap sistem informasi pengambilan keputusan, metode yang digunakan dalam sistem ini yaitu dengan Metode metode Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS). untuk memberi referensi yang tepat dengan kriteria yang sesuai, dengan bahasa  pemrograman delphi dan perangkat lunak, pendukung yang digunakan adalah Delphi Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi. Kesimpulan yang dicapai dengan adanya sistem yang diciptakan ini diharapkan dapat membantu dan mempermudah dalam memberi referensi.

Abstract

The advance of informational technology is expected to be a tool which helps data tabulating process.  Management and usage of the data systematically can produce detailed information. The important of data management is able to enhance the quality of information that is processed. Data management is started from the storage system of data namely database design. In the database design, the thing that should be heeded is the relation of each table inside of it. The relation among the table shows the linkages data that will be processed to be essential information. In this research, the focused discussion is optimalizing a table for further tabulating towards a marketing informational system database.  The database that will be optimalized will be used to marketing prediction tabulation. In tabulating stage, data prediction in database will be exported into two databases namely PostgreSQL and MariaDB. The data used for examining amount 476619 marketing data is taken from marketing transaction among 2015-2017. This research data is tabulated using join table that produce 374 data. The data is the information that will be used for marketing prediction. Based on rapidity examination of marketing data tabulation by using PostSQL indicates slight difference around 0.26 seconds faster than MariaDB. The research result of database optimalizing design which has been made shows that PostgreSQL is better in data tabulating rapidity than MariaDB

Abstract

Hoax is a current issue that is troubling the public and causes riot in various fields, ranging from politics, culture, security and order, to economics. This problem cannot be separated from the impact of rapid use of social media. As a result, every day there are thousands of information spread on social media, which is not necessarily valid, so that people are potentially exposed to hoax on social media. The hoax detection system in this study was designed with an Unsupervised Learning approach so that it did not require data training. The system is built using the Text Rank algorithm for keyword extraction and the Cosine Similarity algorithm to calculate the level of document similarity. The keyword extraction results will be used to search for content related to input from users using the search engine, then calculate the similarity value. If the related content tends to come from trusted media, then the content is potentially factual. Likewise, if the related content tends to be published by unreliable media, then there is the potential for hoax. The hoax detection system has been tested using confusion matrix, from 20 news content data consisting of 10 correct issues and 10 wrong issues. Then the system produces a classification with details of 13 issues including wrong and 7 issues including true, then the number of classifications that match the original label are 15 issues. Based on the results of the classification, an accuracy value of 75% was obtained.

Abstract

It is the mission of Vocational High School (SMK) education in Indonesia to produce highly competitive and skilled graduates. One standard for evaluating the success of vocational education is assessing the achievements of alumni. The evaluation process can be carried out with programmed alumni tracking activities or commonly known as tracer studies. However, the implementations of tracer studies that have been carried out by vocational schools in Kediri are still using the manual method. These conditions make the school find many obstacles in the implementation of tracer studies. Some schools have used technology with e-mail applications but have financial constraints. This research aims to improve the performance of assessing the alumni achievement of Vocational Schools in Kediri by integrating the website-based tracer study information system with social media Telegram API. Usability testing that gave 4.83 of 5 scales has shown that the integration can improve the performance and benefits of an application compared to the application before integration

Abstract

INTISASIMahasiswa merupakan suatu tingkatan siswa yang tertinggi. Mahasiswa juga diharapkan sebagai agen perubahan dalam era perubahan zaman. Proses pembelajaran dari dosen ke mahasiswa ini perlu adanya pengukuran tingkat pemahaman. Pengukuran ini juga disebut dengan evaluasi. Proses evaluasi ini menemui kendala dalam pelaksanaannya. Kendala tersebut adalah mengenai koreksi yang dilakukan satu per satu dan prosesnya lama. Hal ini membutuhkan sistem informasi manajemen evaluasi belajar. Pengembangan sistem yang lebih baik direkomendasikan dengan menggunakan orientasi objek. Hal ini memiliki keunggunlan dalam hal kejelasan data, kemudahan pengembangan, dan mengurangi ambiguitas. Selain itu, perencanaan pengembangan perlu diakan dengan menganalisis kelemahan sistem menggunakan PIECES dan studi kelayakan yang mengacu pada aspek teknik, operasional, dan ekonomi. Pada penelitian ini menghasilkan dokumen analisis kelemahan sistem dan studi kelayakan berdasarkan teknik, operasionalm dan ekonomi. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan sebagai acuan awal pelaksanaan pengembangan Sistem Informasi Manajemen Evaluai Belajar.Kata kunci— Perencanaan, PIECES, Studi Kelasyakan, Sistem Informasi Manajemen. ABSTRACTStudents are the highest people. Students are also expected as a game in modern times. The process of learning from college to student needs to be measured level of understanding. This measurement is also called evaluation. The process of this process occurs in the implementation. These constraints are measurements made one by one and the process is long. This requires a learning management evaluation information system. Better development systems use object attributes. It has a keungggunlan in terms of data clarity, ease of development, and reduce ambiguity. In addition, needs development needs to be analyzed using PIECES and feasibility studies that address technical, operational, and economic aspects. In this research resulted system analysis and feasibility study based on technique, operational and economy. The results of this study is expected as a reference early implementation of Management Information Systems Evaluai Learning.Kata kunci—  Planning, PIECES, Feasibility Study, Management Information System.

Abstract

Information system is a system related to the existence of programming and database. A good information system is dynamic. Dynamic information systems can not be separated with the existence of databases as data storage. In general, the database is used passively so that its function is only for data storage, but the database also can be as a control system information. Some opensource databases already support for system control or that can be called active database system such as MySQL, MariaDB and PosgreSQL. Active database system provides database function to get reactive behavior and control system information at database level. Business processes that are typically performed by programming languages ​​as a rule incorporated in the application can be entered directly into the database. This research is done for the design of an active database system against market price services. This active database system approach is designed to get an applicative and responsive service system to collaborate with the control system on the modem.

Abstract

Penyakit diabetes mellitus merupakan kondisi dimana tubuh tidak dapat memproduksi insulin secara efektif sehingga terjadilah kelebihan gula dalam darah. Diabetes mellitus merupakan penyakit yang sudah tidak asing lagi bagi masyarakat indonesia. Penyakit ini juga termasuk dalam penyakit berbahaya yang dapat menimbulkan kematian pada penderitanya. Tidak hanya orang dewasa yang dapat terserang penyakit diabetes mellitus, bahkan anak-anak pun bisa saja mengidap penyakit ini. Kebanyakan masyarakat kurang sadar akan bahaya penyakit diabetes mellitus dan tidak mengetahui bahwa dirinya juga berkemungkinan mengidap penyakit ini. Hal tersebut dikarenakan kurangnya pengetahuan masyarakat tentang penyakit diabetes mellitus disertai dengan keterbatasan biaya dan waktu untuk berkonsultasi ke dokter. Maka dari itu di penelitian ini penulis ingin membuat suatu sistem pendukung keputusan yang dapat membantu masyarakat mendiagnosis gejala penyakit diabetes mellitus sejak dini. Penerapkan metode pada penelitian ini ialah metode penjumlahan terbobot yang sering juga dikenal dengan istilah metode Simple Additive Weighting (SAW). Metode ini biasanya digunakan untuk menentukan kriteria dan pembobotan nilai, yang nantinya diharapkan dapat membantu masyarakat mengetahui bahwa dirinya mungkin terjangkit diabetes mellitus sehingga tidak terlambat dalam menanganinya. Hasil dari penelitian ini ialah pengelompokan hasil perhitungan yang nantinya akan dijadikan sebagai diagnosis gejala diabetes melitus berdasarkan tingkat resikonya.Diabetes Mellitus is a condition that occurs when the body is unable to produce sufficient amounts of insulin and causes glucose to build up in the blood. Diabetes Mellitus is a well-known disease in Indonesia. It is classified as a dangerous disease that can cause death to the patient. It threatens not only adults but also children. Most people lack of awareness about the threat of diabetes mellitus and whether they could have and not know it. It’s because people barely have the knowledge about diabetes mellitus also barely have the time and money to consult to a doctor.  Therefore in this study the researcher wanted to create a decision support system that can help people diagnose the symptoms of diabetes mellitus at an early age. The research method that used in this study is the weighted addition method, also known as Simple Additive Weighting (SAW). This method is usually used to determine the criteria and preferred weight values, which later is expected to let the people know whether they may have diabetes mellitus so they could treat it immediately. The result of this study is the grouping of the calculation results which will be used as a diagnosis of diabetes mellitus symptoms based on the level of risk.

Abstract

Education is a right for every citizen. Quality education makes people more intelligent. Educational outcomes documented in a file called a diploma. A diploma is a necessary file for doing things related to work or other administrative matters. Generally, the diploma file submitted is in the form of a photocopy of a certificate that has been legalized for administrative requirements. The process of legalizing diplomas is often a hindrance because the time required is quite long and especially if someone is in an area far from where to take care of legalization. In the industrial era 4.0, information technology can be utilized to facilitate public access to services in the world of education, for example, using technology to implement an online legalization system. Application of technology in the legalization process is not just online but can be integrated with API (Application Programming Interface). It can attract millennial access to the application easily. There are two APIs used, namely the Shipping API and the Social Messaging API. Shipping API makes it easy to check shipping costs based on alumni location. Social messaging API with assistant features so that it can be easier to serve alumni accessing application features via Telegram. This study aims to facilitate the alumni in legalizing online to make time-efficient and affordable—implementation of information systems with the integrated website media Telegram API and Rajaongkir or shipping cost API. Based on testing the usability testing results obtained a value of 4.56 on a scale of 5. These results indicate that the application can function following the needs of users of information systems.

Abstract

Cybercrimes often happened in social networking sites. Cyber-bullying is a form of cybercrime that recently trended in one of popular social networking sites, Twitter. The practice of cyber-bullying on teenager can cause depression, murderer or suicidal thoughts and it needs a preventing action so it will not harmful to the victim. To prevent cyber-bullying a text mining modelling can be done to classify tweets on Twitter into two classes, bullying class and not bullying class. On this research we use Naïve Bayes Classifier with five stages of pre-processing : replace tokens, transform case, tokenization, filter stopwords and n-grams. The validation process on this research used 10-Fold Cross Validation. To evaluate the performance of the model a Confusion Matrix table is used. The model on 10-Fold Cross Validation phase works well with 77,88% of precision , 94,75% of recall and 82,50% of accuracy with +/-5,12%  of standard deviation.
