Abstract

Ternate City as an old city and has a long history of experiencing a change in character that damages the authenticity and uniqueness of the city, the heritage of the city and its cultural heritage. This study aims to find the spatial pattern of Ternate city, with the approach of spatial morphology, so that the conditions of the original space and its changes can be found. The method used is literature study in the form of old maps and new maps, comparing changes in space from time to time, analyzing the diachronic and synchronic processes of change to find spatial structures so that they can be used as references in the city's architectural preservation efforts. Abstract

Pumice sand is a bright colored butian type, containing foam made from glass-walled bubbles andusually referred to as silicate volcanic glass granules. This pumice sand can be used as a substitutefor normal sand as fine aggregate in a mixture of concrete mix. Based on the characteristic testexamination, it can be seen that in testing the characteristics of pumice sand to the specificationsof normal sand in specific gravity testing and weight testing of quicksand obtained results thatare smaller than the specifications of normal sand and absorption tests obtained results greaterthan specifications on normal sand. The results of the normal sand compressive strength at BN is250.95 kg /cm2 while the results of the floating sand concrete compressive strength on BPA is224, 965 kg /cm2. Based on the research it can be concluded that with the same quality of concrete,the quality of K-250 is different in comparison to the compressive strength of concrete in normalsand and pumice sand concrete shows almost the same results. Therefore, more in-depth researchis needed regarding the use of pumice sand instead of normal sand in a mixture of concrete mix.

Abstract

Kedudukan kota Sofifi (Pulau Halmahera) sebagai pusat pemerintahan dengan penyebaran penduduk yang tidak merata sehingga menyebabkan kepadatan penduduk di daerah bervariasi dimana sebagian besar kelompok pekerja (ASN) berdomisili di Pulau Ternate.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memodelkan biaya perjalanan yang bersifat perjalanan antar pulau dari kota Ternate ke kota Sofifi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan model regresi. Melalui pendekatan ini, utilitas dan biaya perjalanan dapat dimodelkan. Penelitian ini juga menggunakan survei wawancara terhadap populasi perjalanan dari Kota Ternate ke kota Sofifi. Survei ini berbasis kueisioner yang memuat mengenai variabel-variabel sosio-demografi individu dan karakteristik perjalanan tersebut. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan memberikan gambaran tentang karakteristik perjalanan kerja dan model biaya perjalanan kerja antar pulau di Provinsi Maluku Utara.

Abstract

The design of a building requires various stages of calculation that consider many aspects so that the results that are in accordance with its functions are not only seen from structural aspects but also economic and aesthetic aspects are also taken into consideration. In building planning, the aesthetic and architectural development in it often leads to irregular / asymmetrical forms of buildings which then cause problems with building seismic irregularities.The building of the Universitas Khairun Postgraduate must be a strong, sturdy educational building and has an attractive and formal architectural appearance. Therefore researchers are interested in examining the structure of the building.The approach in this study is to use a qualitative and quantitative research approach. both approaches are used together or combined, where the approach is used interchangeably. In the first stage using a qualitative approach, so that the architectural concept of building Postgraduate was found. Furthermore, the structure of the building was tested by quantitative methods using the Sap 2000 program.The purpose of this study is to compile the analysis of structural and architectural concepts in the Building of the Universitas Khairun Postgraduate. Abstract

Iron sand is a natural resource that many found in North Maluku one of them in Yao Village District Morotai Island. Iron sand mining results have the potential to become an Indonesian commodity but iron sand processing is still not maximized at this time. The purpose of this research is to know whether the sand of Yao Village including iron sand, To know the effect of iron sand usage as fine aggregate on the mortar mixture against compressive strength and against absorption. In this research, the test of compressive strength and mortar absorption. This research uses fine aggregate substitution material is Yao Village sand. Preparation of specimen with Fas 0,40, Yao Village sand composition as substitution of fine aggregate that is 0%, 20%, 40%, 60%, 80% and 100% to the fine aggregate weight. The composition of Sand Yao Village after the most dominant purification was Fe (75.84%) of the total iron ore content, followed by Si, Ti, Ca, Al, and other minor elements, so it was classified as an iron sand. There is a decrease in compressive strength along with the increase of iron sand composition 0%, 20%, 40%, 60%, 80% and 100%. Large decreases in compressive strength of each s 19.20 MPa, 19.00 MPa, 18.60 MPa, 13.00 MPa, 13.00 MPa and 12.36 MPa. absorption of mortar in 20% iron sand substitution and 40% of absorption increased, at 60% composition decreased.

Abstract

Sustainable water resources management system is a water resources management system that is designed and managed and fully contributes to the community (social and economic) for present and in the future, while maintaining the sustainability of its ecological aspects.This research was under taken by direct observation in the field. Then the data obtained from the field is processed using a computer program. This research activity was carried out in Wasile Timur Village, East Halmahera Regency, North Maluku Province. The results of this study indicate that the diameter of the pipe used is diameter 300 mm, 250 mm, 200 mm, 150 mm, 100 mm, and 63 mm. Based on the variation of the pipe, the maximum pressure is 49.37 m or equal to 4.937 bar while the minimum pressure is 26.39 m or equal to 2.639 bar. As for, the pressure from the results of the analysis meets the distribution network planning criteria, namely a maximum of 9.0 - 12.4 bar and a minimum of 0.5 - 1.0 bar. Maximum flow speed of 0.60 m / s and minimum speed of 0.30 m / sec flow velocity. Analysis results is showed the planning criteria which according to the provisions is a maximum of 2.5 m / sec and a minimum of 0.25 m / sec.

Abstract

Berdasarkan Literatur Pusat Penelitan dan Bangunan (Puslitbang) Pemukiman tahun 2013, kriteria kerusakan bangunan sederhana akibat gempa bumi dikategorikan menjadi 3 (tiga) kategori yaitu rusak berat, rusak sedang dan rusak ringan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui tingkat pemahaman masyarakat mengenai kriteria kerusakan bangunan sederhana dan mengidentifikasi kategori kerusakan bangunan rumah tinggal sederhana di Kabupaten Halmahera Selatan Propinsi Maluku Utara. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif yaitu dengan menggambarkan keadaaan dari obyek/subyek penelitian. Obyek penelitian ini adalah Desa Liboba Hijrah dan Desa Yomen Kec. Kepulauan Joronga serta Desa Sekely Kec. Gane Barat Selatan. Subyek Penelitian ini adalah masyarakat dan rumah yang yang terkena dampak gempa bumi. Jumlah sampel yaitu 100 responden yang terdiri 50 orang masyarakat dan 50 unit rumah. Teknik pengambilan data adalah wawancara dan kuesioner lalu di analisis dengan metode analisis data kuantitatif. Hasil analisa diperoleh bahwa  pengetahuan responden terhadap kriteria kerusakan rumah tinggal untuk kategori rusak ringan adalah jawaban tertinggi Kurang Tahu sebesar 39,67%, kategori rusak sedang adalah jawaban tertinggi Tahu sebesar 48,00%, kategori rusak berat adalah jawaban tertinggi Kurang Tahu sebesar 42,67%, sedangkan  hasil identifikasi Kerusakan Rumah Tinggal/Sederhana diperoleh bahwa kategori rusak ringan  sebesar 36,00% (18 rumah), rusak sedang  sebesar 28,00% (14 rumah), dan rusak berat  sebesar 36,00% (18 rumah).

Abstract

Penetapan tarif pesawat menjadi sangat penting jika dikaitkan dengan besar penggunaan peasawat terbang . Tujuan Penetapan tarif dimaksudkan untuk menjamin kelangsungan penyelenggaraan transportasi dengan mutu jasa yang sesuai standar keselamatan, dengan mempertimbangkan daya beli masyarakat serta pengaruhnya terhadap harga produksi. Metode analisis penentuan tarif pesawat terbang menggunakan ATP dan WTP,  hasil metode tersebut bisa menentukan tarif terendah dan tertinggi sesuai pendapatan dan kemampuan membayar jasa pesawat.

Abstract

District East Halmahera in North Maluku, is district now become one of industrial estatewhich was developed by Ministry of Industry. A Plan to make as one of Industrial area andthis thing also had an influence on the performance of the air transportation, in the Buliairport on East Halmahera which currently categorized as class iii airport with kind of aircraftoperating of ATR 72-600 so that is considered need to be improved the ability of its service inorder to statisfy the demand for which it will follow and also have economic growth andregional development. The purpose of this research to know the number of passengers who willuse the Buli Airport in the year 2032, know the number of the frequency of flight in the year plansuch as in 2032. And knowing the dimension of the airside facilities include the runway, taxiway,and apron in accordance with plan of the Boing 737-500. From the data obtained we could predictat a later date how can the forecasting and demand that will happen. From the data can wereanalysed by using three (3) method of analysis as Linear trend, Kuadratis, and Exponensial. Andfrom the result of the analysis taken the best trend based on the Sum Of Square Error (SSE) toestimate the number of passenger as many as 50548 soul. While obtained the number of planes asmany as 861 a plane with the movement of as much as two the movement of daily. The result pointsto the need to design the addition of runway being 2600m, taxiway 152 x 15 m, and sidening of anapron 105 x 67 m. The result of design inclosed.
